Abstract
In the internet age, everything that has been recorded and stored will always be accessible again. News about the guilty verdict of a corruptor, for example, can still be found through a search engine even though the corruptor has served his sentence. The internet makes it difficult for people to forget their past. From there comes the desire of people to be free from memories of their past lives, which has the potential to be a bad stigma that looms throughout his life. Article 26 paragraphs (3) and (4) of the ITE Law regulate the concept of right to be forgotten, which can be interpreted as the right to forget electronic data information. The birth of this concept was due to a concrete event of someones data information that was already inaccurate, irrelevant or incorrect, thus creating a bad view (stigma) from the community against the person and violating the privacy rights (personal rights) of someone. However, the Government of Indonesia has not yet regulated clearly and in detail the procedures for filing the deletion of the right to forget electronic personal data information in cyberspace. Therefore, it is very urgent that this is immediately regulated in a Government Regulation concerning the right to forget electronic personal data information in cyberspace through the courts.

Abstract
Assets that have been entrusted by Allah to humans will provide blessings if appropriately used by the guidance of the Islamic religion. One way that we can do with the property we have is by giving alms. Furthermore, Islam prescribes zakat as the vital answer and problem solving of economic problems. This is because zakat has the principle of mutual-help (taawun), justice and mercy for all nature. The concept of zakat is recommended to create a balance of individual and social life. The collection of zakat on Lazismu Pekalongan is still a little contradictory to the enormous potential of Muhammadiyah Pekalongan residents. This study aims 1) To determine the collection of zakat funds on Lazismu Pekalongan 2) To determine the application of business strategies in the form of Business Model Canvas in collecting zakat on Lazismu Pekalongan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research object Lazismu Pekalongan. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data by collecting data through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Abstract
The exhaust gas from the boiler in the laundry industry can reach more than 300 °C. It is the potential energy that can be converted to increase the temperature of feed water through a heat exchanger. In this study, a shell and tube heat exchanger was chosen to increase the feed water temperature with the flow rate of 0.55 kg/s to reach the target of 80 °C. Meanwhile, the mass flow rate of the exhaust gas is 0.9 kg/s with a temperature estimated at 300 - 310 °C. The basic design of the heat exchanger is created to get the main dimensions such as the cross-sectional area (A), the length of the tube (L), the outer diameter of the tube (do) and the total of tube (N). Finally, the main dimensions are optimized by the Taguchi experimental method to obtain the most optimal design.

Abstract
Background. Breast Milk (ASI) is the most complete, safe, hygienic and inexpensive nutritious food. However, the culture of food restriction in the community is often a barrier to improving nutrition for both the mother and her baby. Various efforts have been made by the government, especially the Health Office, both strategic approaches and tactical approaches. Cultural aspects tend to be difficult to remove from society. Alternative improvement of postpartum nutrition by supplementation was tested in this study, namely by giving Moringa leaf extract to postpartum mothers who abstain from food as an effort to improve maternal nutrition and breastmilk quality. Objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving Moringa leaf extract in increasing the productivity of breast milk in postpartum mothers who abstain from several kinds of food. Method. This was a quasi experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design approach. The samples were postpartum mothers abstaining food in the work area of Pekalongan District health center, the sampling technique was purposive sampling in the area of community health center of Kedungwuni I and Kedungwuni I, Pekalongan Regency. Breast milk production is measured based on the babys weight gain. The data was analyzed by using paired t-test and Mann Whitney test. Results and Discussion. There were significant differences before and after giving Moringa extract with p value 0,000 and CI (-1308,934) - (-814,595). Analysis in the control group contained a significant difference in mean before and after giving Moringa extract with p value 0,000 and CI (-1098,988) - (-751,012). There was a mean difference between those given Moringa extract and which were only monitored without giving Moringa extract with a p value of 0.049. This study shows that the Moringa extract effectively increases milk production with indicators that there was a difference in weight gain in infants between the control group and the experimental group. It was expected that the results of this study can be one of the references in the implementation of midwifery care for postpartum mothers. Research with wider variables and more respondents is needed.

