Abstract
Pekalongan is one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia. Some cultures of Pekalongan can be developed and promoted especially in the culinary field. Pekalongans special food and beverage offerings are one of the most potential products in attracting both local and foreign tourists. Not only because of its unique name but also because of the process of making and philosophy in a product that makes Pekalongan culinary specialties. But on its journey, Pekalongan cuisine has not been able to make the reason tourists come to visit Pekalongan. Akar alang-alang which is one of the special traditional drink ingredients of Pekalongan which is expected to be better known and available at Café Jlamprang, Krapyak Lor Village so that it can introduce Pekalongans culinary culture more easily to the community and can embrace the young generation to get to know the Pekalongan culture. Because what is currently available are some drinks that use root-alang alang ingredients that can only be found in certain regions or in the form of instant drinks that can be found in souvenirs. In this study shows that Kalang has a unique taste and presentation. Then the production system can be done simply. Kalang has a high enough potential to be sold at Cafe Jlamprang, Krapyak Lor village so that if it is able to be developed and managed properly, efforts to preserve traditional drinks should be done not only by producers, but the government must also involve all elements of society

Abstract
As we know, global industry has experienced three revolutions. It began with the invention of the steam engine in the 1800s which encouraged mechanization in industry where human and animal power were replaced by engines. The second industrial revolution was marked by the invention of the power plant and combustion chamber. And the third industrial revolution occurred with the advent of digital technology and the internet. The fourth phase of the industrial revolution utilizes the digitalization and use of the internet that took place in the phase of the third revolution. The method of implementing activities in the form of knowledge transfer or capacity building of those who play a role in building an understanding of the industrial community 4.0 to be more monitored and measurable in optimizing sustainable dissemination, becomes important for further implementation. through the development of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to support the dissemination and internalization of understanding of the community-based industrial revolution, including the development of dissemination and measurement of its performance. An example of the substance used in the development of this knowledge management system is natural disaster mitigation.

Abstract
As demand on energy is growing while the resources is limited, alternative sources of renewable energy is becoming popular. Small-scale hydropower systems or known as hydropower plant are one of prominent source of renewable energy due to the economic competitiveness and availability. The plant utilizes the power generated by the river flow to generate the electricity. The Langkemme River is one of the major rivers in Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. We evaluated situation and condition of Langkemme River in order to determine the potential for hydropower assessment as a hydropower plant. Based on the evaluation, the topographical aspect and the existence of permanent waters show the possibility to install the mini hydropower power (MHP) plant on the river. From the mainstay discharge analysis using probability of 40%, the plant is designed to have a total head as 64 m and discharge is about 5.58 meters cubic per second (m3/sec). The production of energy is estimated as 3 MW annually. Based on the discharge and head of the MHP point plan the type of turbine ideal for MHP plans is the Francis turbine type.

Abstract
Utilization of by-products from the cooking oil industry, such as palm oil fatty acid distillates (PFAD) can reduce the cost of producing ethyl ester/biodiesel. This PFAD is processed into biodiesel using solid SO₄²ˉ/TiO₂-SiO₂ catalyst and ethanol reagent. The central composite design in Response Surface Methodology is applied in optimizing the effect of process variables such as the amount of catalyst, the molar ratio between ethanol / PFAD and reaction time. The results of the study recorded that the best-operating conditions with 98.89% ethyl ester conversion were achieved with a catalyst amount of 5% w, a molar ratio of 13 in a reaction time of 2.25 hours. The presence of SO₄²ˉ/TiO₂-SiO₂ catalyst components can be characterized using SEM-EDX. A functional group showing the presence of ethyl ester in biodiesel products has been identified using FTIR. Ethyl ester properties related to biodiesel properties can be shown as saponification value: 583.8446 mg/g, iodine value: 8.8714 mg/g and cetane value: 53.4.

Abstract
The results of the influence of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) doping on lattice parameters, the critical temperature and electrical resistivity in MgB2 superconductor are reported. The synthesis road for MgB2 was mechanical milling of all material components which followed by a solid-state reaction at a temperature of 800°C for 1 hour in the open air. Structurally, the CNTs addition for MgB2 was found to decrease the unit cell volume due to a decrease in the a-axis value from 3.086 Å to 3.078 and 3.074 Å when doped with 5 wt.% and 10 wt.% CNTs respectively. The change in structural constants was also accompanied by a modification in the critical temperature of the sample materials which were 39.20 and 38.02 K respectively as evaluated by the cryogenic magnet. In this report, we discuss phase evaluation by a quantitative XRD analysis, the microstructure of doped materials and their respective resistivity value as a function of temperature varied from 5 K to room temperature.

