Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of using information technology for security, especially for supervision. The method used in this research is descriptive method, describing the function of using smart phones as a security tool. The results of this study that smart phones can be used as a security tool by using a cellphone camera as a surveillance camera and wireless computer network. This research was carried out with the results of analysis and experiments using previous references and supporting equipment. From the results of this study it can be found that smart phones can be utilized as security systems. Therefore the results of this study can be utilized by various parties or can be used as a reference in the use of technology and information.

Abstract
This research explains about a biometric system that uses iris pattern for Safe Deposit Box Users. Matlab is used for processing the iris pattern. In the process of image processing, there are several processes such as segmentation, extraction and identification. The initial phase of segmentation will be proceed by using canny edge detection then continued by hough circle transform to detect the center circle of iris. The second process is by extracting where the image of segmentation will be proceed by using haar wavelet transformation, the image will be changed to another form by decomposition of the vertical and horizontal image of the iris in order to get the data from iris image of user. The last phase is identification. In this stage, hamming distance method that will read the iris data in the database that has get through both phases and compare it with image captured by the webcam camera. If the image of user has been detected, then the safe deposit box will be opened. The advantages of this system is the iris pattern is very stable and different form each individual so it is not easy to be manipulated.

Abstract
The purpose this research is to choose the best employees who are entitled to a reward using Analytic hierarchy process method. Analytical hierarchy process method useful for choosing the best employee by giving subjective relative values about the importance of each variable, includes key Performance Indicator (KPI), attendance, and competence. With rating scale we can do the assessment to the all employee and get the value. The results show that the analytic hierarchy process method and rating scale will produce employees with the highest scores. This research help company to determine the best employee who get highest score from analytical hierarchy process technique

Abstract
This research aims to prove that the demand of an international artists merchandise in Indonesia is quite high. as we know, in this era of globalization, the entertainment industry is rapidly growing. In the mean time, teenagers these days are idolizing most of international artists such as an Western pop singer/Band, Japanese Idol Group, and mostly Korean Idol Group. Each artist has their own official merchandise store that selling a stuff like CD Album, Book, Clothes, Photo card etc. This research use a descriptive method with the example of 20 people of a big fan of some artist and 4 people of merchandise reseller. The result shows that as a loyal fans, they got a desire to buy the official merch of their idol. But unfortunately, most of them are having a trouble to get it because the store is not available in Indonesia. The high demand is a good chance to the reseller to help them buying a merchandise they want and ship it to their house.

Abstract
E-Commerce has become a solution in online transactions. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia, in 2016, there were 26.2 million users and continued to grow by 17% from 2006 to 2016. On the other hand, the development of e-marketplace has also grown significantly in Indonesia. There are 100 trillion transaction value in 2018. Currently, e-commerce actors are still unable to compete with existing e-marketplace. This is due to limited stock and types of products sold by e-commerce. One of the challenges faced by e-commerce managers is increasing the number of customers and transactions. The purpose of this study produced an architecture for data integration between e-commerce to the e-marketplace. The multi-platform e-marketplace model was developed that was integrated and could distribute products from several e-commerce. Service oriented architecture was used as a method in integrating and distributing products from e-commerce to e-marketplace. Based on the results of testing with 90 request can be concluded that the process of data distribution from e-commerce to e-marketplace can be done in a fast time with average loaded time of 0,72 seconds and the size of data accessed is relatively small with packed average size of 5,68 KB. The conclusion of this study remains the use of service-oriented architecture can be applied for e-marketplace that integrated with several e-commerce for supporting some feature like online payment and courier.

Abstract
This research is try to analyze the prospects of the local shoe industry in the facing ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) where Indonesia is one of the countries involved in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), the purpose of this study is to see how the prospects of the local shoe industry in facing ASEAN Economic community. The research method used in this research is qualitative where data is obtained through interviews and literature studies. The results of this research show how the prospect of the local shoe industry and what advantages it has in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) where the advantages and prospects can be utilized in competing in the ASEAN Economic Community with other Southeast Asian countries.

