Abstract
Sustainable animal husbandry development should be environmentally friendly, meaning it doesn-t cause pollution and degradation of environmental quality, i.e. technically efficient, economically fit for use, socially acceptable and ecologically still ensuring the balance of other ecosystems. One of the resources which should be noted is the soil condition around farm which is suspected to have degraded quality due pollutions caused by farming activities. Based on that, environmental test was performed by analyzing the C-Organic and Total Phosphor (P2O5) contents of soil around egg-laying chicken farm. The present study was aimed to (1) know the C-Organic and P2O5 contents of soil around egg-laying chicken farm; (2) compare the C-Organic and P2O5 contents of soil around egg-laying chicken farm with the set assessment criteria for soil chemical properties (C-Organic and P2O5) for farmland. The present study was performed on October-December 2018, soil samples were obtained from locations around egg-laying chicken farms in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The method used in testing the C-Organic and P2O5 contents of soil was spectrophotometric method. The working procedure in the present study: (1) testing the C-Organic and P2O5 contents of soil in the location and around egg-laying chicken farm; (2) comparing the C-Organic and P2O5 contents of soil from the research result with the set assessment criteria of soil chemical properties (C-Organic and P2O5) for farmland. The research result showed that the average C-Organic content of soil around egg-laying chicken farm was 0.699 % and the average P2O5 content of soil around egg-laying chicken farm was 159.2 mg/100gr. Based on the results, it-s concluded that the content of C-Organic soil around egg-laying chicken farm is very low because < 1.0 % but P2O5 Very high because because > 60 mg/100gr.

Abstract
Diversity is an inevitable fact that exist in Indonesia-s society. Indonesia is composed by tremendeous ethnic identities that established diversity in its social life. It then uses to become a pride instead of the problems in Indonesia-s societal life. Literary works as the mirror of the social reality documented it so well. Many literary works exposed the ethnic otherness either to persuade readers to maintain the diversity altogether to raise a mutual respect and tolerance towards differences and similarities in life, or to construct the identity to resist or to sustain racism. Kesaksian Bumi Anoa is one of the literary works that expose the ethnic diversity in the Southeast Sulawesi as one province in Indonesia. It is a collected poems consisted of five poems written by local writers and published in 2018. However, this study focused on four poems that vividly depicted the ethnic lifes in Southeast Sulawesi, namely; Kesaksian di Negeri Butuni by La Ode Gusman Nasiru, Manusia Sama di Laut Buton by Uniawati, Puncak Rindu Sabhampolulu by Mas Jaya, and Jejak Sunyi di Masjid Muna by Wa Ode Nur Iman. Each piece of the collected poems reflected the ethnic identity in the Southeast Sulawesi through the problematic life perceived by the fiction-characters displayed in the poems. By using representation theory and semiotic analysis, this study reveals the ethnic identities in four poems that depicted Muna, Buton, Bajau, Moronene-s ethnic identities. Those are pictured through the excerpt of history, social system, local language, and local wisdoms that enable us to see and understand the philosophy of their lifes and differences and similarities among them. These poems have been a document that displayed the sprit of the given era.

Abstract
Emotion as an expression of feeling reflected by language, which makes it an involved aspect of communication for bilingual speakers. People tend to utilize a language in varied emotion; while some switch due a change in their emotion. In other word, emotion stimulation leads a speaker into choosing different codes. Switching a code, tend to implicate the speaker-s emotion change and this usually occurs in adults- speeches. Conversely, infant speakers rarely switch languages due to their emotional change, though it occurs in some of their speeches. This study is conducted to highlight infants- switching through Kindergarten domain, and summarize that infants switch codes when experiencing an anger and fear to peers and teacher. Their emotion is also changing when the topic is related to family background, especially mother. In brief, their opposite perspective with interlocutor and a certain topic cause emotional switching.

