Abstract
We report the attempt of utilization rice husk-IR 64 as green adsorbents for degrade methylene blue in aqueous solutions. We attempted to significantly enhance the degradation ability of rice husk, but through a simple process i.e. drying in the sun and boiling in the aquadest. The percent degradation of MB in the solutions was determined by using photometer apparatus, while the change of transparence of the solution after treated by activated rice husk was measured by UV-vis spectrometer. We obtained that the boiling treatment is more effective for enhancing the degradation ability of rice husk than sunbathing process. The use of boiled rice husks could reduce MB in the solutions up to 89%. Indeed, the degradation ability of rice husk-IR 64 can be significantly increase through simple treatment so that it possess a great chance to develop as green adsorbent with marvelous performance.

Abstract
Lanthanum chromite is a material that plays a large role in the development of fuel cells, catalysts, electronic devices, semiconductors and magnetics. The application of this compound is determined by the material characteristics. The LaCr1-xVxO3 compound was prepared using a simultaneously method of sol-gel and freeze-drying from salts of chrome, lanthanum, and vanadium in pectin solution. The characterization results using X-ray diffraction, diffuse-reflectance UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and SEM-EDS showed that the materials formed have the main structure of ABO3 perovskite (such as LaCrO3 and LaVO3) with minor phases of LaCr2O6 and LaVO4 while the band-gap energy of materials due to the addition of vanadium in LaCrO3, it shifts its energy to a lower direction, namely: 2.89; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5 eV for LaCr1-xVxO3 (where x = 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5), respectively. Then, SEM micrographs showed that the distribution of the crystalline phase is fairly even and homogeneous.

Abstract
In this study, the spin-polarized currents in a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) with a Fe/GaAs/Fe structure were calculated by considering the Dresselhaus effect. First, the transmittance was calculated using the Airy wave function approach, where it was found that the electron transmittance for each spin state is different and the incident angle affects electron transmittance and electron polarization. It was further shown that electron polarization is also affected by the electron energy and the barrier width, and that the electron transmittance is quasi-symmetric to the incident angle. The obtained transmittances were subsequently used to calculate the spin-polarized current in the MTJ, where it was found that the current density for both spin states increases with the addition of external voltage. It was also shown that the current density increases as the barrier width decreases. In addition, the temperature and the incident angle of the electrons affect the current density, where the maximum current density is obtained when the electrons come in a direction perpendicular to the barrier. We herein determined analytically that a high device performance of the MTJ could be achieved by simply controlling the device parameters of barrier width, temperature and incident angle of the electron.

Abstract
This research is to analyze the implementation of the waste bank policies in Manado City. The method used is descriptive by discussing qualitatively and approved by three research focuses, namely first collecting waste management programs in Manado city, secondly analyzing community participation in waste bank development programs and studying the factors that become obstacles and supporters in developing waste banks in Manado City . The first research results related to waste management programs containing various programs. For waste banks, it is one of the alternative solutions to waste problems in the city of Manado. Both developing community participation are still in consultation not yet in community control. Community participation consists of sorting household waste containing organic inorganic waste. The third is a supporting factor in the development of waste banks in the city of Manado, namely the role of local government as well as state-owned private companies as supporters of the implementation of the waste bank program. As for inhibiting factors such as low society, the development of waste banks requires high investment, low value of waste, and the culture of manado who pay attention to waste as a dirty thing.

Abstract
Light emitting diode (LED) lamps are become popular in a wide range of applications, due to low power, high efficiency, and low maintenance. To achieve high efficiency in energy transfer in the LED driver, a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) topology is applied. SMPS operates at a constant frequency; it generates significant emission in some of the frequencies through conducted and radiated mechanisms. Several solutions are proposed to mitigate the EMI (electromagnetic interference), such as converter design, component selection, EMI filtering, and spread spectrum techniques. Spread spectrum is a cheap and efficient solution in the conducted emission mitigation. This research performs the conducted emission mitigation is done by modifying the switching on the LED Driver using chaotic signals. The Lorenz equation is selected to produce chaotic signals. The effect of EMI caused by the chaotic signal is analyzed toward the performance of the system, compared with performance when it is modulated by periodic signals. Lorenzs injection signals have reduced distribution over a larger frequency range compared to other injection signals. The average EMI reduction produced by Lorenz signal is the highest compared with other modulated signals of 10.63 dB.

Design/methodology/ approach - The study uses secondary data with a conceptual approach with a study of social theory and facts in Indonesia. Findings - The results of the study show that the role of employers, government and consumer protection institutions still needs to be improved to promote consumer rights and obligations regarding halal products. Socialization to the public is still felt lacking and ongoing socialization efforts to bring intensive awareness are still needed to increase trust in halal food products. Research limitations/implications - The limitations of existing empirical data regarding the behavior of consumers using halal products are the main things that further research is still needed. Practical implications - Consumer awareness of halal products still needs to be encouraged so that consumers are aware of their rights and obligations and are protected from producers who are misconducted. This can be done through mass media massively campaign. Originality/value - Synchronization between related institutions is the key to winning the consumer while still opening opportunities for entrepreneurs to honestly provide product information. Government policy in favor of protecting consumers with law enforcement is a picture given in this paper to foster more comprehensive literature in the field of consumer protection of halal products.

