Abstract
This study aims to obtain an integrated Science Practicum handbook integrated guided inquiry models based on students science process skills by adjusting KIT to practicum activities in the development book. The sample in this research were 2 integrated science practicum guidebooks with different publishers for class VII SMP / MTS Semester I. The practicum guides that have been developed are validated by 2 expert lecturers of chemical and biology study programs in Postgraduate State University of Medan and 4 teachers in the field of Natural Sciences, and tested it to 2 classes. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were: 1) the guide feasibility test sheet based on BSNP; 2) KIT feasibility test sheet based on the Ministry of Education and Culture 3) Student learning outcomes test; 4) observation sheet of students science process skills; 5) student response questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using SPPS 20 for window through tests of normality, homogeneity, and t test. The results of this study indicate (1) the results of the analysis of the feasibility level of integrated science practicum guides used in schools from two different publishers have an average value of 2.85 with a feasible category, but there are several components of the guide that need to be developed. (2) the results of the developed Ministry of Education and Culture KIT questionnaire have a very feasible category, so it is feasible to use in integrated science learning (3) the results of students science process skills by getting a percentage of 82.1% with a good category. (4) Student cognitive learning outcomes show there are differences in student learning outcomes using the guide and KIT integrated science practicum integrated science model guided inquiry based on science process skills that is (tcount> ttable, 4.801> 1.672). (5) The students responses to the guide and KIT practicum developed showed a positive response 96.77% with a very good category.

Abstract
The instructional video was developed to teach Senior High School students in drawing illustration at Fine Arts in effective and efficient way independently or collectively in the classroom. This study aims to produce an instructional video in drawing illustration which is decent to be a reference in the learning process of Fine Arts and to validate and assess the effectiveness of the video. This study belongs to a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall and combined with the instructional design model by Dick and Carey. The result of the validation and trial process shows that the developed instructional video is in the criteria of very decent. This result indicates that the media is proper to use in drawing illustration at Fine Arts. The result of hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught with instructional video and students who were taught with youtube video. Therefore, the instructional video is proper and effective used in drawing illustration at Fine Arts.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an instructional video in manicure which is decent used by students in the department of Skin Beauty. This study belongs to a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall and combined with the instructional design model by Dick and Carey. The result of the validation and trial process shows that the developed instructional video is in the criteria of very decent. This result indicates that the media is proper to use in learning Manicure. The result of hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught Manicure with instructional video and students who were taught Manicure with youtube video. Therefore, the instructional video is proper and effective used in learning Manicure.

Abstract
The interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective was developed to improve the German skills of Senior High School students. This study aims to produce a proper interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective and to know the effectiveness of the media. This study belongs to a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall. The result of the validation and trial process shows that the developed interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective is in the criteria of very good. This result indicates that the media is proper to use in learning German. The result of hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant difference between the learning outcome of students who were taught with the interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective to improve the German skills of the Senior High School Students grade X and the learning outcome of students who were taught with Power Point. The effectiveness percentage shows that the interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective is higher than Power Point. Therefore, the interactive instructional media based on behavioral perspective is proper and effective used in learning German.

Abstract
The study produces appropriate learning media where it might be usefull for students on the fourth grade. And the theme is" My Country has beauty in united". The autoriused certain models to support this study that are Thiagarajan Model, et al, namely the 4D model. The subject of this research consits of three expert validators (design experts, media experts, and material experts), and then there are 3 teachers and 130 students on there fourth grade Santa Maria. Whereas the object in this study use Adobe Flash Based Learning Media in Theme 7 of Subtema 3 " My Country has beauty in united ". The Adobe flash player media has been developed to be used as alternative 2013 curriculum. Based on results, the score of media are validation 95%; learning design 94%, material validation 86%, teacher responses 85%; and than average student learning 79%.

