Abstract
This paper discusses about fake news from the Islamic perspective. Derived from previous scholarly discussions and Islamic manuscripts on fake news, this paper attempts to provide what Islam has to say about fake news. The discussion starts with scholarly literature about fake news to understand the concept of fake news, followed by the issue of fake news in news sourcing. More emphasis is given to online news due to the fact that fake news emerges abundantly and easily on online platforms than before. Besides that, the role of technology in reducing or/and increasing the threat of fake news in modern communication is also discussed. The final part of the paper discusses specifically on fake news from the Islamic perspective. Some suggestions of best practice are also provided, based on Islamic perspective argument, for journalists or citizen journalists to ponder. We argue that best practice in journalism pertaining to fake news is best derived both from religious manuscripts and journalism ethical practice.

Abstract
Offenses in the high seas over the exclusive economic zone are increasing rapidly as violators take advantage of the legal vacuum in the region. 188 nautical miles of high seas and exclusive economic zones outside the territorial sea territories of coastal countries are no-mans-land. Article 55-58 jo. Article 87 UNCLOS 1982 created two different legal regimes in the same place. Above the surface of the sea water is declared as the high seas, while the water and natural resources below it follow the regime of the exclusive economic zone. There have been two major incidents in the region recently, namely the crashing of an Indonesian warship by a Vietnamese Government ship and the oil transshipment activities carried out by two foreign-flagged vessels. Violations committed on the high seas, according to UNCLOS 1982 in which the countrys military vessels can act, are limited to those set out in Articles 99 through 109. Beyond these articles the Indonesian Government has difficulty implementing its national legal rules because they have collided with the status of the high seas which the state cannot claim. This paper aims to analyze in depth the legal vacuum in UNCLOS 1982 and its impact on coastal countries.

Abstract
Historically, cabotage comes from the French language which means small ship. This term is from the Spanish language from the word "Cabo" which means "Cape" (cape), meaning from headland to headland on one beach, for example transportation from one headland to another headland on a different beach, for example from Tanjung Priok in Jakarta to the city of Banjarmasin . Indonesia is one of the countries that applies the cabotage principle as seen in Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law Number 17 Year 2008 concerning Shipping which states that domestic sea transportation activities are carried out by national sea transportation companies using Indonesian-flagged vessels and manned by crew members of Indonesian citizenship, furthermore, paragraph (2) states that foreign vessels are prohibited from carrying passengers and / or goods between islands or between ports in Indonesian waters. However, in 2015, the government issued a Minister of Transportation Regulation PM Number 121 of 2015 concerning Provision of Facilities for Tourists Using Foreign Flagged Cruiseships where consideration of the issuance of this Minister of Transportation Regulation is to increase visits and move tourist trips so that tourists need to be provided convenience. using foreign-flagged cruises. Ports that were opened to be a stopover for cruise ships are the Ports of Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak, Belawan, Makassar and Benoa (Bali). Article 3 This Regulation of the Minister of Transportation states that cruises can transport tourists at domestic ports for travel, starting from domestic origin ports to tourist destinations to return to the port of origin, as long as the trip is part of tourist trips to and from the territorial waters. Indonesia. Seeing the above provisions, violating Article 8 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law Number 17 Year 2008 concerning Sailing because foreign cruise ships are allowed to transport passengers at the original port in Indonesia, then go to the destination port, back again to the port of origin of departure . The tour destinations are sufficient to be reported to the Head of the Kesyahbandaran and the Port Authority (KSOP). This study aims to determine (1) the relationship between the provisions in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 121 of 2015 concerning Provision of Facilities for Tourists by Using Foreign Flagged Cruiseships connected with Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping and (2) forms of regulation cruise ships in sailing in Indonesian waters in order to increase tourism. The method used in discussing this study is a normative legal research method that studies the legislation in relation to the unity of the national domestic transportation legal system. Conclusions based on the results of the study are (1) provisions in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 121 of 2015 concerning Provision of Facilities for Tourists by Using Foreign Flagged Cruises contrary to Article 8 pa

Abstract
Online catering business is one of the promising business opportunities. In big cities, such as Jakarta and Surabaya, this business is able to provide an alternative for office workers, households and even schools to continue to enjoy home-cooked food according to taste with many choices or variants. In the Surakarta area, online catering business has not yet become an option, even though the catering business in Surakarta is developing quite rapidly. A number of catering entrepreneurs in Surakarta said that the lack of understanding related to online transactions and management of management in the online catering business was an obstacle in the development of that direction. This study intends to map the potential of catering businesses in the Surakarta region by referring to the potential use of social media in the online food ordering business in Surakarta in 2017-2019. The result is, Surakarta has a huge market potential for the development of catering from manual to digital systems, especially online. This refers to the high use of online delivery services, such as Gojek and Grab, which until now has a quite high service for food traffic. Thus, catering businesses in Surakarta basically have the potential to be developed towards online catering through strengthening managerial capabilities of online businesses and technical understanding in social media.

