Abstract
Regional industries should be able to develop the expertise competencies found in Vocational High Schools (VHS). Currently, between VHS and regional industries do not pay much attention to the potential of the industry with the needs of VHS in their respective regions. Mostly the establishment of VHS is based on the existing trends in society, without considering the industry needs in the area. So that frequently the VHS graduates could not be able to work in the regional industry in their area. Thus, the absorption of skilled workers from VHS graduates can-t be absorbed by the regional industry. The aim of this study is to analyze the disparity of Regional Industries againts the Vocational High Schools Development of in the Cimahi city. The type of this research is a descriptive research. This research was conducted in the Cimahi City, West Java Province. The population and sample of this research are the entire industries in the Cimahi City, West Java and the fields / programs / competencies of VHS in the Cimahi City. Data collection in this study was collected using the method of documentation, interviews and observations. The analysis method of regional potential uses the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis which aims to identify the basic sectors that will be prioritized as leading sectors that can become economic drivers in the Cimahi City. From the results of this study it was found that the development of Vocational High Schools based on regional potential in Cimahi City was based on the calculation of the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis method which has a base criterion (LQ> 1), namely in the sectors of manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair , information and communication, financial and insurance services, government administration, defense and compulsory social security, education services, and health services and social activities. So that the development of vocational high schools in Cimahi City should be directed to the existing expertise programs, it is also necessary to develop expertise programs in accordance with the advantages of the industry potential in Cimahi City which include: Agribusiness Processing of Agricultural Products, Plant Agribusiness, Logistics, Fine Arts, Traditional Music, Traditional Dance, Karawitan Art, Puppeteer Arts, Theater Arts, Broadcasting and Film Arts, Dental Health, Medical Laboratory Technology and Social Work. With these findings, it shows that there is still a gap between the availability of industry based on the Cimahi city-s potential with the fields / programs / competencies of vocational skills in Cimahi City. For this reason, the Department of Education in the City of Cimahi, West Java, should pay attention that the development of VHS needs a thorough study in establishing VHS based on the potential of the region.

Cultural preservation is the basic capital of sustainable development in the tourism industry sector. It is rural women who allocate most of their time to carrying out ceremonies as basic capital to preserve culture. But the role of women is still considered low in local economic development in Bali. The decision of women to work in the informal sector is a strategy to continue working in economic activities. This limitation of womens participation in economic activities has made rural women in Bal become trapped in the position of vulnerable workers. The global economic threat with access to information technology, increasingly makes womens positions increasingly trapped in poverty. The condition of gender and poverty inequality is one of the problems in the realization of sustainable development goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence rural womens participation in the informal sector and strategies to reward the role of women in cultural preservation without having to reduce the strength of rural social capital. Abstract
Conceptual understanding is one of the important things in physics learning. Many factors affected the conceptual understanding of students; one of them was the book. Based on data from the implementation of a questionnaire on junior high school students, their learning resources (books, etc.) have not been able to help them in understanding the concept of physics. Moreover, some abstract concepts in physics make them more difficult to understand physics. This study aimed to develop an electrostatic teaching material-oriented conceptual understanding for junior high school students. We use the ADDIE model, i.e., analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this study shows that the teaching material is feasible to use in learning based on the feedback from students and validators.

Abstract
In order to explore Fe minerals in Three-Coloured Beach, we investigated the effect of sediment particle size to leach of Fe in the each of geochemical fractions. The bulk and fine grained sediment samples were leached of Fe using the optimized BCR microwave method. The both of bulk and fine grained filtrate samples were measured of Fe in each of fraction in sediment by AAS. The optimized of BCR microwave method revealed the accuracy (⁓ 90%) and precision (RSD <30%) of leached Fe in both sediments measurements. The total concentrations of leached Fe in bulk sediment were lower two times compared with those in fine grained sediment due to the affect of reaction rate of a chemical reaction. The same patterns of explored Fe in the geochemical fractions from the sediment fraction 1 (mobile fraction) to fraction 3 (oxidisable fraction) as stated non resistance sediment fractions showed lower portion of Fe compared with the Fe levels in sediment fraction 4 (residual fraction) or resistance sediment fraction. It indicated the bulk and fine grained sediments in Three-Coloured Beach were categorized the enrichment of Fe in natural sediment.

