Abstract
Improving maternal and child health is one of the Sustainable Development Goals to be achieved. Breastfeeding is a natural and sustainable strategy to achieving that goal. One factor proven to have a positive effect on breastfeeding behaviour is the optimization of social support. In the age of social media, social support has extended not only from the mothers surroundings but online through social media. This study aimed to analyse the structure and communication behaviour of social support obtained in Facebook group on breastfeeding. Qualitative methodology using netnography was used. Results show that action-facilitating support is the most exchanged, where more support was given than requested. The communication structure in the Facebook group is open with a radial pattern that is beneficial in breastfeeding communication because radial patterns are considered more effective in the diffusion of innovation and new ideas. Admins play a key role in the Facebook group communication network; they acted as cosmopolites, opinion leaders, and gatekeepers. In conclusion, Facebook group in an interactive and effective media for online social support communication of breastfeeding mothers. Interventions on breastfeeding should consider the use of social media as they can mediate the breastfeeding support not adequately provided offline.

Abstract
This research was conducted because of the quite disturbing phenomenon in Indonesia, where many people often easily forbid everything without a strong legal argument, especially based on the scientific basis of fiqh and its ushul. Though the provisions of the Sharia must be read in the lens of fiqh and its ushul so that it produces the right and correct legal conclusions. This research is a literary study of the thoughts of a prolific Indonesian cleric, who wrote about the works of ushul fiqh in the early 20th century, Abdul Hamid Hakim. To parse his thoughts, the study uses Islamic legal philosophy approach; and for analysis using content analysis. From this research it was found that, the provisions of illicit must be based on the Quran and the Sunnah. According to him, that there are several rules (maxim) for the determination of illicit, namely: 1) the basis of the illicit is the prohibition in texts; 2) the illicit can be deduced by using the reverse logic of the nash command; 3) prohibitions are continuous, without time lag; 4) illicit is obtained because of the damage factor attached to an act; 5) Unlawful acts can give birth to other unlawful acts

Abstract
Nuclear energy is one of the alternative energy sources to resolve the increasing needs of energy sources. Small Modular reactor (SMR) is one type of small nuclear reactor that can be resolve energy needs for remote areas. In this study, variations of fuel were carried out on the NuScale SMR reactor were Thorium with Plutonium (reactor grade plutonium), Thorium with enrichment Uranium, and Thorium with U-233. This study aims to determine the composition of the fuel that makes the reactor capable in a critical state for 10 years with a power of 150MWth. Variations in the composition concentration of Plutonium, concentration and enrichment of natural uranium, and concentration U233 were carried out on the NuScale reactor core. Neutronic analysis was carried out using the SRAC2006 program with JENDL4.0 on the LINUX operating system, which resulted in the value of the multiplication factor, conversion ratio, and reactor reactivity values. Based on calculations and simulations critical reactor (Keff ≥ 1) was produced for 10 years with a composition of 4.47% Plutonium in Th-Pu, 14%, 13%, and 12% Uranium with 17%, 18%, and 19% enrichment in Th-U, and 1,8% Uranium-233 in Th-U233. The reactor reactivity shows that the value is always positive and tends to decrease every year so the reactor is safe. Value of conversion ratio (CR) < 1 so that it can be used to reduce plutonium waste from other reactors

Abstract
Abstract — The emergence of a new law on the management of Zakat raises pros and cons, both among the citizen and private sector zakat institutions. Whats more, recently, there were rules about cutting 2.5% of zakat for Civil Servants. This seems to make the private sector zakat institution more subordinated. In several studies revealed that with the latest zakat management rules, private sector zakat institutions feel they dont get enough space and are subordinated to several existing policies. And it is feared that it will be very detrimental to the private sector zakat institution which is considered to have a small amount of people, because there must be a requirement that must be approved to obtain legality. Nonetheless, several attempts have been made by the government to embrace the interests of zakat management through good cooperation between public and private zakat institutions. Through a literature review study with Boolean Logic, several online journals were selected according to the needs of this study. With the aim of research to find out how the efforts of zakat institutions in Indonesia in order to develop and improve the mechanism of zakat management systems optimally and to embrace various interests that develop in society.

Abstract
There are many systems in a reactor shutdown function in MSR in addition to inherent self-stabilization. One of those systems is the fuel-salt drain system. The present study focused on the melting and solidification phenomenon that occurs in the freeze valve. An experiment was performed to investigate the erosion behavior of a solid plate by an impinging liquid with respect to time. In addition, a numerical modelling based on MPS method to visualize the heat distribution in the plate will also be carried out. The experiment will be conducted by varying the parameters such as the liquids, temperature, and diameter. Hot water (70 and 90oC), molten paraffin, and cooking oil, will be used while both molded candle and paraffin wax will serve as the target plates. The dimension of the target plate is a cylindrical with 44 mm in thickness and 140 mm in length for both paraffin and candle wax. Heat distribution images will be acquired using FLIR thermal video camera. The data then will be compared to the MPS simulation. Recent results showed that cooking oil outperformed hot water and liquid paraffin by having the shortest penetration time but not necesarrily the fastest erotion rate.

