Abstract
ABSTRACT At present the public demand for fuel oil (BBM) is increasing inversely proportional to its availability. One of the efforts to reduce peoples dependence on BBM is to utilize alternative vegetable-based energy such as bioethanol. Bioethanol is a fermented product that can be made from a substrate containing carbohydrates. Breadfruit (Artocarpus artilis) is one of the agricultural products that has a fairly high starch content of 89% and is not included as a staple food source in Indonesia. Utilization of breadfruit is still not optimal because breadfruit is only used as a snack or made into flour. This study aims to make bioethanol with breadfruit raw material (Artocarpus artilis). The method of this study consisted of two stages, the first step was hydrolysis of breadfruit flour with a hydrochloric acid (HCL) catalyst. The concentrations of HCL used in this study were 1%, 1.5%, and 2%. The second stage of fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae with 72 hours fermentation time, 120 hours and 168 hours. From the results of the research it was found that the highest levels of bioethanol to the treatment of HCL 2% concentration and fermentation duration of 168 hours was 17.6%.

Abstract
Synthetic dyes can cause health and environmental impacts, thus, there are opportunities to develop natural dyes, one of which is produced by Indigofera tinctoria plants. This plant is from fabaceae that has the potential to produce a natural blue color. Natural dyes are extracted from the leaves of plants that contain indigo compounds. Indigo growth and precursors are very dependent on environmental conditions, one of which is light intensity. This study aimed to study the morphological and physiological plant responses in Indigofera tinctoria to several levels of light intensity. The research was conducted in Puron Village, Sukoharjo with a complete randomized block design (RCBD) one factor namely the level of light intensity (100%, 50% and 25%) with 9 replications. Light intensity affected the morphology and physiology of Indigofera tinctoria. Plants responded to low light intensity by increasing the leaf area index, specific leaf area and plant height. Leaf area, specific leaf area and plant height were highest at 25% intensity. However, the number of leaves and nodes got greater at full light intensity. Higher light intensity increased the chlorophyll content a, b and total, thus, higher biomass yield which was 18.86 g at the age of 8 weeks.

Abstract
Red chili is one of the important commodities, for household consumption and industrial raw materials in Indonesia. The imbalance between demand and supply and the condition of the season, causes price fluctuations. Fluctuations in the price of red chili always occur and contribute to inflation. This study analyzes the factors that influence production and demand, as well as the elasticity of demand for red chili. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with secondary data from 2007-2016. The research variables are production, red chili prices, cayenne prices, red onion prices, red chilli imports, exports and demand for red chili. The research results represent the production of red chili is a function of the production of the previous period, harvested area and selling price at the producer level. The demand for red chili is influenced by the price of red chili, the price of cayenne pepper, consumer income and population, while the price of shallots and imports has no effect. Based on the analysis, the elasticity of demand for red chili is normal and inelastic goods against price changes.

Abstract
Brown oyster mushroom is one of the consumption mushrooms with high economic value, so it is important to be cultivated commercially. Several types of plant and industrial wastes, such as dried banana leaves and tofu dregs, are available abundantly in the field. The waste has the potential to be used as a medium for growing consumption mushrooms. This is because dried banana leaves and tofu dregs contain enough nutrients needed for the growth and development of oyster mushrooms. The study aimed to determine the growth response and yield of brown oyster mushrooms by giving various doses of dried banana leaves and tofu dregs flour. The research was carried out using factorial completely randomized design. Factor I: dosage of tofu flour, consisting of 3 levels, namely: 50, 150, and 250 g / baglog. Factor II: dosage of dried banana leaves, consisting of 3 test levels, namely: without dried banana leaves, 100 g / baglog, and 250 g / baglog. Abstract
The research was conducted to measure the level of farmer-s household food security in Moncongloe Bulu village, Maros South Sulawesi. The research was mainly focused on the food supply, food accessibility, food utilization, and the food consumption in connection with the national standard of food consumption recommended by government of Indonesia. Survey method was used to collect primary data as well as secondary data based on questioner to interview 30 household in the village. Descriptively analysis was employed to obtain a scientific conclusion of the research. The result of this research suggested that the level of food security of household in the Moncongloe Bulu village was very high (32%). The average food consumption of energy (2.485 kcal/capita/d) and total protein (84.5 g/capita/d) of household in Moncongloe Bulu villages were higher than that of national standard recommended by government of Indonesia. It was also found that the food security was closely correlated with food consumption, purchasing ability which influenced by household income, job availability, level of education of father as well as mother in each of household. To get extra job available during their spare time was the way of the farmers to increase their income and to improve their accessibility to food and to finally improve their quality of life. In conclusion, the level of food security of household in Moncongloe Bulu village were very high. The level of food security determined the level of food consumption which is affected by household income, availability of job, and the level of education. It is suggested that the cause of food insecurity is not only determined by the degree of food supply itself, but it may also be caused by the lack of a good governance implementation, food distribution, and the effort in empowering the farmers.

