Abstract
A uniqueness of co-operative enterprise is distinguished principles; user-owner, user-controlled, and user-benefited. In terms of supply chain, this uniqueness should have impact on the business performance as there is almost no asymmetric information among the entities in the supply chain system. This study aims to assess the implementation of the supply chain and propose a supply chain management model in fishermen co-operative (the co-op). Based on data collected mainly by observation, interview, and FGD with board of the co-op, it is revealed that it has no clear pattern of supply chain management as well as performance measurement. The co-op is no more than a little auction organizer in fish trading. There are two groups of actor in co-op supply chain system; in-system entities and outer-layer entities. In the model, the co-op acts as the core of the system while the members represent both the supplier and customer. As supplier, members provide fish, while as customer, members need the fishing tools, ice, fuel, daily needs, and other necessities. A set of scenarios is discussed to measure the performance of the co-op using the supply chain management. Further research needs to be conducted to assess the implementation of the model.

Abstract
Background: This psychiatric emergency can occur anywhere and no exception in the health service unit. The health care team must always be responsive to the emergence of worsening symptoms in the patient. Therefore, we need a form of action or strategy to be able to make early detection of emergencies and recurrence of mental patients- symptoms in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to identify the assessment of early detection of emergencies in adult mental patients in Magelang Mental Hospital, Central Java, Indonesia. Research Methods: This qualitative study was conducted from December to May 2019 at Prof. Mental Hospital Dr. Soeroyo Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. We selected a total of 11 study participants for in-depth interviews. We conducted a content analysis technique by verbatim transcripts of interviews using open code software. Results: This study produced four categories of early detection assessments of emergencies in adult mental patients in the Mental Emergency Unit namely psychological responses, physiological responses, limitations on psychiatric emergency assessments, and HR quality improvement and documentation systems. Some nurses found it difficult to carry out early detection of psychiatric emergencies, given the confusing symptoms and differences in perceptions of assessment and how to assess the instruments already in the hospital. In addition, many documentation systems also became obstacles in the assessment of early detection of emergency adult mental patients at the Mental Hospital. Conclusion: Apart from the system of handling emergencies, especially in terms of the assessment or early detection of standardized emergencies, another obstacle is the form of an early detection assessment instrument that varies with many items and creates different perceptions. Based on this, an innovative approach is needed to develop an instrument for assessing the early detection of emergency mental disorders that can accommodate the symptoms caused. In addition, the duties of nurses and documentation systems need to be evaluated and oriented.

Abstract
Proverbs are expressions of language that show a close relationship between language, culture, and human cognition. Therefore, this paper aims to explain the cognitive mechanisms that cause humans to form proverbs that use their body from a cognitive linguistic point of view. The method used is a qualitative method. The data were taken from a collection of Wolio proverbs and then identified and mapped the source and target domains based on metaphorical and metonym concepts. The results showed that the mapping of human body in Wolio proverbs contained images of positive, negative, and neutral meanings. The meaning of the human body not only had a specific meaning which indicated the charateristic and cultural experience of an ethnic but also showed the generality that indicated the spread of proverbs from one culture to another. The mechanism of metonym was the role of moving specific parts of the human body to the nature or behavior of humans in general. In short, this finding confirms the differences and similarities of metaphorical propositions and schemes in the semantic of the human body proverb.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the cooperative-based broiler agribusiness partnership model and the role of the partnership authority as an alternative solution to improve the performance of the broiler agribusiness partnership system in increasing the income of partner farmers. This research was conducted in South Sulawesi with a quantitative descriptive approach based on expert judgment. The results of the study show that the cooperative-based broiler chicken agribusiness partnership model is a partnership development model in which the role of the core company that has been controlled by livestock production facility producers is expected to experience a balance change set by the partnership authority. With the cooperative-based partnership model, the position of farmers who have only been and enjoying income in the farming sub-system will have the opportunity to obtain a share of income in the upstream sector through the distribution of the remaining business results from cooperative membership so that the potential for increased income is wider. Thus theoretically, if the concept runs well, it is expected that it will be a solution to the problem of developing broiler chicken agribusiness partnerships so far that seem unable to be controlled by existing institutions and unable to provide broad income increases for partners and their stakeholders, of course assuming that the concept works ideally with the support of all components involved in it without the intervention of political behavior as has been feared so far where a number of parties accuse political interests playing behind this industry.

