Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship of cognitive bias with investment decisions on lecturers. Investment activities can sometimes cause errors or bias in the process of perceiving information relating to investment. Cognitive bias is an error in the thinking of someone who tends to be illogical in understanding something. Lecturers, as educators, must think logically and rationally in determining investment decisions. This will be tested whether lecturers are generally more rational or irrational in determining investment decisions. The sample of respondents was 70 lecturers. Data collection comes from the results of questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis is used to identify 7 cognitive biases that influence investment decisions, namely Overconfidence, Conservatism, Anchoring, Herding, Availability, Representativeness, and Mental Accounting. In addition, which bias is the most dominant effect on investment decisions. The results showed that lecturers experience cognitive bias so that it can be said, they act irrationally in determining investment decisions. The insignificant biases in investment decisions are Overconfidence and Representativeness, because these biases have a negative effect, and the dominant cognitive bias is Mental Accounting.

Abstract
There exists substantial efforts to actualize a so-called ‘smart city- throughout the world. The journey towards realizing it leads back to one path in which many learned people argue that it is, “what is the best solution for a smart city”. The solution is to embrace Internet of Things (IoT) in every aspects of the city as much as possible by making all devices connected to at least a network that communicates with one another with minimal human interference. The debates and forums on IoT as a solution has been ongoing and not many has come up with an answer that differs from the mainstream. It has been proven through research and applications that IoT is the enabler to solve many problems faced by a city such as parking woes, traffic congestion, pollution and so on. However, with IoT as a solution, does it really make a city to be considered as smart? This research intends to find out whether IoT is a viable solution for a smart cities or there exists other potential options that is better. This study was based on a qualitative approach that began with 1) a survey of literature of white papers as well as technical forums, 2) preliminary results highlighting that IoT is not a viable solution and 3) with IoT alone cities are deemed to be partially smart. Lastly, our findings indicate that we require proper algorithms and analytics that would be inclusive of these two crucial components i.e. being autonomous and self-learning in the Business architecture layer in order to realize a truly Smart City status.

Abstract
The motivation in this study lies on the fact that despite the tremendous development of the Islamic finance industry, some scholars argue that the development was driven by the debt-based or non- Profit sharing and losses sharing (PLS) contract instead of the widely proposed Profit sharing and losses sharing (PLS) contracts perceived to be as the ideal mode of financing. The question that arises is why non-PLS based? Why not PLS? Which one should the concepts use in Islamic finance then? Hence, this paper tries to explore the reason behind such development, discuss the future development as well and finally answer the main issue of which one should be the one? Initially the PLS was introduced in Malaysia; however the trend moved to non-PLS as a result of the current situation. The introduction of non-PLS products has been approved by shariah scholars hence making it shariah compliant. Since ‘sin- is not an issue anymore, the investors now look for the best instrument that can give them higher return in line with the investment concept of high risk high return. Therefore, both PLS and non-PLS can be used side by side at the present moment.

Abstract
The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has influenced various life activities including human behavior. The use of this technology has increased productivity, but this technology is still deficient to use in education. The teacher must innovate the learning environment to be more comfortable for generally millennial students. One of the learning innovations is the application of the flipped classroom concept. This concept still gives teachers room to face to face in class but also utilizes ICT in activities outside the classroom. From a variety of previous research studies, the application of this concept has a positive impact on various competencies in students. This study aims to see the impact of applying the flipped classroom to improving students critical thinking skills. The research design was the pretest-posttest controlled group design which consists of three groups taught different learning. Teacher applied direct instruction learning at the control group. Two other groups taught using a flipped classroom approach or online using Google Classroom. The participants of this study were 10th-grade students in physics subjects. Samples are taken randomly simple to determine groups. The analysis technique used is ANOVA to know the effect of learning strategies on critical thinking skills. Measurement of critical thinking skills is carried out using critical thinking test questions in the form of descriptions that have previously tested for difficulty and power of difference.

Abstract
The role of the national tourism sector is increasingly important in line with developments and contributions given the tourism sector through the acceptance of foreign exchange, regional revenue, the development of the region, as well as in the absorption of investment and labor as well as business development in various parts of the region in Indonesia. The tourism sector contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2018 has reached 6.0%, or IDR 890.43 trillion (World Travel and Tourism Council, 2019). While foreign exchange from tourism in 2018 reached IDR 220.93 billion and contributed to employment for 12,966 million, or approximately 10.3% of the total workforce in Indonesia. The impact of tourism sector development in fact not only in the form of foreign exchange due to increasing number of foreign tourists who come and absorb labor in sectors related to the tourism development. Studies by Chaisumpunsakul and Pholphirul (2017) showed a positive correlation between degrees of economic openness to the demand of foreign tourists in Thailand. Moreover, Thailand tend to experience a high level of trade with the countries of origin of tourists coming. Therefore, tourism is becoming an own international trade promotion path and vice versa merchandise trade flows can encourage foreign tourist arrivals. This shows the significance of the relationship that supports business opportunities due to the complementary relationship between the two (Santana Gallego, Ledesma Rodriguez, & amp; Perez Rodriguez, 2011). However, focus on those two relationship is still gets little attention, especially in the case of Indonesia. Hence the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tourism on the international trade in Indonesia, especially for the category of cultural products. Tourism experienced a significant growth from year to year, supported by a rich cultural heritage so as to facilitate an increase in creative industries such as fashion, culinary, arts, crafts, and entertainment. This is because the creative industry is predicted to become a new economic power in the coming years.

Abstract
This study aims to reveal student algebraic problem-solving errors based on Polya and Newman hierarchical indicator. The subject was a study of 30 students of grade VII in one of the junior high school located in the Timor Tengah Utara, NTT, Indonesian, 2018/2019 period. Process of collecting data used tests and interviews. The result of the student problem-solving ability test was grouped into three parts, namely 5 of the student in the low category, 20 of the student in the medium category, and 5 of students in the high category. The result of the analysis based on Polya indicator indicated that a group of low students made an error on all indicators. The medium of category students made an error in carrying out the plan and looking back. For those in the high category, they make an error in looking back indicator. While the result of the analysis was based on Newman hierarchical indicator that a group of low students made an error ranging from comprehension to encoding. Group medium student makes an error in the process skill and encoding process. For those in the high category, they tend to make an error at the encoding indicator.

Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) currently become a national problem even global, which in 2018 the population of sufferers has reached 425 million. One of the causes of DM is a cell resistance to insulin, which can be caused by the bodys lack of chromium intake. This is thought to be caused by the habit of consuming white sugar as a sweetener compared to brown sugar or even neera.. Brown sugar and neera contained more minerals, including chromium, than white sugar. In the body, chromium is part of Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) which plays a role in maintaining insulin sensitivity. The purpose of this study are to compare the levels of chromium in sugar and neera, as well as in the blood and urine of healthy and DM patients, before and after consuming neera, and to know the level of consumers preference to the flavor of white sugar compared to neera. Determination of chromium content had been done by Atomic Absorption Spechtrophotometer (AAS), meanwhile the level of consumers preference to the samples flavor had been done by organoleptic test. The results had shown that the chromium levels in neera was 35 times higher than in white sugar has; neera consumption for one month apparently can increase the levels of chromium (both in the blood and in the urine of people) but the increasement level in DM patients higher than healthy people; and in the terms of the taste, the average respondents preference for neera and white sugar is the same.
