Abstract
Landslides are common events that occur on a slope structure, this event can occur on land slopes or rock slopes. Landslide events may occur on natural slopes or man made slopes. Improvement of the stability of this slope, aims to reduce the forces that move the landslide mass, and add ground shear resistance. Methods for improving slope stability that are recommended for being environmentally friendly are geometric slope improvements, improvement and addition of horizontal drainage systems, and strengthening of slopes with vegetation (soil bioengineering).

Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the chemopreventive effect of black cumin seeds oil (Nigella sativa), p53 & H-Ras gene expression, and CD8 count in 80 dimethylbenzanthracene (DMBA)-induced Sprague Dawley mice. The test animals were divided into 8 groups. The normal group was given standard food and drink. The three black cumin seed oil (BCSO) treatment groups received BCSO dosages of 0.25, 2.5, and 5 ml/kgBW/day respectively and they were induced with DMBA. The thymoquinone and tamoxifen groups received 50 mg/kgBW/day thymoquinone and 0.6 mg/kgBW/day tamoxifen respectively and they were induced with DMBA. The DMBA group was induced with 10x20mg/kgBW DMBA for 5 weeks. The solvent group received standard feeding and corn oil solutions. Starting from the third week of treatment, all groups except the normal and solvent groups were given 20 mg/kgBW DMBA twice a week for five weeks. Dissection and data retrieval were conducted at week 27. The chemopreventive effects are measured by nodules incidence, nodul multiplication, total weight, and histopathology. The number of CD8 T lymphocytes is determined by flowcytometer. The p53 and H-Ras gene expression is assessed using densitometry after PCR. The mean intergroup difference was calculated using one way Anova. The results showed that BCSO administration before and during DMBA induction can decrease nodule formation and count, decrease H-Ras gene expression, increase p53 gene expression and CD8 CTLs count. A dose of 0.25 ml/kgBW/day BCSO indicated a chemopreventive effect, increased p53 gene expression and CD8 CTLs count, and decreased H-Ras gene expression, all of which were similar to a dose of 2.25 ml/kgBW/day but safer. It can be concluded that a dose of 0.25 ml/kgBW/day BCSO produces chemopreventive and immunoprotective effects in DMBA-induced SD rats.

Abstract
Abstract
Metal manufacturing industry is one industry that has a high risk for work accidents, both minor accidents, moderate, or severe accidents. Potential hazards that must be minimized so that workers can protect their safety and health. One way that can be used to overcome the danger is to use personal protective equipment (PPE). This study aims to analyze the work accidents that are removed by workers fingers. Research using qualitative methods with case studies on workers who have work accidents. The main informants are workers who repair work accidents, while supporting informants are HSE managers in the industry. Data obtained through interviews conducted with key informants and supporting informants. Based on research data that can be done by workers who are disconnected in the finger segment due to being twisted by the threads that have been wasted from the gloves they use. At that time, the informant was looking for workpieces using a rotating machine. The informant is not aware of the thread being unraveled and takes machine turns so that it wraps around the fingers. The informant only knows that the finger was finished after finishing and took off the gloves. Inappropriate use of PPE will oppose workers. In addition, workers do not need work safety instructions, thus increasing the risk of workplace accidents.

Abstract
This paper aims to reduce the problems of financial technology companies (Fintech) that are developing in Indonesia, especially in peer to peer (P2P) Lending services. The 4.0 industrial revolution in the economy was marked by the existence of various information technology services that made it easy for the public to develop their business, especially micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by using one of the financial technology services namely, peer to peer lending services. This financial technology company, which is engaged in peer to peer lending, acts as a provider of information technology services that brings together lenders (Investors) and loan recipients (Borrowers) in the network (Online). In practice, in this peer to peer lending service, found many problems that can harm investors and loan recipients as users of financial technology companies. This research uses normative research methods by taking a legislative, case, and conceptual approach. The results showed that the financial technology company is an information technology company, not a Financial Institution so that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator cannot be held liable in the event of user harm. The absence of regulations governing financial technology companies results in a lack of legal protection for users who suffer losses.

