Abstract
The purpose of the research is to gain a description and explanation of the causal relationship between observational learning in industrial work practice and soft skills, specifically the communication skill and problem-solving skill. Based on the purpose, the research employed the explanatory survey method. To test the hypotheses in this research, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used. The research sample consisted of 423 twelfth grade Accounting Department students of state vocational high schools in Tangerang Regency who have completed their industrial work practice or internship. The sample was taken with random sampling technique. The instrument used to gather data was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested using SPSS. The results of the research proved that observational learning has a direct effect on communication skill, and communication skill has a direct effect on problem-solving skill. Observational learning has an indirect effect on problem-solving skill, particularly because of its relation to communication skill. An important new finding of the research is the correlation between observational learning and communication skill and problem-solving skill. The new finding becomes a reflection for students regarding the weaknesses and strengths of observational learning modality that they have so that they can quickly adapt to the learning models in the industrial work practice

Abstract
At present, the world economy is in uncertainty. One reason is that two economically large countries, namely the United States (US) and China are in conflict and beat the drums of trade war. Relations between the two countries are increasingly heating up after President Trump officially started a trade war against China on July 6, 2018. This is indicated by the policy of US applying tariffs on a number of Chinese products, and then responded very quickly by China by implementing a reply tarriff. The aim of this study is to analyze the economic consequences of the US-China trade war for Indonesia and Indonesias strategies to respond to the trade war. The analytical method used is the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) model. The results of the analysis show that the consequences or impact of the US-China trade war on the performance of macroeconomic indicators such as investment and consumption increased by 0.02% and 1.13%, respectively. Its just that for the added value obtained it decreases by 0.02%. This condition resulted in a decreasing of the national aggregate output amount to 0.01%. The declining in national output came from the decreasing in output in several industries such as the textile and textile products industry, yarn industry, apparel industry, and pulp and paper industries which were 2.11%, 1.61%, 1.32% and 0.36%, respectively. Some short-term strategies that need to be done are increasing export competitiveness, encouraging export-oriented industrial productivity, expanding and strengthening domestic and world markets, and controlling the amount of imports. Long-term strategies include the need to improve the quality of human resources in the trade and industry sectors, labor productivity, utilization of the results of research and development, and optimization of training and education institutions.

Abstract
Natural rubber latex (NR) is one of the most valuable renewable natural resources. NR contains protein and if it is present in the product for some people it can cause allergies so it needs to be removed. Soaking in alkaline solutions can eliminate the protein content in NR. In this study, natural rubber latex films were immersed in KOH base solution and heated to 90°C for 30 minutes with variations in pH from KOH base solution : pH 8, pH 11, pH 13 and pH 14. Aquadest was used as a control (pH 7). The results showed that the higher the pH of the solution: the lower protein content, the lower resistance to fluid and tensile strength of the film and the higher elongation.

Abstract
The use of probiotics as feed supplements in animal production has increased considerably over the last decade, particularly since the ban on antibiotic growth promoters in the livestock sector. Probiotics strain must be able to survive the harsh condition in the stomach and small intestine. Encapsulating probiotic cells with suitable agents helps them resist such adverse conditions. In this study, spray drying was used as an encapsulating method for the preservation of probiotic cultures to enhance its stability and viability as feed supplements in animal production. The encapsulating agents were suspended with Lactobacillus plantarum and drying was carried out in a pilot-plant spray dryer. Partial replacement of maltodextrin, as encapsulating agent, with the gum Arabic and CMC were done to improve the quality of encapsulant. Viability, morphology (by SEM) and several physical properties (yield, moisture content, bulk density, and hygroscopicity) of probiotics microcapsules were analyzed to know the effect of the encapsulating agent to the stability of probiotics microcapsules. The research demonstrated that survival rate of bacteria after drying depended on encapsulant agent. After 30-day-storage of the dried bacteria, the highest survival rate was noted in case of spray-dried cells in Maltodextrin-gum Arabic. While the cells encapsulated in Maltodextrin-CMC cause high viscosity in the suspension that affected stickiness during drying process. The results of viability and morphology that showed through SEM analysis suggest a better protection and thus a higher stability of the probiotic microcapsules produced with partial replacement of maltodextrin with gum Arabic than those produced with maltodextrin only.

