Abstract
Foreign trade is one important aspect in the economy of each country. At present there is no country that does not have relations with foreign parties. The economy of each country is practically open and intertwined with the international world (Dumairy, 1997: 178). A countrys exports play an important role in promoting economic growth. Exports can supply the state budget through income and foreign currencies which can be used to improve infrastructure and create an attractive investment climate (Mohsen, 2015). In addition, exports also have an important role in developing domestic product markets. The role is to increase competition that drives a country to increase production and use new technology in its production process. Economic growth shows the extent to which economic activity will generate additional community income in a given period. The economy is considered to have experienced growth if all real service fees for the use of production factors in a particular year are greater than the real income of the community in the previous year. Kuznets (Jhingan, 2007) said that economic growth is an increase in capacity in the long term of a country to provide economic goods to the population. Economic growth means the development of activities in the economy which causes the goods and services produced to increase and the prosperity of the community to increase. Economic growth is also the rate of increase in real GDP or GNP in a given year when compared to the following year. The purpose of this study is to see how the influence of exports to ASEAN countries on Indonesias economic growth with the research method is regression analysis. The results of the study found that Indonesias exports to ASEAN countries had a positive and significant effect on Indonesias economic growth.

Abstract
Baraille form buklets as learning media are printed media groups. This baraille form buklet is a quarto-sized book, no more than 30 sheets containing braille and little drawings written specifically for blind children. Especially this braille buklet is made in quarto size because a normal braille font needs to be in place. Blind people are children who have abnormalities in losing their visual acuity in such a way that their vision cannot be used to carry out daily activities, including school, so special education services are needed and have difficulty learning, communicating, and socializing and caring for themselves especially brushing their teeth blind children are prone to tooth decay and dental support networks. Blind children cleaning their teeth (OHIS status) are neglected because the surrounding environment including old people who are too busy do not pay attention. The buklet that contains ways to care for teeth, especially how to brush teeth, can be used as a guideline for treating teeth for children with visual impairments in SLB and the availability is very minimal, and there is none at all so that a teacher is still very wide open developed. Availability of braille buklets containing how to brush teeth in Bantul N 1 SLB and Yogyakarta City SLB as a medium as well as a guide for teachers or parents of blind children to guide good and correct brushing. Research methods to achieve goals namely Quasi Experiments or quasi experiments with fishbone diagram designs. Pre-Post Test with control design. The population in this study were blind children in Yogyakarta. The results of the examinations were recorded in OHIS format, then collected and analyzed using the T-test statistical test Using the parametric sample Paired Sample T-Test there were significant differences in the OHIS score after using the buklet p <0.05 so it can be stated that the buklet can affect dental hygiene (OHIS score) blind children in Yogyakarta

Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of trust, religiosity, income and the quality of accounting information on the decision of muzaki to distribute zakah, donations and sadaqa to the case study of the Zakat Sukses Institute in Depok, West Java. This research uses quantitative causality research. The study population is the zakah payers muzaki through the Successful Zakat Institute (LAZIF) in the city of Depok. The data used in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires to 40 muzaki. Data analysis using descriptive statistics through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that trust, religiosity and income have a positive and significant effect on the decision of muzaki to distribute zakah, donation and sadaqoh. The belief and attitude of ones religiosity becomes the dominant factor of someone issuing zakah from some of their assets. So that the high income is certainly a large amount of zakah he pays. While the quality of accounting information has a negative effect on the decision of muzaki to distribute zakah, infaq and sadaqa , it means that muzaki has not used the zakah report in making a decision on where the zakah will be distributed

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and company size on the capital structure of mining companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, in order to facilitate investors in investing. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The sample used was 18 companies using purposive sampling method, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques using Eviews Software. The results of this study indicate that profitability has no significant effect on capital structure, which is caused by the inability of the company to produce the maximum length of funds provided by shareholders, which means the companys financial performance is not good. Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, where companies have abundant sources of funds, so companies are more likely to use internal funds to finance their investments. Asset structure has no positive effect but is not significant on capital structure, which means the higher the asset structure of a company the lower the companys ability to be able to guarantee long-term debt. The size of the company has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, which means that the larger the company, the greater the funds that will be issued both from their own capital and debt to maintain or develop the company.

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the knowledge of the Indonesian people about the capital market and the activities which occur therein. The methodology used to analyze the level of knowledge of Indonesian people about capital market activities is the purposive and convenience non-probability sampling method. The authors design questions to measure basic knowledge related to stock market activities, as well as questions to measure financial knowledge related to capital market instruments. The purposive and convenience non-probability sampling method was used to select respondents in this study. Questionnaires were implemented from various segments of Indonesias educated and working population (teachers, lecturers, administrators, students, workers, traders and professionals in various economic sectors). The results showed that public awareness of the existence and effective function of the capital market in Indonesia was at a fairly low level. This is caused by the lack of public knowledge of all activities that exist in the capital market in general. Investors can become more active when they have adequate knowledge about various trading activities in the capital market. The findings in this study have the implication that understanding public knowledge is very important in the process of disseminating company information, corporate communication strategies, growing number of investors and issuers so that investment instruments in the capital market can be well received.