Abstract
This paper discussed about the feature detection problem in the computer vision affected by the brightness change. The presented descriptor is Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). The method is an algorithm in computer vision to detect and describe local feature in image which robustly identify object and invariant to uniform scaling, orientation, brightness changes, and partially invariant to affine distortion. We implement this algorithm to Robowaiters object detection system that must detect and recognize objects around its task like food, beverage, refrigerator and any kitchen objects. For this analysis case, we use beverage box image for sample image. The algorithm detects and recognize the image in normal brightness, and then the image brightness value increased and decreased. In the implementation, the algorithm success to detect and recognize the presented objects and distinguish it with success rate of 93.5% of image brightness increase and 95.5 % of image brightness decrease. Based the result, SIFT algorithm is robust to illumination changes for our case.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the quantitative comparison between two variables of sales promotion media that have different system concepts. The first comparison describes online media promotion as an example such as promotion on youtube, and the second comparison explains the media of offline promotion as examples such as promotions on television are usually called advertisements. Quantitative methods with various components of variable and indicator problems that are appropriate to the case of analysis. The results of this study are a generalization in a particular population obtained from the case. Promotion is one of the marketing activities that is very influential in the companys activities to notify, and persuade consumers to increase the value of the companys products.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe, analysis, and determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the influence of the use of information technology on modern accounting software. In this case I focus my research on accurate accounting software. This study uses a method of description and interviews to direct informants, where the population taken in this study are S1 and SMK Accounting students. The results of this study indicate that the use of Information Technology (IT) has a significant influence on the company. Modern accounting software that uses a computerized system helps manage financial statements from the stage of recording transactions and then preparing, to present it in the form of financial statements needed by an accountant to inform those in need in the company. This is due to the level of technological progress that encourages companies to use modern accounting software to improve the effectiveness of company performance. Accurate accounting software is one solution to increase accuracy, functional improvement, and shorten the time spent preparing and presenting financial statements.

Abstract

With the level of technological progress that is so fast pushing companies to use modern accounting software that is compatible in the network and multi-user to improve the effectiveness of company performance. Accurate accounting software with complete features and ease of operation is one solution to improve accuracy, functional improvement, and shorten the time spent preparing and presenting financial statements.

Simulation of first level health care facilities to reduce patient flow time

Abstract
This paper presents research on simulations of first level health care facilities, namely at Community Health Centers that are managed by the government and at the Primary Clinic which is managed by the private sector. The objectives of this study include identifying the patient flow time, the location of bottlenecks, and determining scenarios to improve system performance. The simulation model was developed using a discrete event simulation approach, after the objectives were determined, the study continued with data collection in the form of flow and volume of patient arrivals and service times in each location. By analyzing statistical data from 30 replications, it shows that there are differences in characteristics between Community Health Centers and Primary Clinics, namely at the location of bottle-neck, and the performance of Primary Clinics was better than Community Health Centers, with patient flow time, respectively 2516.23 seconds and 4881.03 seconds. However, after improvements were made in the bottle-neck locations at the Community Health Center and Primary Clinic, the patient flow time was almost the same, 1787.81 seconds and 1731.25 seconds, respectively. Conclusion, when the bottleneck location can be identified, improvements can be made to reduce the patient flow time of the two health care facilities, and even show relatively the same time.

Abstract
This research developed a fixed time isolated intersection signal system using Fuzzy Logic model, starting from conventional method using Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual 1997 adopted from American Highway Capacity Manual version 2000 and 2010. Fuzzy Logic models provide maximum efficiency and performance in setting traffic lights when compared to conventional methods. Fuzzy Logic model analysis process based on expert system involved numeric and linguistic variables, whereas in conventional method only used numeric variables. The optimization of signal intersection is obtained through a series of combinations of variable analysis of membership function calculation in fuzzy inference and fuzzy rule base processes. Surveys were taken by several samples of intersection in Bandung during April - May 2017, the result of simulation analysis showed that Fuzzy Logic model resulted in an average of green time extension on each approach of 55 % from the existing condition. Simulation is done with rule based control and cycle time at the intersection , the Center of Average (COA) value is obtained as a basis for measuring performance around 20 to 90. Finally there is an increase of 55% in intersection performance with the decreasing number of queues of vehicles, and raising the capacity of vehicles passing through the intersection. It is expected that Fuzzy Logic model can contribute and provide alternative solution at isolated signal intersection in the future.

