Abstract
Bacterial growth media have a diversity of nutrients. Culture media is very important for isolation, testing the physical and biochemical properties of bacteria and for diagnosing a disease. The present study aimed to examine the effectiveness of soybean seed sprouts, green beans, red beans, and peanuts, whether it has the potential to grow the breed Gram positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The research method, nut bean seeds were washed, germinated, dried in an oven at 40oC, blended and sieved in term to obtain flour. Flour was extracted to obtain extract solution plus agar powder and broth was made in agar media in petri dishes as well as formulas and compositions on Nutrient Agar (NA) media as a comparison standard. Then the media planted with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacterias, it was incubated at 37oC for 1-3 x 24 hours, observed the growth of bacterial colonies, counted the number of colonies, and measured the diameter of the colony as research data. As a comparison, NA media was made and the same test bacteria were planted. The analysis of the percentage of the effectiveness of the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on various bean seeds media compared to Nutrient media: soybean medium 76.67% (less effective); mung bean 75.71% (less effective); red bean 101.79% (very effective); and peanut 99.53% (effective); whereas for Escherichia coli bacteria are: soybean 97.29% (effective); green beans 93.75% (effective); red beans 88.89% (quite effective) and peanuts 122.22% (very effective). In conclusion, various growth bean media can grow Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli. Growth media of various bean seeds are effective in growing but not effective in breeding S. aureus bacteria. Growth media of various bean seeds are effective in growing and breeding E. coli bacteria which are capable of replacing Nutrient Agar (NA) media.

Abstract
Abstract Based on the program that had been implemented with community empowerment approach through triggering activity, the progress result of STBM (Community Based Total Sanitation) has not yet reached the target (62,5%, in 2015), and also still far from the 100% target of sanitation universal access in 2019. This is due to the slowness of behavior change of open defecation free (ODF). Results of monitoring and evaluation of post-triggering activity from some areas showed that the “traditional” existing triggering concept which is used by governments as the effort for changing community-s defecation behavior, in fact needs relatively long time to give effect. Therefore, a more comprehensive strategy is needed for implementing the alternative solution on that problem, especially for ODF as the first pillar of STBM. This study proposed an alternative of triggering model, which is called CREATE, abbreviation for Creative Resources Essentials and Tools for Emergencies. The model is a creative idea rooted from the community itself (and subsequently is perfected by facilitators), in the forms of professional creations (poster, leaflet, t-shirt, song, etc) and a commitment that is developed from mutual agreement. The objective of the study was to understand the influence of CREATE triggering model on the improvement of ODF behavior and willingness. The study employed randomized post-test only control group design, with 180 respondents as the study sample, taken from three areas, i.e. Muntilan, Surabaya, and Jambi, which were chosen purposively. The study results shows that CREATE triggering model affects and improves ODF behavior and willingness, even though could not yet reach 100%. Based on the study results, the government and STBM facilitators are advised to implement CREATE triggering model for STBM activities, as well as to develop the model for other health programs

Abstract

Abstract. Subsequent processing through machining for biocompatible Zr-based BMG previously developed is needed in order to enlarge the material application, especially for medical devices. In this study the performance of CuCr tool on EDM process was investigated to cut biocompatible Zr-based BMG having low machinability nature. The experiment utilized volume loss technique to measure the TWR and consecutive SEM observation to reveal the tool wear phenomena of selected tool samples. The tool wear behavior was strongly characterized by the combination of discharge current and pulse-on time, where the larger TWR obtained by higher current and shorter pulse-on time. By SEM analysis, the irregular-shaped surface morphology with the presence of debris was observed on the tool wear region resulted by high discharge energy process. Additionally, the larger crater size, microvoids and numeorous debris particle were also appeared on BMG workpiece surface machined using higher discharge energy.

The aim of this research is to propose a model in an effort to build and enhance the reputation of shariah banking industry. The model was determined by the effects between innovation on the corporate reputation through value creation as the intervening variable in the shariah banking industry (Shariah Commercial Banks and Shariah Subsidiary Unit) in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. There is a paradox phenomenon showing that amidst huge market share potential as a muslim majority country, the market share of shariah banking is still very insignificant compared to that of the conventional banking although it has been established and operated in the business for more than three decades. This research used explanatory survey method. The approach in the modeling and the technical solution as the tool analysis utilized Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Data were processed using Lisrel 8.8 . Primary data were collected via distribution of questionnaires directly to the customers, and also through email, considering distance, time and funding limitation. Unit of observation is a total of 57 offices including Branch Offices, Sub Branch Offices, and Cash Offices of 15 sharia banks throughout 14 regions and 3 cities spread around the province. The observation was made using cross-section/one-shot time horizon. Respondents were set based on purposive sampling method. Population was unknown, due to the rules wherein a few banks refused to provide data regarding the total amount of their customers. Therefore, Zikmund formula was used to draw samples, wherein a total of 385 respondents were selected proportionally from each regions and cities. The results revealed findings which described that innovation, as well as value creation, have positive and significant direct effect on the reputation. The indirect effect of innovation on corporate reputation through value creation is tested by using Sobel test. This research revealed a new concept that, Innovation influenced the reputation of shariah banking industry in South Sumatra which driven by value creation.