Abstract
The application of SnO2 nanoparticles has been carried out in various fields, one of which is as photoelectrode on dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) due to their high electron mobility. In general the efficiency of DSSCs is absolutely dependent on the morphology of SnO2. Morphology in the form of aggregates could reduce the efficiency of DSSCs SnO2 nanoparticle based. The synthesis method to reduce the aggregate formation has been widely developed, one of which is green hydrothermal synthesis by the addition of capping agents. In this study, fructose was used as a capping agent in the synthesis of SnO2 nanoparticles using the hydrothermal method with a temperature variation of 120, 150 and 180 ⁰C which aims to reduce aggregate formation. The effect of adding fructose at different temperatures on the purity and morphology of SnO2 as synthesized was characterized using X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The obtained XRD pattern clearly shows that all products produce high purity of SnO2 nanocrystal phases, it was proven by the absence of impurity peaks. In addition, SEM images show that the addition of fructose could reduce the aggregate form of SnO2 nanoparticles. These results indicate that the addition of fructose in the reaction solution can be an alternative method for controlling the morphology of SnO2 nanoparticles and is expected to improve the efficiency of DSSCs.

Abstract
Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) material is chosen as a gas sensor because of its nature which can be modified as needed. In this research SnO2 is choosen becoause of its chemical and physical stability compared to the other MOS. However for gas sensor application, SnO2 have drawbacks of low selectivity and high operating temperature. To overcome those drawbacks, the SnO2 is mixed with graphene by molar ratio 1:1, and synthesized with polyol method using ethylene glycol as solvent, at 197 oC for 12 hours. The resulting material is then settled, and calcined at 550 oC. The characterization used are SEM, TEM, EDS, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and gas sensor performance test with CO gas. The particle size are in range of 5-15 nm. The band gap test result of SnO2-graphene is 2,94 eV which decrease 0,62 from SnO2 band gap. The detection of 20 ppm CO gas for 10 minutes result in highest sensivity of 59% at 300 oC.

Abstract
The optimal decomposition of ilmenite to obtain an increase in TiO2 levels has been successfully carried out through a multi-step hydrometallurgical process. The initial levels of ilmenite in the iron sand was obtained about 46.50%. The multi-step hydrometallurgical process was carried out in order to determine the efficiency of TiO2 extraction. The sediment, which is obtained by this process was characterized using XRD and SEM-EDS. The result of XRD analysis was obtained the percentage of TiO2 formed in the leaching stage 1 and 2, respectively 85.01% and 95.55%. Based on the result of SEM-EDS analysis, the morphological was heterogeneous with particle size about 180-300 nm. It was concluded, that a multi-step hydrometallurgical process can increase TiO2 levels quite high and the process efficiency was very good

Abstract
Silver (Ag) nano catalyst has been deposited on SiO2 glass substrate by thermal evaporation method. The layer thickness was about 2.42 nm. The Ag nano catalyst was then annealed at temperature of 4000C with variation of annealing time of 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours. SEM, EDS and FTIR spectroscopy were used to characterize the samples. From the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images showed that diameter size of the nanoparticles were mostly 2.92, 1.69, 0.69 and 0.89 mm, respectively. Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) Spectroscopy revealed that composition of Ag for each sample are 0.26, 0.14, 0.48 and 0.14% respectively. Based on the SEM and EDX results, the smallest diameter of particles and the most Ag composition was obtained after annealing for 3 hours. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy indicate that the Ag nano catalyst were formed by Si-O-Ag bonds at 1379 cm-1.

Abstract
Management Information System (MIS) in government institutions was a very crucial thing. The established MIS often provided less optimum benefits since the MIS development did not go through a good planning and clear IT masterplan. The procurement unit of Malang City has a MIS (SiBaja) which has been established since 2016 and since then suitability evaluation has never been performed. This study aimed to evaluate the suitability of SiBaja to the needs of users and management using Human, Organization, Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework. To obtain the data, a survey method was used by distributing questionnaires to the application users. The data analysis model used was SEM-PLS by using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study found that the implementation of SiBaja was not fully fit for the relationship between Human-Technology that was indicated by the absence of a significant effect between User Satisfaction (US) variable and System Quality (SQ) variable with a significance value of 0.899 at alpha = 0.05. and was not fully fit for the relationship between Organization-Technology factor which was characterized by the absence of a significant effect between Service Control (SC) variable and Information Quality (IQ) variable with a significance value of 0.221 at alpha = 0.05.