Abstract
Makassar, the capital city of the South Sulawesi Province. The uncontrolled of urban built up area growth, as well as the lack implementation of Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) led to an increase of runoff coefficient, so the abundant volume of rainfall in the rainy season directly flows to the river and thrown into the sea. This is supported by the growth of population which triggered the urban built up area expansion as the effect of high migration to Makassar city. Due to this phenomena , the green open space is reduced and as coastal city which intrusion of seawater into land make city lack of ground plain water. Although rainfall range in Makassar City area is high, but the huge volume of rainfall not be utilized maximally yet. Some of Makassar area suffers from flood during rainy season but citizen lacks of plain water during dry season. Implementation of the concept of RWH in Makassar city, will be alternative solution to reduce flood areas and can be utilized by the community for landscaping / agriculture, cleaning activities and water amenities (fire).

Abstract
In a study of landslide vulnerability, awareness to find a fit method and simple procedures of analysis became an obsession for the researchers. Moreover, the best result of the predictive landslide is a requirement when most of the landslide data validation lay on the high class in susceptibility map. Validation compares predictive values with real data set to determine the degree of confidence of the model. This research presents an overview of the utilization of inventory maps of landslides from 2004 to 2016 using google earth such mapped landslide distributions, can then be used to perform landslide zonation onto the landslide susceptibility map to the use of satellite imagery with on-screen digitization. By using GIS and combined statistical analysis, landslide data image inventory was digitized by means of historical imagery then landslide susceptibility map was created. Landslide occurrences and their location were found and interpreted based on the period of landslide occurred. The validation shows the promising result, both by using AUC of ROC curve and the ratio of landslide that falls on high to very high class of susceptibility

Abstract
Since 2008, when the center began monitoring the supervision of the evacuation, 160 million people have been displaced in 161 countries. The highest risk is in Asia where countries are regularly exposed to typhoons, floods and earthquakes as an effect of climate change that will trigger the movement of people on a large scale. However, both the December 2009 UNFCCC and Copenhagen Accord processes did not reflect on or discuss displacement issues, regardless of their focus on adaptation; The UNFCCC is not designed to and cannot properly address the issue of climate change, and cannot be easily changed to accommodate people displaced from climate change (CCDP). This research was conducted using normative juridical methods which would analyze the concept of protection against refugees due to climate change in ASEAN countries whether those who ratified the 1951 Geneva convention or who did not ratify it. The author argues that the problem of refugees caused by global climate change is not a future discourse far from reality, this problem becomes a necessity along with development efforts, especially development that does not consider the concept of sustainability of the world ecosystem. Even so, the Geneva convention as the main convention on the prevention of refugees was not then ratified by all countries in the world and even recorded in the ASEAN region.

In the Java community there are some specific rules that apply in the case of marriage of the existing regulations, including the prohibition of marriages based on residence (home) adjacent. So that life can be lived marriage to last, not encounter many trials, and was filled with happiness. This leads to things that are not desirable, whether it is direct or indirect. Both offenders, families and surrounding communities. Legal prohibition of marriage has a close relationship with religion, beliefs, and certain customs and can not be separated from state regulations such as the 1945 Constitution, Article 18B, Law No. 1 of 1974, Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village. Therefore, the problem in this research is the First, how the views of national law to ban marriage as based on residence? Second, how do the comparison and construction of the views of national and customary laws to the prohibition of marriage based on residence? This study is Normative-Empirical, with primary data source and as well as data and secondary primary law, then analyzed by qualitative descriptive with prescriptive purpose. The study concluded that, in truth the legal prohibition of marriage based on residence not explicitly regulated by national law, but national law is open to the enforcement of customary law is still relevant.

