Abstract
Background: Anemia still becomes a problem worldwide, especially in developing countries. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that there are still more than 50 percent of women in the world suffering from anemia. In pregnant women the incidence of anemia can cause complications both for the mother and the fetus such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight (LBW) and premature birth. WHO defines anemia in pregnant women as a condition in which hemoglobin level is less than 11 mg / dL in the first and last trimester or 10.5 mg / dL in the second trimester or the hematocrit level is less than 37 percent. Purpose: The study aim to determine the effect of Fe tablets consumption on hemoglobin (Hb) level increase in pregnant women and to find out the factors related to the compliance of pregnant women taking Fe tablets. Method: This Systematic Literature Review employed Pubmed and Science direct database with a period of 2008-2018. The selection of articles was based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Appraisal study employed The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Result: Consuming Fe tablets had an effect on increasing Hb levels of pregnant women. Pregnant women who got support from the people closest to them felt that they were appreciated, cared for and loved. Educational material about iron supplementation (Fe) should also emphasize on how to take Fe tablets properly and should give an understanding about the effects of anemia on mother and fetus. Health practitioners need to involve families in providing health education to increase support for pregnant women in taking Fe tablet. Conclusion: Iron supplement (Fe tablet) is effective for reducing anemia in pregnancy. Family and closest people-s support plays as an important role in increasing compliance in consuming Fe tablets.

Abstract
Background: Introduced in 1970 as a strategy for assessing clinical skills in medical students, Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) has been widely accepted as a strategy for assessing clinical competence in various health related curricula (eg dentistry, pharmacology and physiotherapy) and now this has been established in nursing education and midwifery training. The experience of midwifery students in dealing with OSCE is to make students feel anxious. This will affect the value that will be obtained by midwife students because they cannot concentrate on the OSCE. However, many argue that when they experience anxiety, midwifery students will better prepare themselves for the OSCE and they feel that the OSCE assessment will ultimately benefit them. Methods: Studies appraisal program uses Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP), and methods of synthesis using a modification PEOS data sources available from Pubmed, ProQuest, and Sience Direct. Results: With the implementation of OSCE, it can evaluate clinical competence and psychomotor skills of midwifery students. OSCE can also develop the internal mental abilities of midwifery students before doing skills on practical land. Conclusion: OSCE can increase the confidence of midwifery students. With the OSCE midwifery students can develop mental and clinical abilities before doing skills in the practice area. OSCE encourages midwifery students to assess their knowledge and understanding of clinical practice. OSCE also makes midwifery students skilled in communicating with patients

Abstract
Background : Electrical stimulation (ES) has been known to have beneficial effect in improving wound healing. Previous studies showed that short duration of application of EST could lower inflammation, improve collagen desposition, improve VEGF positive cells. In order to investigate the safety of the use of EST, it is needed to assess the effect of long duration of application of EST (LD-EST) on tissue damage during wound healing process. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of long duration of application of EST on tissue damage during wound healing process. Method : The wound was created in the back side of the rat. The rats were divided into two groups, long duration application of EST group (LD-EST group) and control group. The wound bed appearance, necrotic tissue, inflammation, collagen desposition, were compared between two groups. Result : On day 8 to 9, wound size was significantly bigger in the LD-EST group compared with control group. The size of the necrotic tissue was larger in the LD-EST group compared with control group. The intensity of the inflammation was also significantly higher in the the LD-EST group compared with control group. Reepithelialization was longer in the control group than in the LD-EST group. Conclusion: Long duration of application of EST will cause more tissue necrotic, and higher inflammation to the wound tissue. In addition, the long duration of application of EST also cause longer time of reepithelialization. Therefore, it is not recommended to apply EST for long duration to avoid the tissue damage.

Abstract
Background : Streptococcus pneumoniae is a normal nasopharyngeal flora. S. pneumoniae bacteria can colonize the nasopharynx without showing symptoms of a disease or called a carrier. The S. pneumoniae bacteria that colonize the nasopharynx can also move to the middle ear through the eustachian canal and cause acute otitis media disease (OMA). S. pneumoniae has 97 serotypes based on the polysaccharide capsule configuration. Each serotype of S. pneumoniae can cause different diseases and more colonize the nasopharynx of children than in adults. In Indonesia, Nasopharyngeal S. pneumoniae colonization studies are still very limited and the study of colonization of S. pneumoniae in children with OMA over the age of five has not been done. Purpose : This study aims to detect S. pneumoniae carried by the nasopharynx of children with primary school age (6-12 years) in Otitis Media Acute, identify serotypes of S. pneumoniae. Methods : The design of this research is a descriptive study. Sampling was carried out in September 2018 to December 2018 in several Public Elementary Schools in Banyumas Regency. Detection of S. pneumoniae in OMA samples can be done through microbiological identification of S. pneumoniae. Serotype identification was performed by serotyping S. pneumoniae with multiplex PCR technique. Results : This study indicate that the percentage of S. pneumoniae carried by the nasopharynx of in primary school children age 6-12 years with OMA in the Banyumas district is 34.6% (9/26 samples). S. pneumoniae serotypes found in nasopharyngeal samples with OMA patients are 6A / B, 6C / D, 17F, 3, 13, 14, 23B, and untypeable. Conclusion : Streptococcus pneumoniae carried by the nasopharynx of children with Acute Otitis Media aged 6-12 years in the Banyumas district by 34.6%. The S. pneumoniae serotype carried by the nasopharynx is 6A / 6B, 6C / 6D, 14, 17F, 3, 23B, 13, and untypable.