Abstract
This study is to analyze the registration systems for new UNIKOM students, and its implications for the level of utility registration service officer, expected number of units in the system, expected waiting time of an arrival and probability that there are 0 units in the system at a particular time. The method used is a quantitative method through continuous analysis of simulation. simulation with changes in status from the simulation model occur at points of continuous time change by an event. In a continuous event simulation, the status variable changes if an event occurs along with a change in time. The object of this research is prospective students as a unit of analysis. The technique of collecting data uses saturated random sampling of applicant prospective students. The results of the registration systems process show a good level of expectation on the utility, the number of units in the system, location state single, the waiting time and output entity activity system, from the registration systems for new UNIKOM students. The next step is to continual improvement each service room with time, the number served is more effective and efficient so PMB service room becomes excellent.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to invite consumers to change their mindset to use digital technology, to facilitate any transaction. This research method uses a quantitative method, which is a method of collecting data (interviews and consecutive distributions). Of the thirty samples of data collection, twenty-five of them preferred to be smart buyers. Their reasoning is to make transactions easier and keep away from cheating. From the results of the study, the average transaction agent is a smart buyer. Because more than 83% of the results chose to be smart buyers. And the conclusion of this digital technology has been very influential in carrying out economic transactions, of course, a smart buyer will be careful to see the price of the item is certain, because this relates to the budget that is owned, look carefully at the image of the item to be purchased. And most importantly, a smart buyer, always read the ad information carefully before buying, because in the ad states, a smart buyer explains the condition of the item being sold.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to increase the selling value of apartments, with the concept of social balance that is expected to be made to develop and grow in the environment around them with the power of synergy that will have an identity or characteristic. In this study, the authors used descriptive methods carried out in the literature and descriptive approaches to determine the success of the study, as well as references from previous studies. The results of this study are to make buildings that are not selfish and care for the community, especially those who live in apartments and generally the surrounding community. With the concept of social balance, the synergy between the two who become identities will be created while increasing the value of the apartment because of the value that other apartments do not have.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the use of social media for Japanese language learning. The study used a survey method for 24 students of Japanese Program of Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The results showed that social media has a great potential to be used as an effective medium of Japanese language learning for learning or improving the ability of Japanese language because the average level of usage time is quite high. This study discusses how often social media is used. This shows that social media is one of the effective media for learning Japanese. This learning technique is expected to help make it easier for students in the process of learning and understanding Japanese language.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to inform the public that with the existence of social media we are easier to do anything such as shopping, ordering food, establishing contact contacts, opening an online business and others. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods because with this method can find a phenomenon that is studied in accordance with the state of the subject in the situation that occurred. The results of the analysis obtained from the methods used produced a response from the audience who thought that social media made everything we did easier. This is because social media has become an important factor of interaction for humans. The conclusion of this study is that with the existing social media we can easily communicate without restrictions, open an online business in the form of products or services, besides this social media we can easily shop and order food online.

