Abstract
Ballastless track is designed for long time period of service up to 60 years or even more. It has main goal to achieve a high performance and less significant maintenance during the service. One development of the standard design, which can be introduced to improve a conventional in-situ casted railway slab track, e.g. continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP), is by implementing active crack control construction type. In this system, a CRCP slab is cut in a spacing interval immediately after it reaches a certain level of sufficient hardening state. This study is conducted to discuss the standard design procedures and the performance of slab track using CRCP as rail supporting structure (e.g. Rheda 2000) based on the long year experience of its implementation in Germany and to study parameters of cut spacing and subgrade bearing capacity of the Rheda-2000 designed with active crack control system. A static Finite Element Analysis (FEA) has been carried out using 3D model in ANSYS to assess the performance of the standard Rheda-2000 designed with active crack control system based on ultimate limit state design criteria. The substructure support is also ranged to investigate the limit performance of the system and to represent different levels of subgrade bearing capacity. The assessment is mainly based on the safety factor and comprises a combination of theoretical, analytical, empirical and FEA methods of ballastless track design procedures. The results demonstrate that there is a critical length of cut spacing of the slab and certain required bearing capacity limit of the substructure to achieve an equilibrium and optimal slab track designed with active crack control system.

Abstract
Brain Decoding is a popular topic in neuroscience. The purpose is how to reconstruct an object that came from a sensory system using brain activity data. There is three brain area generally use in brain decoding research. The somatosensory area generally using mice and touch they whisker. Auditory area using different sound frequency as stimuli. The visual area using shape, random image, and video. Take one example in the visual cortex. Using the retinotopic mapping concept, the object possible to reconstruct using visual cortex activity recorded by fMRI. Retinotopic mapping focus is to relate fMRI records into visual objects seen by the subject. This possibilities of brain decoding research come to the next level when combining using deep learning. The image seen by the subject can bee reconstructed by using visual cortex activity. Make reconstruction come faster and realistic to predict the stimuli. This opportunity is opening the era of the brain-computer interface. Combine a method to analyze brain functionality related to the human sensory. Bring hope and increased human quality of life. This paper reviews research in the field of brain encoding. Divide into three sections, the first section is brain decoding research in somatosensory. The second section is brain decoding in the auditory cortex. For the last section, explain visual cortex reconstruction. Every section includes equipment devices to record brain activity and the source of datasets and methods to get the brain activity data.

The alternative sweetener used to beverage and food with a calorie controlled, to control weight loss program or to prevent tooth decay. The alternative processes that are currently being developed are producing of xylitol from xylan of the cellulose biomass. The goal of this study is to determine the most influential process variable and optimum operating condition of xylitol production through enzymatic hydrolysis reaction of corn cob waste. The parameters are the time (30-120 minutes substrate ratio:starter (1:5-1:15 w/w). The result showed a high number of cell on a substrate concentration of 10% led to increase in xylose consumption while the xylitol production is not too large because the substrate is used for yeast cell growth so that production of xylitol to be reduced and the efficiency is low. The high efficiency (25%) occurred in 20% of substrate concentration because the xylose consumption is used for growth and xylitol production. While the concentration of 30% decline in the consumption of xylose by yeast compared with others and the efficiency is not too high. This is because the high concentration of xylose which led to substances inhibitor in the media and the production of xylitol become low.

Abstract
Every beef cattle business owner has certain considerations in choosing the type of financing to run his business. One type of external funding available comes from formal institutional financing, but household-scale beef cattle farm with small livestock ownership makes access to financing sourced from formal institutions difficult. Small-scale or household-scale beef cattle farmers are generally less able to reach formal financial institutions such as banks. The financing is expected to get additional capital so that this financial market segment is actually obtained from non-formal financial institutions such as loans from close relatives, traders of production facilities and even moneylenders. The purpose of this study is to determine the accessibility of household-scale beef cattle farmers to formal financial institutions. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Research data were collected through a survey using interview techniques using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results showed that the accessibility of household-scale beef cattle farmers to formal financial institutions was relatively low, however, non-formal financial institutions originating from close relatives tend to have relatively higher accessibility.