Abstract
Antibiotics are a group of compounds that can inhibit bacterial growth (bacteriostatic) or cause of death bacterial (bactericidal). Bacterial resistance occurs due to inappropriate administration of antibiotic doses and mis of diagnosis by health workers. Bacteria that are resistant to penicillin, cephalosforin and aztreonam generally have an enzyme released to defend themselves, this enzyme is called Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL). This study aims to determine the number of gram-negative bacteria that produce Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) which is examined from samples that are cultured in the microbiology section in the laboratory of RSUD Prof.DR.W.Z. Johannes Kupang from 2016 to 2018. Secondary data were taken, processed and presented in descriptive form. The Bacteria Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) was the most found is 104 (50.9%) Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria, followed by 56 (29.78%) Escherichia coli bacteria, and Enterobacteriaceae (3.61%). ESBL group bacteria mostly came from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) room as many as 26, ESBL group bacteria were mostly found in pus samples as many as 33 (19.41%).

Abstract
Generally, cattle and crop business are still being diversified and have not implemented yet in integrated farming. From those reason above, we need a model of Integration of Cattle and Crop Systems (SISPOTTA), namely farming systems that was integrate between cattle business with crops as an effort to develop sustainable livestock, especially for areas with irrigation fields. Purpose of this research was to analyze the sustainability status of economic dimension, ecology, technology, social and institution of the integrated system of cattle business and crop farming in irrigation fields. Determination location of this research was carried out based on the Multistage Sampling Method, each location was carried out by Purpose Sampling. Jember district was chosen as the location of this research, because from the previous survey information showed that Jember district had a rice field area used a technical irrigation system so those field can applied a cropping pattern model within one year with rice plants and other food crops such as corn, and soybeans. Besides, farmers are accustomed to raising cattle, especially beef cattle as additional activities besides crop farming. This research conducted from November 2016 to April 2017. Sustainability Analysis with MDS Rap-Sispotta as the data Analysis of this research. Based on the five existing dimensions, the results showed that the agribusiness integration system of cattle and crops in this research area has a sustainability index value of 42.40. This index showed that agribusiness is still less sustainable. The dimensions that have the worst sustainability index and need to be taken seriously at are technology and infrastructure dimensions, also law and institutional dimensions.

Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of sodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) and soaking times on physical, chemical properties, and determining the appropriate soaking times for instant yellow rice processing. This study used a randomized block design (RCBD) of two factors, namely the concentration of Na2HPO4 (0.1; 0.3 and 0.5%) and the duration of soaking times (1.2, and 3 hours) with three replications in each treatment. The data obtained were analyzed with ANOVA and if there were significant differences between treatments, a DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) test. The results showed that variations in the concentration of Na2HPO4 significantly affected ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate content, swelling power and bulk density. Soaking times has a significant effect on protein content, fat content and swelling power, while the interaction of both of them significantly affects of water content and Na2HPO4 residue. Appropriate treatment in the processing of instant yellow rice is (A1B1) concentration of Na2HPO4 0.1% and soaking times 1 hour with parameters water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate content, Na2HPO4 residue, color lightness, swelling power, bulk density and rehydration power respectively: 6.45%; 0.48%; 9.03%; 1.90%; 82.14%; 51.98 ppm; 53.20; 52.06%; 1.83 g / ml; and 330%.

Abstract
Hundreds of millions of plastics are used on this earth, then hundreds of millions of plastic waste is also the worlds main pollutant. Plastic waste management in Indonesia has not been a priority compared to other service issues. Yetthe management tasks will not be any lighter in the future. If the will, ability and efforts are still as they are today, then the problem of waste will always arise, and can even be bigger. Prohibition of plastic utilizationassociated with the principle of sustainable development will not be a substantive and sustainable development if it does not involve the participation of the society and government. Formulation of the problem of this reasearch is how is the prohibition of plastics utilizationassociated with the principle of sustainable development? Reasearch method used by the reseracher is normative legal research or so called doctrinal legal research by using the criteria of legal principles. This research is a descriptive research, in which it is meant to provide a detailed, clear, and systematic description of the main problem. Deductive thinking method is used in drawing the conclusion. The results of the research are the plastics utilization associated with the principles of sustainable development carried out with five basic principles, namely Ecology (environment), Economy (welfare), Equity (fairness), Engagement (participation), and Energy. Sustainable development with an environmental perspective is essentially inseparable from human development itself. Humans are both subject and object of development. Humans are in a central position so that the implementation of development and its results must not ignore the human dimension.