Abstract
Social media is now very easy to use and accessible for anyone including in the business world as a market opportunity. The purpose of this scientific work is to explore the use of social media in attracting consumer attention to the culinary business as a promotional medium. In this scientific work the author uses descriptive methods that provide a detailed description of the matter in writing. The results of the writing made to see the scope of social media influence the selling power of the culinary business. The discussion in this study refers to social media studies that foster business opportunities which focus on the culinary world. In conclusion, social media has a huge chance in the culinary business to fascinate the consumers. Abstract
Abstract. Poverty is a complex problem caused by multidimensionality. The cause of poverty is not only a problem of economic inequality but also triggered by social problems, education, lack of access to communication or communication. The methodology used in this research is the Sociotechnical System (STS) system, STS analysis uses six attributes, namely goals, people, buildings/infrastructure, technology, culture and processes/procedures. This approach (STS) analyzes approaches based on social problems and technical problems. The purpose of this study is to design a digital platform design as one solution to solving poverty problems that exist in the community with various causes. The final results of this study created a digital platform design as a public space to capture community participation in order to care and want to share with poor communities in the form of entrepreneurship training groups (UKM). This technology becomes a tool to help educate society, not a rival of the community in accordance with the principles of society 5.0

Abstract
West Bandung Regency (Kabupaten Bandung Barat) experiences inequality in access to electricity due to difficulties of distribution process. One possible solution to overcome this problem is by utilizing solar energy, as the most available and potential resources to produce electricity in the area. However, it is necessary to understand public readiness and barriers to adopt the technology in the first place. Therefore, this study is crucial to be conducted with the intention of identifying the factors that influence the SHS adoption among rural community. This study uses the modified TAM consists of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social factor, and resource factor. The method of data collection is through distributing questionnaires to 185 respondents in KBB rural area. Further, Partial Least Square Modeling is used as the analysis method to test the hypothesis. The result reveals that social factor is the most important determinant for SHS adoption. From theoretical perspective, this study extends our understanding of customer adoption of SHS in rural area. Further, from managerial application, this study suggests a social marketing strategy that can be performed by the solar panel entrepreneurs and government to encourage the rural community to adopt SHS by expanding their existing knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract
Applying a speed control system to a mobile robot needs to be done to make the robot move stably in an uneven environment with the variation of load. This study designed a speed control system for a mobile robot to follow setpoints with a fast response to reach a predetermined speed. The speed controller uses the fuzzy logic control method. The input is a speed error and the change in speed error is known from an encoder sensor and the output of the system is pulse width modulation (PWM) in the range of 8-bit converted to fuzzy forms. The rule formation and rule analysis with its implication function use the MIN function and defuzzification use the weighted average method. By implementing this fuzzy control the results of the robot move at the speed corresponding to the setpoint both on flat or uneven terrain, with load or without load. In experiments carried out on robots with a setpoint of 9,000 rpm from rest, the response time (in rise-time) is less than 47 ms and steady-state error close to zero.

Abstract
Related to the new research questionnaire, an assessment questionnaire is one of the important stages of the IT survey study which adopts the instrument of studies previous. The field of IT research is increasingly developing in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The most basic feature of industry 4.0 is knowing all devices can communicate with each other. Devices that particularly connected via the Internet (Internet of Things-IOT) is expected to be able to communicate with each other. Through IT governance, we will know the extent of human communication with other devices on the readiness and usability of existing devices. Methodological in the assessment of IT governance questionnaires are relative and it goes in limited quantities. Therefore , Study on the topic of IT governance is still very necessary. IT governance questionnaire data obtained will be analysed using SMART PLS 3.27 that included testing a formative construction and causal modelling capabilities. Interpretive data analyses to confirm the results of the statistical analysis in the testing of the questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to perform statistical and interpretative analyses for testing customer trust questionnaires on IT governance.

Abstract
This paper proposed TOGAF to develop enterprise architecture University of Galuh Ciamis due to sharp increasing in number of students. This development must keep in line the business goal and information system used in University to support all business function. The framework to develop architecture was TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). The model developed in this research could be used as a guidance to develop next enterprise architecture. Step of activity in TOGAF such as Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. In Data Architecture Model all data principle were taken account such as: data is our asset, data must could be shared, data could be accessed, data security, data definition. Applications Architecture takes account all application principle such as: application is Technology Independent and easy to use. And the last in Technology Architecture we take account all Technology Architecture principle such as: change based on need, quick response to change, interoperation. The proposed enterprise architecture model is guidance for University of Galuh Ciamis to develop its enterprise architecture while keeping in line with business strategic.

