Abstract
Capital rationing is a situation where a constraint (budget ceiling) is placed on the total size of capital expenditures during a particular period. It is one of some potential difficulties faced by a firm to determine all possible combination of the projects. The firm should choose some projects subject to available budget that can increase the highest value, i.e. net present value, which is the difference between the discounted cash inflows and cash outflow(s). Practically, from the perspective of maximizing firm-s value, the highest NPV may frequently be the decision makers- actual goal. Two commonly used approaches to maximize organization value are profitability index (PI) and net present value (NPV). Although the two approaches are based on the concepts of linear programming, they do not always produce an optimum solution. This is an interest argument to evaluate performance of them, whether they can be applied to all cases faced by a firm. This study used nine cases to test and evaluate the performance of two approaches. Net present value (NPV) menjadi parameter untuk mengukur besarnya penciptaan nilai proyek (creation of value).

Abstract
Abstract Leihitu is the name of a district that has several villages known as the Lehitu peninsula, located in the northern part of the island of Ambon. In the history of the Peninsula is also called the term "Land Hitu." Besides that, a new position which was characterized by Islam and dominated the government began to emerge, such as; Maulana, Imam, Qadhi, Hukom, Khatib, and Modim. Exciting research is how the philosophy name Peninsula for the kingdom of Lehi, whether the name of the Peninsula has to influence on the formation of "countries" in the Peninsula, especially in the 16th and 17th century Land of Hitu. Was there a hierarchical relationship with the Arabian Peninsula at the beginning of the development of Islamic dawah in the kingdom to influence the religious education of the Lehitu people. Through the phenomenological research methods of phenomenology, history, and anthropology of religion, it is possible to explore data and data analysis in-depth, especially in terms of a philosophy of the meaning contained in the name of the Lehaz Peninsula kingdom where the majority of people phenomenally embraced Islam even though it coexists with Christianity. The aim is to find out the meaning of the name of the Peninsula which is attached to a village or village which is quite far from the center of Ambon city, which can be assumed by naming the Peninsula contains special meaning as it is specific to the naming of the Arabian Peninsula which is the place of the emergence of the Prophet and Apostles.

Abstract
One way to determine the condition of a dam is to compare the pore-water pressure upstream to downstream. If the upstream porewater pressure is higher than downstream, the dam is in good condition. The pore-water pressure at the dam is obtained from the piezometer that is planted inside the dam. If the piezometer is damaged, the condition of the dam core is unknown. This happened at the Lahor dam where of the 9 piezometers, only one was functioning. The porewater pressure of the piezometer is determined by the height of the water column above it so that if the water level is known in the dam core, the porewater pressure will be known. To find out the water table, georadar can be used using a B-scan survey technique along the Lahor dam. The radargram is then processed to obtain the type of material by finding the wave velocity with reference to the water level at the upstream of the dam. The location of the Water table is obtained from reflections due to anomalous material differences. From the results of surface water level analysis in upstream and downstream it can be concluded that the lahor dam is still in good condition.

The short duration of reversals with respect to geologic time makes deciphering the precise sequence of events relating to reversals challenging. High-precision geochronology is an important tool for studying these events. Accurate and precise ages are critical for regional or global correlation of events recorded in sediments and lavas. The Brunhes-Matuyama reversal The Brunhes-Matuyama (B-M) reversal is the most recent full reversal of the Earth-s magnetic field and is thus the most accessible in the geologic record. The final full reversal of the Earth-s magnetic field at 772 ka was the culmination of a series of field irregularities lasting 22,000 years [1]. It is the only reversal for which modern geochronologic methods have sufficient precision to discriminate between events within the timespan of the reversal and relevant precursor events. Like all reversals, its causes and effects remain poorly understood. Study of events surrounding this reversal is pursued across multiple disciplines, as it coincides with the Early-Middle Pleistocene transition, a profound shift in global climate dynamics linked to changes in Earth-s orbital motions [2,3]. Minor extinctions [4], multiple asteroid impacts [5,6], a surge in solar and cosmic radiation, several major volcanic eruptions, and some localized hominid transition periods [7,8] are also broadly coincident with the B-M reversal. In this presentation, we will explore events recorded in the geologic record of southeast Asia that occurred in the run-up to reversal, during what appears to have been an eventful period of geologic time. Volcanic eruptions The importance of volcanic eruptions to the study of reversal processes is twofold. Firstly, explosive eruptions can generate widespread tephra, providing finite, datable stratigraphic markers. Secondly, thermoremanent magnetization preserved in lava flows and welded tuffs can lock in timestamped “snapshot” recordings of the orientation and intensity of the magnetic field at the moment of eruption, without the convolution effects commonly seen in the sedimentary record. These empirical data guide modeling of geodynamo activity and reversal processes. Gaseous decay product dating sche