Abstract
Normatively juridical, Indonesia only recognized the six religions, namely Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism. For the sake of administrative interests, belief adherents are forced to fill in other religious columns in their Identity Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK). Aluk Todolo is one of the faiths that is under the auspices of other religions. Based on this case, the Constitutional Court acknowledged the existence of flow of trust as a faith through Decision No.97/PUU-XIV/2016, which resulted into the addition of a column of faith in ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK). However, it still inflicts some problems in the level of implementation. The aim of this study was to examine the population and social status of the Aluk Todolo belief adherent and to increase the efforts for legal protection of the Aluk Todolo belief adherent in Tana Toraja Regency. This study used a type of qualitative and socio-legal research with data collection techniques through indepth interviews, focus groups discussion, observation, and documentation. The results of this study socially indicate that, the negative stigma of the general public towards Aluk Todolo has been reduced considering that is guided under Hinduism. Moreover, it still becomes a problem because both faith are clearly different. In addition, the recognition towards the flow of faith in population administration has not been maximally realized due to the fact that Identity Card (KTP) only wrote "Trust in Almighty God". Based on this case, the authors conclude that the proper legal protection against the flow of faith in Indonesia, especially Aluk Todolo, to every legal instrument (statutory regulation) that includes religious phrases needs to be juxtaposed with the flow phrase of faith.

Abstract
Balikpapan City is a gateway to East Kalimantan as well as a destination for tourist visiting and business activity. The development of accommodation sectors triggered the growth of the lodging industry in Balikpapan City. However, currently, it is found that hotel development growth becomes imbalance due to overcapacity and only exist in several regions. This study aims to identify hotel distribution patterns and hotel location clustering analysis based on the occupancy rate conducted in two stages using the Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) and hot-spot analysis method which available in GIS Software. In Overview, hotels in Balikpapan, both star hotel and non-star hotel, significantly clustered spatially around the centers of urban activities. This grouping is not linear with the occupancy rate distribution pattern. The occupancy rate pattern of star hotels shows a spatially clustered structure with z-score to 2.69 (most significant). Conversely, the occupancy rate of non-star hotels has a random pattern with a z-score is closest to 0 (not significant). However, in general, based on hotel occupancy rates, we can identify hot-spot points which shows the difference in density

Abstract
CO2 gas is a gas produced from various activities related to industrial activities and people activities in residential or commercial areas. Conventionally, measurements of CO2 concentrations are carried out using the NDIR method with stationary device, but the tool has a disadvantage that is difficult to do in locations that are difficult to reach with height. So this research is intended to ambient CO2 at different height case study in the Industrial Estate and Commercial area, by means of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology. We sampled at 2 different altitude i.e 1.5 m and 15 m. The use of altitude variations due to wind shear affects that presumably it will have dilution in the upper air. . The greater the wind speed, the concentration of exhaust gas in the area will dissipate quickly. The results of the study show CO2 concentrations varied on weekday mornings and afternoons, and weekend mornings in the sampling area. However, such CO2 concentrations at 2 altitude points showed no significant differences. Thus different 10 m, it could be still homogenous ambient air.

Abstract
Most of waste cooking oil (WCO) in Semarang is still disposed in landfill since there is inadequate number of facility to collect those wastes. There are only three collection centers of WCO identified in Semarang. The alternative to sell WCO is also not the best option as the amount of WCO generated from household is less than culinary enterprise. Thus, having a collection channel that can thoroughly cover all the supply points of WCO from household in Semarang is a necessity. This research is going to design a collection channel in order to provide facilities so the waste can be properly managed. The research determines the number, location and capacity of each collection center. The number, location, and capacity of collection centers are determined using Maximal Covering Location Problem. The finding shows that to facilitate all the potential supply of WCO in 1 km mileage, 146 collection centers.