Abstract
The local cultural based interactive instructional media was developed to teach students in learning English independently with the content, exercise and evaluation connected to the local culture. This study aims to produce a proper local cultural based interactive instructional media and to know the effectiveness of the media. This study belongs to a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall and combined with the instructional design model by Dick and Carey. The result of the validation and trial process shows that the developed interactive instructional media is in the criteria of very good. This result indicates that the media is proper to use in learning English. In the phase of effectiveness testing with quasi experimental methode, the result shows that the local cultural based interactive instructional media is effective to improve the English learning outcome of students. The result of hypothesis testing indicates that there is a significant difference between the English learning outcome of students which were taught with a local cultural based interactive instructional media and the students which were taught with a presentation media Power Point. Therefore, the local cultural based interactive instructional media is proper and effective used in learning English.

Abstract
The aim of this study is deals with the development of morphology acquisition among the children of 1.5 until 3.5 years old a.The objectives of the research were to find out morphemes are acquired by the children 1.5 until 3.5 years old.This research conducted by the qualitative research and the research design of this research is cross-sectional design.The data were obtained by the observation by recorded the utterances made by children in natural context.The data collected were analyzed by interactive models by Miles and Huberman and Saldana model.The subject of the research were 8 children of 1.5 until 3.5 years old and the research take 2 children from each age.The result of the research is the free morpheme has been produced in age 1.5 years old.Meanwhile there are different ability in acquiring bound morpheme.Firstly, child in age 1.5-2.0 has different ability in acquiring bound morphemes, secondly, child in age 2.1-2.5 has been able to produced suffixes and partikel, but there is different ability in acquiring prefix.Thirdly, child in age 2.6-3.0 has different ability in acquiring prefix and suffixes.And Fourthly, child in age 3.1-3.5 has been able to produced bound morphemes.

Abstract
The process skill based interactive instructional multimedia was developed to teach students in learning Scince independently with the content, exercise, virtual laboratory and evaluation connected to the process skill. This study aims to produce a process skill based interactive multimedia which is properly used in learning Science and to know the increase in the learning outcome of students from the use of process skill based interactive multimedia in Science. This study belongs to a research and development which uses the R&D model by Borg and Gall and combined with the instructional design model by Dick and Carey. The result of the validation and trial process shows that the developed interactive instructional multimedia is in the criteria of very decent. This result indicates that the multimedia is proper to use in learning Science. The result of hypothesis testing indicates that there is a difference between the learning outcome students in Science that use a process skill based interactive multimedia and the learning outcome students in Science that use a presentation media powerpoint. Therefore, the process skill based interactive instructional multimedia is proper and effective used in learning Science.

Abstract
This study aims to produce teaching materials explanatory text based on multimedia interactive of students class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal. The product of teaching materials produced is CD interactive. The method used in Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE development model. The trials carried out were expert trials or product validation by media and material experts, field practitioner trials conducted by Indonesian teachers, limited trials conducted on small groups as product users, field trials involving subjects 32 users of class XI MIA 1. The results of this study indicate that (1) the percentage of feasibility of teaching materials as much as 78,1% of appearance and 83,9% programming by media experts, 82,8% content and 83,9% by material experts in the category of very feasible, (2) 55,55% of teachers and students recognize interactive multimedia and 44,44% of teachers and students do not recognize interactive multimedia; 38,88% of teachers and students had used interactive multimedia in learning, 61,11 % of teachers and students had never used interactive multimedia in learning; 97,22% of teachers and students stated that interactive multimedia is needed in learning activities in the classroom and 0,027% of teachers stated that they did not need interactive multimedia, (3) the pretest of students when utilizing textbooks containing images in the book as their media reached 2350 with an average of 73,43% with sufficient criteria, the posttest results after using PowerPoint 2010 interactive multimedia based teaching materials obtained a value of 2725 with an average of 85,15%.

Abstract
This study aims to find out the level of advisability of Virtual Laboratory based learning Media of biology on the topic bacterial and to determine the effectiveness of the media developed on the student learning outcomes. This research method is R & D (Research and Development) which uses the Borg and Gall model. The results of percentage score in average from the material experts, media experts and instracsional expert ware 90,25% and it was categorized as extremely good, 89,66 % it was categorized as extremely good, 90,91 % it also was categorized as extremely good. The result of response estimation from three biology teachers received an average score of 4,39 and it was categorized as extremaly. The results of individual trials on the learning media developed are in good categorized an average score of 4,19. The results of small group trials on the learning media developed it was categorized good with an average value of 4,22 and subsequently the result trials of limited group to the learning media developed it was categorized as good with average value of 4,26. The sample consists of two classes, class X MIPA 3 amounts 26 students treated as the control group and class X MIPA 2 amounts 25 students treated as the experimental group as well. The average value of control class learning outcomes is = 80,38 and the average learning outcames of the experimental class is = 90,80. The results of hypothesis trial showed that ware significant differences between the control class and the experimental class with sig. (2 tailed) of ,000 < 0,05, that means students learning outcomes with virtual laboratory media are greater than the learning outcames using the pawor point media.