Abstract
The broiler industry is one potential commodity in Jombang Regency with a growth in demand of 6% per year. However, domination a certain actor in this industry caused a high fluctuation in the input-output price. The purpose of this study is to discuss the characteristic of the broiler industry in Jombang Regency. This analysis implemented a value chain approach which focused on the impact of the characteristic of actors and market on the price fluctuation of the broiler industry in Jombang Regency. The results of this study showed that there were three key actors of the broiler industry in Jombang Regency: breeders, brokers and slaughterhouses. Breeders are classified based on partnership patterns, while brokers and slaughterhouses are classified based on the scale of production. The interaction between three actors create a broiler market segment consisting of live bird and broiler carcass. The market segments was evaluate using Critical Success Factor (CSF). The input-output market structures of the breeders and brokers level leds to imperfect competition market that are oligopolistic and oligopsonistic, while at the slaughterhouse level approuches a perfectly competition market. The characteristics of actor and market have affected the performance of market accessibility and price acception. Therefore a fluctuations price in each level of market share has been occured.

Abstract
Peat water source could be found in many lowland and marshy areas in Indonesia such as in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Papua. This type of water could be a problem for resident living around it as fresh water is one of the basic needs for human being. It formed from decayed of plants, animals, and microbes. The main component of peat water is humic acid which is a complex of organic compound and natural polymer. One of the potential process to treat humic acid is by using photocatalytic degradation method. This research aims to conduct activity of PVDF-TiO2/ZnO/CoO nanofiber photocatalyst for degradation of humic acid solution. Photocatalytic activities was studied inside photoreactor with artificial UV radiation with 254 nm wavelength. The percentage of degradation was determined by measuring humic acid solution before and after degradation using UV-Vis spectrophotometer with maximum lambda in 219 nm. Study of kinetic for photocatalytic reaction was calculated with rate constant 4,29 x 10-5 min-1 ppm-1 and the kinetic of photodegradation on this research was pseudo second order kinetic model.

Kadidia-Sigi, Central Sulawesis geothermal potential area has impermeable hoods with a high level of clay minerals (illite) in alteration regions around geothermal manifestations. Breccia rock samples were taken from one of the wells that had been analyzed to see the effect of temperature on changes in 3D rock structure. Rock samples were given heat induction treatment with varying temperatures ranging from 24°C (room temperature), 100°C, 150°C, 200°C, to 250°C. Samples at room temperature that have been given treatment are scanned with a Micro-Computed Tomography Scan (µ-CT Scan) instrument. 300 images of the µ-CT Scan results were reconstructed and characterized by 3D changes in the pore structure, minerals, and fractures using digital image processing. The results obtained in the form of pore grain size distribution, mineral grain size distribution and porosity rock size {{(T)}, specific surface area {SsA (T)} which tends to increase polynomially in pore and mineral structures. The results of fracture are obtained in the form of the main parameters, namely aperture {e (T)}, density {? (T)}, and intensity {I (T)}. Changes in micro structure (Nfracture) which is the cause of changes in fractal properties in rock structures. Where fractal changes produce equations that show fractal dimensions as a function of temperature that occurs in the pore structure, minerals, and breccia rock fractures.

Abstract
Groundwater is a very important component in the hydrological cycle, and is a very important source and its existence is not affected by the evaporation process that occurs at the surface of the soil. Through measurement of the value of EC (Electrical Conductivity) using a conductivity meter by separating soil samples from a depth of 600 cm to 50 cm. Then measure the water content and C-Organic content by gravimetric method. Obtained parameter values such as EC values at depths of 0-400 cm (layer A) have a range of values of (0.2-0.11) dS m-1. Then at a depth of 401-550 cm (layer B) has a range of values of (0.04-0.13) dS m-1 and the last at a depth of 551-600 cm has a range of EC values of (0.7- 0.23) dS m-1. Then the C-Organic content values obtained for layer A are 37.50%, layer B 47.01% and layer C 6.85%. From the parameters measured namely the water content and C-Organic content have values that fluctuate based on the layer, but if the value of water content is high the value of C-Organic content will also be high. It can be said that the water content and C-Organic content are linear but inversely proportional to the EC value.