Abstract
Color has a profound influence on everyday human life, both in the world of graphic design, painting, print media, interior design, presentation, politics and of course also on web design. Color is an interesting field to study because color affects psychological, cognitive, taste and color gives identity to each object it attaches. The color composition can be likened to two sides of the blade, if it is right to combine it will give a positive impression and if wrong in combining it will give a negative impression to people who see it. In this study the author will analyze the color composition on the website of world-class universities (University of Indonesia, Gajah Mada University, Bandung Institute of Technology) and try to translate the meaning behind the color of the website based on color theory based on western culture.

Abstract
Bitcoin is the first and one of the most popular cryptocurrencies in the world. The value of Bitcoin can go up thousands of percent, but it can also go down hundreds of percent. This condition makes Bitcoin often considered as an instrument for investment. As a new investment (discovered in 2009) and prices began to surge in 2017, it is interesting to study investment behavior in the bitcoin instrument. This research uses the theory of planned behavior by Ajzen, processed with SEM and Smart PLS 3.0 applications. The number of respondents is 100 people. The result shows that attitude is the only variable that influences the intention to buy bitcoin. And the intention to buy bitcoin affects the investment behavior of Bitcoin. Subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not affect the intention to buy bitcoin. perceived behavioral control also does not affect bitcoin investment behavior directly.

Abstract
The accumulation of heavy metal in marine waters is a very serious and dangerous environmental problem. Heavy metals can accumulate in sludges and corals. Understanding trace metal displacement, concentration and distribution is needed as a first step to prevent the spread of heavy metals pollution. We determined the trace metals in sludges ( Zn, Cd, Pb, Ni, Co,Cu and Fe) using the method Bureau Community of Reference (BCR) microwave as well as other chemical analyzes such as anion analysis and total organic carbon. The samples were used Acropora corals and sludges taken from Prigi bay waters. This research aims to (1) investigation of the level of metal pollution in prigi bay waters, (2) Look for the relationship of metal concentrations in sludges, corals and seawater in order to obtain more accurate pollution value data. The data for heavy metals concentration, zinc should not exceed than 50µg l-1 in marine waters. Cadmium is a relatively rare element with concentrations ranging from 2 x 10 4 to 2.9µg l-1. Lead is highly toxic and originates from anthropogenic activities. Nickel is one of the largest trace metal constituents of crude oil and cobalt is an essential metal for living organisms in low concentrations but may be toxic in high concentrations. Copper concentrations in marine waters should not increase than 5 µg l-1. For Higher concentrations of Fe in sludges and seawater may be revealed a pollution problem in a certain area. The precision value (% RSD) of using the BCR microwave method for trace metals in sludges has a range (3.99-9.6%) for all metals.

Abstract
Temperature control is very prominent to be done in producing biochar, because the quality of biochar depends on combustion temperature and the amount of oxygen existing when the combustion process is happening. In this research, the designing of furnace for biochar production by using vacuum pump and temperature manual control had been done. The fuel used was LPG gas. The furnace was designed by having two parts which are cylinder tube for biochar production and tube feet as the holder of the kiln. The calibration of the furnace for biochar production was done to find out the temperature and the pressure that can be generated and its effect toward produced biochar. The calibration was done by using vacuum pump to vacuum the combustion chamber and temperature manual control as temperature indicator. There were two steps for this furnace calibration, first, the leakage test and second, combustion test of biochar production. The leakage test was done by using bubble test method. The result showed that there were still some leakages happened, but they were fixed with glue on the leak parts. As the final result of the leakage calibration, the vacuum condition obtained was -25 cmHg. And as the result of biochar combustion as long as one and two hour, the temperature reached 2800C and 2500C.

Abstract
Abstract. The biochar/TiO2 thin layer has been made by sol-gel method and the coating technique by Doctor Blade method. The variation of biochar on TiO2 were 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% and 4%. The characterization was done by XRD (X-Ray Diffractometer) to see the crystal structure of samples. Also, the characterization by UV-Vis spectrophotometer to obtain the value of energy gap. Based on XRD data, it was obtained that the crystal structure of all samples is anatase TiO2. The crystalline size of all samples has no significant different by the increasing of percentage doping. The smallest crystal size was at the addition of 3% and 4% biochar which was 118.22 nm. The results of UV-Vis characterization showed the lowest value of energy gap was at sample doping 1% biochar which was 3.25 eV. Bandgap energy value for doping sample above 1% showed an increase of bandgap energy of Biochar-TiO2.

Abstract
This paper contributes to a larger endeavour of understanding how mathematics textbooks are used in classrooms and what shapes the specific forms of their use. Three types of mathematics textbook analysis have been previously identified, namely, horizontal, vertical, and contextual analysis. Based on literature review, we discuss how these three types of analysis can be usefully combined, and explain why contextual analysis, where data on textbook use is collected in classrooms, provides the most revealing insights. We argue that because of its relevance for textbook design as well as for teacher professional development, researchers should consider including the contextual analysis when analysing textbooks.