Abstract
This research has a focus on problem solving related to web based learning media which developed for the economic subject. The aim of this research was to develop and design the web-based learning materials in order to measure the properness on economical subject in SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. This research was the kind of Research and development research which guided by using ADDIE research model. There was analysis stage which conducted to analyze the students difficulties on economic subject. The stages started by designing the web based media. Right after the media development has done, the research went to the next step by measuring the material and validation which conducted by a professional validator. In this research, the validator consisted of economic subject teacher, 2 professional media validators and an economic lecture as a validator for teacher and students questionnaire feedback. The implementation conducted to students in class 11 IPS 1 which consisted of 24 students and class 11 IPS 2 which consisted of 28 students. The evaluation was needed to find out and measure the given feedback related to web based learning which handed out to students and teachers. The feedback questionnaire also showed the positive response which could be categorized as decent. The students responses related to the given web based learning materials were measured based on the field test. Furthermore the feedbacks result related to the web based learning media was also show the positive responses which categorized as very good. Overall it can be concluded that web based learning media on economic subject was worth to be applied as future web based learning media

Abstract
This research was conducted in junior high schools (SMP) in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research has been conducted for 2 months, namely October to November 2018. The population in this study were all physical education teachers who taught in the SMP throughout Deli Serdang District. The sample in this study were 12 physical education teachers who would be sampled to distribute the questionnaire. While the respondent representatives for the interview took 3 physical education teachers, 3 school principals, and 1 supervisor. This research is a mix methods research, which is a research step by combining two forms of approaches in research, namely qualitative and quantitative. The conclusions in this study are that classically the results of the percentage of teachers who were certified were 84.44% which was in the Very Good category. Based on data, the overall percentage for teachers who have not been certified 75.97% means that the performance of teachers who have not been certified is good.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze wether (1) there is a difference in students mathematical problem solving abilities and Self-regulation learning (SRL) taught contextual learning models with students taught cooperative learning models Geogebra-assisted; (2) there is an interaction between learning models with early mathematical abilities of students mathematical problem solving abilities and SRL. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population is the all of students of Santo Yoseph Private Middle School Medan grade VIII. The instruments used in this study are test mathematic problem solving abilities and questionnaire for SRL. The results of the study are there is difference in students mathematic problem solving abilities and SRL taught through geogebra-assisted contextual learning models with students taught through geogebra-assisted cooperative learning models and there is an interaction between learning and students initial mathematical abilities towards students mathematical problem solving abilities and SRL.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) whether the students mathematical problem solving skills who are taught through the learning of Problem Based Learning is higher than the students who are taught through the learning of Realistic Mathematic Education (2) whether the students self esteem who are taught through the learning of Problem Based Learning is preferable than the students who are taught through the learning of Realistic Mathematic Education. This research is an apparent experiment research. The population in this study are first grade students of Al Ulum Junior High School in Medan which is randomly selected 2 classes of 5 classes. First experiment class get the learning of Problem Based Learning and second experiment class get the learning of Realistic Mathematic Education. The used instruments are consist of: (1) students mathematical problem solving skills test, and (2) students self esteem questionnaire on learning. Data analysis is conducted with Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) which is the translation of Analisis Varian Multivariat. The result of this study shows that (1) the students mathematical problem solving skills who are taught through the learning of Problem Based Learning is higher than the students who are taught through the learning of Realistic Mathematic Education, (2) the students self esteem who are taught through the learning of Problem Based Learning is preferable than the students who are taught through the learning of Realistic Mathematic Education.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the enhancement of students mathematical disposition as an impact of realistic mathematics learning approach. This study is a quasi-experimental study. The study sample consisted of 152 students from 4 classes in two Junior High Schools in Medan. Instrument used in this study is mathematical disposition scale. Data were analyzed using Mann Withney, t test, correlation analysis, one way and two way ANOVA followed by post hoc test. The result showed that the enhancement of students mathematical disposition of high initial ability group is significantly higher than middle and low initial ability group. This shows that Realistic Mathematics Education provides the highest enhancement of students mathematical disposition in the high initial ability group compared to the middle and low ones. Overall, based on school category and students initial ability, realistic mathematics learning approach is significantly able to enhance students mathematical disposition.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze (1) The differences mathematical problem solving ability between students that given Model Eliciting Activities (MEAs) with direct learning viewed from the gende studies, (2) The interaction between the learning model and gender on students mathematical problem solving ability. The type of this research was quasi-experimental. This study was conducted at SMP IT Deliserdang. The population in this study was all students of class VIII by taking a sample of two classes. The instrument used consists of students mathematical problem solving ability test. Data were analyzed by the two-way ANAVA test. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the study were: (1) There was the difference in mathematical problem solving abilities between students that given Model Eliciting Activities (MEAs) with direct learning viewed from the students gender. (2) No interaction between the learning model and gender on students mathematical problem solving ability.

