Abstract

Abstract
In an effort to increase efficiency, a pharmaceutical company wants to regulate the allocation of warehouse workers . At initial observation, it was identified that the utilization of workers in the Warehouse Material Section was low. This is because workers do not comply with supervisors who make allocations based on experience. This research was conducted to assist companies in allocating workers according to their workloads with the hope of increasing utility and reducing the allocation of excess workers. The study began by selecting non-administrative work and measured standard time as a reference to its workload with work sampling methods . After that, scheduling with heuristic and optimization methods is designed. Scheduling is done twice, scheduling with observational data is used to analyze the differences in initial conditions, the results show a 15% increase in utilization and a decrease of 0.2 in the average needs of workers. The second scheduling with historical data is used to analyze the differences in the results of the two methods, in cases where there is a conflict between activities in a period the heuristic method allocates workers to the most important jobs first while the optimization method allocates workers to jobs that produce the least amount of work remaining.

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of job complexity on the relationship between Occupational Future Time Perspective (OFTP) and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour directed at organization (OCBO) and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour directed at individuals (OCBI) by using conservation of resource (COR) theory. Data were collected by convenience sampling method from healthcare workers in public hospitals in Makassar (N = 311). Different data sources were employed to minimize common method biases, wherein predictor and mediator variables were collected using self-report survey, and outcome variables were collected using peer-rating survey. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling with the SmartPLS application. Results showed that job complexity only significantly mediated the relationship between OFTP and OCBO. Differences in results, research support, limitations, the theoretical and practical impacts of this study are discussed further in this paper.

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the role of selection, optimization and compensation (SOC) strategies as a moderator on the relationship between occupational future time perspective (OFTP) and affective commitment. Drawing on Conservation of Resource (COR) Theory, we argued that the relationship between OFTP and affective commitment was strengthened when the levels of SOC strategies were high. Data were collected from a private company in Indonesia (N = 202) using temporal separation method, in which predictors data were taken two weeks before the outcome data. Data were analyzed using Hayes-s PROCESS macro on SPSS software. Contrary to our expectation, results showed that the relationship between OFTP and affective commitment was positive and significant when the levels of SOC strategies were low, but the relationship became non-significant when the levels of SOC strategies were high. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the moderating effect of perceived remaining time on the relationship between job demand and job stress. Using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory to explain the moderation effect, we argue that the relationship between job demand and job stress is weakened by perceived remaining time. Data were collected using online survey on public sector employees from several ministries in Indonesia (N = 220). Data were analyzed using Hayes- PROCESS macro on SPSS software. Results showed that perceived remaining time moderated the relationship between job demand and job stress, such that the relationship between job demand and job stress was increased when perceived remaining time was low than when perceived remaining time was high. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention on business continuity in Banjarese typical culinary traders. The results of the PLS analysis show that entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial motivation directly has a significant effect on business continuity. This means that the higher the motivation for entrepreneurship (the desire to get social recognition, inheritance, the desire to improve the quality of life and the desire to be independent) the stronger the intention to entrepreneurship and the higher the entrepreneurial motivation, the higher the business continuity. This study found that entrepreneurial intention does not have a significant effect on business continuity. This is contrary to the theory and results of several previous studies. For this reason, more in-depth study is needed on this matter for further research activities.

Abstract
Indonesia-s health spending estimated will growth on 14.9% CAGR over the period 2012 – 2018, JKN program which was launched on 2014 drive this growth, industrial external conditions are conducive and provide great opportunities. PT.X is a clinical laboratory with a family ownership, now widely spread into 18 branches all over Indonesia. Family company has a very strategic contribution, 95% of companies in Indonesia are owned by families, with revenue at US $ 5-10 million, total wealth reach 25% of Indonesias GDP. Behind this huge opportunities and family ownership company contribution, there are issues in maintaining its sustainability. Sustainability of family business depends on success of succession, implementation of succession is a failure factor on family business continuity. Since 2017, PT. X experienced joint management stage succession, an evaluation is need to knowing whether the process is going well for achieving business sustainability. Business performance is a valid indicator for measuring business succession effectiveness, external environment and internal organization prespective usually used to define business strategies achieving excellent performance. Because the external conditions have supported, the research will be carried out on the companys internal organization with McKinsey Organization Health Index approach. OHI scores obtained from the survey indicate that PT is a health organization but not excellence. It is recommended that organizational behavior improvement refer to market focus basic model, especially in practice clarity of strategy ,sharing vision and using mentors from outside experts to assist the succession process is needed