Abstract
The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) is an assessment of global competency in education that leads to adoption and development of sophisticated to equip next-generation for success in education and produce the world-renowned tech entrepreneurs. Asian countries dominate the top of the PISA rankings with the strongest performance than all regions in the OECD country. However, a reverse trend is observed in ASEAN middle-income countries because of disparities in access to basic education, particularly between rural and urban area, and also in teacher qualifications and quality of curricula. Indonesia is one of the countries facing this problem. The latest PISA report shows science education in Indonesian claims the 0.8 % of share top performers in at least one subject, which science, literacy and math. Indonesias average ranking across the three subjects is 69th out of 79 countries PISA. This score is lower than Singapore, 1st rank in applied PISA to education system in world. In consequent of the current curriculum system does not accustom students to works on a problem that can encourage, stimulate, and analyse a problem using high-level comprehension skill. So, these problems require further analysis by finding a solution to the problem involves constructing system, knowledge, and competencies that will transform the current curriculum to reach the aims of PISA.

Abstract
Honey is a sweet liquid produced by bees that is sourced from nectar or liquid from high contained-carbohydrate plants (sucrose, fructose, and glucose). The high carbohydrate content makes it not allowed to be consumed by Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients. This research aimed to obtain one of the biological values of honey which is Glycemic Index (GI). The result of this research is expected to be reference for the amount of honey that is allowed in one-time consumption especially for people with DM. The type of honey used in this research are from West Kalimantan, namely Tikung and Kelulut. Tikung honey is obtained from a nest called tikung which made from rambesu wood. This honey is widely available in Kapuas Hulu Regency. Kelulut honey is from Trigona sp. cultivation, and widely cultivate in Mempawah Regency. This research is conducted at the laboratory of Agricultural Product Technology (THP) of Agriculture Faculty, Tanjungpura University in collaboration with the Sungai Raya Community as medical personnel in GI measurement. The measurement was taken by in vivo method using 12 healthy respondents. The result shows that glycemic index for tikung honey is 35 (low) and kelulut is 39 (low). Recommendation for maximum honey consumption in one-time based on glycemic load values (low category) is 20g or one tablespoon (for kelulut honey) and 40g or two tablespoon (for tikung honey). This research is expected to be one of the references in honey consumption for both healthy people and DM patients.

Abstract
Melon is one of high demands fruit in Indonesia, but the research about the fruit coating to fresh melon is still rare. This research is about application of fruit coating (chitosan) in different harvesting times to keep the quality and shelf-life of melon in room storage. The study was aimed to study the effect of chitosan and harvesting time on fruit quality and shelf-life melon in normal room storage. The research was conducted using a completely randomized design in two factors. The first consisted of 2 treatments; without coating (control) and with the coating (chitosan). The second consisted of 3 treatments of harvesting time; 60, 65, and 70 days after planting. Each treatment is repeated 4 times. The data is then analyzed in variance with F-test, then proceeded with the separation of the middle value with LSD at the 5% level. The results showed that fruits shelf-life can be extended until 20 days storage based on visual observation, but for fruits that were applied chitosan and harvested on 60 and 70 days can be extended 10 days and 15 days only. Application of chitosan didn-t significantly affect the quality of the melon such as on weight loss, soluble solids, and level of preferences (color, sweetness, texture, and aroma), but as additional information the level of preferences test showed that fruits applied with chitosan which were harvested on 65 and 70 days after planting experienced off-flavor on the 5th days of storage.

Abstract
Abstract. Identification of the value chain in Naa-oogst (NO) tobacco agribusiness provides information on the level of importance or need for value chain development. Which shows that there is an institutional structure that can facilitate strengthening of farmers in general through the institutional roles carried out by each institution. Some conditions of partnership between companies and farmers and the role of institutions require efforts to set appropriate strategies to determine how the value chain can be improved. So it can provide and guarantee guarantee for the increase in the income of the agribusiness value chain supply chain actors. Based on the description, this study aims at: (a) describing the most important criteria of improving value chain performance, and (b) what is the best strategy for improving the value chain in NO tobacco agribusiness chains. The results showed (i) Increasing the empowerment of farmers in the NO tobacco supply chain and suppressing uncertainty about farmers- NO Tobacco prices, (ii) a combination strategy between partnerships between farmers and exporters and at the same time being followed by institutional strengthening of farmer groups such as the JTFA (Jember Tobacco Farmers Association ).
