Abstract
The proposal of this research basically aims to form a political education model / policy that can increase the political participation of young voting women in politics in Indonesia. This model is expected to be used as a reference and a model for organizers of general elections / regional elections and democratic actors such as political parties. Nowadays political education is getting worse along with the lower public trust in democratic institutions such as political parties. Political parties that cannot be separated from corruption, collusion and nepotism greatly undermine public trust in the current democratic system. Womens participation that has been mandated is at least 30 percent, still very lacking. With the Serang Regional Head General Election of Regional Head of Regional Election amounting to 426,159 voters where the number of Beginner Voters amounted to more than 40,000 (Banten News, 11/1/2017), female voters were not less than 20,000. For young female voters, those who first participated in or participated in the election / election activities still felt anxieties which had an impact on the high floating mass in the implementation of elections / elections. This research will attempt to portray the preference conditions of female beginner voters in the implementation of the 2018 Serang Regional Election. Through this research, it is hoped that this can be used as a policy model for organizers of elections / regional elections in either Serang City or Banten Province or other regions Beginner voter participation in implementing the democratic agenda both locally and nationally through effective and current political education. The conclusion of this study shows that what is an obstacle to the political participation of novice voters is that the political education factor is indeed still less intensive, especially from political party elements, even though the main motorbike is political parties as a form of responsibility for leadership leadership. politics based on information technology and the use of more massive social media. Suggestion given by the research team that the General Election Commission as the main actor in the implementation activities should maximize socialization and political education to the beginner voters on the basis of information technology and social media so that an increase in smart voters for better quality elections can be achieved and will lead to the improvement of the Democracy Index in Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to identify the quantitative characteristics of local chickens and examine the presence of polymorphisms based on the nucleotide sequences of ACTA-1 genes. The material used is a local chicken consisting of 25 Pelung and 25 Native chickens. The quantitative data uses t test. Identification ACTA-1 gene polymorphism is carried out by PCR method and Sequencing of PCR product. The quantitative characters, of male Pelung and Native chickens significantly different, involving the length of tarsometatarsus, tarsometatarsus circumference, comb height and body weight. Meanwhile, female Pelung and Native chickens show significant differences in femur length, tibia length, tarsometatarsus length, tarsometatarsus circumference, third finger length, wing length, comb height and body weight. The sequencing result indicates the presence of SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) among them c.584 T > G, c.585 T> A, and c.657 T> C. Furthermore, in the base c.657 T> C the heterozygosity value of 0.18. Based on correlation value at c. 585 T>A shows that AA genotype has a significant effect on body weight (P<0,05). Therefore, the ACTA-1 gene is an important marker, which can be used to improve the economic characteristics found in local chickens.

Abstract
The growth of social media users around the world are increasing rapidly, making it as one of the strongest platform option to conduct marketing activities. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media marketing activities (SMMAs) on brand equity to enhance customers- e-WOM activity and repurchase intention in the airline industry. It is expected that the result of this research may be used as fundamental data in the development of the effectiveness airline SMMA strategies. Data will be collected with survey from airline passengers who are the followers of the airline-s social media accounts. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result showed that Perceived Risk was the most significant SMMA dimension, and Brand Equity is significantly affected by airline SMMAs. It-s also validated that Brand Equity influence directly on e-WOM and Repurchase Intention, while e-WOM activity has impact on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract
One of the ways for Indonesia to gain economic equity is by building toll road. Toll road becomes one of the National Strategic Projects (Proyek Strategis Nasional - PSN) of Indonesia to connect all areas expanding from the suburbs to the cities. PT.Marga Sarana Jabar is one of them, connecting Bogor outer ring road area to Jakarta, Sukabumi and Balaraja. Toll road operator must provide a comfortable road trip to the users. They have to minimize any of congestion, damaged roads, or other inconveniences. One of the root causes of any inconveniences comes from the quality that delivered during toll road construction did not comply to the standards. Quality Management System (QMS) during construction can ease the supervisor to monitor the quality. However, there were troubles during the implementation of QMS in construction. This research uses primary and secondary data obtained from archive and questionnaires. The method of analysis using qualitative analysis that also supported with Nvivo12 tools to identify the highest possibility factors causing poor quality. The main conclusion of this research is that human resource is significantly affecting to the success of QMS implementation. Appropriate training of human resources will be immensely required to improve the construction quality.

Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Intellectual Capital (IC) Against Leverage, which is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) which implies the Share Price of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Intervening Variables used are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) The research conducted by the author in compiling the thesis is quantitative, namely conducting financial discussions by analyzing numerical data. The sample used in this study is a balance sheet, income statement at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Period 2008-2017. This study uses descriptive analysis of statistical data, and uses the classic assumption test namely multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and using multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, namely t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination . In analyzing this research data using the Eviews 9.0 software tool. From the results of hypothesis testing ROA shows a negative and significant effect on DER. VAIC has a positive and not significant effect on DER. Simultaneously ROA and VAIC have a positive and significant effect on DER. While the results of the determination coefficient (R2) R-squared are influenced by other variables. Partially ROA shows ROA has a negative and not significant effect on Stock Prices, VAIC has a positive and not significant effect on Stock Prices, DER has a negative and significant effect on Stock Prices so that ROA, VAIC and DER have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk The period of 2008-2017 is influenced by other variables.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of basic education rate on unemployment and poverty level based on the classification of urban and rural areas. The data were taken from Wonosobo Regency as the poorest district in Central Java, Indonesia, with a percentage of poor population of 20.32%. Using descriptive quantitative and linear regressions with dummy variable, we analyzed the distinguished influence of basic education rate towards unemployment and poverty level between urban and rural areas. The results show that, generally, basic education rate affects unemployment rate and the level of poverty. The basic education rate influences unemployment rate in both urban and rural areas. However, the basic education rate in urban area does not have an effect as significant as that in rural area in influencing poverty level. Urban people face more competitive workforce market that makes them need more than just the basic education. Therefore, even most of them have finished their primary and secondary schools, it does not mean they are not going to be trapped in poverty. Meanwhile, the basic education of rural people detected affects the poverty level as the more people in there do not finish their basic study, the more of them have no eligibility in doing proper jobs for reaching the wealth.

Abstract
This research aim to analyze whether the LDR, NPL, BOPO and Primary Ratio have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on Commercial Private Bank. Return on assets (ROA) is an indicator of how profitable a company is relative to its total assets. ROA gives a manager, investor, or analyst an idea as to how efficient a companys management is at using its assets to generate earnings. The higher the ROA number, the better, because the company is earning more money on less investment. The sample are three bank, namely : Bank Bukopin, Bank Mega, Bank OCBC NISP. Data and collecting data methods in this research is secondary data which taken from financial report of National Private General Banks started from teh first quarter period of 2008 until the two quarter period of 2011. The technique of data analyzing is descriptive analyze and using multiple linier regression analyze. Based on calculations and result with using SPSS 11,5 for windows, state that LDR, NPL, BOPO and Primary Ratio have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on Comercial Private Banks. LDR and Primary Ratio partially have positive unsignificant influence to ROA on Comercial Private Banks. BOPO partially have negative significant influence to ROA on Comercial Private Banks. NPL partially have negative unsignificant influence to ROA on Comercial Private Banks.

Abstract
Mount Arjuno-Welirang is located on East Java province and stratovolcano with a height that is 3,339 m (10,955 ft) for Arjuno and 3.156 m for Welirang. Mountain (Mt) Arjuno Welirang geothermal system is a volcanic geothermal system. Magnetotelluric (MT) is the most commonly used method of geothermal exploration due to its deep penetration and sensitivity to conductive zone. Magnetotelluric method measures 103 point MT in the geothermal system field on the South of Mt Arjuno Welirang. And also TDEM acquisition measures 103 point to static shift correction. In this research, 1D inversion used Occam Inversion, meanwhile 2D and 3D inversion used Non Linear Conjugate Gradien (NLCG) Algorithm. The processing step of magnetotelluric are consist of time domain convertion to frequency domain, crosspower selection, smoothing data, static shift correction, 1D, 2D, 3D Inversion, and interpretation of inversion model. 3D model inversion consist of 3D with TDEM static shift correction. Based on the results comparisons of magnetotelluric 1D,2D,and 3D data inversion modeling, the conceptual model can delineate the altered rocks, clay cap, reservoir rocks, and fault structures that can support and give recommendation prospect area of Mt. Arjuno Welirang.
