Abstract
The problem of sand production is often found in oil fields from the layers of sandstone (rock sand) that are productive in shallow depths to deep ones. Sand production begins to occur if stress exceeds the strength of rock formations, the strength of these rock formations which is the strength of natural cementation of rocks in relation to granules of sandstone in formation. In addition, sand production is very sensitive to the rate of production, where at the critical production level, sand will be produced. In sandstone formations, cement granules cementing material is not consolidated, so that the sand will be produced starting from the beginning of the oil well being completed. Sandstone formations may not produce sand at the beginning of production, but after a certain production period sand begins. It can be understood that with decreasing reservoir pressure, each sand grain will increase the over burden pressure which then results in increased stress between the grains to exceed the ability of cementing material in the sandstone formation. Sand problems in oil production wells can greatly lead to shut down of production and the increased frequency of using Rig Services in intervention well activities, which caused increasing operational costs. One way to solve the problem is by using a Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) where the movement of the rotor to the stator passes through the production fluid including sand that is produced to the surface so that the pump stuck problem due to the accumulation of sand can be overcome. In addition to the ability to overcome the sand, PCP provides a high level of pump efficiency reaching up to 75%.

Abstract
Recent publications state that some researchers found microplastic marine debris were spread in all waters around the world, including in Indonesia. These microplastic marine debris can be found near the sources of garbage or spread to waters near remote islands, in the form of fragments or fibers. The 5 Gyres Expedition 2018, using KLM Sea Safari VII, sailed along the waters of Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia on July 21st-29th, 2018. One of the objectives of this expedition was to collect data on the abundance of microplastic marine debris (size < 5 mm) from the waters of Labuan Bajo to Lombok, which has not been recorded until now. Seawater samples were taken on the surface and analysed for the shape and total concentration of microplastic (microplastic particles/liter). The result, microplastic found in all samples of seawater in the form of fibers and fragments. The fibers from were found in all sampling locations (12 locations), while in fragments from were only found in 6 locations. Near Labuan Bajo-East Nusa Tenggara, microplastic in the form of fibers as much as 10 particles/liter were mostly found. Meanwhile, 27 particles/liter in the form of fragments were found mostly in the waters near Gili Banta Island - West Nusa Tenggara (uninhabited island). During the cruise, ocean currents move from east to west with a maximum speed of 0.6 m/s in the northern part of Nusa Tenggara. These ocean currents partially move southward through the Sape Strait with a maximum speed of 1.45 m/s. It is estimated that marine microplastic debris from Labuan Bajo (east of the Strait of Sape) and Sangeang Island (west of the Strait of Sape) are concentrated on Gili Banta Island due to ocean currents. Results of this expedition reinforce previous findings that microplastic can be found in almost sea areas around the world, not only in densely populated areas but also in remote places that far away from the garbage sources. The contribution of ocean currents seemly very significant on transporting the marine microplastic debris.

Abstract
Abstract The development of life in society, especially in urban areas, is marked by technological advances. The existence of this technological advancement makes all things in all aspects of life more effective and efficient. One of the technological developments in the city today is the creation of the idea of "smart city" which is a city that has integrated information and communication technology in everyday human activities and aims to improve efficiency and improve services in the public sector and of course to improve welfare residents. In Indonesia, there are already several cities that implement the "smart city" idea, one of which is the city of Surabaya, which is a city that has "smart city" ties for 3 consecutive times. In the "smart city" applied by the City of Surabaya, there are 6 important elements, namely government, living, economy, branding, and society. However, in the implementation of "smart city" in several cities in Indonesia, there are still some obstacles, one of which is the lack of the creation of a rule of law as an umbrella for the application of the "smart city" idea. Since then, if there is no regulation, every city which wants to implement the "smart city" idea arises doubts. So it is very necessary for the role of law to support the development of various new policies that will be implemented by a city, one of which is by generating to a legal product as an instrument in policy enforcement. Abstract
The performance of symmetrical and asymmetrical supercapacitors were determined by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and charge-discharge galvanostatic methods. The construction of asymmetric supercapacitor was a thick layer electrode of paper-bark wood carbon sheets as anode, etched aluminum foil as cathode and gel contained BaCO3 as electrolyte. The symmetric used carbon thick layer both as anode and cathode. The electrodes were made of carbon - graphite mixture with ratio of 3 : 7, and 10% of binder, supported by a glass plate. The results of charging – discharging tests showed that the symmetrical 3 : 7 supercapacitor has highest capacitance value in ie 0.434 F for 10% BaCO3 electrolyte in polyvinylalcohol media. Cyclic voltammetry measurement showed that the symmetrical has the highest capacitance value i.e., 0.0138 Fg-1. The charge-discharge galvanostatic measurement showed that the symmetrical has 1.445 of charging slope and 1.344 of discharging slope suggesting the charging rate faster than the discharge rate.

Abstract
The Artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) activities at Sekotong District, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara have a negative impact on the environment. The use of mercury (Hg) and cyanide (CN) in the process of extracting gold can cause pollution to soil and plants. This study aims to determine the content of mercury and cyanide in soil and plants around gold mining. The research method used is descriptive explorative. The research sample was taken purposively at 6 locations and sample analysis at the Chemical Laboratory of Universitas Brawijaya. The results showed that the Hg content in surface soil ranged from 2.90-26.94 mg/kg, Hg in soil with a depth of 30 cm ranging from 3.48-53.86. HCN content in surface soil ranges from 63.93 to 104.08 mg/kg, HCN in soil 30 cm deep ranges from 66.59-106.55 mg/kg. The content of mercury and cyanide in rice plants (Oryza sativa), cassava (Manihot esculenta), banana (Musa paradisiaca), chili (capsicum sp), turi (Sesbania grandiflora), mango (Mangifera indica), mangrove (Rhizophora apiculata), and grass (Eleusine indica). The Hg content in these plants ranges from 1.23 to 8.15 mg/kg, HCN content ranges from 18.41 -52.85 mg/kg. Referring to the standards set by WHO and Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 57 of 2016, soil and plants have polluted and have a negative impact on other living things.

Abstract
This research aimed to study the effect of sintering time variations in obtaining cobalt oxide nanoparticles [CoO and or Co3O4]. This research used cobalt(II) nitrate hexahydrate [Co(NO3)2·6H2O] as the precursor and ethylene glycol [C2H6O2] as the dissolvent. Then used the sintering process at 700˚ C with sintering times of 1, 2, and 3 hours. Next, characterizing the cobalt oxide used X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTI) tests. Data analysis showed that the process generated single-phase Co3O4 where the 2 hours sintering process produced the smallest crystallite diameter.