Abstract
Poverty is one of the main problems in most developing countries including Indonesia. Indonesia has five large islands consisting of Sumatra, Java and Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua - Maluku - Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to analyze the determinants of poverty in villages by focusing on geography, education and health aspects. The analysis model used is modeling using the dynamic panel data regression method. The results of this study that urban villages have lower number of poor people than rural villages. In addition, villages with lowland topography have lower number of poor people. For distance variable, the farther away the villages from the regency/city capitals, the higher the number of poor people. In the education aspect, in villages with better education facilities, the number of poor people is generally lower. This also occurs for the health facilities and health workers variables. This shows that the characteristic of poverty determinant in several islands in Indonesia are heterogeneous. In conclusion, the determinant of poverty are geographical locations and the availability of education and health facilities.

Abstract
The kolang kaling grass jelly drink is a functional food product that is beneficial to health. Currently consumer demand for beverage products that have a good impact on health is increasing due to high public awareness of the importance of health. The home-industry must be able to find, recognize and know the criteria of any attribute for kolang kaling grass jelly drink products that are needed by consumers. One method that has proven to be effective and successful in fulfill the needs of consumers is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method that begins by making a product planning matrix (House of Quality), followed by making a part planning matrix (part Deployment), planning matrix process (process planning) and production / manufacturing planning matrix. From the results of the QFD analysis, it is proposed that improvements to the planning process of making kolang kaling grass jelly drinks are subsequently realized using formulation techniques of implementation strategy based on mapping the main needs (containing the main objectives of improvement), and product performance to be achieved. Through this QFD approach, business players will be able to produce kolang kaling grass jelly drink products that are in accordance with the needs of consumers

Abstract
Service quality can be measured through patient safety, patient-focused services, effectiveness, timeliness and fairness. Radiology examination as a supporting examination supports diagnostics and treatment services. Therefore, good quality radiology services for patients are highly needed by medical staff and professionals through skills and knowledge development. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical confirmation of how workload and radiology unit performance influence service quality, using time effectiveness as intervening variables at Tarakan Hospital. This study was a quantitative research with hypothesis testing type of research. This research was an explanatory causality research, which explains casualties on workload, employee performance, and time effectiveness towards service quality. Samples were obtained using saturated sampling techniques from a total population and sample of 43 people. The unit of analysis was the radiology unit, using time horizon group or one shot study and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study were that workload, and employee performance altogether had a significant positive effect on service quality and time effectiveness as the intervening variable. The workload had a negative effect on-time effectiveness; employee performance had a significant positive effect on-time effectiveness, time effectiveness had a positive effect on service quality, the workload had a negative effect on service quality, and employee performance had a significant positive effect on service quality. The test results also showed that the effectiveness of time did not have a mediating role. The results indicated that employee performance becomes direct determinant on service quality as employees conformity in maintaining tools and equipment in handling their work has been stated clearly in the Radiology Units Standard Operating Procedures. Time effectiveness did not mediate the relationship between workload and service quality. This result confirms that should the radiology unit wish to improve its quality service, then the adjusted workload does not require improvement on time effectiveness.

Abstract
Abstract West Java in 2017 was the highest province with the highest number of unemployed people in Indonesia, amounting to 48 683.7 thousand people. This resulted in low income which triggered a low level of education and public health. Low education levels and high unemployment cause poverty. In this study information will be examined regarding what factors influence the unemployment rate in West Java for the period 2017. The various factors affecting Open Unemployment Warning include: population density, GRDP, Human Development Index (HDI), Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), and Regional Minimum Wage (UMR). This study includes the location (spatial) element in modeling and taking the object of the location of cities / districts in West Java, because geographically the cities / districts in West Java are quite varied and the model formed illustrates the characteristics of each region in West Java. Analysis that accommodates location (spatial) aspects is Geographically Weighted Regression (local regression). Other analyzes used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis (global regression). Assumptions that must be met to model global regression, namely: normality of data, non-autocorrelation, homocedasticity, no multicollinearity, and the estimated parameters obtained are global in nature (Supranto, 2010). GWR regression analysis showed spatial heterogeneity (location). The dependent variable (Y) is the Open Unemployment Rate, the independent variables include: Population Density Level, GRDP, UMR), TPAK (Active Labor Participation Rate), and HDI (Human Development Index). The results showed that the unemployment model in West Java formed from the analysis of Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) or local regression gave a coefficient of determination (R2) of 89.20%, meaning that 89.20% of the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java was influenced by variables Population Density Level, GRDP, UMR (Regional Minimum Wage), TPAK (Active Participation Work Rate), and HDI (Human Development Index). The remaining 11.80% is influenced by other factors. While multiple linear regression analysis (global regression) provides a coefficient of determination (R2) of 61.51% and the remaining 38.49% is influenced by other factors. The AIC (akaike information criterion) value of the gwr model is 89.730766 smaller than the global regression model that is equal to 98.791017. this shows that the local regression model (GWR) gives a smaller error value than the global regression model. in other words, the local regression model is relatively better than the global regression model. The independent variables that have a significant effect on the model vary for each local regression model. There are 27 different combinations of local regression models according to the number of cities / districts in West Java. Research output is a scientific article and unemployment model that can be used as a guide for relevant parties to take policy in order to reduce unemployment in West Java.