Abstract
The high level of Fe in the waters of a material that is difficult to be degraded so that it can last a long time and are then deposited in the sediment. The Fe in sludge sediment are commonly contributed by the anthropogenic factors including waste industrial, port and agriculture. Heavy metals in the amount above the threshold can be dangerous to aquatic ecosystems and living beings around them. Tessier microwave method divides the sludge into five fractions, fraction of ion exchange, carbonate bound fraction, fraction reduction, oxidation fraction is the fraction of non-resistant and residue fraction is the fraction resistant. Each faction describes the attachment of metal in the sludge. This study was conducted to determine the concentration of Fe, fractionation and distribution of Fe attachment on each of the fractions and find out the similarities reactions that occur in sludge leaching at Prigi Beach area. The heavy metal content in Prigi Beach sludge is higher in the non-resistant fraction than the resistant and precision fraction obtained is ≤5%.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to isolate secondary metabolites from the ethanol extract of chirinyuh leaves (Cromolaena odorata) which have the potential to be anti-bacterial. The results of this study are expected to get an additional inventory of medicinal plants and in the long run add to the economic value of marketable herbal medicines. The planned method is to obtain extract by maceration of Harborn (1987) method, then the extract activity test which is highest in antibacterial was carried out. To test the antibacterial activity, a diffusion method is used. Furthermore, the extract which has the highest antibacterial activity was identified to be continued to the next stage. Based on the results obtained, the ethanol extract of the kirinyuh leaf contains secondary metabolites of flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins and saponins which have antibacterial activity. This was obtained from the ability of the extract to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Eschericihia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa test bacteria with inhibitory zones of 12 mm, 16 mm, and 7 mm respectively. The MIC value of each test bacterium was different depending on the type of bacteria where the growth of Staphilococcus aureus was inhibited at a concentration of 6%, Eschericihia coli 3%, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 12%.

Abstract
Soya is an ingredient that is often added to semen extender as a component of macromolecules. This study aims to examine the effect of adding soy in the Tris base diluent on the quality and integrity of the Senduro goat spermatozoa membrane. Fresh semen was collected from the Senduro Goat using an artificial vagina, then observing the motility, viability, and integrity of the spermatozoa membrane. Fresh semen was diluted in tris base extender with different concentrations of soy, ie 0% (as a control group), 1%, 2%, and 3%. Stability of spermatozoa was analyzed based on the quality of spermatozoa, namely motility and viability, and membrane intebrity. Observation of motility and viability is done every day. Spermatozoa motility was observed under a microscope at 200 X magnification, by two people. Viability of spermatozoa was observed using negosin eosin staining. Spermatozoa membrane integrity was observed using the HOST method. The results showed the greatest motility, viability and integrity of the spermatozoa membrane at the beginning of storage were found in the tris + soya diluent of 2%. But at the end of storage, ie on the second day after storage, the quality of spermatozoa in the control group and the treatment group (2% and 3%) did not differ only. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of soy in the tris base diluent has not been able to provide optimal protection in Spermatozoa Senduro Goat druing storage at temperature of 4-5⁰C.

Abstract
The use of agrochemical such as fertilizers and pesticides intensively on agriculture sector contributes to the increase of heavy metals residual in soil and vegetables. Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) are two types of heavy metal considered toxic, carcinogenic for living organism and persistence in environment. Pb and Cd metals are frequently found as impurities in fertilizer products. Our researches focused on the speciation of Pb and Cd heavy metals on soil which cultivated vegetables. In addition, soil characteristic (organic matter content, pH and cation exchange capacity) as a factor influencing heavy metal speciation and bioavailability for plants also analyzed. Beside that, measurement of Pb and Cd content on several types of vegetables such as tomatoes, cabbage and carrots are conducted then used to determine the level of safety for consumed. Heavy metals speciation carried out using sequential extraction method then the Pb and Cd content on each fraction was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Heavy metal of Pb in various fraction are in the following order F3> F1> F5 > F4>F2 whereas heavy metal of Cd order F4> F1>F3>F5>F2. The organic matter, pH and cation exchange capacity on sample soil was 3.05% ; 5.56 and 20.30 mek/100 g, respectively. The health risk values of daily intake of metal (DIM) and health risk index (HRI)<1 indicates that the vegetables was relatively safety for consumed.