Abstract
This study investigated the response of Hibiscus Leaf Meal (HLM) and Direct-Fed Microbials (DFM) supplementation on nitrogen metabolism and rumen microbial synthesis by local sheep. Thirty six male local sheeps aged ±2 years (28,01±2,61 kg) were fed concentrate (3% of body weight) supplemented with HML twice a day, amoniated rice-straw supplemented with DFM were given ad-libitum were assigned randomly to nine treatment in an experiment of 3×3 factorial design. The first factor was the use of DFM (P0=control, P1=DFM AMS, P2=DFM RJ) and the second factor was HML level (W0=0%, W1=0,24%, W2=0,24% of concentrate DM). Measured variable were nitrogen digestibility (ND), nitrogen retention (NR), rumen microbial synthesis (RMS), and efficiency of rumen microbial synthesis (ERMS). There were significant interaction (P<0,01) between DFM and HML suplementation on both RMS and ERMS. While, there were no interaction on ND and NR. The highest RMS and ERMS were achieved on P0W1, there were 6,650±1,18 gN/day and 16,44±5,03 gN/kg DOMR, respectively. Although there were no interaction (P>0,05) between DFM and HLM on ND and NR, DFM supplementation significantly (P<0,01) affected both ND and NR. The most efficient of them were achieved on P0 treatment, 55,13±11,86% (W2) and 9,12±1,76 gN/day (W1), respectively. Based on these results, it could be concluded that determination of HLM level for RMS enhancement depend on DFM usage. At the HLM level 0.24% of concentrate DM, it was advised to use DFM RJ. In contrast, at HLM level 0,48% or higher, it was advised to use DFM AMS. Further experiment to determine maximum level of HLM on DFM AMS use is needed.

Jengkol (Archidendron jiringa) peel is a by-product that has not been utilized optimally. Some research reported that jengkol peel had potency as a source of fiber and bioactive compound (saponins and tannins) for ruminant. This experiment was designed to evaluate the effects of jengkol peel powder supplementation on total volatile fatty acid (VFA) production and protozoa population on in vitro ruminal fermentation. The treatments were arranged in a randomized block design with three treatments (2%, 4%, 6%) and four replications. The variables observed included total VFA production and protozoa population. Data were tested using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and the differences among treatments means were examined by Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed that increasing supplementation of jengkol peel powder increased total VFA production (P<0.01) but did not affect protozoa population (P>0.05). It is concluded that supplementation of jengkol (A. jiringa) peel powder until 6% DM improved rumen fermentation.

Abstract
The settling pond is a reservoir of water from the mining area which carries it heavy metal particles to be sedimentation first before its flowing out of the area mining. so that it does not cause pollution. The problem in this research area is Dimensions of the setting pond could not accommodate incoming water discharge when rainfall is high, and it makes the water overflows and directly enter the coastal waters so it is indicated to arise heavy metal pollution. The purposes of this research are to examine the dimensions of the settling pond, determine erosion hazard level and countermeasures carried out. In accordance with the rainfall data, it can calculation of the mine drainage system is carried out, namely (1) The planned rainfall using the Gumbel method obtained at 156,046 mm/day. (2) The intensity of rainfall was obtained at 28,731 mm/hour. (3) The catchment area is DTH I with an area of 0,43 km2, DTH II with an area of 0,11 km2, DTH III covering an area of 0,43 km2, (4) runoff discharge obtained by DTH I of 2,36 m3/sec, DTH II of 0,79 m3/sec, and DTH III of 2,66 m3/sec . (5) The total discharge of runoff water from 3 DTH so that it was obtained at 5,82 m3/sec. According to the discharger and settling speed of 0.000997 m/sec, the settling area is obtained the pond is 5839,46 m2 and the settling pond volume is 23.520 m3 with 4 m inside the volume is greater than the actual volume in the field. Another cause is erosion so that runoff water flows directly into the pond settling without going through open channels which causes fast water, this is evidenced by the calculation of erosion hazard levels with the USLE equation the average erosion rate (A) is 540,5646 tons/ha/year so that it is included in class V with erosion hazard level in very heavy category (B). Then the countermeasures are carried out by revegetation on the slope so that if revegetation has been carried out then the average value erosion rate (A) is 172,98 tons/ha/year so the erosion hazard level is reduced to class III with medium category (S).