Abstract
Every construction project consumes a huge energy. The impact of energy consumption on environment is remarkable in developing countries. Sustainability infrastructure has become a crucial issue among decision makers, developers and designers around the world. Value Engineering program is one of method for improving project sustainability. This method present whether a decision increases or worsen the projects performance. While the goals of value engineering program are dominated by cost and time reduction. Case study is carried out on Automated People Mover System (APMS) project. APMS project, at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, is the first skytrain in Indonesia. The length of APMS track is 3.05 kilometres. The concept of a simple span bridge structure is used for APMS tracks. On APMS project, the initial design of the girder used the PC-U type with rarely-used dimensions. By using value engineering program, stakeholders decided to replace PC-U type with the PC-V type which has common dimensions in PT.WIKA BETON as a supplier. The use of PC-V type girder gains the benefit of efficiency in terms of time and cost. The production and erection time of the PC-V girder is more fast 30 days. Besides, The PC-V Girder saves production costs by 2 billion rupiah. This paper also attempts to give several recommendation for designing sustainable developments by focusing on the bridge structure as the main unit.

Abstract
Cold storage for storage at low temperatures so that the performance of bacteria and microorganisms that destroy food can be reduced. Maintaining the quality of fresh fish in storage above freezing temperatures requires special treatment so that quality degradation can be delayed and the storage can be extended. The use of ozone as a disinfectant can provide a solution to the problem of decreasing the quality of fresh fish. The combination of an ozone generating plasma machine with cold storage gives a great advantage in storing fish in fresh conditions. Storage of fresh fish at a temperature of 2-8 ° C can reach a shelf life of 15 days and extend the economic life of the fresh fish. The use of ozone generating plasma technology in cold storage can provide space for increased energy efficiency and economic value with the intensity of energy consumption three times less than without the use of plasma technology, meaning that it can provide a three-fold benefit in terms of energy costs per kilogram of fresh fish per day. Increasing the shelf life and decreasing the intensity of energy consumption is very important in the food distribution chain, especially for fresh fish that are very vulnerable to damage.

Abstract
The 2030-s core agenda for 17 Sustainable Development Goals aims to bring systems thinking and holistic solution to ensure that progress and development for People and Profit do not actually side-line Planet as the major stakeholder. Any discussion on the Economics issues should bring in the Environment and Socio-cultural diversity dimension as equal components. This may necessitate a complete revamp of human activities such that effort to tackle famine and poverty and the emerging infectious diseases, is not divorced from addressing the problems brought about by the climate change and the destruction of eco-systems and habitat for wildlife. The call for greater utilization of green technology and sustainable practices must involve resource optimization and better management of biodiversity, agro-practices, environment and health care to achieve improved food production and distribution, affordable cost of disease treatment, cleaner energy, air and water, with minimal emission, pollution and wastage. The focus of this presentation is to highlight research and development in integrated biomaterials engineering of oil palm fibres and microalgae for sustainable bioenergy production, environmental remediation and conversion into value added-products via integrated palm oil milling processes and algal biorefinery. This hopefully could bring forth insights towards partnerships and collaboration among the policy makers and planners, industrialists, investors, scientists, engineers, economists and social scientists to tackle the immediate and pressing problems facing the world today.

Abstract
Most of anaerobic digesters in Indonesia are run under mesophilic condition because Indonesian climate is sufficiently good to easily maintain mesophilic condition. On the other hand, thermophilic anaerobic digestion offers an advantage of much higher biogas production rate, although it needs more tedious control and energy supply to achieve the thermophilic temperature of 50-60°C. We run laboratory scale experiments to compare process performance of anaerobic digestion of bioethanol liquid waste (vinasse) at mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. Digested cow manure was used as inoculum. Start-up was conducted with only the inoculum inside the reactors. After the reactor passed through the starvation period, the vinasse feeding was started. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) was gradually decreased from 60, 42, until 30 days. Each step of HRT took 7 up to 14 days for stabilization. At the same HRT, thermophilic reactors produced biogas at the rate of four times faster than the mesophilic reactors. The methane concentration in the biogas for thermophilic process was relatively the same as the mesophilic one. With such higher rate of biogas production, the energy cost for thermophilic can be possibly better compensated.