Abstract
Abstract -This Research is conducted by using experimental methods. Experimental research methods are methods used to find the influence of treatment a certain . The research design used was by level 2 x 2 with three variable research, one variable and two free variables. As a (the dependent variables) is the result of long jump ortodock style learning and two independent variable is a style of teaching and students reliance. This research will be held at SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. Phases of this research include the collection of data about the implementation of self-reliance, treat the style of teaching and learning about outcomes data collection the long jump squat style. Implementation of the teaching style of treatment (the reciprocal teaching style and style of teaching practice). As for the timing of the application of the teaching style of treatment (the reciprocal teaching styles and teaching style exercise) done for 4 weeks. By the time the research as much as 4 times.

Abstract
This research aims to know the 1 how the results of learning IPA learners Learning Model by using Jigsaw and results learn IPA learners with Learning Models STAD 2 how the results IPA learning between students with a high level of interest in learning and learning outcomes students with low learning Interest 3 whether there is an interaction between the Learning Model Jigsaw and STAD and an interest in learning affect results learn IPA. This research was conducted in the primary School that consists of 0606038 Medan and 068007 Medan While the population for students as much as 251 students Sample school for research is the 0606038 and 068007 Medan Tuntungan. The research placed on the even-numbered Year Semester V class Lesson 2018/2019 For sample research is 124 students namely 63 students taught using instructional Model Jigsaw and 61 students taught using instructional Models STAD. The results showed 1 results of the learn IPA students taught using Instructional Model Jigsaw is higher when compared to the results of the learn IPA students taught using Instructional Models STAD this is shown by F table > Fvalue with a value of Fvalue > Ftable 4,01 14,21 2 the results of learning IPA students who have interest in studying high-higher than the learning outcomes of students who have interest.

Abstract
Memory plays an important role in every psychological and cognitive functions which influence their ability to memorize the lessons. The Educational Kinesiology program called Brain Gym is reported as simple movements that can help to coordinate the body and brain thus can improve concentration and memory in children. This was an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design to investigate the effect of Brain Gym on the memory of kindergarten students. Data collection method used in this study is carried out by Pictorial test that matches the characteristics of early childhood. The test was divided into pretest, which was a test carried out before the subjects were given the Brain Gym treatment and posttest, which was a test carried out after the subjects were being given the Brain Gym treatment. Data analysis used to compare the results of memory score before and after the Brain Gym treatment which shown the positive memory score improvement result by average. The average memory score of subjects before being given Brain Gym treatment was 57.5, while the average memory score of subjects after being given Brain Gym treatment was 77.5. The results of the SPSS analysis Paired Sample T Test on the pretest-posttest value of the experimental among subjects yielded the -t count <-t table (-3.501 <-2,093) with the significant value produced was 0.02 <0.05 which is stated in conclusion that Brain Gym affects the memory of kindergarten students.