Abstract
It has to be realized that the era of conventional-oil is coming to an end. It will consume a lot of effort and cost to look for a new conventional-oil resource. However, unconventional-oil resources are abundant; most of oil reserves in the world are dominated by unconventional one (heavy, extra-heavy and bituminous oil). Heavy oil has density less than 16 0API and its viscosity greater than 400 cP at 100 0F (Visser, 1987). A critical problem that has to be faced during the production of heavy oil is its viscous characteristic which making heavy oil is not easy to flow naturally to the wellbore. Other issue is its composition dominantly composed by heavier hydrocarbon components. Therefore, thermal lifting methods are common ways been applied to squeeze residual heavy oil deposits. Steam flood and insitu combustion have been applied and studied vastly in over decades. However, steam flood and insitu combustion have some limitation on its field application. Therefore, heavy oil lifting needs an alternative method that able to produce heavy oil effectively and has high success ratio. A new technology that has been introduced as an effective way to produce it is microwave heating. This method utilizes micro radiation to vibrate the fluids and rock molecules in the reservoir to increase the temperature, then, reduce the oil viscosity. The microwave heating able to reduce oil viscosity from 4412.11 cP on its pour point at 51 oC to 134.24 cP at 90 oC. From the microwave heating, it is also known that the heating rate is directly proportional to output power and nano ferro concentration. The increase of temperatures also affected the recovery factor at 51 oC, 60 oC, 70 oC, 80 oC, and 90 oC, respectively the recovery factor are 0%, 28.55%, 34.07%, 35.32%, and 36.08%.

Abstract
The sulfur content in diesel oil must be less than 0.5% by weight of diesel oil, because the high sulfur content will accelerate the occurrence of wear and tear on the engine cylinder walls. For this reason, desulfurization is carried out to reduce sulfur content in diesel oil. The process of desulphurisation of diesel oil causes a decrease in the lubricating power of diesel oil to the engine so that the addition of additives is needed. In this research, bioaditive substances in the form of 2-hydroxy propyl palmitate have been synthesized from the cooking oil industry fatty acids. The reaction begins with esterification of palmitic acid with BF3 / methanol to produce a methyl palmitate ester with a yield of 72.13%. Furthermore, methyl palmitate ester was esterified using propylene glycol and K2CO3 as a base to produce 2-hydroxy propyl palmitate which acts as a bioaditive with a yield of 52.90%. Structure identification is done by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (KG-SM) method.

Abstract
At the operational level, a mix of appropriate government policies, laws and regulations can contribute to the long-term sustainability of tourism destinations. While the development of human resources (HRD) has been recognized as an important component for the sustainable development of tourism destinations. Drawing research conducted in Karimunjawa tourism village, this paper discusses the role of government policy in HRD as a contributor to tourism development. Using mixed methodologies, data were collected from tourism educators, local community representatives, and questionnaire survey questionnaires for tourism industry managers. These findings suggest that governments have ignored HRD policies in their overall tourism development plan. Furthermore, this study suggests that ad hoc government policies in tourism-related HRD have a detrimental impact on the long-term sustainability of Karimunjawas tourism destination and sustainability.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Ant nest plant (Myrmecodia sp) is a medicinal plant that contains bioactive compounds such as glycoside, vitamin, mineral, flavonoid, tocopherol, polyphenol and tannin1 which are useful as antioxidant and anticancer. The ant-nest plant also has a high antioxidant activity and medical property2. Previous report stated that the ant-nest plant enhanced growth and blood profiles of Pangasianodon hypophthalmus3, boosted lymphocytes proliferation and macrophage phagocytosis activity 4. Thus, the extract of this ant-nest plant might be potential to be applied as growth enhancer in fish such as Clarias gariepinus. Current research aimed to evaluate the effects of Myrmecodia sp bulb extract (MBE) in the feed of Clarias gariepinus on the growth, visceral índices (hepatosomatic indices/HSI and intestinal somatic índice/ISI), and survival. A group of fish was fed with 0.25; 0.50; 1; 2% MBE (test diet groups) and compared with the control group without MBE supplementation. Five groups including control of three replications (tanks) of fifteen fish (initial weight 27.48±0.16 g) per tank were fed the test and control diets for 75 days. In the end of feeding trial, growth parameters, visceral indices such as intestinosomatic and hepatosomatic índices of the fish were measured. Survival of the all fish was counted every two weeks. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Present findings stated that supplementation MBE higher than 0.25% resulted significantly higher Final weight, biomass weight, BWG, DWG, and AWG. Fish fed 1% of MBE in the diet showed better value of FCR (1.13±0.03) compare to others group. Significantly highest HIS found in the fish fed 0.25% MBE in the diet. However. ISI was found not significantly in any groups of fish fed MBE. Survival rate of all groups was not affected by any concentration of MBE supplementation in the diet of fish. The application of plant extracts in aquaculture to enhance growth has been gaining momentum 5. Plant extracts have several important biologically active compounds such as a flavonoid, alkaloid, triterpenoid, phenolic and tannin 6. The results showed that the MBE supplemented in the diet of C. gariepinus affected their growth status. This might be due to the presence of phytochemical compounds such as flavonoid which is an important secondary metabolite. Table 1. Abstract
Many 3D games and applications using Augmented Reality technology on smartphones. When an application or game is used will increase The Workload of The Processor which is marked by the heat of The Smartphone. The increase in processor and battery temperatures is due to heavy workload of processor. This study uses the Level of Detail method to reduce the detail of 3D objects from the Augmented Reality application. 3D objects that appear on the smartphone screen are adjusted to the distance the camera to the marker. The distance of the camera to the marker triggers the change of details so that the processor has decreased workload. The test results show that the average Workload Processor is reduced by 10% and the temperature decreases by 0.9 C