Based on the results of the study, it was found that interactive media (interactive media) is one of the promotional mixes that are used by big business people or entrepreneurs to market their products. Halal carts are one of the business models developed by micro-small business people who sell halal culinary variety (sterile substances and objects) that are sold and thayyibah (meeting health and hygiene standards). The main instrument of interactive media is the internet. Interactive media are used as tools for Halal Carts to promote the types, prices, loci, and culinary advantages for sale. Interactive media use gadgets to market culinary varieties sold at Halal Carts in the City of Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi. As for the obstacles to the use of Interactive Media on Halal Carts in the City of Baubau, certain spots that are not covered by the internet are still found. Negligence and inaction in accepting customer orders due to existing devices are used to communicate with other people or play social media with other parties (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Twitter). Furthermore, the solutions offered and desired by the Halal Cart businessman in overcoming the use of Interactive Media in the City of Baubau, namely hoping to the government or media entrepreneurs to increase the tower to manage the internet network, so that communication via the internet can take place properly, quickly, and smoothly in the City of Baubau. Internally, culinary entrepreneurs try to strengthen their commitment to pay more attention to customer messages in providing fast and smooth service, so as not to cause excessive complaints.

Abstract
Investment is an activity to place capital in a certain period to benefit in the future. One investments that emerged during the revolution 4.0 in the form of bitcoinas one type of cryptocurrency which can be used as a medium of transactions in cyberspace and carried out online without involving other parties such as banks or other financial institutions. Every transaction using bitcoin will be stored in the bitcoin network database so buyers and sellers will automatically be recorded in the database. As befits money that can be saved as a form of investment, bitcoin which uses blockchain technology where every digital transaction is linked in one list so it looks more profitable. The decision to make sharia transactions and investments can not do something that contains incompetence as part of the universality of sharia values. In transactions and investments must be free from the elements of usury, maysir, gharar, and buying and selling illicit goods. Bitcoin as a medium of transaction and investment has the advantage because it can be done directly, faster, easier and can even cross countries. However, based on sharia values contain elements of gharar and maysir so it is not in accordance with the values contained in the sharia transaction and investment system.

Abstract
Supply chain is a sequence of production processes, include: raw material supply activities (called as inbound logistics), production processes, and distribution activities (called as outbound logistics). Every supply chain activity has risk. Risk mitigation strategy is important because company will be able to identify the right strategy to handle those risks. Companies must be able to predict all risks, both of inbound logistics and outbound logistics. A manufacturing company in Indonesia that produces military and heavy equipment doesn-t have risk mitigation strategy in raw material distribution activity, so this research propose risk mitigation strategies using House of Risk method with Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) models. Identification of supply chain activities involving of company-s plan, source, make, deliver, and return. House of Risk have two phases, first used for identify risk event, risk agent, and determine severity and occurrence value and calculating the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), second used for risk mitigation. Research results found there are 35 risk events and 51 risk agents. Based on Pareto principle, there are 24 risk agents have to mitigated, include: error in estimating of production capacity, procurement isn-t based on schedule, defective raw material, etc.

Abstract
In the Law Fiction Theory, it is assumed that once the government enforces legal norms at that time, everyone is considered to know the law. So that someones ignorance of the law cannot free him from lawsuits. This condition led to the emergence of legal cases caused by a lack of public understanding of the law. This paper introduces a potential solution by providing chatbots platforms performed in the legal field to be able to help overcoming such issues. We propose a chatbot using Natural Language Processing which is designed to provide information, for those who need information regarding applicable laws. Users can ask questions related to the contents of existing legal documents through bots, then bots will search according to user requests related to ITE law. Artificial Intelligence is applied to bots so that bots can behave like humans and provide information needed by the user. The experimental results have shown that chatbot could recognize all of the questions from user and could answer correctly.

Abstract
Mathematics equation of the RSA is the complicated one between the other asymmetric encryption method. It makes the RSA method needs more resources than the others. Most existing studies are trying to make another encryption method that need less computational resources, but it is less secure than using the RSA algorithm. In this paper, we proposed the Distributed Computing method to accommodate the limited computing resources in a single worker. We will distribute the computational process of RSA encryption and decryption to numerous workers. The test results showed that the implementation of Distributed Computing method made the encryption and decryption process finished faster. In conclusion, it increased completion time, made the encrypted data serve faster, and maximized the computational resources.
