Abstract
ABSTRACT Development of livestock production in many parts of the world has shown to be growing more towards an industrialised type of farm animal rearing operations. These involve raising farm animals in densely populated environment, commonly termed as a factory livestock farming. Such an operation is actually aimed at yielding a very large scale of farm animal products by means of intensification in animal rearing systems. This is becoming a global trend in practicing farm animal productions nowadays. The transformation of livestock production from a family small scale animal husbandry to a large scale of corporate business has been mainly driven by three major interrelated factors, these are i) a prediction on a rapid world-s human population growth, ii) demographic factors, particularly age structure and urbanization, and iii) socio-economic status improvement. The total world-s population has been estimated to reach 9.1 billion in 2050, where 70 percent of rural inhabitants are going to shift mostly living in urban areas and with their better incomes than previously and are predicted to increase by 2 percent annually. Indications in changing urban lifestyle has then been shown affecting on shifted food consumption patterns more to semi-processed and/or pre-prepared-ready to eat foods of which their main component deriving from livestock product origin. As the trend has been commonly shown in many urban areas, where their working hours are becoming longer than there used to be. In an actual fact, that has been happening for the last two decades, particularly in regions used to be identified as developing countries, such as in Southeast Asia, Sub Saharan Africa, West Asia and North Africa. Consequently, an increase rate in meat consumption has been estimated at over 4 percent per annum. Moreover, that change has become a sequential driving factor for the rapid growth in the meat production sector. As higher consumer preference in chicken meat than that in other types, global broiler production is holding supremacy over the other meat complex. A special highlight on Brunei Darussalam poultry industry development will also be addressed here, particularly to focusing on an industry dynamic based on data posted in country-s agricultural statistics for the year 2013. At that time when the country was reported to fulfil its self-sufficiency in chicken meat with a consumption per capita per year reached 58.5 kg. The figure was accounted as being the second highest chicken meat consumption per capita per year in the world after Hong Kong. In line with the global trend in livestock production, continuous growing demands for the products had also led to intensification in livestock farming in the Southeast Asia region. As far as the factory livestock farming as has gone more common operations up to now, and yet there might have been more and more questionable arguments over negative impacts arising, particularly in regards to animal welfare, hum

This study aims to determine the content of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, and NFE cocoa pods of fermented using white rot fungi isolates from wood and rice straw. This study used white rot fungi isolates from wood and rice straw. The design used is a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 3 treatments repeated 5 times, namely A (Cocoa pod without fermentation), B (Cocoa pod fermented fungus isolates from wood), and C (Cocoa pod fermented fungus isolates from rice straw). Analysis of variance showed that the treatment had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on crude protein and crude fiber and had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on crude fat and NFE of cocoa pod. Fermentation of cocoa pods using white rot fungi isolates from wood can increase crude protein content by 5.30% and reduce crude fiber by 12.54% to 19.35%. Fermentation treatment using white rot fungi isolates from wood is better than isolates from rice straw. The isolates can improved the nutritional quality of the pod cocoa compared to fermentation using isolates from rice straw.

Sidomukti village has many potential for developing vegetables, especially cayenne pepper (chili). In developing chili commodity, the problems in environmental conditions which 80 % of agricultural lands are marginal land (saline land). Ec value of agircultural lands in Sidomukti Village from 0.34-3.49 dSm-1 (low to moderate saline category). Sodium content (Na) increases during a dry season. Besides salt content, irrigation just relies on rain water, dominant clay soil texture with low organic matter content (less than 1%) causes bad drainage and waterlogged on rainy season. In addition to environmental condition, questionnaire which had shared to farmer in crop cultivation technique, resulted 77.27% of farmers used herbicides for land preparation, 68.18% of farmers had added organic fertilizer during land preparation, 86.36% of farmers used chemical pesticides in controlling pests and diseases of plant, with a frequency of spraying 1-2 times in 1 week (59.09%), 50% of farmers made land beds for vegetable cultivation (such as chili), with height of beds were 10 - 20 cm, only 22,72% of farmers used mulch in the cultivation of vegetable crops which widely used mulch was rice straw. An optimal agroecosystems management causes an optimal chilli production.

