Abstract
Vehicle simulator is used for various purposes, mainly driver training and vehicle model test. One of the most important part of vehicle simulator is motion simulator which simulates the vehicle motion. This part makes the user feel the motion sensation given by the real vehicle even though the user is in the simulator platform. The motion simulator itself consists of several subsystems : user interface, dynamic model calculation, motion cueing, and platform control system. This paper explains the implementation and its result of designed motion cueing and the motor position control which is a part of platform control system. The design is implemented on vehicle simulator in Institut Teknologi Bandung which has 4 degrees of freedom for its motion (pitch, roll, sway, and surge). The implemented motion cueing algorithm (MCA) is model predictive control (MPC), an optimization-based motion cueing algorithm. Sliding mode control (SMC) with saturation function is implemented for position control of the motor to solve nonlinear load torque disturbance which appear from a static behaviour when the platform rotates on pitch motion. From the motion cueing result, it can be inferred that MPC-based MCA can track the motion sensation of the real vehicle, especially for the surge and sway motion. For pitch and roll sensation, reference signals with lower frequency yield worse results compared to the signals with higher frequency ones. Meanwhile, from the motor position control result, it can be concluded that SMC with saturation function can track the position reference according to the calculation of motion cueing.

Abstract
The rice straw is compost head that common and easily obtained in Indonesia. It is very potential use as a forage alternative substitute for the fresh forage. However, rice straw as forage has a limiting factor in it is use as forage. The limiting factor of rice straw is the low content of the crude protein, high content of crude fiber, lignin, cellulose and silica. The efforts to overcome the limiting factors that exist in rice straw, an alternative efforts that can be done are to provide the treatment of immersion in a solution of alkaline (lime), and the process of the rice straw fermentation by using inukulum microbial selulitik and lignoselulitik (Trichoderma sp and Aspergillus sp. ). The research method is experimental, with four kinds of treatment and repeated in five times. The design that uses RAL unidirectional pattern and if there are differences among treatments carried out a further test with DMRT (level 1% and 5%). These treatments are T0: the rice straw without fermented; T1: the rice straw that is fermented with Aspergillus niger; T2: the rice straw that is fermented with Trichoderma sp; T3: the rice straw that is fermented with a combination of microorganisms as Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma sp. The results showed that the rice straw fermentation with Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma mutants AA1 very significantly increase the content of cellulose and lower lignin content. The highest cellulose achieved by T3 (20.297%) followed by T2 (18.191%), T1 (17.712%) and T0 (16.747%). While the lowest content of lignin achieved by T3 (14.793%), followed T2 (26.063%), T1 (26.421%) and T0 (38.164%) The conclusion of this study were 1) fermentation of the rice straw can increase the content of cellulose and lower lignin content, 2 ) a combination of two different kinds of fungus (Aspergillusniger and Trichoderma) on the rice straw fermentation results cellulose content highest and lowest lignin content.

Abstract
The aim of the experiment was to examine how wheat responded to extended period of high temperatures under controlled conditions to supplement field studies with these varieties on Lombok Island. Two Indonesian wheat varieties (Nias and Dewata) and two Australian varieties (Axe and Gladius) were examined in growth room experiments at 3 different temperature regimes 32/23°C, 28/20°C and 25/15°C day/night with 12 h daylight. Temperature and photoperiod were selected to simulate conditions on Lombok Island, at lowland (32/23°C) and highland (28/20°C) sites. A third temperature (25/15°C) was selected to represent temperature in a more temperate wheat producing area. The rate of plant development increases with high temperatures up to an optimum temperatures and slower after further increases. Despite being exposed to high temperatures from establishment, the effect of high temperature was more severe during the reproductive stage as seen by the fact that yield was more affected than dry matter accumulation and yield was most strongly related to grain number. Genetic variability in response to heat stress was evident with the Indonesian varieties being more tolerant to high temperatures than Australian varieties. Nias and Dewata produced higher yield and biomass.

Abstract
1. INTRODUCTION The tax is a levy from the government aimed at taxpayers according to the law, and the levy is coercive that aims to cover state expenditure and the cost of developing the country and the community does not get reciprocal services directly (Darmawan et al, 2014). Taxes are a source of income for the state, whereas for companies, taxes are a burden that will reduce the companys net profit. Differences in the interests of the tax authorities who want large and continuous tax revenues are certainly contrary to the interests of companies that want minimum tax payments (Kurniasih et al, 2013). In this paper, we discuss how to detect tax avoidance treatment through financial statements using the profitability, leverage, firm size proxy, and tax avoidance measured using Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). This paper also using data from mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 to 2018. The selection of this period was carried out to interpret the latest situation. 2. METHODS This research uses the secondary data that obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The population used in this research is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period, amounting to 49 companies. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, which is a data collection technique that uses certain criteria. For processing the data using assistance from the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPPS) version 20 program. 3. RESULTS After applying purposive sampling, 8 companies were found that fit the existing criteria. After running the test with the help of SPSS 20, the test results In the t test results for profitability, it shows a significance value of 0.493> 0.05 (p value) so that it can be concluded that profitability has no significant effect on tax avoidance (with a significance value <5%). That is, changes in the value of profitability do not affect the companys decision to avoid tax. And as for leverage, shows a significance value of 0.053> 0.05 (p value), but the difference of 0.05 is not significant. So it can be concluded that leverage has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance. In other words, if the value of leverage goes up, the value of CETR will go down, which means the lower the value of CETR the more the company indicates in avoiding taxes. It can be concluded that, companies that have high leverage value, tend to avoid tax. And as for firm size, shows the coefficient value of -0.542, which means that company size has a negative effect on tax avoidance. In the t test results table also shows that the significance value of 0.08 <0.1 (p value), so it can be said that the size of the company has a negative effect but not too significant for tax avoidance. In other words, the greater the value of company size, the lower the CETR value. Which means, the lower the CETR value, th