Abstract
Nowadays, environmental issue become one of interesting issue to talk about. Everything that human done connects with their environment. One of the example is using daily product to sustain their live, such as wood for housing or furniture. Wood board that is made by cutting tree is the concern, because the need is increasing. On the other hand, we have to maintain the forest. Concerning this issue, developing fiber-based composite board can be an alternative. Pineapple leaf fiber – epoxy resin composite with varied compositions have been prepared in Biophysics lab, Physics Department of ITB, using a simple mixing method followed by hot pressing ( 0.22183 MPa, 100°C) for 3 hour. The main characterization of the composite is the mechanical properties. Other characterization represented the quality of a board such as density and water absorption level, also will be carried out.

Abstract
ABSTRACT When democracy was raised both in theory and in the practice of state administration since the seventeenth century almost all opinions agreed that the state was established to guarantee the interests of the people. One of the main pillars in the administration of a countrys government is the formation of regional regulations, from the authors observation that around 150 laws were produced by the DPR for the period 1999-2004. The findings can be summarized as follows: 1. Democracy in Indonesia during the revormation order has not yet run smoothly, this can be seen from the lack of community participation in the process of establishing regional regulations, if the regional regulations are promulgated, many things have not touched the interests of the people. 2. Local regulations are often made unrealistically and only determine the executive, so that the interests of the people are underestimated. 3. Lack of socialization to the public regarding local regulations compiled by the DPRD, as well as local governments so that when the regional regulations are issued many people do not know and do not understand.

Abstract
The electrical complex impedance is very important physical parameter to determine the fluid and matrix condition of the rock sample. One mechanism in the samples that influences this complex, frequency – dependent behavior of resistivity is the disseminated metal ores which can block the pores and subsequently trigger the mechanism for storage/delay. Pore water ions build up on either side of the grain, results in the effect of a capacitor. This paper presents a simple experimental set up to measure the complex resistivity of rock samples. The main mechanism is generation of high voltage sinusoidal signal. This is implemented as collector voltage of a transistor. The high voltage sinusoidal signal then is applied on either side of the rock sample. At two distances of the sample we measure the resulting voltage using the oscilloscope. The observed delay can be considered as the measured phase, whereas the amplitude of the observed voltage is considered as the voltage. We determine the absolute impedance as the voltage divided by the current. Using this simple method we measured the complex impedances of 14 rock samples obtained from Halmahera Island. From the results of measurement, we tried to infer and to model the disseminated metal ores of the samples.

Abstract
Silicon Oil, which is commonly used in vitreoretinal surgery, is known as Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Silicone oil is used as a substitute for vitreous humor in vitreoretinal surgery. Silicone oil is needed in Indonesia and must be produced with sufficient quality and quantity for domestic needs, currently vitroretinal surgery still uses silicone oil imported from abroad. In this study, PDMS has been synthesized using an addition polymerization process with a polymerization chain growth mechanism, with the monomer octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, the initiator of Pottasium Hidroxida and the hexamethyldisiloxane chain terminator. The duration of mixing varied from 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 40 minutes, to study the effect of time on PDMS characteristics. The PDMS synthesis we produce is between 65.30% and 86.71% with various viscosities in the range of 900 m.Pa.s and 5000 m.Pa.s. FTIR spectroscopic measurements were found that all synthesized samples were found to have functional groups and structures similar to commercial silicon oil. UV-Vis and refractometer measurements, all samples have transmittance close to 100% and refractive index between 1.3589 and 1.4059. The effect of the length of time on the PDMS gel is on the viscosity the longer the mixing time the higher the viscosity, this mixing occurs at 170oC, stirred using a magnetic stirrer with 300rpm and the concentration of 1M Pottasium Hydroxide. In this study the propagation stage to form a gel began to form in 20 minutes.