Abstract
Abstract The aim of this study was to find out : (1) Student learning outcomes of cooperative learning type of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model were higher than co-operative learning type send greetings and questions, (2) Mathematics learning outcomes of students who had high learning motivation are better than students who had low learning motivation, (3) There were interaction between co-operative learning learning models and learning motivation in influencing mathematics learning outcomes. This study used a quasi experimental method. The sample of this study was all students of Class VI Public Elementary School 105324 Ujung Serdang, Subdistrict of Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency with a total of 59 people. The sample consists of two classes, class VIA amounts 30 students treated cooperative learning type of STAD (experimental group) and class VIB amounts 29 students treated co-operative learning type of send greetings and questions (control group). The instruments were multiple choice tests and learning motivation questionnaire This study used factorial 2 x 2 design with 2 lane ANAVA technique. The results showed that : (1) Mathematics learning outcomes taught with the co-operative learning type STAD model are higher than students taught with co-operative learning type send greetings and questions model. Sig 0,000 <0.05, (2) There is a difference in the results of learning mathematics students who have high motivation better than students who have low motivation. Sig 0,000 <0.05, (3) There was interactions between co-operative learning models with learning motivation in influencing learning outcomes shown. Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract
This study aims to improve the generic skills of science and honesty of students through an Aceh culture-based cooperative learning model with the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach. This research was conducted at the MAS Laboratorium of UINSU. This type of research is a quasi-experimental exercise using two group pretest-posttest design. The sample in his research was class X MIA 1 as the experimental class and class X MIA 2 as the control class. The instrument used was a generic science skill test instrument and student honesty questionnaire. The data in this study were analyzed using the t test and gain test. The results showed that the generic science skills taught by the Aceh culture-based cooperative learning model were better than those taught by the conventional model and there was an increase in student n-gain honesty with the Aceh culture-based cooperative learning model. The results of the study show that physics learning through the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach integrated ethnophysics can develop generic science skills including; direct observation, logical inference, awareness of scale and indirect observation and student honesty

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of Guided Discovery and STAD learning models on students: (1) critical thinking skill; (2) scientific process skill in grade X of MAPN 4 Medan. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a sample of 3 classes determined by cluster random sampling. X-1 class was taught by Guided Discovery learning model, class X-3 was taught by STAD learning model and class X-2 (control) was taught by conventional learning model. The research instrument used was a test instrument for the results of critical thinking skill and scientific process skill in the form of essay tests. The data analysis technique used was Covariate Analysis (ANACOVA) at a significance level of a = 0.05 by using SPSS 21.0. The results showed: (1) there was a significant effect of the learning model on students critical thinking skill (F = 4.410; P = 0.015). The results of students critical thinking skill who were taught by the Guided Discovery learning model were not significantly different with the STAD learning model but differed significantly with conventional learning model and students critical thinking skill who were taught by the STAD learning model were not significantly different with conventional learning model. (2) there was a significant effect of the learning model on scientific process skill. The students scientific process skill who were taught by the Guided Discovery learning model were not significantly different with the STAD learning model but differed significantly with the conventional learning model and the students scientific process skill who were taught by STAD learning model differed significantly with the conventional learning model. As a follow-up of the results of this study it was expected that teachers can apply Guided Discovery and STAD learning models to environmental pollution topic in an effort to improve the results of students critical thinking and scientific process skill.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the differences in students physical science process skills with the application of guided inquiry learning models using Adobe Flash and conventional learning models, to determine differences in science process skills of students who have creativity above average and creativity below average, to find out whether there is an interaction between the guided inquiry learning model using Adobe Flash and creativity in improving students science process skills. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji. The study sample was determined by cluster random sampling, one class as an experimental class was taught by guided inquiry learning model using adobe flash and one control class was taught conventionally. The instruments used for this study were essay based science process skills tests and creativity instruments in the form of descriptions of 10 validated questions. The resulting data were analyzed using two way Anava. The results showed that the science process skills of students who were taught with guided inquiry learning models using adobe flash were higher than those taught conventionally, the science process skills of students in the creativity group were above average higher than the science process skills of students in the group with creativity in below average, and there is an interaction between guided inquiry learning models using adobe flash and conventional learning with creativity towards students science process skills.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of guided inquiry learning model on science process skills and cognitive ability of elementary school students. The population of this research is all of fifth grade student in SDN 106205 Pasar Baru, that divided into two class, in second semester of academic year 2018/2019. Sampling technique of this research is total sampling, Class VA was control class taught by conventional learning and class VB was experimental class taught by guided inquiry model. This research was quasi experimental with two group pretest-posttest design The instrument of this research were valid test that contain 20 items multiple choice of science process skills and cognitive ability. The data were analyzed using t-test at the significance level 0,05. The result showed that students science process skills that taught by guided inquiry is better that students science process skills that taught by conventional learning.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine an increase in creative thinking skills, learning outcomes and activities of SMA N 1 Tanjung Balai students on optical instruments through guided inquiry models based on video media. The research sample is Class XI IA 1 as an experimental class and Class XI IA 2 as a control class, sampling is done by cluster random sampling. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. Data instruments used to collect data are written tests in the form of essays for the assessment of creative thinking skills and in the form of multiple choices for assessment of learning outcomes and observations carried out to observe student activities. The research results obtained are; 1) students creative thinking skills taught by video-based guided inquiry models are better than conventional learning; 2) student learning outcomes taught by the guided inquiry model are better than conventional learning; 3) Student activities after applying the guided inquiry learning model assisted by video media are included in both categories