Abstract
Indonesia as one of the largest producer of oil palm in the world generates tremendous solid wastes such as oil palm empty fruit bunch (EFB), oil palm frond, and oil palm trunk. These wastes are lignocellulose biomass which is composed mainly of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin content. Lignocellulose could be a good candidate for biorefinery application. Lactic acid is an important biorefinery product used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, and others. One of the most increasing applications of lactic acid is its usage in the polymerization of lactic acid to poly-lactic acid (PLA). Generally, lactic acid was produced from petrochemical resources through chemical synthesis and still less research on the utilization of carbon sources from lignocellulose as feedstock for lactic acid production. Therefore, this work explores the production of lactic acid from EFB through separate hydrolysis and fermentation (SHF) method using cellulolytic enzymes and Lactobacillus delbrueckii as lactic acid bacteria. EFB treated with alkali explosion was used for this study. Hydrolysis process was carried out at 50oC, pH 4.8 and 150 rpm of agitation for 72 h using Ctec2 and Htec2 enzymes. Subsequently, hydrolyzate was fermented by Lactobacillus delbrueckii to produce lactic acid. Variation of pH (5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0) and temperature (45, 50, 55, 60oC) on fermentation was conducted in this study in order to optimize the production of lactic acid.

Abstract
Rice cultivation in Java has been practiced for centuries. The long and complicated practices undoubtedly had given birth to synergistic cultivating traditions between farmers and their environment. The drastic and revolutive changes happened in the second half of the twentieth century. Introduction of external synthetic inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides, which was first thought as very helpful in increasing yield and production, is right now reconsidered as negatively affecting rice agroecosystem as a whole. Those inputs inhibited and even destroy natural agroecosystem services. The proofs came from rice herbivore population increase, which happened several times during these changing times. The right practices in coping with rice herbivore or diseases should have been made available. To emphasize the role of ecosystem services, we tried to investigate whether ecosystem basic rules had been violated, and to find out, if the ecosystem services were improved, whether they will help maintain ecosystem balance. Therefore we design experiments to know how far the rice cultivation practices have been affected by the change in ecosystem services, especially in preventing and controlling biological disturbances. First, we tried to know whether mono-culture practices might be improved by using different rice varieties and mixed them prior to planting. Secondly, we practiced crop rotation by interfering continuous all year round rice planting by introducing dry land crops such as corn during the dry season, although the irrigation water was available. And third, we planted refugias around the rice planting area where the refugias were never before planted in the area. All experiments were quantitatively analyzed, and compared to the traditional or conventional practice done by the farmers. The result shows that these practices more or less improved the conventional rice agroecosystem. Mixing varieties resulted in more preferable rice production in term of performance, including taste. The interference of dry land crop, i.e. corn, invite rat, a more destructive herbivore. The planting of refugias increase the number of beneficial arthropod although an ecological equilibrium is still yet to be observed. The adjustment of these practices to the rice environment had not yet commonly done, since what is commonly known as sustainable agriculture was not intensively encouraged. The rice production system is still based on maximum yields and the achievement of self-supporting regions. Understanding of proper practices to ensure the sustainability of rice cultivation should be disseminated among stakeholders.

Abstract
One of the product that produced by SR Silver is aluminum key pendulum. The first production process is smoothing the aluminum key pendulum with sandpapering machine and then polish the is aluminum key pendulum with grinding machine. Both processes are classified as repetitive action, because both hands do repetitive motion forward and backward for seven hours of work without recovery time. In the other hand, there are complaints of pain in some parts of the worker-s body, which are indicative of symptoms musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This resesarch is intended to reduce the risk level of MSDs for workers by providing a recovery time schedule for repetitive task. This research uses Occupational Repetitive Action Index Index method to measure the risk level of worker-s MSDs before and after implement recovery time schedule. Recovery time schedule was made by considering the energy consumption of workers (Energy Expenditure). Slot with highest energy consumption will be considered as priority slot to get a recovery time. The results showed that there was a reduction in the risk value of MSDs in both processes. For the smoothing process, in the right hand there was a reduction in risk value from 7,61 (medium risk) to 5,07 (medium risk) andrisk value from 7 (medium risk) to 4,67 (medium risk) forthe left hand. In the polishing processthere was a reduction in risk value from 12,55 (high risk) to 8,37 (medium risk) in the right hand and risk value from 11,01 (high risk) to 7.34 (medium risk) for the left hand.