Connectivity Analysis Using of Tracer or Injection-Production Wells Performance Plot In NEASD And GRH Field PHE Ogan Komering Authors : Joko Mulyono, S.T., Firman Edi, S.T., and Dr. Ir. Dyah Rini Ratnaningsih, M.T. 2)Petroleum Engineering Magister Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Indonesia Corresponding author: a) joko.mulyono@pertamina.com; b)firman.edi@pertamina.com c)rini_diah@yahoo.com Abstract. The Ogan Komering Working Area has an area of 1,155 km2 located in the Ogan Komering Ulu District of South Sumatra Province. The Ogan Komering Working Area is currently operated by Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Ogan Komering with a Gross Split Contract Agreement as of May 20, 2018. Waterflood project has implemented since 2006 in NEASD and GRH field. Ogan Komering Block has reached second peak production with 5,980 BOPD on early 2011. Because of plugging, the injection rate nowadays is only 16,000 BWPD when once it reached 40,000 BWPD. Remaining reserves in NEASD and GRH field is 4.04 MMBO based on updating GGR study in 2019. With enhancement injection rate, NEASD and GRH field are expected to increase 2-3 MMBO reserves. The further study about waterflood subsurface condition is conducted related to connectivity between injection well and production well also the injection performance in NEASD and GRH field to complete the target. From connectivity analysis supported with geophysic and geology interpretration, waterflooding in NEASD and GRH field consists of 4 areas which are A, B, C, and D. This analysis will be one of the guideline study for mature waterflood optimization. The connectivity between injection and production wells are important thing to optimize mature waterflood project. This paper report the tracer running result on 2006 and injection-production wells performance plot to evaluate reservoir connectivity. Tracer analysis was conducted to analyze the connectivity between injection and production wells. The tracer is injected to the several injection wells and will be expected to flow to the monitor wells considered as production wells. Several type of tracers were injected into 11 injection wells on June, 23rd until 27th 2006 and September, 10th 2006. The 11 injection wells are ASDJ-27, GRH-4, ASDJ-34, GRH-10, GRH-16, GRH-7, ASDJ-41, ASDJ-36, GRH-6, ASDJ-31, dan ASDJ-33 which is located in different section area which the injection wells has pattern peripheral. The tracer were expected to flow to the monitor wells (production wells) nearly located to the corresponding injector well. In Area A, tracer 158a in the amount of 100 liters was injected to ASDJ-34 and it was detected to ASDJ-22 after 453 days. However, performance plot shows that injection rate did not affect the liquid production rate. From geology interpretation, it is confirmed that there is minor fault in 1 km which is considered as minor leaking. Tracer 140c was injected to ASDJ-31 in Area B. In the span of time 553 days, tracer 140c

Abstract
This study focuses on the supply chain of fuel products which known as Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) of PT. Pertamina (Persero), as state-owned enterprises in energy sector that has an obligation to provide fuel for all locations in Indonesia. With the complexity of the distribution lines where more than 70% of fuel supply are very dependent on refineries as the location of the main supply sources and the main modes of transportation by sea, the problem of variability in supply and demand is a the challenge in maintaining the stability of service to consumers. Therefore, inventory levels and improvements in terms of distribution path are very important. This study designed a probabilistic model that considers variability in supply and demand for safety stock determination so that the optimal fuel stock levels can be identified in each of the main fuel storage locations in Indonesia. The results of this study are the optimal national fuel inventory stock levels which consider the demand and supply variation.
