Abstract
One important component in healthcare system is pharmaceutical service delivery. Generally, a good pharmacy quality services is intended to pharmaceutical product which are well prepared, stored, distributed, dispensed and discarded. However, in these days services is assessed through medication availability, waiting time and user satisfactions. Patient satisfaction is closely related to the quality offered by the hospital; therefore, hospitals need to make continuous quality improvements to the process of service, facilities, utilities and health workers. The application of lean hospital in Indonesia has been carried out in several hospitals. This research aims to propose improvements to hospital pharmacy services quality by using Lean Hospital approaches in reducing services waiting time of compound medicine. A case study was chosen namely Hospital ABC at Central Java, conducted in February-April 2019. There is a crucial problem in pharmacy services at Hospital ABC, which is the prescription drug waiting time of compound medicine. This study begins with process flow analysis and waste identification by conducting interview with stakeholders of the hospital. Non-value added and value added activities been divided, then time measurement in each activity is carried out with a time study method, to get the actual time of compounding the drug. Current state flow was mapped using value stream mapping tools, and future state flow map was recommended. This study showed that total time needed in one cycle of a patient prescription was more than 60 minutes (not accordance to minimum service standards set by the Ministry of Health). Using lean tools, value added activities been identified and process time in future state map optimized to 47%. Some activities cannot be eliminated because they ere are non-value added but necessary activities. By using 5-why-s root cause analysis, deficiencies identified and improvement proposal were recommended.

Abstract
Isometric exercise or resistance training are part of the activities that prove to give good impact in increasing muscle strength. Despite the repetitive isometric contraction of muscles in archery, there is a paucity in scientific evidence that describes the muscle strength in those receiving archery training. This study aimed to determine the differences in maximum force in selected groups of muscles representing the upper and lower body, between healthy youth with regular archery training and those without any background of resistance training. This study involves a comparison between 40 healthy male youths with archery training and 73 compatible youths who have not undergone any resistance exercise training. A case-control design was adopted and both groups were matched based on age, race, education level, income, time spent for weekly physical activities, and body composition. Muscles strength were assessed via JTech Commander Power Track MMT and the forces recorded in Pound-force (lbf), measuring to the nearest 0.1 lbf. Subjects with archery training showed higher mean of maximal force in muscle strength for all parameters assessed as compared to subjects in the control group. The significant differences (p < 0.05) are recorded in the muscle force in shoulder motions (abduction, adduction, flexion, and extension), elbow motion (extension), hip motions (abduction and adduction) and knee motion (extension) suggested that the muscle strength of the upper and lower body of youth involved in archery training was higher as compared to the control group. Training in archery has a significant impact on the muscle strengths of both the upper and lower body as shown in these youths. Therefore, serious attention should be given to this type of sport or training and be further promoted as a physical activity in the enhancement of health.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Nitrate pollution of groundwater is a problem especially in agricultural areas. Users who rely solely on groundwater sources are exposed to nitrate that seep from adjacent agricultural areas or septic tanks that are built very close to the water source. In Malaysia, the maximum allowable concentration of nitrate in water used for drinking is 45 mg/L (in NO3-). A study on nitrate in groundwater and its associated health risk was conducted in Bukit Bator village in Bachok district, Kelantan, Malaysia. METHODOLOGY: This study was implemented in the month of January 2019. A total of forty-two (42) respondents took part in the study with the same number of wells sampled for nitrate. Respondents were chosen based on the criteria that they only used groundwater for drinking and cooking and they do not have any type of filtration systems installed in their homes. Nitrate concentration was determined using a HANNA Instrument brand multimeter with an attached nitrate electrode. Samples were collected in duplicates and the readings were then averaged. Other data such as weight of respondents, age and depth of wells, as well as distance of well from source of nitrate were also recorded. RESULTS: Nitrate in sampled groundwater ranged from 0.61 to 25.10 mg/L NO3- with a mean of 3.61 + sd 1.88 mg/L. One-sample T Test analysis showed that there is a significant difference in nitrate concentration between sampling sites (p<0.05). In contrast, there are no significant relationships between nitrate concentration with age and depth of well, as well as distance to nitrate source (p>0.05). All respondents were calculated to have a Hazard Index (HI) of less than 1 (HI<1), meaning it is less likely for nitrate to cause adverse health effects on the users. CONCLUSION: Nitrate levels in groundwater is low and is not detrimental to health. Nevertheless, periodic assessment is encouraged to ensure the levels stay low at all times.