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of learning models on students: (1) cognitive skill and (2) critical thinking skill in the Ecosystem topic at SMA Bhayangkari 1 Medan. The method used is quasi experiment research with a sample of 3 classes randomly determined using cluster random sampling technique. X1 class was taught by Inquiry Learning model, X2 class was taught by Group Investigation Learning model, and X3 class was taught by Conventional model. The test instruments in this study were tests of cognitive abilities in the form of multiple choices, tests of critical thinking skills in the form of essay tests. The data analysis technique used ANACOVA with SPSS 21.0 for Windows program. The results of the study showed that there were influences of learning models on: (1) students cognitive skill (F = 5.14, P = 0.01) and (2) students critical thinking skill (F = 63.49, P = 0.00). The students cognitive skill who were taught with Inquiry Learning model were not significantly different from Group Investigation Learning model and not significantly different from those taught in Conventional model. The students critical thinking skills were taught by the Inquiry Learning model differed significantly from those taught in Group Investigation Learning model, and were not significantly different from those taught by Conventional model. The follow-up of the results of this study was expected to teachers to be able to apply Inquiry learning model and Group Investigation learning model to Ecosystem topic in an effort to improve Cognitive Skill and Critical Thinking Skill of students at the schools.

Abstract
Inquiry models are commonly used to assess students problem solving and discovery abilities. However, there are several resistance to Inquiry syntax that can improve students science process skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the Inquiry model of students science process skills. This study is a quasi experimental research using samplings technique, where IVA class as experimental class I, IVB II as experimental class II, and IVC as control class. Data analysis techniques using covariate analysis (ANACOVA) using by SPSS 23.0 for windows applications and data collection using multiple choice test. Based on hypothesis test with P <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted where this means there is significant influence on the application of model Inquiry with average value is 88.20. Its means that Guide Inquiry more positively than Modified Inquiry 77.20, and Direct instruction model (average value 70.60) to the students science process skill.

Abstract
This study aims to: (1) know the learning outcome of students in social science who are taught with problem based learning strategy and two stay two stray strategy, (2) know the social science learning outcome of students with cooperative and competitive social interaction (3) know the interaction between the learning strategies and the social interaction in affecting the learning outcome in social science. This research is a quasi-experimental study which involved 84 Junior High School students grade VIII in two different schools. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics to describe the state of the data. The analysis requirements with Liliefors and Bartlett tests are fulfilled. The hypothesis testing uses ANOVA 2 ways. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the appropriate instructional strategy used for students with cooperative social interaction is the problem based learning strategy while for students with competitive social interaction is two stay two stray strategy. The implication of this study is specificially for social science teachers, in which to implement the learning strategies, they have to watch the characteristics of students, especially their social interaction.