Abstract
Embryogenesis of microspore or androgenesis is one of method that extensively uses in breeding programs to produce embryos and plantlets with the number of haploid or double haploid chromosomes with homozygous or pure lines in a relatively short time. Immature male gametophytes can change their developmental fate from pollen to embryo when exposed to stress treatment during in vitro culture. Stage development of microspore is one of the important factors that determine the success rate of induction of microspore embryogenesis. In this study, stage development of microspore of eggplant cultivar Planet Hijau was determined through morphological analysis of microspore cells based on the morphological size of flower buds to optimize the induction of embryogenesis. The results showed that the interval of flower buds 15-18 mm and the interval of petal length 7-10 mm contained 50-55% late uninucleate microspores. In determining the stage of development of microspores, the length of anther and diameter of anther are also considered. The flower bud of eggplant which contain late uninucleate and binucleate microspore is the best stage to induction of embryogenesis.

The response of hotel industry in particular is not comparable to the achievements of Indonesian government. Thus, it is suspected there are communication problems between the two. The purpose of this study, in general, is to formulate an effective communication strategy in socializing the concept of halal hotel, thereby increasing industrial interest. This concept was compiled through an analysis of industry perceptions towards halal hotel product value and industry interest to implement it. It is hoped this research will produce barriers in terms of information content and delivery techniques which will be the basis for determining effective communication strategies in spreading information about the concept of Islamic hotels and halal tourism in order to increase peoples interest. This study uses primary and secondary data with exploratory research models. The sample was selected using the purposive judgment sampling method due to the difficulty of getting detailed information from hotel-s decision-makers. This exploratory research applies interview method and FGD for halal tourism stakeholders, namely the government, MUI (Council of Indonesian Muslim Scholars), Hospitality Association, and mass media. The results showed that communication plays an important role in strengthening the halal tourism product value. Government as the main communicator has a role to socialize concretely the advantage and benefits of halal hotels implementation. In addition, the government needs to have a specific communication strategy in socializing the benefits of halal tourism to tourists since, basically, the response of industry is largely determined by tourist demand. Industry perception towards halal hotel product value, so far, not only influenced by communication factors carried out by the government, but strongly affected by 1) The main target of hotel establishment (intrinsic factor); and extrinsic factors consist of 2) Tourist demand; and 3) Costs that must be borne. The managers establish and manage halal hotels based on their ideology and understanding and also focus on the spread of religion, as well as the desire to do business. While conventional hotels are run and managed solely based on business. With the high interest of Muslim travelers/tourists in Bangkok, many tourism business managers, especially hotels, have taken an initiative to implement the halal principle in their hotels. Meanwhile in Indonesia, a country with a Muslim majority, the basic halal standards are considered to have been integrated into the lives of its people, including industry. This is why Indonesia has no urgency in applying halal standards and more focus on halal hotel branding instead.

Abstract
Abstract – this study aims to prove the existence of an unusual phenomenon in the short-term investment market of Sharia stocks in Indonesia in 2018. The usual phenomenon that is in accordance with the axiom "Risk and Return Trade-off" is "high risk - high return, low risk - low return", both for total risk, systematic risk, and specific risk. Does this phenomenon exist?. An understanding of the returns and risks rankings of stock investments will be useful in the stocks analysis, especially in the analysis phase when potential investors will determine the stocks that will be the object of investment. Data on investment returns and risk of Sharia stocks are taken and processed from the IDX data. Descriptive analysis is carried out to explain the ranking of profitability, returns and risk of existing investments. Inferential analysis (Rank Difference Test) is carried out to test hypotheses about the difference between return and risk ranking. Research shows the results that rank of return and risks ratings are differ. This shows that the phenomenon of "High risk - high return, low risk - low return" does not exist in the short-term investment market of sharia stocks in Indonesia in 2018, or that the unusual phenomenon occurs.