Abstract
The development of the culinary business was started by various celebrities today in various cities including the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategies for a product using celebrities in this social digital era. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with case studies that take based on the phenomena that occur. The results of the study were to find out the effect of marketing strategies carried out using celebrity ambassadors. From the strategy used, there is a change in the attitude of the audience in accordance with the objectives of marketing communication carried out, this is due to the importance of ambasador brands in introducing or promoting products through their social media.

Abstract
A houses condition in Papua is an interesting phenomenon to be studied. Houses in Papua are built by local people who generally do not have special expertise in carpentry. Joint system used is the transformation from bonded joint that ever existed and used in traditional houses of Papua and nowadays, the trend moves to nail joint. The transition indeed causes some problems. On the basis of set forth background, the objective of this research is to review indigenous bonded joint to improve the physical quality of vernacular houses which are occupied by local people in Papua. Analysis method used is comparison method, this method is done by comparing the houses joint systems through four comparison variables: structure, material, skill and architectural application and then determining the vernacular joint system that still can be maintained, vernacular joint system which requires intervention and vernacular joint system that is not recommended for use anymore. Analysis outcome proved that the traditional bonded joint system is still relevant for use in Papua nowadays. Bonded joint can be used until the public understands the force distribution system, loading and stiffness in the structure and has been able to use the wood joint which complies with the standard.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to show the processing of surfactants from bagasse with the green chemical concept that is using vegetable raw materials. This is a laboratory research method, which synthesized become sodium ligno sulfonate (SLS) surfactant using two processes, hydrolisys and sulfonation with a green chemical process that is using microwave radiation (Microwave-Assisted Organic Synthesis / MAOS). Microwave radiation is given with a power of 300 watts for 60 minutes at 80oC. This step is carried out 4 times under the same reaction conditions and reaction time for 1 hour. The measurement results of the FT-IR spectrum show that in the reaction products 1 to 4 the expected functional groups have been formed, there are three main functional groups as indicators of lignin formation, the phenolic O-H functional group, the CH-aliphatic and aromatic groups, and functional group C = C aromatic. In addition to performing functional group analysis, characterization was carried out by analyzing the structure of the lignin amination product by measuring 1H-NMR with the results of the formation of alkene groups, sulfonate groups and carboxylates. The Microwave-assisted Organic Synthesis (MAOS) method has succeeded in synthesizing contaminated and alkylated lignin derivative compounds from bagasse lignin and synthesizing lignosulfonic derivatives.

Abstract
This research attempts to answer questions such as: (1) How is the development of synchronization of SIRADI with SIKD?; (2)How is the business flowchart of SIRADI which has been synchronized with SIKD?; (3)What are the requirements to synchronize SIRADI with SIKD?; (4)How is the model or design of the synchronized SIRADI? This study employs research development method. There are three Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving technicians from ANRI, BUHK, Archives Center, as well as from ICT Unit of UNNES. SIRADI is an official correspondence system, the basis or gateway to create a dynamic archive system. The records in SIRADI are the dynamic ones. Conditions required for SIRADI are official documentation, Record Retention Schedule (JRA), permission of access (rights to access), and patterns of archive classification. This research draws conclusions as follows: (1) Procedures for SIARDI synchronization development with SIKD include an archive workshop that involves a speaker from ANRI, FGD, and consultation with ANRI; (2) Business flowchart of SIRADI that is synchronized with SIKD is analyzing the archives stored in the category of DESTROYED and STORED archives; (3) Requirements for SIRADI consist of four archive instruments such as official scripts, JRA, permission of access (rights to access), and patterns of Archives classification; (4)Design of SIARDI is a separate system whose data is obtained from SIRADI. This study offers suggestions such as: (1) Workshop on SIARDI is required due to the menu provided in the system, which is closely correlated with archiving; (2) Instruments to support SIARDI such as computer and scanner are required to encourage the optimal result.
