Abstract
The act of a mother who kills her child is a crime that needs serious attention, because if viewed from a legal standpoint it violates the law and is an act of violence, while in terms of religion and the norms that exist in the social order are also very conflicting, the focus of the study in this study related to the factors that cause the killing of children committed by biological mothers and how to deal with the crime of killing committed by biological mothers against biological children. The method used in this research is empirical juridical namely the results of this study ultimately provide an answer that there are two factors causing the killing of children committed by biological mothers namely first there are internal factors namely the causes of crime originating from within the perpetrators, one of which is a crime that more emphasis on psychological elements, this emphasizes psychological caused by mental disorders. The second factor that causes the crime of murder against biological children is external factors, namely factors originating from outside the perpetrator such as the environment around the perpetrator that causes the perpetrators to commit murder. In addition, efforts to tackle infanticide can start from ourselves, the family and the environment, holding fast to religious teachings is an absolute thing that must be taught to children even since they are still at a very young age. Prevention and prevention efforts against the crime of infanticide by biological mothers, is one of the best solutions to resolve these problems.

Abstract
The crime of human trafficking which is a transnational crime or transnational crime has become a global concern of the countries in the world. Specifically for Indonesia to be able to ensnare traffickers, Indonesia already has Law No. 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Trafficking in Persons. The trafficking case reflects the protection of victims, how their position, role and ideal concept of protection for victims are. The legal issues in this research are related to the efforts made by LPSK based on concrete realities in the field or social life that occur in real terms, given that the guarantee of protection for witnesses and victims has an important role in the criminal justice process. The results of this study ultimately provide answers to the efforts of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) in providing legal protection for victims of trafficking by providing 1) protection of personal, family, and property security, as well as being free from threats relating to future testimonies , is being or has been given, 2) withheld identity and 3) providing assistance. The inhibiting factors of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency in seeking and implementing legal protection for victims of trafficking are caused by 1) the development of a stronger and more sophisticated international human trafficking network.

Abstract
The development of oil palm agribusiness is one of the steps needed as a development activity in the plantation sub-sector in order to revitalize the agricultural sector. The high interest of rural communities in the Riau region towards oil palm plantations makes Riau the largest palm oil producer in Indonesia. Based on data from the One Stop Integrated Investment Service Office (DPM PTSP) of Riau, the area of oil palm plantations in Riau in 2018 was recorded at 2,424,545. Independent oil palm growers generally have various limitations both in terms of land availability, knowledge about cultivation and care, capital, including how to market their harvest or processing. With these limitations, it can be ascertained if the productivity of the garden is low. In addition, because it cannot process itself but must be sold to other parties, the small volume does not have a high bargaining power in front of traders/collectors. To avoid the negative effects of world change, the government issued a series of policies on the price of oil palm bunches which are expected to protect farmers. Government policy in determining the price of oil palm fruit bunches will affect the ability of oil palm farmers to produce.

Abstract
Political party is an urgent asset for democracy, since it has greatly strategic functions and roles in establishing democracy in a country. Henceforth, the existence of political parties is a necessity in a democratic country. To build democracy and democratization, it is the party itself that should first apply the democratization. Up to now, Indonesia is still processing and finding an ideal form towards a democratic life (democratization) as stated in the Constitution. Certainly “the process towards” democracy should be implemented in all aspects, including the internal democracy in the political party. Democratization in political party has not worked well, since it is found out that in some political parties, the appointment of their leaders is still influenced by the founding fathers or based on the family system even, some schisms occur when the parties choose their chairs. Building democracy starts from democratization in a political party through the determination of its chair. The selection may be conducted democratically if a regulation has been prepared since the beginning as an assurance of a democratic election of its head. No “family characteristics” in a political party exactly may result in the construction of a political party dynasty. Certainly, the tenure limitation of a head of a political party would produce a culture of giving an open responsibility that his political party programs are successful or not.