Abstract
Cost of Goods Manufactured is a very important thing to calculate the selling price and profit and loss of a company. PT ABC as the main distributor of PT XYZ. This research helps PT ABC determine the Cost of Goods Manufactured which is more accurate to determine the right selling price with traditional methods and TDABC. The traditional method alocate the same value of direct and overhead labor costs for each product based on the number of units needed and provide less accurate calculations. The TDABC method provide more accurate direct labor and overhead costs by alocating the costs into each activity that has added value and the production process time for each type of product. TDABC shows that simple products have a smaller overhead allocation than products that are complicated in the production process so that undercosting or overcosting can be minimized.

Abstract
In an attempt to provide a passive cooling effect, living walls (LW) gain more attention from architects, engineers, building planners and researchers. Several types of research proved that living walls could contribute to enhance and restore the urban environment and improve thermal buildings performance. This paper aims to provide a literature review for all different LW systems in order to identify and systematize their primary application, method and performance. This review paper organizes and summarizes the literature on LW when it is used as air temperature reduction for passive cooling in buildings. Thermal performance remains the most prevalent theme compared to others, representing almost half of all publications (53 out of 123), with the top three most highly-cited articles all related to air temperature, energy and pollutan reduction of LW. Continuing to evaluate the contribution of current LW systems to improve buildings temperature reduction and comparing the environmental impact of these systems with other passive cooling strategy. This paper reviews existing methodologies for evaluating thermal performance in a tropical climate and makes suggestions of potential LW for optimum temperature reduction. Corresponding to the initial test, it can be concluded that LW provides great potential in increasing building energy saving by passive cooling.

Abstract
To fulfill the Paris climate agreement the Indonesian government aims to increase the share of renewable energy. Among others it aims to install 6.4 GWp of photovoltaics (PV) until 2025. However the 2018 installed capacity of total PV is only 52.6 MWp. A new regulation for solar rooftops came into effect in January 2019 to give more security for investments in solar projects. But for a majority of consumers, the implementation of the regulation and an economical operation of a PV system brings many hurdles. A 10 kWp PV on-grid system at UKRIM University is monitored to gain information about energy data, Return of Investment (RoI) and levelized costs of energy (LCOE). Based on the monitoring results, three different consumer types (social institutions, household and offices) are analyzed in respect to profitability. For the PV installation at UKRIM an RoI of 15 years is calculated. The LCOE is calculated as 0.051 USD/kWh and thus higher than the feed-in price of only 0.042 USD/kWh. The current 10 kWp PV system can offset 70% of the electricity demand of the building it is connected to. Nevertheless the most economical size would be only 7 kWp, showing that the most ecological (zero net energy) and the most economical system (fastest RoI) can differ greatly. The slow RoI makes a PV on-grid system economically not interesting for social tariffs. Though households and office buildings can achieve a faster RoI, mainly because of higher electricity prices. The current regulation is economically not attractive enough for buildings with a social electricity tariff. Optimizations of PV systems in interaction with the connected load and the load profile can lead to a faster RoI and lower LCOE, making a PV-rooftop system more attractive.

Abstract
Hydrogeological survey activities have been carried out with the aim to identify potential water pollution in the Girimulyo area, West Progo. The research method was conducted with a field hydrogeological survey to get hydrogeological data and water quality in the form of pH and TDS. Water quality status evaluation is done by determining the pollution index based on water quality standards. The results showed that the water in the study area was generally colorless, tasteless and odorless and clear (not turbid). The pH value of water measured in the field is 7 - 8.1, while the TDS is 15 - 305 ppm. The results of the water chemistry laboratory test show that groundwater quality is quite good with a pH of 7 - 8.1 and TDS 112-240 ppm. Groundwater violence is in the middle to medium class - hard, as is river water. Chemical types develop as groundwater Ca - bicarbonate and Ca, Mg - bicarbonate. The index of water pollution studied is in the mildly polluted category (Pollution Index of 1,81 – 4,81), with the greatest level of pollution found in river water in Niten.