Abstract
Abstract. The use of feed additives can significantly improve the efficiency of animal production, including the possibility of feed cost reduction and alternative feed raw material use. The number and type of feed additives with different purpose are wide available and provide alternatives to users. However, there are obstacles faced by livestock owner whether feed additives chosen to fit according to their end target, as well as costs constrain. The challenges in the tropics such as in Indonesia are quite different especially after the government prohibit antibiotic growth promotor as feed additive. There have been many efforts to get the best material to replace this antibiotic growth promotor, but there is still no one that can replace it in terms of effectiveness and cost

Abstract
Abstract. Bali cows are native livestock in Indonesia which are widely farmed by farmers in eastern Indonesia, due to their high level of adaptation to the environment, but with traditional management, performance is very low. Therefore it is necessary to improve management through improved feed. A study was conducted to determine body condition and reproductive performance of Bali cattle in the breeding period with an intensive management system. A total of 15 dams of Bali cattle reared in a group pen with one head bull. The breeding system, which was implemented in a natural mating system, where the male bull was released together in one pen continuously. Concentrate feed was given 1.5 % of body weight of livestock and forage/grass ad-libitum. Parameters were observed included body condition score (BCS), the first postpartum estrus, pregnancy rate and service per conception (S/C). The results showed that the improvement of feeding the management in the breeding period after calving: 1) improving the body condition of the dams from 5.40.8 to 6.31.0 during the first 3 months with an intensive maintenance system and 6.70.8 during the first 6 months of maintenance. 2) The first estrus post parturition was 64.531.5 days. 3) Gestation/ pregnancy rate for 3 months in the improved feeding on the intensive rearing was 53.8% with S/C 2.20.5 and 100% pregnancy rates with S/C 2.50.8 during the first 6-months in the improved feeding on the maintained intensive system.

The application of fermentation is one of ancient methods to increase food quality biologically. Availability of Jatropha curcas residual from oil factory could be focused as nutrient replacement in feed fish which is known its nutrient from soybean meal or fish meal. In other hand, J. curcas redidual possesses a toxic compound as well. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Aspergilus niger on the nutrition and toxic content of J. curcas as potential ingredient of fish feed. In brief, J. curcas residual was fermented with a detoxification method at 3, 5 and 7 days. Crude protein content crude fat content, crude fiber content was assessed to discover the biological responses of J. curcas post-fermentation while phorbol ester content was evaluated to toxic content post-detoxification. The results showed that crude protein content and crude fat content was highest on day 7 post-fermentation but it was no significant difference (p<0.05). While crude fiber content showed significant difference which the day 3 fermentation had the highest content of fiber. For phorbol ester content, three days fermentation showed better result than control group (p<0.05). The present findings suggest that A. niger is recommendable as starter fungi to reduce fiber and toxic content of J. curcas residual at 3 day fermentation. INTRODUCTION Feed is one of the factors that influence the growth of farmed fish. Intensive cultivation relying on commercial feed. Sources of protein in the diet comes from animal protein and vegetable protein. The main source of vegetable protein feed that is generally used is soy flour. Value of soy protein which is 34.39% . According Ardiansyah (2011), that the use of soy flour in commercial diets ranged between 10-25%. However, soybean prices are high now and still be imported. According to the Ministry of Commerce (2014), that the price of imported soybean in Indonesia, namely 11.342 rupiah / kg. The increase in soybean prices have resulted in increased price of commercial feed. It is not followed by the price of fish, affecting the sustainability of fish farming in Indonesia. Abstract
In 2019 which is full of challenges, many economic problems must be faced, one of which is the biggest challenge for the sharia financial industry is slowing growth and decreasing market share compared to conventional finance. Sharia financial practitioners and academics must be able to reformulate the strategy in the context of developing the sharia financial industry so that it continues to grow. One of the focuses of attention especially for academics is to produce Human Resources (HR) who are able to compete and create innovations for the development of the sharia financial industry in Indonesia. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) explained there are at least 4 (four) challenges facing the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia, one of which is the limited human resources (HR). OJK explained the limited human resources in the Islamic financial industry because only a few people understood about the principles of Islamic finance. In addition, some of the human resources in the Islamic financial industry come from the conventional financial industry. As many as 95 percent of human resources in Islamic financial institutions come from conventional financial institutions. This research will make a mapping of problems and priority solutions to HR problems, especially in Islamic Banking using the Analitical Networking Process (ANP) method. The ANP model is a method of solving problems that are not structured and require the dependence of relationships between elements. ANP is developed from AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process), which is a relationship based on the interdependence of several components. The ANP research step has the fewest assumptions because the model in ANP is in accordance with the reality taken from the opinions and ideas of relevant experts and practitioners, so it is hoped that by doing this research it will be a reference for tertiary institutions especially the Sharia Economic Law Study Program (Muamalah) in determining the direction of the curriculum so that graduates produced are in accordance with the needs of Islamic Human Capital in Islamic Banking and can produce graduates who can answer economic challenges, especially Islamic banking

Abstract - Parenting takes a calm and aware condition of what parents facing at the moment or mindful so that parents are more aware of their emotions, accept the situation, and improve the quality of interaction of parents which is then called mindful parenting. this is becoming increasingly understood by parents today. Increasing evidence supports of mindfulness in parenting, we analyzed and described mindful parenting in pre-schoolers parents in Bandung City, Indonesia. About 163 parents completed the self reported questionnaires using Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire developed by McCaffrey, Reitman and Black [1]. The demographic data included ages, sex, education background, monthly income, and amount of children, also reported by respondent. Sample of this research are preschool in center region area of Bandung. The range of mindful parenting was devided into “high” and “low”. Most of parents with preschool children has high level of mindful parenting. About 12 fathers has high mindfulness in parenting and 123 of mothers also categorized as high on mindful parenting. Previous research found that ages becomes one of some factors of mindfulness, especially in the period of late adulthood. Contrast with the data collection which found that higher score of mindful parenting was distributed in all range of ages. In line with ages, educations was found as a factor of mindfulness in parenting. According to this research, high score of mindfulness in parenting was spread in all range of parents education, start from Elementary school to master degree