Abstract
The study of the Minangkabau indigenous people continues to experience positive developments along with the growing tendency of state accommodation to the legal system that lives in the midst of the archipelago community. But on the other hand, the development of written law with its legislative products often collides with the spirit and spirit of the law contained in society. The philosophical formulation of ibi ius ubi societies where there is a society there is a law, making the dominative positivism tendency to revoke the legal legitimacy of society, even though it does not necessarily turn off the growth and development of the law of society. No matter how strong the state intervenes so that the awareness of the rule of society is organized into written legitisme systems because it is considered more modern, organized, uniform, and easy to implement, instead it becomes a new problem for the growth of the law itself. The awareness and legal spirit that lives in the community has a stronger influence on the compliance, awareness, and constancy of society, rather than the laws produced by the state. The purpose of law is the balance of rights and obligations and the achievement of feelings of satisfaction with the rules themselves so that justice can be created, not merely strengthening the conception of the state of law adopted by the state. For the Minangkabau customary law community that continues to adapt to Indonesian state law, the philosophical backing of Nagari cheating law becomes a fence and is also a barrier between the norms adopted by the community, with which the philosophy of syarak mangato, adaik mamakai confirms that Minangkabau customary law is a dimensionless law vertical and horizontal, down from the norm of divinity and carried out according to humanistic human behavior, which is why he is able to follow the natural tendencies of society. The growth of customary law that is so strong rooted in the Minangkabau indigenous people has to be considered by the state for an autonomous and responsive legal entity because with that the law can safeguard and at the same time organize its society in facing legal dynamics that continue to develop

Abstract
Gelatin is a product of the partial hydrolysis of collagen in livestock. Gelatin has been used extensively in the food and non-food industries. Gelatin has a hydrocolloid form and plays an important role in influencing the properties of industrial products. Global gelatin demands is increasing every year along with the increasing human need for food and non-food industrial products. The properties of gelatin are influenced by the properties of collagen. Collagen is a derivative of fibrous protein which has an enormous role and benefit in forming gelatin molecules. Collagen is a long polypeptide chain that makes up about 50 to 1000 amino acid chains. The amino acid chain is dominated by the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. Various studies related to the properties of gelatin produced from livestock and fish tissues have developed rapidly. Currently researchers have developed livestock and fish waste as an alternative source of gelatin. Alternative sources of gelatin have been widely published as an effort to find halal and hygienic sources of gelatin.

Abstract
Noise is an inherent property of medical imaging and could affect the interpretation of medical images either by human or computer. In deep learning study for medical images, the noise is usually introduced during the training phase of the algorithm in order to make the system able to distinguish the image features in the inferential phase despite the existence of noise. Early hypothesis stated that without the introduction of noise in the training phase, the deep learning system could not distinguish the feature well enough which resulted in lower accuracy in the segmentation. However, due to the classification of the feature that the computer “understands” is unknown in deep learning, this study aimed to evaluate whether the inferential phase of image with noise could still be performed without the introduction of noise in the training phase. The noise will be added artificially in the original test data which would be inferred by the system based on the training of normal (without noise) image. The results would then be compared by using Dice’s Similarity Coefficient (DSC) between the test data with and without noise.

Democracy in this study is considered as an independent variable, while human development is a dependent variable that relies on indicators of human development index. This study uses a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, using purposive sampling techniques, and triangulation data collection techniques. The findings of this study, first, Indonesia have generally succeeded in strengthening the democratic political system, although there is still much dissatisfaction with the performance of a poor democratic institution. Secondly, democratic transition process in Indonesia tends to move forward, but still continues to position Indonesia in procedural democracy category, but has not yet reached the substantive democracy. Thirdly, during the administration of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono there was an increase in the achievement of the human development index marked by an increase in the level of public education, health and purchasing power of the community, but could not eliminate the overall poverty and create an increasing gap between rich and poor.

Abstract
Indigenous peoples as one of the owners of local knowledge, believe that customary law and traditional knowledge, in a cosmic magical style, make a very large contribution to the sustainability of marine and coastal ecosystems, the sustainability of marine and fishery resources they contain, and environmental sustainability. Orientation to obtain high profits can be bad for the preservation of fish resources and business continuity. Exploiting fish resources which is contrary to the rules of rational management of resources can cause damage to ecosystems. One mode or type of illegal activity that is often carried out by Indonesian fishing vessels in the Indonesian fisheries management area is fishing using prohibited fishing gear. Therefore it is necessary to optimize law enforcement and support from the community together with the values of local wisdom to realize sustainable fisheries resources and make Indonesia a global maritime axis.