Abstract
The ability of reasoning is very important to note for being able to train students to think activity able to complete math problems. This ability also became a benchmark in determining the student achievement in mathematics, one of them is in the international TIMSS and PISA. However, the ability of competing of Indonesian students is still very low compared to other countries. This can be due to the lack of giving questions that train reasoning abilities by the teacher. Therefore, there is need for improvement in the process of learning mathematics. On the process of learning, students are given the opportunity to explore and to dig up all the potential. The teacher can give problems that are able to train and develop the ability of mathematical reasoning. Problem-based learning is is a learning-centeredissues. Problems can be relate to the real-life of students and can train the ability of skills and complete mathematical problems

Abstract
The colour quality of batik jambi fabric using natural and chemical dyes needs to be tested for its resistance to washing (friction) and heating (thermal) treatment both for drying and ironing. Fabric fading is affected by decreasing the level of brightness and reducing blackish colour and increasing white in an element of colour. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of fading of the colour of the batik jambi cloth using the colour histogram method. The process of this research uses several sizes of jambi batik cloth obtained by three batik production / craftsmen in the Jambi Kota Seberang. Process Treatment of each sample through washing, drying and ironing with temperature variations of 50, 75 and 100 Celsius. Then take a digital photo image and analyzed the level of RGB colour intensity (Red, Green, Blue). If there is a level of change in the increase or decrease in the intensity of the RGB colour, then there is an indication of dis-colouration on the fabric. The results of the testing of the colour of the batik jambi cloth using a colour histogram showed a good degree of colour brightness resistance after a number of treatments, so testing the level of fading of the colour of the batik jambi cloth proved the quality of the natural dyeing process was very good.

Abstract
Pediatric drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is a life-threatening uncommon disease that can be difficult to diagnose. A prolonged duration of fever before the appearance of other cardinal symptoms may cause an initial miss diagnosis. We present a case of a 10 year old girl with ten days of high fever first treated as typhoid fever. She was on the fifth week of antituberculosis treatment (ATT). A diagnosis of DRESS was made after the appearance of pruritic morbiliform rash and severe liver injury. The fever decreased after we stopped the ATT and gave systemic corticosteroid, followed by resolution of other symptoms. The diagnosis of TB disease in this patient was made in primary health care facility using pediatric TB scoring system. Despite the total score of 6 (positive tuberculin test and TB exposure), she has normal chest X-ray and no symptoms of TB. Therefore, the patient has latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) but overdiagnosed as TB disease. Due to the negative HIV status of the patient, TB prophylaxis is not needed. Therefore, reintroduction of ATT was contraindicated, which led to lack identification of specific drug causing DRESS in this case.

Abstract
In this study identification of geothermal manifestations was based on vegetation analysis of remote sensing data. This study aims to identify geothermal manifestations based on the density of vegetation index and land surface temperature in the Cangar geothermal area, East Java through the results of satellite data processing in the form of Landsat 8 image data using ArcGIS ArcMap 10.4 software applied to analyze the vegetation index with the NDVI method and know the distribution LST in the research area. Based on the results of processing remote sensing data from Landsat 8 images. For the results of the vegetation index density (NDVI) processed from the image of band 4 and band 5, it shows that in the Cangar geothermal area it is dominated by mixed land with the classification results 0.2 < NDVI < 0.65, this explains that covered by mixed land indicates that the area is thermally active compared to areas covered by vegetation. While the results of the distribution of land surface temperature (LST) processed from thermal band 10 channels show a range of yield values 6.63 oC - 45.33 oC, with very striking anomalies in geothermal manifestations in the form of Cangar hot water and at several points in the South and East in the study area with estimated LST of 26 oC - 45,33 oC.

Abstract
Poncokusumo subdistrict is one of the areas in Malang regency which is a hilly area because it is located in the west of Mount Semeru Mountain consisting mostly of productive land. The area of Poncokusumo was taken for this research because of frequent landslides. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology is one of the ways that can help to mapping potential areas of landslides. The parameters used in mapping the landslide area of this study are rainfall, geological conditions, soil type, slope, and land cover. Each of these parameters is performed an overlay analysis with a weighted (scoring) technique using the ArcGis 10.3 software. The scoring analysis technique is used to provide value to each of the parameters for each sub variable which is then a cumulative calculation. This cumulative calculation will get a final score to determine a landslide-prone class. Level of landslide spread is divided into 3 classes: low landslide-prone area is 1,249.986 ha (5.749%), the medium landslide-prone area is 19771.74 (90.94%) and the high landslide-prone area is 719.7894 ha (3.311%). Ngadas and Jambesari village is an area that has the highest level of insecurity of landslides with a total area of 263.1 ha and 94.37 ha.