Problematics in divorce are often faced by the underprivileged so that the role of Legal Aid Institution (LBH) is needed to settle such divorce cases. The divorce issue is a privacy problem that is often not revealed in court compared to criminal cases. Thus, in this case, it highly needs an institution or organization that is more focused on divorce issues that receive services and help the community to solve their cases. The role of the Legal Aid Institution in providing legal assistance for divorce cases to the public is (1) Consultation; (2) Mentoring; (3) Counseling. The consultation was done to address divorce issues and cases served by advocates, while mentoring was assisting clients in the trials, and counseling was carried out to the lower sectors of the community to make the public aware about the importance of the law. There are two role pathways undertaken by the Legal Aid Institution among others are; (1) litigation; and (2) non-litigation. The existence of lawyers as law enforcement agencies in the Legal Aid Institution, the government, and the community are the three elements to decide the creation of a legal system according to the ideals of the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. The existence of Legal Aid Institutions is to help people who are unable and obtain fast responses in solving their legal problems. There are many Legal Aid Institutions in Indonesia. In fact, each court provided a Legal Aid Post (POSBAKUM) which is an effort to help litigants. Therefore, based on these problems, this study will look further into the role of the Legal Aid Institution in providing legal assistance in the resolution of divorce cases.

Abstract
Wadiah in principle is to help the requester, and the party entrusted with his position as a helper. For this reason, the nature of wadiah is trustworthy. In the book of Ianatut Thalibin by Ad Dimyathy, it is explained that wadiah is: "A contract aimed at safeguarding assets." In carrying out the practice of wadiah, customer funds deposited in Islamic banks receive secure guarantees, and syariah banking is mandatory bear all risks that occur in customer funds. Furthermore, not only guarantees, but furthermore, Islamic banking provides benefits which are then referred to as profit sharing. This paper tries to explain how the application of Islamic banking products that use the Wadia contract is related to fiqh muamalah? The wadiah in sharia banking is not the wadiah described in the books of fiqh. The sharia banking tradition currently practiced is more relevant to the receivables law, because the bank utilizes customer money in its various projects. The authority to use goods, own the results and bear the damage or loss is the main difference between wadiah and dain (debts). Thus, if these three characters have been embedded in the wadiah contract, then in fact and the law this contract will change to a debt and non-wadi loan agreement.