Abstract
Sumowono groundwater basin is located in Semarang Regency, Temanggung Regency, and some part in Kendal Regency. Increasing population growth in the Sumowono groundwater basin area is the cause of increasing water demand. For this reason, the government provides an alternative to using groundwater as a source of fresh water. This study aims to determine groundwater utility by the community, the value of each determinant parameters of the recharge area, the distribution of recharge and discharge areas. The research methods were hydrogeological mapping and geospatial analysis, which includes combining several geological and hydrogeological parameters, namely hydraulic conductivity, precipitation, soil cover, slope, water table depth, and electrical conductivity (EC). Based on the result of the hydrogeological mapping, groundwater is mainly used for irrigation, fisheries, industry and domestic purposes. The soil covers consist of sandy clay and clay sand, the slope has a value of 0°-40°, rainfall has a range 2,500-3,200 mm/year, depth of water table is up to 20 m below ground surface. The hydraulic conductivity values are 3.1 m/day (tuffaceous sandstone), and 270 m/day (volcanic breccia) with the EC values is 37-537 µS/cm. Based on the results of the geospatial analysis, the recharge area is spreading in the south and the east, while the discharge area is located in the northern part of the study area.

Abstract
The increasing population up to 1.67% per year in the urban coastal city such as Semarang affects enormous stress on the natural resources – groundwater, in particular. To assess groundwater vulnerability to contamination the DRASTIC method was applied. DRASTIC was one method in compiling a zone of groundwater vulnerability to contamination. This method required seven parameters, namely D (water table depth), R (recharge zone), A (media aquifer), S (soil media), T (topography), I (vadose zone), and C (hydraulic conductivity). Processing of each parameter was developed by using spatial analysis in ArcGIS. The results conduct there are three level of groundwater vulnerability to contamination namely low, medium and high.

Abstract
Fresh water snail (Pila ampullacea) is large fresh water snail that can be found in rice fields, ponds, lakes and marshes. Most of them live in paddy fields and become pests for its plant thus the farmer tries to eradicate. Whereas, aquatic animals especially snail contain high level of protein with an amino acid profile similar with the meat land animals, thus making it beneficial to health in countries where snail exists. Thus, fresh water snail can be used as a raw material in producing foods or snacks, one of the famous snack in Southeast Asian countries is cracker. Pila ampullacea was obtained from the swamp and was cleaned it up by removed the flesh from its shell and used the water then production of the crackers. Nutrition contents of the fresh water snail cracker is protein (10.67%) and lipid (0.06%). The organoleptic analysis of crispiness was shown good result with mean score is 4.1.

Abstract
Morale can be influenced from within individuals and the environment surrounding. Morale is a psychological state that can cause pleasure and encourage someone to work actively in achieving the goals set (Siswanto, 2000: 35). Things that can affect morale are burnout and work satisfaction. Burnout is a psychological condition experienced by a person due to stress accompanied by failure to achieve expectations in a relatively long period of time. Burnout is mostly found in the human service profession, namely people who work and provide services to the general public, such as teachers, nurses, polices, counselors, doctors and social workers. Someone who experiences burnout, will usually be less interested in work, making their morale low to carry out and complete tasks. While work satisfaction is more about whether someone is satisfied or not regarding: duties, authority, and responsibilities in his work. If someone feels satisfied with his work, then morale tends to be high, and vice versa. The purpose of the research conducted is to determine the effect of burnout on work morale, the effect of job satisfaction on morale, and the effect of burnout and job satisfaction on morale. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study are members of the Surabaya one-stop administration unit (Samsat), amounting to 282 people and a sample of 165 people with 59 bachelor degree, 21 diplomas and 85 high schools graduates. With the age range of 31 people at the age of more than 40, 32 people of 36-40 years, 49 people of 31-35 years, 34 people of 25-30 years, and 19 people under 25 years. The number of samples using the Slovin formula and is carried out by random sampling technique. Data collection technique using questionnaire consists of 58 statement items. Data analysis technique uses the Test Validity and Reliability of Instruments, Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test using t test and F test and the coefficient of determination. From the research findings and discussion, it can be concluded that burnout gives a significant influence of 13.4% on the morale variable. This can be seen from the high morale of members with the function of interaction between individuals and the environment. Job Satisfaction gives a significant influence of 60.3% on the morale variable. Members are satisfied with the results obtained from the organization, and strive to improve the work system. Burnout and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect of 33.3% on the morale variable. Work morale can increase when the level of fatigue of the members can be avoided by including matters related to job satisfaction. So it is suggested to be able to do further research on the variables of organizational commitment, individual characteristics, cohesiveness, transformational leadership, organizational climate, and work stress, so that it can be explained more fully about other variables