Abstract
Diabetes is a chronic disease that has connotations of culture or unhealthy lifestyle, so to overcome this a cultural approach is needed that leads to better behavioural patterns. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sudanese culture-sensitive family nursing model on improving family support in controlling blood sugar in elderly with diabetes. This study used quasi-experimental design pre and post-test involving 114 respondents of families with elderly diabetes consisting of 57 respondents in the intervention group and 57 respondents in the control group. Samples were taken by multistage cluster sampling and statistical analysis using univariate, bivariate with independent t-test and chi-square, multivariate with General Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM). The results showed an increase in the mean of family support (informational, instrumental, appreciation and emotional support) and a decrease in the mean of elderly with diabetes blood sugar levels between 3 months and 6 months measurement after the application of the model in the intervention group compared to the control group with each p-value = 0.000. Sundanese culture-sensitive family nursing models can improve family support in treating the elderly with diabetes and have an impact on controlling blood sugar. It is recommended to be replicated using various culture that is adapted to local culture conditions in Indonesia.

Abstract
The objective this study is to analyze f2-isoprostane levels in the serum of a Wistar rat model of Alzheimers disease (AD) treated with Musa paradisiaca-Linn (MPL) ethanol extract or banana extract (BE). Twenty wistar rats were randomized into five groups: K0, without AD induction and no BE; K1, AD induction, no BE; K2, AD induction + BE 250 mg/kg body weight (BW); K3, AD induction + BE 500 mg/kg; and K4, AD induction + BE 1000 mg/kg. Alzheimer-s disease (AD) induction was performed by Aβ1-42 (0.2 ug) injection at the intracerebroventricullary area. F2-isoprostane level measurements were performed by Elisa kit. Paired t-test analysis showed no significant differences of f2-isoprostane serum level before Aβ induction among 5 groups (p > 0.05). At 6 weeks post- Aβ induction, there was significant increased f2-isoprostane in all groups except K0 (p < 0.05). Notably, after 3 weeks of BE administration, f2-isoprostane serum level was significantly decreased in all BE-treated groups; in the K1 placebo group, f2-isoprostane level increased. The maximum decreased f2-isoprostane level was in group K4 (-BE 1000 mg/kg BW), and minimum was in group K2 (BE 250 mg/kg BW). The results revealed that the ethanol extract of MPL fruit could decrease f2-isoprostane level in AD rat serum.

Abstract
Background : Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by insufficient nutrition in a long time due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. So that, stunting causes development of the motor system which is one important aspect because motor development is the beginning of the intelligence and emotional behavior-s children. The purpose of this study was to determine the stunting relationship with the development of emotional behavioral problems in children aged 36-72 months in the Community Health Center. Method : This study is an observational study, with a retrospective cohort study design. This study used a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 128 respondents. The instrument of this study used the Emotional Behavior Problem Questionnaire (KMPE). The study analysis used chi-square and logistic regression analysis, with a confidence level of 95%. Results : Based on logistic regression analysis, it was known that stunting, child sex, maternal occupation, and family income had a significant relationship with the problem of developing emotional behavior. Stunting is the most related variable because it has the lowest p-value and largest Exp (B) (p-value 0,000, RR 11,662, 95% CI (2,318-13,393)). Thus, the chance of developing emotional behavior problems in stunting children, male sex, working mothers, and income less than MSE is 78%. Conclusions : This study concluded that there was a significant relationship between the development of emotional behavior in children aged 36-72 months and at a risk of 11,662 times than children who were not stunting.