Abstract
Background: Sweet sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) has the potential as an alternative of bioethanol feedstock without impacting food security. The crop can adapt widely to diverse environments and altitudes and be able to produce on marginal land. The ratoon crop of sweet sorghum also followed the same trend to the main plant. According to Tsuchihashi and Goto (2008), sorghum plants can be harvested two to three times, including main and ratoon crops, so that it can be as raw materials of bioethanol in a sustainability. The sugar content of sweet sorghum stems ranges from 14 % to 23 % (Almodares and Hadi, 2009) and in the second harvest was reduced 20 % ( Mingli, et.al., 2012). Further, to increase the yield, application of biofertilizers in adequate quantities is required. Four sweet sorghum varieties were evaluated in a main and ratoon cropping system 800 m asl (above sea level) during April 2016- January 2017. Aims: The study was conducted to compare the sugar content, juice production, and total biomass between primary and ratoon crops some variety of sweet sorghum in highlands. Materials and Methods: This study had been performed in highlands location was Trosono Village in Parang District of Magetan Regency, Indonesia, with an altitude of 800 m above sea level (asl). This experiment uses a factorial design with three replications. The size of the plot is 3.5 m × 1.5 m and planting distance between rows and within a row are 70 cm and 20 cm respectively. Five plants in every treatment were randomly chosen to be measured. The factors have represented the dosage of biofertilizer are 5 g ∙ plant –1, 10 g ∙ plant –1, 15 g ∙ plant–1, and varieties of sweet sorghum are Suri 3, Kawali, Super 2, and Suri 4. The biofertilizers contain Trichoderma sp, Pseudomonas fluorescence, Bacillus subtilis, and indigenous mycorrhizae. Analysis of variance was undertaken using SPSS version 25, and treatment average separation was conducted using Duncan-s Multiple Range Test implemented in SPSS. Results: The result obtained from Duncan-s Multiple Range Test showed that the sugar content of sweet sorghum all varieties was no significant difference among the means in ratoon crops. However, the sugar content showed an increase compared to main crops. Meanwhile, the volume of juice extraction has decreased in ratoon crops. Figure 1 and 2 showed that the Suri-4 variety increases sugar content and also reduce juice production the lowest. Conclusion: Varieties Suri-4 used as feedstock for bioethanol better than other variety since has decreasing of the sugar content lowest in ratoon crops. References 1. Almodares, A. and M.R. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important contributors to economic development. However, increasing the performance of MSMEs faces many obstacles and challenges, especially in the face of competition. Lack of understanding to manage businesses, capital and difficult access to external capital are the main challenges that must be faced by MSME entrepreneurs. MSME entrepreneurs find it difficult to obtain loan capital because they do not have sufficient assets to meet the loan requirements at the bank. To overcome this problem the Government issued a policy in the form of a credit program for MSMEs with guarantees namely Peoples Business Credit (KUR). KUR is expected to be able to help MSME entrepreneurs to increase business capital, so that business performance can improve. The purpose of this activity is to find out the difficulties faced by women MSME entrepreneurs, increase understanding in managing businesses, and provide understanding to access KUR funds. This activity was carried out in central Jakarta with a total of 150 female MSME owners. The method used is observation, training and filling out the questionnaire. This study investigates the foreign ownership and board composition in determine corporate tax avoidance in affecting stock price among foreign companies in Indonesia. The main value of this paper is to provide a comprehensive and broaden understanding of the impact of tax avoidance on stock price reactions of firms from an emerging market perspective. One year lag of sample were extracted from non-financial foreign companies- annual reports which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for periods of 2013 to 2017. By using path analysis, the result revealed that higher proportion of foreign ownership could increase the tax avoidance activities, but the proportion of board composition shows inversely effect. Related to market reaction, tax avoidance activities could enhance the company-s stock price. Findings also shown that foreign ownership and board composition could not affect the stock price directly. Furthermore, there is important mediating role of tax avoidance in the effect of foreign ownership and board composition on stock price.

Abstract
This study aims to find the roots of weakening social capital in a community that has the potential to develop. The study was conducted through qualitative approach in a village inhabited by a group of communal people. It was found that communal life that had been lived for generations made people live in a strong kinship with an egalitarian spirit. However, when the era is more modern there was a cultural shock because people began to find that their neighbors could be more prosperous than they were. Inevitably this will cause jealousy. As a result, the potential for kinship that should have been able to become social capital vanished. During this time the weakening of social capital is usually associated with the formal institutions that play a role in it. However, this article found that jealousy and spiritual identity crisis can also weaken social capital in a village.

Abstract
The problem of flooding in a Watershed (Basin) or region is basically caused by natural conditions, such as relatively high rainfall, sloping topographic conditions and tidal influences. Human behavior is often also the cause of flooding problems, such as the location of settlements that are in the river borders or industries that dump waste directly into river bodies. Besides the problem of flooding can also be caused by not well organized river/drainage system or lack of maintenance of an existing river/drainage system. Furthermore, social problems include increasing demands for the availability of new and good residential environmental infrastructure. To overcome the problems as described above, before an activity such as build in a left/right inspection road planning, is need analysis rainfall data and make patterns of Intencity Duration Frequency (IDF) Curve to analysis of hydraulics in determining flood discharge plans. The results showed that the IDF pattern can be described as a form of rain return period curves in the Air Lakitan Watershed and the entry point for suitable environment to approach of technical analysis for flood control.