Abstract
Despite of adverse impacts on the environment, landfill has big potency as renewable energy sources since it generates biogas from organic waste degradation process which can be used for power plant purposes. In 2017, the volume of waste disposed to Manggar Landfill was 128,000 tons, which mostly are organic waste (59.4%). Therefore, this study aims to estimate the amount of energy that can be generated from landfill as methane, by calculating biogas production in landfill based on waste generation, as well as composition using LandGem and Afvalzorg model. In 2017, Manggar landfill produced about 4×103 Mg CH4/year or about 5.31 to 6.44×106 m3/year. The estimated methane then converted to electricity using gas engine and trigeneration methods. Using gas engine, methane from Manggar Landfill is predicted to produce electricity about 787 MWh/month. On the other hand, if trigeneration method applied (by keeping the same gas engine as before), it produces 41.8% of heat which convert to 29.3 kWh of cold. In conclusion, it will be beneficial if Manggar Landfill capture and treat methane for generating electricity since Manggar Landfill produces about 6.44×106 m3/year which can be used for electricity purposes of around 10,000 people using gas engine.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know whether management attitudes can moderate the relationship between management support and risk management performance. Respondents from 112 companies were taken. They were the top rank risk management personal in those companies. Questionnaire was designed in collecting the data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire has been tested. Multiple regression analysis techniques were used to test the null hypothesis that attitude is the moderating variable between management support and risk management performance. The null hypothesis was accepted indicating that attitude toward risk management was not a moderating variable in the relationship between management support and risk management performance. However further analysis with the use of path analysis found that management support instead was the mediating variable between attitudes and performance of risk management. Therefore, when top management has positive attitude toward risk management will increase the risk management performance of the organization.

Abstract
Introduction Sakana Pharma is an Indonesian pharmaceutical manufacturer that have main revenue from contract manufacturer to fulfill drug needs in Indonesian Universal Health Coverage (UHC) market. UHC market is the biggest pharmaceuticals market in Indonesia. From BCG matrix mapping, the main revenue of Sakana Pharma is in the market which growth is slowing down due to 20 % price erosion per year since Indonesian UHC was started. This become the main reason for Sakana Pharma to transform the core business to secure it-s position in the future. According to Burke (2002), 70 percent of organizational transformation are fails. One effort to ensure the success of transformation is measure the readiness of individuals and organizations to change (Cinite et al., 2007, Noer 1997; Zamor, 1998). Therefore it is necessary to analyze the Sakana Pharma-s transformation readiness then arrange transformation design. Methodology This research was started with determining transformation direction which appropriate with Sakana Pharma-s needs, then continued with transformation readiness audit and arrange transformation design. The transformation direction is set based on BCG matrix strategic direction then continued with transformation readiness assessment using “Transformasi Organisasi Indonesia” model to identify the readiness of 9 transformation elements in a company (PPM, 2017). After identifying the readiness of each element, we can make a transformation design to cover the elements that are not ready. Transformation design are consist of type of transformation, new vision, transformation strategy and transformation road map. FINDINGS/RESULTS From BCG matrix mapping, the main revenue of Sakana Pharma is in cash cow zone. Sakana Pharma need to transform it-s business into market that has high growth. Based on external and internal analysis, Sakana Pharma must focus more on exports. To make sure Sakana Pharma ready for globalization, we assess some elements to check Sakana Pharma transformation readiness. Based on audit result, some elements still have a readiness value below the minimum value. The root cause are lack of sense of urgency and business direction has not been firmly established CONCLUSIONS Based on this result, It is important for Sakana Pharma to define new vision, share new vision to increase sense of urgency. After that Sakana Pharma must create blue print transformation that consist of type of transformation, transformation strategy and transformation road map.

Abstract
Sabu Raijua is one of the small areas in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region with an electrification ratio that has not reached 100%. Additionally, the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region also faces a clean water crisis. High-Temperature Gas Reactor (HTGR) is a type of reactor that produces not only electricity but also could be used for cogeneration applications, such as desalination of seawater. In this research, the evaluation of the energy and seawater desalination process using HTGR was analyzed using the Desalination Economic Evaluation Program (DEEP) code. Meanwhile, calculation of reactor design performed by Standard Thermal Reactor Analysis Code (SRAC) code and using Japanese Evaluated Nuclear Data Library (JENDL) 4.0 as nuclear data library. The reactor was designed to produced 150 MWt power while seawater desalination used Multi-Effect Desalination (MED) method. As a result, this reactor design can meet electricity demand in the Sabu Raijua region. Also, seawater desalination yields 110000 cubic meters per day which are meet the needs of clean water.