Abstract
Abstract. Many contributable factors have combined impacts on the efficient productivity of livestock raised under the integrated-farming system. The roles of livestock are far precious to assess, not only socio-economically but utmost importantly, is the close engagement with the well-being and their livelihood associated with any livestock production systems, for the rural farmers, as shown in the global scenario. Engagement and processes involved by stakeholders especially the farmers or producers are mandatorily required for the smart paradigms to ensure for the production efficiency. As the global population is climbing to reach about 8.5 and 10 billion in the years 2030 and 2050, respectively, more protein foods and products are urgently required to meet the consumption demand. Remarkable increases of meat, milk and egg consumptions are anticipated to be at least 70% of the current amount. Feed resources both conventionally and unconventionally, available seasonally, especially roughages and those of agricultural crop-residues are important in the feeding systems. Their quantity and quality will greatly impact on the livestock production. Feeding system innovations encompassing type of feeds, nutritive values, level of use, processing technology, as well as feeding practices to ensure the production efficiency profitability and the sustainability are required for implementations. Such an approach, the food-feed-system (FFS) has been potentially demonstrated to support the livestock system. Improving and processing of feeds for seasonal shortage of some leguminous feeds could be successfully exploited and intervened. Furthermore, innovations to provide the rumen microbiomes for the efficient fermentation to support meat and milk production warrant more practical pursuits. Improvements of capacity building along with human resource development associated with livestock production are necessarily required.

Modernization and heterogeneity of language speaker become an indicator in making language shifting especially in local language as identity in one region. This research aims at analyzing language maintenance by young speaker of Dawan language using region, the local call themselves Atoin Meto. Data was taken by using direct observation and structured interview of sixty dryland farming lexicons to Dawanese young speakers who live in Kefamenanu and Soe. Data analysis showed that most of subjects especially in Kefamenanu used in this research have no idea about lexicons in dryland farming firstly related to lexicons about plantation and wood ecosystem. The responds are vary, which is because of less reference related to them and also most of them used Indonesian and even Kupang in their daily. Moreover, it becomes logic because Kefamenanu as the capital city of Timor Tengah Utara regency becomes the center of construction where most of plantation and farming area were destructed for making living or housing area. It affected the loss of ecosystem both plantation and farming which also affect the loss of source can be identified by young generation. Furthermore, lexicons related to both ecosystem became unfamiliar due to the loss of reference. Based on that phenomena, it can be concluded that the destruction of an ecosystem gave significant effect to the language maintenance in certain region, and it should get more attention.

Abstract
The implementation of agrarian reform should be directed at the achievement of agrarian transformation as the ultimate goal of implementing agrarian reform. Interestingly, the achievement of agrarian transformation is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, because various things influence each other in the effort to achieve the agrarian transformation. The social relationship between agrarian subjects is one of the crucial things in it, because the implementation of agrarian reform involves various parties involved as agrarian subjects. The agrarian subjects are interrelated with one another in efforts to manage agrarian resources. Differences in interests between agrarian subjects in the management of one and the same agrarian source often lead to dissociative social processes. The collaborative approach in the social relations of agrarian subjects becomes a necessity as a bridge to cross the boundaries of multisectoral relations in order to achieve collective goals which ultimately lead to the achievement of agrarian transformation. This paper intends to examine the importance of collaboration in implementing agrarian reform to achieve agrarian transformation.