Abstract
Dense settlements in urban areas are one of the problems in DKI Jakarta, due to the discrepancy between the area of land and the population. RT.03/RW.01 Petukangan Utara Village Pesanggrahan Sub-district South Jakarta is one of the densest settlements in DKI Jakarta which is located next to Universitas Budi Luhur. Based on SNI 03-1733-2004, the population density level in RT.03/RW.01 of North Petukangan Village, Pesanggrahan Sub-district, South Jakarta is included in the category of High Density. This can be seen in the dense residential row with the lack of Green Area. The community develops houses by using the land for building and pavement. This impacts the lack of healthy air circulation by SNI-14-1993-03 about the thermal comfort area of buildings for Indonesians. With thermal comfort that is not by SNI standards, the Community Service activity was made by the Universitas Budi Luhur Architecture Department to increase public knowledge about thermal comfort in homes with limited land. Thermal comfort can be achieved by creating a vertical garden on less land to produce cool air in residences. The activity uses the method of community empowerment so that the community can independently create a vertical garden in their homes and know its benefits as thermal comfort in the building. The results of the activities of the Community Empowerment Towards a Green Settlement on RT.03/RW.01 North Petukangan Village Pesanggrahan sub-district of South Jakarta is such settlements have a vertical garden as a natural air conditioning system. With the vertical garden as a natural air conditioning system, it can reduce the use of energy for artificial air conditioning, so that it saves energy and produces better air quality.

Abstract
The development of the industrial area in Karawang precisely in Klari Anggadita village made green land very limited. In addition, the level of air pollution has also increased both from road dust, large vehicles, and factories. Limited greening areas, the Community Service Team of Mercu Buana University provides training in planting practices using Hydroponic media. Hydroponics is a farming technique without using soil media. On the other hand, hydroponics is cultivation by utilizing water without emphasizing meeting the nutritional needs of plants. Water requirements in hydroponics are less than water requirements in aquaculture with soils. Hydroponics uses water more efficiently, so it is suitable to be applied in arid regions such as Anggadita village. This training was held for one day and its growth was monitored for 2 months. During the course of time, the Community Service Team at Mercu Buana University also provided plant maintenance techniques using Hydroponic media.

Abstract
Self-regulation in children 5-6 years really needs to be improved because at this age children often force the will (desire) by showing the ability to choose, do and decide something on their own. If the child already knows the rules, the child will feel secure , because the child knows which actions are allowed and which are not allowed. If the rules are embedded, the child will try to avoid the actions that are prohibited and tend to do things that are recommended. The purpose of this activity is to provide psychologists to help provide sensory games for children in PPKS Cempaka to provide stimulus to early childhood learning and self-regulation. Activities are given by PACE (Positive, Active, Clear, and Energetic method) or Positive, Active, Responsive, and Energetic through Brain gym activities.

Abstract
Based on the 2018 Environmental Performance Index (EPI), Indonesias environmental quality is ranked 133 out of 180 countries. The low quality of the environment is caused by human resources who do not comprehend the concept of environmentally friendly industries. The low comprehension of environmentally friendly industries is also indicated by the low implementation of Green HRM in companies in Indonesia. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is an environmentally friendly initiative towards better work efficiency, lower costs, and higher levels of employee involvement. Green HRM plays an important role in organizations to support the resolution of environment-related problems, awareness of the use of more economical natural resources and support environmentally friendly products. The realization of this will help organizations to create energy-efficient work areas. This study uses an exploratory approach which explores the dominant factors that construct green behavior in green HRM practices on the employees of “The first movers on sustainable banking” in Indonesia. Based on the analysis and narrative literature review, factors that form environmentally friendly behavior in HR management practices, includes: (1) regulation; (2) environmental awareness; (3) leader commitment; (4) vision and mission; (5) organizational policies; (6) technology provision; (7) facilities; (8) organizational programs; (9) employee recruitment; (10) employee training; (11) performance appraisal; and (12) compensation program.