Abstract
This paper aims to create awareness among the public about the importance of rabbit farming to meet food crisis in the future. Rabbits can be easily reared by small-scale farmers in their backyard with minimal investments for more income generation. Rabbits make use of forages of low nutritive value to produces highly nutritious meat and the faeces of the rabbits can be used as an alternative to inorganic fertilizer, this interaction between rabbits and soil makes rabbit farming suitable for integrated farming system. Waste of rabbits make excellent compost which in turn makes high quality organic fertilizer. The rabbit faeces were used in the manufacture of bio-digesters and the fertilizer value of the faeces aids to improve the environment by reducing methane emissions. Feeding and housing management of rabbits were not much complicated. Rabbit house can be made from locally available materials and the rabbits can be fed with household wastes and the forages and legumes that can be cultivated within the farmers own farm, that should meet the animals daily needs. Thus the construction and off farm feed costs will be reduced. This makes sure that the rabbit farming will be well accepted by small scale farmers to meet both their nutritious and financial requirements. The farmers can also expand their farm to a commercial level, if guidance, knowledge and technical supports were provided and this makes the market to flood with rabbit in the future which is the only way for food security and employment generation.

Abstract
The aims of this study is to examine the effect of companies characteristics and good corporate governance on the quantity of environmental disclosure. The population of this study is companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in year of 2017. This study using the top 100 companies on the ASX by the highest market capitalisation as a sample and all companies included and represented on the ASX 100 Index. The results showed that company size, industry type, board size, and gender had a significant positive effect on environmental disclosure, whereas company age did not affect the quantity of environmental disclosure. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that companies that fall into the category of sensitive industry disclose more environmental information than companies that fall into the category of non-sensitive industries. This finding can help regulators draft appropriate laws for the industry regarding specific environmental disclosure practices and conduct environmental performance assessments on companies, to assess the extent to which companies have been responsible for the environmental impacts caused by their operations.

Abstract
This research was conducted to study changes in functional groups of porous carbon synthesized from mlanding or petai sawdust after being oxidized with H2O2 at various temperatures i.e. 30°C, 60°C, and 80°C. In addition, the effect of porous carbon after oxidation for nickel ion adsorption was also investigated. Adsorption experiments were carried out using solution of Hexammine Nickel (II) Nitrate [Ni(NH3)6](NO3)2 synthesized by adding Nickel (II) Nitrat Heksahidrat to Ammonia solution The carbon inside nickel solution was shaken for 48 hours using a water bath shaker at a temperature variation of 30°C, 40°C, and 60°C. The results of this study indicate that the oxidation of porous carbon will increase functional groups concentration on the surface of carbon such as lactone, carboxyl, and phenol.Adsorption isotherm of nickel ions by porous carbon from mlanding wood follows the Langmuir isotherm plot and shows better performance for absorbing nickel ions in solution compared to carbon without oxidized.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze peoples perceptions of development after the emergence of village funding policies and how they affect the level of community participation. The method used in this study is socio-legal research. The research location was determined purposively in several villages in Borobudur District with the consideration that the villages also received other assistance in the framework of establishing Borobudur as a super-priority for tourism development. Data obtained through deep interviews will then be analyzed and presented qualitatively. The results showed that there had been a change in peoples perception of village development. Development, which is supposed to be the full responsibility of village communities, is now the responsibility of the government. Villagers who have been the main actors have shifted to implementing programs and activities. For example, village development planning must follow the policies of the local government. Village communities who are supposed to work together to carry out development have turned into workers who get paid. The next implication is the low level of community participation in terms of both quantity and quality. The policy of channeling village funds sourced from the State Budget (APBN) and the Regional Budget (APBD) has succeeded in accelerating village development, however, on the other hand, it has also degraded the local values of the village community. Policy formulation Participatory village fund distribution based on local community values becomes very urgent to be formulated and implemented.

Abstract
Water is a basic need for living things. The need for water can be obtained by taking ground water using a pump. The pump that is commonly used is a centrifugal pump, driven by electricity with a working frequency of 50 Hz. Pump rotation is directly proportional to frequency and is an obstacle to optimization. Pump rotation will be adjusted by adjusting the working frequency using Adjustable Speed Drives. Given that Adjustable Speed Drives can generate current harmonics caused by front-end rectifiers that tend to draw current in non sinusoidal and non-continuous forms. This paper will present harmonic mitigation on the performance of adjustable speed drives that are applied to water pumps. Based on mitigation, the risk of loss of the power system can be reduced and even eliminated.