Abstract
The European Union has endorsed the draft energy proposal by removing palm oil as a basis for sustainable fuels (Biofuel) in 2021. This is done because it is considered oil palm to be the cause of deforestation which increases the concentration of greenhouse gas emissions that cause global warming. However, Indonesia considers that the European Union policy is detrimental to Indonesia and shows injustice in the mechanism of palm oil trade. It is certainly inseparable from the condition of Indonesia which is one of countries with the largest palm oil producer in the world. Indonesia has also a significant export value of palm oil. This paper will analyze Indonesias commitments related to sustainable palm oil management starting from the normative concept to the regulations made, as well as on the implementation aspects in several areas. This article can provide argumentative reasons for Indonesia to urge the European Union to accept Palm as a sustainable energy source. The results of this article show that Indonesia already has a normative framework for sustainable management of palm oil, but in the implementation aspect there are still some weaknesses that need to be evaluated.

Abstract
The RYU Geothermal Field has 6 production wells, is a liquid dominated reservoir, the most common problem is silica scaling and flow patterns that can cause vibrations in the piping system so that it can potentially damage equipment. The effort to overcome this problem is to determine the production rate at the right well pressure. Evaluation of wellhead pressure focuses on the wellhead by considering the potential of silica scale based on the value of the SSI and the pattern of annular flow or wispy annular flow in the wellhead pressure conditions to prevent the effects of water hammer and electric power (MWe) that can be generated. The SSI (Silica Saturation Index) value is obtained from the output curve of the total mass rate and enthalpy with salinity correction, plot the flow pattern map with the Hewitt-Roberts model, while the potential electric power from the steam coming out of the separator using a 1 MWe correlation requires 8.2 tons / hour average vapor mass and separator pressure of 10.4115 barg or 11.2115 bar abs. The results showed that the wellhead pressure was 520-580 psig SSI value between 0.6291 - 0.6999, so there was no tendency to form silica scaling in the wellhead because the wellhead SSI value was below 1. According to the results of the Hewitt-Roberts Graph plot, under conditions wellhead pressure 520-580 psig forms an annular flow pattern or wispy annular flow at the wellhead so it does not cause problems. At wellhead pressure 520-580 psig has a potential between 7.65 MWe to 12.25 MWe at the pressure of separator 10.4115 barg or 11.2115 bar abs.

Abstract
Background: Sweet corn juice contains sugar which is considered to stimulate growth and increase the activity of lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sweet corn extract substitution on pH values, total LAB and organoleptic properties of yoghurt. Metode: The experimental design for testing pH values and total LAB was a completely randomized design (CRD) with three groups of treatments and two replications if there was an effect of treatment followed by one way ANOVA and not normally distributed. Then continued with Kruskal Wallis. Organoleptic properties was tested using an organoleptic test method with 30 semi trained panellists. The treatment applied was the effect of adding sweet corn extract as much as 30% (F1), 50% (F2) and 70% (F3). Results: The results showed that value of pH were 4.10 - 4.23; total LAB was 119.0 – 165.5 x 107 CFU / ml. The addition of sweet corn juice (30%, 50% and 70%) had a very significant effect (P <0.05) on the quality of texture, aroma, colour and taste. But it didn-t significantly affect total LAB and pH (P> 0.05). Conclusion: This study concluded that yoghurt with the addition of sweet corn extract by 70% had the best quality.

Abstract
Abstract – Work-Life Balance developed in the twentieth century, especially in women who have difficulty balancing family responsibility and work duties. With the end of the 21st century, this problem is not limited to women but occurs to men and their partners, who work and have difficulty fulfilling both roles (family and work). One of the causes of disruption in fulfilling these roles is the existence of technology. Technology can make someone disturbed because when they are with their families they are still doing work mattres. It can cause conflict in the family or at work (work-family conflict) or it can also be caused by job stress (Job Stress). This research was conducted to determine the effect of work to family conflict and family to work conflict on work-life balance and job stress is used as a mediating factor affecting Work-Life Balance. This research also compares the effects that occur in men and women. By using 206 data of employees domiciled in JABODETABEK as the sample and applying a parsial least square - structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data, this study tested five hypotheses. The results showed two important findings : [1] Work to family conflict can affect work-life balance even though job stress has no influence in mediating work-life balance. [2] Gender is not able to moderate the influence of Work to Family Conflict, Family to Work Conflict on Work-Life Balance through Job Stress. It implies that men and women have the same influence in achieving work-life balance.
