Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify post-mining land use practices in Cibeureum Village, Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. This area is rich in mining natural resources, especially the C-quarry mine. Even though various regulations regarding mining land exploitation are available, in reality there have been many neglections of these lands after mining. However, it is different from what happened in the village of Cibeureum, the land at the foot of Mount Tampomas, in which there are deposits of sand and rock mining, post-mining can still be used for agricultural activities by the land reclamation method conducted by the local community. This paper will describe how local communities have a concern in utilizing post-mining land through the reclamation method? What factors drive local people to want to use post-mining land? The analysis was carried out through participatory observation methods, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results showed that the main thing underlying it was the existence of a collective awareness of the community to be able to live as a form of pious charity because of Allah SWT.

Abstract
Bamboo is an abundant material and easily available in Indonesia. In addition to having high compressive strength and tensile strength as well as ease of obtaining and low prices, bamboo is a consideration and focus in developing in the world of construction today. In this study, bamboo is used for soil stabilization, where bamboo is used in the form of fibre. This research focuses on the strength properties of various types of bamboo. The focus is to investigate the relationship between the maximum tensile strength of bamboo and the flexibility of bamboo in soil stabilization. This is very important, because bamboo fibers used for soil stabilization rely on their tensile strength rather than their compressive strength. Thus, the optimum tensile strength and flexibility of bamboo must be of particular concern. From the results of the study of the tensile strength of two types of bamboo, namely Apus Bamboo and Java Bamboo, the Apus Bamboo results were found to have a higher tensile strength of 225.57 mpa with maximum flexibility of 19.99 mm and 43.76 mpa for tensile strength of Javanese Bamboo with a level of flexibility of 10.26 mm.

Abstract
Natural fiber has several advantages compared to synthetic materials. The advantages of natural fiber include low prices, low density, renewable and biodegradable materials and not harmful to health. Many attempts were made to explore new natural fibers and the use of plant fibers by different industrial sectors, such as composites for automotive applications and to replace synthetic fibers. Bamboo is one of the natural fibers that has many advantages. As a construction material, the use of bamboo for structural materials has good strength, easy to implement, low priceand environmentally friendly. Bamboo can be used in construction planning because based on its properties the mechanical strength of bamboo has a high tensile strength and high compressive strength so that it can be used for soil reinforcement. A good bamboo has a compressive strength and optimal tensile strength. As shown by the laboratory results, the relationship between tensile strength and compressive strength of bamboo is directly proportional to the results for Apus Bamboo which has a greater compressive strength than Javanese bamboo species which is 37.42 mpa for Apus Bamboo and 27.4 mpa for Javanese Bamboo. For tensile test results showed similar results, with Apus Bamboo having greater tensile strength on Javanese type bamboo which is 225.7 mpa for Apus bamboo and 43.76 mpa for Javanese type bamboo.

Abstract
Batik is an industry that is widely available in Indonesia. It is a product that has become a cultural heritage which is still being produced from generation to generation. Most of batik production is done by Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). Batik materials contain chemicals. So that it has the potential to cause negative impacts on the environment. Batik industry does not care about that. That was caused by limited resources so that it was still oriented to the quantity of production. This study aims to analyze the environmental impact and determine the Eco-Efficiency Index (EEI) due to the batik production process using the eco-efficiency method. This method analyzes the use of raw materials and their impact on the environment, as well as eco costs. The results showed the environmental impact consisting of Human Health factors of 0.20571247 DALY, Ecosystem Quality factor of 203994.79 PDF * m2yr and Resources factor 94449,809MJ surplus. The environmental impact caused a total eco cost of Rp. IDR 4,769,679,764.48. And the EEI is 0.0039, which means that the industry is affordable but not sustainable. Mangement material can be done to improve this situation is to reduce the use of raw materials. Reduction can be done by recycling raw materials such as wax, water and coloring.