Abstract
One contribution of Einstein-s equation is the existence of gravitational waves. The weak gravitational waves are solutions of the linearized Einstein-s equation around a Minkowski spacetime. By using a certain coordinate freedom, waves propagate at the speed of light and propagating plane waves in z-direction gives two polarization states. The geodesic equation gives an oscillating proper distance of two rest particles when gravitational wave passes, while for proper time, no time dilatation meaning each particle has the same proper time. The fluctuation effect of gravitational waves causes ripples in spacetime making each particle feels a tidal acceleration.

Abstract
The city mascot as one of the supporting elements in the effort to improve the image of cities in Indonesia still leaves a lot of land for research. The research on the visual mascot of the city of Cimahi departs from a search effort on the mascot of the city in Indonesia as a complement to the research that has been done. The existence of the Cimahi city mascot itself can be said to be the pioneer of city mascot in Indonesia, which started from the idea of the first mayor of the city of Cimahi in 2009, Itoc Tochija during the second period of his reign. The idea was then only realized visually in 2013 during the mayor Atty Suharti Tochija. The Cimahi city mascot named Chima has a unique visual in an effort to position Cimahi as an autonomous city and promotion of the 3C (Cimahi Creative Cyber City) program. The Chima embodiment process is a long process carried out by the Cimahi City Investment Office as the executor of the task. This cultural phenomenon can be analyzed with the Semiotic scientific approach. Semiotics is the science of signs that presupposes a series of assumptions and concepts that enable us to analyze symbolic systems in a systematic way. According to CS. Peirce, the science of semiotics is based on logic that studies how people reason, and reasoning is done through signs. These signs according to Peirce allow us to think, relate to others and give meaning. This research will reveal the relationship between the symbolic form of the mascot and the implied meaning and the results of peoples perceptions so that they can be used as a basis for better manifestation of similar works.

Abstract
Setel is an e-wallet that allows the customers to pay for the petrol transactions at participating Petronas stations. However, Setel doesn-t function just as a method of payment, it-s an application that allows the customers to select the petrol, the amount of fuel customers need, and pay for it, all from inside their car. Available on both Android and Iphone Operating System (IOS), Setel-s main benefit lies in the convenience and safety it adds to the petrol-pumping process. Abstract
Balis tourism development policy is cultural tourism. This policy has been able to become the leading sector of the peoples economy and revitalize local culture. But at the same time, the implementation of cultural tourism turned out to have an impact on profanization and cultural degradation. One of them, occurs in the sculpture industry of Bali. This paper aims to understand the implications of cultural tourism policy on the development of sculpture in Bali. The study focused on the influence of tourism capitalism on the classification and mode of production of Balinese sculpture. This study uses a qualitative method with a cultural study approach, using two critical theories, namely the power and knowledge theory by Foucault, and the modality theory from Bourdieu. The results of this study illustrate that the development of Balis tourism has led to a new phenomenon in the sculpture craft industry. In terms of the classification of production there is a transformation of the status of the producer from a traditional sculptor, turning to commercial craftsmen by making mass sculptures. They are concentrated into three producer groups, namely artists (artistic), craft wolker with mass products, and crafters of certain model orders (limited adition producers). The Balinese sculpture industry is organized into two modes of production, namely local cultural ideology, and mass product with capital ideology. The dynamics of the sculpture industry in Bali shows a cultural hybrid, which produces mass sculpture while still relying on local culture (crafter made mass products with local culture basic).

Abstract
Red betel leaf contains numerous phytochemical compounds that can be used as an antiinflammatory agent of rheumatoid arthritis. This research was conducted to determine the effect of red betel leaf extract on IL-1β and mole feet oedema thickness of RA model. Mice were modeled for RA by intraperitonally administered with 0.01 ml CFA and IFA on the near of left foot area with approximately 0.03 ml volume. The treatment was carried out for three weeks. Measurement of feet oedema thickness was done before and after treatment by using sliding, then the data were analyzed by using ANAKOVA. At the end of the treatment, the mice are empowered and dissected. Blood collected from the heart. IL-1β levels were measured using indirect ELISA technique and data were analyzed using single ANAVA. The results showed that red betel leaf extract of 200 mg/ml had a tendency to decrease IL-1β level in RA mice, whereas the thickness of oedema in mice of RA could be lowered by red leaf extract of 400 mg/ml. This results suggested that a decrease in IL-1β levels is also accompanied by a decrease in oedema thickness, due to an improved mechanism of the mice pane in RA mice.