Abstract
The sharing economy nowadays has become a global trend, including in Indonesia. Ride-sharing is one of the top-grossing sharing economy platforms. Indonesians are the worlds second-heaviest users of ride-sharing apps after Singaporeans, according to the Global Digital Report 2019. High demand for ride-sharing subsequently captivates people to become ride-sharing drivers. Unlike common workers, as a driver, they are not an employee of the ride-sharing application company but instead, they are independent workers. There is no employment relationship between the driver and the company, therefore, the companies don-t provide any social security for the driver. In the other hand, the government has to develop a social security system. The social security system in Indonesia differentiates contributions between salaried workers and non-salaried workers. For salaried workers, the employer has to pay the contributions of its employees, while the contributions of non-salaried workers (including ride-sharing drivers) fully paid by themselves. This research is empirical normative research that using a statutory approach and conceptual approach. In this research, we conduct legal philosophical analysis to examine the existing regulation of social security for ride-sharing drivers in Indonesia and to analyse which parties are liable to pay the contributions of the drivers social security. Findings of this research will help inform policymakers and regulators of the ideal scheme of liability for providing social security.

Abstract
As the community develops, the ratio of the number of cases that must be resolved by the court is increasingly out of proportion to the capacity and ability of the court to receive, examine and decide on the cases that enter. Cases handled by the Supreme Court in the period January to October 2016 were 16,012 cases. This number consists of the remaining cases in 2016 as many as 2,357 cases and cases received in that period as many as 13,655 cases. For indigenous peoples, disputes that have been settled have been resolved for a long time through consultation through adat institutions. In the community other than Positive Law there are also known Customary Laws which are followed by generations from generation to generation. This customary law is known as Customary Law. Indonesian traditional law is the embodiment of Indonesian culture. Customary law rests on the mindset of the Indonesian people which is not the same as the mind set in the western legal system or other legal systems. The existence of this customary law also has an influence on the existence of Settlement of disputes in the community based on customary law, the values of which are based on the view of life adopted by the community itself. In Rau Province there are indigenous people who still preserve the use of customary law, especially in relation to dispute resolution. These areas include the Indigenous people of Kampar, Siak, Bengkalis. This type of research will be used is sociological legal research, namely empirical studies to find theories about the process of occurrence and about the process of working of law in society based on applicable laws. From the results of the study it can be seen that there are areas that are still very strong in holding their customs, and there are also areas that are loose in using customary law, and tend to use positive law in dispute resolution. The types of disputes resolved through adat, almost all disputes, such as customary disputes and disputes in general such as land boundary issues, customary marital problems, fighting problems. Sociologically, adat institutions are recognized by the community and become a priority in managing and solving all problems in the community. Settlement through adat institutions is more effective, because an adat institution grows based on values that live in the community and have been recognized and adhered to for generations. In settling this dispute the pattern used by the community is a combination of mediation and arbitration patterns.

Abstract
The use of customary land is indeed used in the interests of the indigenous peoples who occupy the area. Because of the background of the increasingly high needs, indigenous peoples also began to use traditional land as plantation land in collaboration with the company to get more adequate results than before. But there are several things that can trigger disputes. This type of research will be used is sociological legal research, namely empirical studies to find theories about the process of occurrence and about the process of working of law in society based on applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of the rights of local indigenous peoples in the use of customary land. From the results of the study it can be seen that the cause of the occurrence of customary land disputes in Kenegerian Kuok is due to the arbitrary attitude of the chief / ninik mamak who has power in the adat community so that ninik mamak abuses his power, namely by granting ulayat land to investors without bringing child nephews in deliberation and economic interests, to benefit himself without thinking about his nephews child. The pattern of settlement of customary land disputes in Kenegarian Kuok is resolved by mediation.

Abstract
The national ideal as stated in the IVth paragraph of the opening of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, states that Indonesia becomes a part of the sustainable world development with a commitment to protect the environment and ecosystem, and has been affirmed internationally in the declaration of UN member countries through a conference in Stockholm June 1972. Constitutionally, the commitment was stated in Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution, which is last followed up by the Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. However, this commitment is always hampered by the economic politics practiced by corporations. The politics of criminal law which asserts corporations as subjects in criminal law does not necessarily mean that corporate criminal liability can be easily carried out as in humans. This condition is noticed in the corporate actions as the perpetrators of forest burning and destruction in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province. Although the impact of forest and land fires has been felt in the Regional Asia, National and Regions, this act has repeated almost every year

The problem is when narcotics abuse offenders are children who under no circumstances must obtain protection, including when dealing with legal proceedings. Meanwhile, the criminal act of narcotics abuse is a serious crime with a threat of punishment that is high enough so that diversion is not possible as one of the mechanisms for resolving children in the criminal justice system. Investigation of children involved in narcotics cases, especially as dealers, will continue to be carried out an investigation process based on the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) while still paying attention to childrens rights as a form of child protection in the criminal justice system.