Abstract
The problem with the slow process of anaerobic biodegradation, especially in food waste, is that the rate of biogas production cannot keep up with high demands for fuel on the market. Several studies have been carried out to optimize the rate of biogas formation, including the addition of a microbial starters and pretreatments. The objective is to examine the production and characteristics of biogas with raw material for food waste (vegetable market waste) plus EM4 and GP-7 microbial starter, using batch biodigester system. The specific target of this research is to determine the performance of biogas manufacturing process by a combination of two techniques, the pre-treatments of raw vegetable waste and microbial starters. The research methods used consist of the design and manufacture of batch system biodigesters, determination of raw material characteristics, preparation of raw materials by pretreatment (enumeration and immersion in 3% NaOH solution) and addition of starters, namely EM4 and GP-7. By combining the two techniques, biogas production with greater volumes and concentrations of methane gas can be obtained in a relatively short period to catch up with market demands.

Abstract
Spector (1997) asserts that communication in the organisation is a critical aspect that should be carefully promoted and monitored in any organisation; any occurrence of communication breakdown among the members in the organisation, will influence the way how each person interact with each other and how important information is shared among them. It will then influence the attitude and behaviour of each person in the organisation, including the level of job satisfaction. This article aims to analyze academics in higher education institutions satisfaction on communication at their workplace. The study implemented a sequential manner of collecting mixed methods data, which started with a qualitative study followed by a quantitative study. The first stage of the study took the form of semi-structured interviews with several key persons and focus group members in order to identify core implications of the identified discussion on communication satisfaction. A thematic analysis was employed to analyse each interview with respondents using NVivo. Quantitative data collection in the second stage involved an online survey conducted through a self-administered online survey tool- Survey Monkey. A total of 1078 academic staff from three participating public universities responded in this study, representing a total response rate of 5.7%. Descriptive and inferential analyses were employed to analyse the relationships between all variables using SPSS. The findings showed a consistent assertion among the respondents both in the qualitative and quantitative studies whereby they found that they were moderately satisfied with the communication at their workplace. The findings of this study theoretically and practically contribute in terms of understanding the state of communication satisfaction of academics.

Abstract
The tropical climate in Indonesia promises the availability of solar energy year-round. However, the utilization is very limited. This paper discuses an experimental investigation on the use of solar energy for supplying a refrigeration machine using an AC mini freezer with power input of 85 W supplied by 200 Watt-peak solar panel. The experiment was carried out in Bandung, Indonesia, and showed that the average energy density of solar radiation is 445 W/m2 while the average output of the panel is 106.4 Watts. The daily average energy supplied to the battery is 1182 Wh, sufficient for continuous operation of the freezer in 13.9 hours. If the machine has an on/off cycle with a usage factor of 56.8%, as in the experiment, the energy could operate the machine within 24.4 hours.

Abstract
An experiment on the effect of the relative humidity variations of outdoor air on the performance of an air conditioning system under constant dry-bulb temperature has been performed. In this experiment, the outdoor air temperature was maintained at 35°C while the relative humidity was varied from 40% to 70%. As a result, the operating conditions were slightly changed. In general, the suction temperature decreases with the increase of relative humidity. On the other hand, the condensing temperature slightly increases with the increase of relative humidity. Other findings for the experiment are almost constant of cooling capacity, with a variation of only 1.2%. An important evidence is that the condenser capacity increases by 15.2% for the relative humidity variation from 40% to 70%.

Abstract
Indonesia with a Muslim population reaching 87.17% is very strategic for the development of halal industry. But the halal industry in Indonesia has not grown optimally. One reason is the lack of Islamic financial literacy, whereas literacy greatly influences the financial decisions taken. The government organization, BPJPH, which handles certification and provides Islamic financial literacy, has not yet operated. Therefore we need an innovative solution that is a smart system about Education and Investment for halal industry. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. Through quantitative research with one sample t test using descriptive analysis and each 1 research variable. This system is a concept of innovation in the field technology that can be a bridge for government organizations namely BPJPH to provide Islamic financial literacy. Not just giving literacy, but also offering alternative solutions for submission of sharia-compliant capital loans. This system brings together important elements in the halal industry cycle, namely halal industry players, Islamic banking, investors and the government as regulators through an application. Increased Sharia financial literacy and the potential of Return of Investment in halal industries can be realized. This is evidenced by an increase of 80% to the understanding of the halal industry from before, and the potential increase in capital and profits that reached a Return of Investment of 14.3% in the calculation of research samples in the province of East Java. This shows the benefits and success of the application of smart education and investment systems for the halal industry in Indonesia.