Abstract
Skipjack tuna is one pelagic fish that always migrates for a condition with relevant oceanographic factors for their survival, particularly for optimum sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a. This study conducted with the experimental fishing method from June - November 2018 in the waters of Ternate Island in observation of the optimal condition of oceanographic factors, mainly SST and Chlorophyll-a in the distribution of skipjack tuna. Employing a polynomial regression analysis, the research results show that the sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a parameters are strictly related to the distribution of the amount of skipjack tuna caught with correlation coefficient value (r) respectively of 0.646 for sea surface temperature and 0.565 for chlorophyll-a. The optimum temperature for the skipjack tuna in the waters of Ternate Island according to the research results ranges from 27.0oC - 30.9oC, while the optimum condition of chlorophyll-a is higher than 0.2 mg/m3-0.35mg/m3, and it seems that every increment of chlorophyll-a content in water indicates an increase of the amount of skipjack tuna catch.

Abstract
Nupabomba village roads frequently undergo landslides, so that detain transportation access flow pattern as a result of rock slope stability problem which has become the landslides trigger. Furthermore, to find out landslides prone area slope stability level, an analytical study using scientific approach is required to reveal this question in the study area. The slope elevation in this area is ± 75 meters, with an average slope angle of 60o, where its lithology consists of Schist, Greenschist, Filite, and Granite. Some of these rocks have different weathering levels (e.g., slightly - high weathering) and there are lots of discontinuity. Moreover, its geological strength index (GSI) value showed around 15-75 with the surface shape of blocky and disturbed. Besides, the uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) value was obtained based on the compressive strength carried out in the field, and slope stability rating (SSR) values have gained the range of 9-81.

Abstract
This paper reports the synthesis and characterization of a composite thin film of waste derived acrylic plastic (PMMA) and MAPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystal that prepared by ligand assisted re-precitation (LARP) method. The composite thin film was prepared from MABr, PbBr2, oleic acid and oleylamine, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as precursor, toluene as a solvent, and waste derived PMMA as polymer, and then deposited on glass substrate using a spin coater with varied speed. As the result, The highest transmittance value was around 90% for sample with the high spin speed (3000 rpm). The photoluminescence of MAPbBr3 film when illuminated by UV shows a bright green color with a peak at 536 nm wavelength and maximum luminescence found in the sample with the lower spin speed (1000 rpm). Thus, the fabricated perovskite composite thin film using recycled acrylic plastic has a good prospect to be applied in optoelectronic application

Abstract
Plastic waste has reached a dangerous stage because it has a bad impact on life and ecosystems. Increasing numbers require treatment to reduce the widespread adverse effects. This research uses literature study to describe various alternatives of plastic waste management. To manage plastic waste, there are various steps in handling plastic waste. Principle 3R (Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle) is always applied to handle plastic waste. Recycle is an alternative today to handle the increasing amount of plastic waste, while reuse and reduce are expected to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Waste plastic recycle can be done on thermoplastic type plastics, which are plastic products / materials which can be melted again by heating to a certain temperature so that other products can be formed as desired. Plastic products that can be recycled include PET (Polyethylene Terephtalate), HDPE (High Density Polyenthylene), LDPE (Low-Density Polyenthylene), and PP (Polypropylene). Recycling for plastic waste can be done through a chemical process that is by thermal cracking / pyrolysis. Plastic that is processed by pyrolysis can convert plastic into fuel oil. With this method, two problems can be solved at once, namely the processing of plastic waste and the fulfillment of increasingly depleting energy needs.

Abstract
Vitamin D is in charge of regulating the amount of calcium in the blood, bones and intestines, besides this vitamin is also useful for increasing the number of cells of phosphate in the bones. Vitamin D is the only vitamin that is produced naturally by the human body, while under the light of the Sun. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the mineral content and vitamin D on bone flour fish yellowfin tuna. The results of mineral content of flour of the highest fish bones found on calcium and phosphorus (222,54; 107,08 mg/kg), while vitamin D with the best value found in the NaOH treatment (0.119 g/ml), whereas citric acid treatment is (0,173 g/ml) and treatment the control value (0,069 g/ml).