Abstract
Graphic books are designed to increase reader interest through the illustrations created, especially the children reader. Therefore, graphic books are considered effective for promoting moral messages for them. One of the messages is about gender equality. It is found in three Egyptian graphic books that the narrative contains gender equality. This is represented through the character of a girl who is against the injustice she received in her neighborhood. This becomes a dilemma because children, on one hand, have their own normative world, but on the other hand they are faced with social challenges in the form of gender inequality. This qualitative research analyzes the construction of gender inequality and how moral messages related to it are presented in normative forms. The results show that the graphic books present various forms of normative gender equality which are promoted by children and how adult ideology is forced into the way these values are promoted.

Abstract
Office interiors today still play an important role in human life, because employees spent most of their time in the office. Many employees who work in offices occupy cubicle workspaces; small, cube-shaped space sealed off by boards made of wood, glass, or other materials as a room divider. Many studies stated that working in the cubicle space for a long time will cause discomfort, stress, and disrupts work productivity for its users. To reduce the foregoing, many employees personalize their workspace, as Wells explained that about 70% of American employees tend to personalize their workspace. In this study, personalization of space refers to the decoration, modification, or rearrangement of space per under its users so that they are comfortable when engaged in it. The purpose of this study is to find out how the personalization implemented and what is the meaning of the interior of the cubicle workspace for its users. This research used mix method (qualitative and qualitative) with a case study of an interior lecturer room Petra Christian University in Surabaya. The conclusion of this research indicate that the form of implementation of space personalization varies, such as personal items that show their territorial identity and territory. The implementation of psychological personalization of space makes users comfortable and happy to work in a space that suits their character, and the meaning of personalization is to express your identity and as a second home. Personalization is an important thing to consider to implement in the workspace.

Abstract
Vanda tricolor is an endemic orchid on the slopes of Mount Merapi whose existence is threatened with extinction due to eruption and exploitation of its natural habitat. The rapid propagation of Vanda tricolor can be done through in vitro multiplication. Multiplication can double the number of shoots by adding growth regulators in the medium. Substitution of synthetic growth regulators with organic material for multiplication can reduce the cost of propagation of Vanda tricolor. This study aims to obtain the best organic extract for multiplication of Vanda tricolor. This research was compiled using a randomized completely design single factor. The treatments tested were New Dogashima Medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L-1 thidiazuron, coconut water 150 ml L-1, coconut water 150 ml L-1 + banana extract 150 g L-1 and coconut water 150 ml L-1 + tomato extract 150 ml L-1. Each treatment was repeated 5 times, each replication consisted of 3 samples. The results showed that the treatment of New Dogashima Medium supplemented with coconut water 150 ml L-1 + banana extract 150 g L-1 could replace the role of synthetic growth regulators in the multiplication of Vanda tricolor orchids as indicated by the parameters of the growth time of shoots, number of shoots and number of leaves.

Abstract
ABSTRAK The growth of microorganisms in the media is influenced by physical factors and chemical factors. Growth media must contain nutrients such as proteins and carbohydrates. Nuts, have a source of protein for the growth of fungi. Reshuffle bean material into simpler compounds through extrasi and germination are compounds that are good for the growth of fungi. The aim of research to determine the effectiveness of media Extraction And Soybean Sprouts Against fungus growth, and determine an effective medium. An experimental study by measuring the diameter of fungal growth for 5 days at a concentration of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6% media seed extract and soy bean sprouts. The implementation was carried out at the Yogyakarta Health Analyst Health Laboratory, from May to September 2018. Subjects were Candida albicans, Sacharomyces cerevicea, Rhizopus Oligophorus and Aspergillus flavus, 24 hours old. The research object of local soybeans is of good quality, whole seeds, not rancid, not grained. Results, 5% soybean extraction medium was effective for the growth of Rhizopus oligosporus filamentous fungi, and 4% concentration was effective for the growth of fungi Aspergillus flavus. Media soya bean sprouts 3% effective concentration for pertumbhan fungi colonize namely Saccharomyces sereviceae, and concentration 6%, effective for the growth of the fungus Candida albicans. In conclusion, the extraction medium and soybean sprouts can be used as a substitute for the median SDA for fungi growth