Abstract
The rapid development of rural communities will eventually give rise to disputes that can lead to disharmony in the lives of these people and even the life of the nation and state. The legal dispute resolution process in Indonesia has two choices, namely through litigation and non-litigation channels. Mediation is one way to resolve disputes through non-litigation channels. Village communities with various characteristics often face problems in the process of resolving the dispute. The role of village government in resolving disputes is certainly very important in providing access to justice for the community. In providing access to justice for its citizens, the birth of village mediation institutions formed by the village government is a very good idea. The problems discussed in this study, first, why is it necessary to create a village mediation institution in the context of access to justice for the community?; second, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the birth of village mediation institutions? The above problems are analyzed with the framework of the theory of dispute resolution, the theory of legal effectiveness, alternative dispute resolution. The purpose of this study was to find out, identify and evaluate the importance of village mediation institutions in the context of access to justice for the community and look for the advantages and disadvantages of the birth of village mediation institutions. Through the village mediation institution, it is expected to be able to produce dispute resolution that is more effective, efficient, maintain good relations and be family-like as the characteristics of the village community in general.

Abstract
Study the adsorption and reactivity of CO2 on surfaces are of great interest in technological application and fundamental sciences. Moreover, CO2 reduction into more valuable compound has been also the most effective strategy to reduce the green house effect in the atmosphere. Nowadays, graphene has been proposed as a support of catalytic materials to adsorb and reduce CO and CO2. Graphene becomes more reactive when we introduce transition metal as an adatom or dopant.[1,2] In this research, we focus on elucidating the adsorption of CO2 on pristine graphene, and graphene with Ni adatom and dopant. We performed density functional theory (DFT) study of CO2 adsorption on graphene with and without Ni adatom/dopant. We implemented van der Waals (vdW) interaction correction to accommodate weakly interaction between CO2 and graphene. In addition to those, we also compared our results with general PBE calculations. Based on vdW functional calculations, we obtained that CO2 is physisorbed on pristine graphene with adsorption energy of 0.17 eV. Meanwhile, PBE shows almost repulsive interaction between CO2 and graphene. These results are in good agreement with previous works.[3] Single Ni adatom/dopant and small Ni cluster increase the activity of graphene. We obtained that CO2 is more stable on graphene with Ni adatom rather than with Ni dopant. It turns out that Ni adatom is more reactive than Ni dopant. We noticed that Ni adatom and dopant have different local properties of electronic d states. The difference in local d state may cause variations in reactivity.[4,5] The adsorption energy further increases when we introduced small Ni cluster on graphene. The adsorbed CO2 bond angle on graphene with Ni adatom/dopant and small cluster is distorted from its gas phase condition of 180°, indicating that CO2 is chemisorbed on the decorated graphene area. Our results then provide useful insight into appropriate design of graphene supported metal catalysts. References: [1] X. Liu, Y. Sui, T. Duan, C. Meng, and Y. Han, Phys. Chem. Chem. Abstract
Industry 4.0 has touched all sectors of industry, including tourism. The digital world has brought the competitions to a much higher level, and the future is absolutely much tougher than right now. Previous and recent researches have tried to seek solutions by making innovations and trying to upgrade their levels by analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data in many ways. One sure thing about upgrading levels is to ensure two-way communication. The biggest mistake for any tourism services is to let the customers wait for responds, which will disappoint the customers and the customers will find other alternatives. A report in 2017 by Nielsen has shown that today-s generation has traveled more than any generations, and the tourism world reacted by creating travel chatbots which are now parts of any tourism activities. With the increasing number of travel chatbots, customers will have abundant but also overlapping information. Data from each travel chatbots might end up giving different outcomes, different features for every apps or misleading information, and this in return will decrease customer satisfaction. This paper addresses this issue by analyzing the literature data from previous and recent researches and find where the travel chatbots must be patterned by integrating Artificial Intelligence, then the writer does a quantitative analysis to do significancy tests on the travel chatbot users relating to customer satisfaction. Overall, the result shows that travel chatbots are related positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, but the data also show that with overlapping information from many travel chatbots will leave the customers in confusion and decrease customer satisfaction. The travel companies will benefit from this paper to undertand customer needs in creating the best serving travel chatbots for better services.