Abstract
The disaster area in west java it-s around 70 point for example in Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Pangandaran and Garut. The most potential local ingredient on there it-s sweet potato and mung beans. They are can be expanded to be an emergency food. The most emergency food with easyly to make it-s a food bar. Food bar it-s one of the food with the bigger calories its mixed of food ingredient, with riched of nutrient dan be formed to be a solid product. The research was did to find out the description of organoleptic (colour, taste, flavour and texture) and a nutritional content on food bar tapioca flour, yellow sweet potato and mung beans. This type of the research was experimental with descriptive analysis. Experimental design used 5 variant with comparison tapioca flour, sweet potato flour and mung bean flour with each other formula A (80%:0%:20%), formula B (55%:25%:20%), formula C (40%:40%:20%), formula D (25%:55%:20%) dan formula E (0%:80%:20%). The calculated of nutritional content used Table of Indonesian Food Composition. The valuation organoleptic was involved 30 panelist. The result of organoleptic showing that the B formula more preferable from taste parameter and texture. Formula D is better than color parameters. While for flavour parameter was neutral. The nutritional content of food bar was produced calories 246 – 259 cal, protein 8 %, fat 52-55 % and carbohydrate 36 – 40 %. The recomended product for emergency food it was B formula.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Gayam seed is one of the native plan of Indonesia, has a high amylose content and is a good source of resistant starch (RS). The autoclaving-cooling cycle treatment is the physical modification to increase RS of starch. Resistant starch has a positive impact on health, such as preventing the increase in blood glucose levels significantly. The high resistant starch in gayam starch is needed for prevention of diabetes mellitus. This study aims to evaluate the antidiabetic properties (blood glucose and SCFA levels) of modified gayamstarchin vivo. The modified gayam starch were prepared by autoclaving-cooling 3 cycles. In vivo studies was prepared as isocaloric feed for three groups of diabetic Sprague Dawley rats induced streptozotocin-nicotinamide (STZ-NA) i.e (a) standar diet AIN 93 M (Control), (b) native gayam starch diet (NGS), and (c) modified gayam starch by autoclaving-cooling for three cycles diet (MGS).evaluation the in vivo effects on blood glucose and SCFA levels. The results showed the autoclaving-coolingcyclestreatment increasedseveral chemical properties i.e. moisture, carbohydrate and amilopectin content, but its decreased fat, starch and amylose content. In vivo studies in 28 days experiments showed that the intervention of modified gayam starch decreased blood glucose and increased SCFA content, were more significant in MGS than NGS diet.It was concluded that that the intervention of modified gayam starch decreased blood glucose and increased SCFA content, were more significant in MGS than NGS diet. Abstract
ABSTRACT Background: Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by difficulties with social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior. Parenting is an approach to understanding and changing behavior. Its not a specific therapy itself, but a range of different strategies and techniques that can be used to teach people with autism spectrum disorder new skills and reduce their difficult behavior. This study aimed to determine the effect of parenting on the personal social development of autistic children at autism school. Subjects and Method: This was a randomized controlled trial. This study was conducted at 7 autism schools in Yogyakarta province (FajarNugraha, Samara Bunda, Bina Anggita, Dian Amanah, Trustees, Citra MuliaMandiri, and Autism Service Center) and 1 BaitulQurani autism school in Ponorogo, East Java. A total of 92 autistic children aged 6-12 years was selected for this study and randomized into two groups: parenting group and control group. The dependent variable was personal social development. The independent variable was parenting. The data on child personal social development was measured by Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers and Young Children (STAT). The data were analyzed by t-test and wilxocon. Results: Before the intervention, the means of STAT score between the two study groups were comparable. As a result of randomization, the mean difference of STAT scores between the two groups was statistically non-significant. After the intervention, mean of STAT scores was higher in the parenting group than in the control group, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: Parenting is effective in improving the personal sosial development of autistic children.
