Abstract
Friction welding is one of the solid-state welding processes that is capable of producing high quality joints for dissimilar materials. This study aims to determine the effect of pressure and welding time on the physical and mechanical properties of friction welding joints of AISI 316 and AISI 4140. The physical are microstructure on interface joint and dimension of flash was investigated. The variation of friction pressure used is 50 kg/cm², 70 kg/cm² and 90 kg/cm², while the time variations used are 35 seconds, 50 seconds and 65 seconds. The results of this study indicate that the greater the friction pressure and friction time applied, the greater the tensile strength achieved is 27.31 KN/mm². The effect of increasing friction pressure variations can reduce the value of weld joint hardness, but conversely if the friction time increases, the hardness value in the weld joint area will also increase. It was proven that in the variation of the minimum friction pressure the hardness achieved was 530.5 HVN but the maximum friction pressure variation only reached 352.2 HVN. The greater the friction pressure and friction time applied, the greater flash produced, which is 8.9 mm.

Abstract
Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that has been widely used for various industrial purposes in recent days. Despite the potential benefits, VR usage may impose adverse effects that can prevent users reaching their goals of using VR safely and comfortably. One potential adverse effect is the disruption of the postural stability during VR usage. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of using VR on postural stability. A number of 14 participants involved in the experimental set up playing a simulated game with Samsung Gear Head Mounted Display (HMD) for 30 minutes with standing posture. During the experiment, center of pressure (COP) data were obtained every 10 minutes using an AMTI® forceplate to calculate postural stability using three parameters including mean distance (MD), mean velocity (MV), and sway area (SA). The results showed that longer duration of VR usage significantly increased MD and SA. Meanwhile, MV remained constant throughout the experiment. These indicated the use of VR may worsen users postural stability. Thus, caution should be used to develop future guideline to increase VR safety.

Abstract
Rice husk is a waste that has a very high amount every year and is spread in several islands in Indonesia. The use of rice husk as a source of energy raw materials is still very low. Rice husk itself in terms of potential amount and distribution has the potential to become a renewable energy source for rural areas so that it can overcome the problem of rural energy needs. By modifying rice husks into bio-pellets, rice husks can be a source of energy for the daily needs of rural communities and it is possible to support the industrial sector in rural areas so that the reach of rice husk waste can be increased and economic functions also increase. The bio-pellet quality reference standard made refers to the SNI standard. To make bio-pellets, flat die mill type machines are used with speeds of 1660 rpm. As an adhesive used cassava flour with a variation of 10% and 20% and a variation of water 15%; 20% by weight of rice husk. Compaction pressure varies by adjusting the gap between the roller and die with a distance of 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm. From the results of testing the characteristics of bio-pellets that have been carried out, the best bio-pellet is obtained from bio-pellets which are processed from a mixture of rice husk with the addition of water by 20% with a roller and die gap of 1.5 mm and an adhesive of 20% where the calorific value is 4182 cal/gram. Of the five SNI standard parameters, for the ash standard, the product made cannot meet the maximum value of the ash standard, namely ash content ≤ 1.5%. For other standards such as having a calorific value of more than 4000 cal/gram, the bonded carbon value is ≥ 14%. Volatile content is less than ≤ 80% and has a density of ≥ 0.8 already fulfilled.

Abstract
Background. Breast Milk (ASI) is the most complete, safe, hygienic and inexpensive nutritious food. However, the culture of food restriction in the community is often a barrier to improving nutrition for both the mother and her baby. Various efforts have been made by the government, especially the Health Office, both strategic approaches and tactical approaches. Cultural aspects tend to be difficult to remove from society. Alternative improvement of postpartum nutrition by supplementation was tested in this study, namely by giving Moringa leaf extract to postpartum mothers who abstain from food as an effort to improve maternal nutrition and breastmilk quality. Objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving Moringa leaf extract in increasing the productivity of breast milk in postpartum mothers who abstain from several kinds of food. Method. This was a quasi experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design approach. The samples were postpartum mothers abstaining food in the work area of Pekalongan District health center, the sampling technique was purposive sampling in the area of community health center of Kedungwuni I and Kedungwuni I, Pekalongan Regency. Breast milk production is measured based on the babys weight gain. The data was analyzed by using paired t-test and Mann Whitney test. Results and Discussion. There were significant differences before and after giving Moringa extract with p value 0,000 and CI (-1308,934) - (-814,595). Analysis in the control group contained a significant difference in mean before and after giving Moringa extract with p value 0,000 and CI (-1098,988) - (-751,012). There was a mean difference between those given Moringa extract and which were only monitored without giving Moringa extract with a p value of 0.049. This study shows that the Moringa extract effectively increases milk production with indicators that there was a difference in weight gain in infants between the control group and the experimental group. It was expected that the results of this study can be one of the references in the implementation of midwifery care for postpartum mothers. Research with wider variables and more respondents is needed.

Abstract
The fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) was utilized as a substrate in counter electrode (CE) fabrication using spray coating method. Hybrid of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) assisted by custom-made triple-tail sodium 1,4-bis(neopentyloxy)-3-(neopentyloxycarbonyl)-1,4-dioxobutane-2-silphonate (TC14) and commercially available single-tail sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) surfactants with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were developed as CE in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) application. The rGO was fabricated by using reduction process from GO solution synthesized by electrochemical exfoliation method. During the reduction process, the reducing agent of hydrazine hydrate was used to reduce the oxygen functional group in synthesized GO solution. Hybrid of TC14-rGO and MWCNTs presented better structural and electrical properties than pure TC14-rGO. Higher electrical properties of TC14-rGO/MWCNTs hybrid was believed makes faster electron transport for the dye regeneration in DSCCs measurement. Therefore, the TC14-rGO/MWCNTs hybrid CE thin film showed suitable to be applied and developed in DSSCs application.

Abstract
The voltage generated by solar photovoltaic depends on sunlight intensity. Since the direction of sunlight changes during a day, it causes changing of sunlight intensity leading to voltage reduction. To maintain the voltage, the panel must be directed so that it stays facing toward the sun to get maximum light intensity. The algorithm of Hill Climbing is employed to search the most optimal panel position that enables providing maximum voltage. This algorithm explores and saves the most optimal condition and updates it if new situation takes place. The algorithm is implemented in a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) system that continuously directs the panel to generate maximum voltage. An Arduino Microcontroller is employed to interpret the algorithm that instructs DC Motor to set the most optimal panel position. A set of current and voltage sensors are used to measure and provide feedbacks to the controller. The system is implemented on a 50 WP solar panel that enables providing higher voltage compared with that without MPPT. Since the microcontroller and actuator also consume power, this should also be taken into account. However, inclusion of this additional power still makes the system provide higher power compared with that without MPPT.

Abstract
Disability due to an amputated leg affect people in Indonesia, including those with low to middle income categories. To facilitate them, Yayasan Difabel Mandiri manufactures a low-cost flexible ankle prosthetic to fix the shortcomings of the rigid ankle prosthetics available in the market. This experimental study aimed to evaluate the use of flexible ankle prosthetic for daily activities. Seven disabled people simulated a walking task with or without a backpack loaded with 10% of body mass using two prosthetic types (i.e., flexible and rigid ankle). Measures were obtained to evaluate the performance of the prosthetic including the center of pressure (COP) indicating static and dynamic stability, gait deviation indicating walking efficiencies, and subjective ratings of prosthetic evaluation questionnaire (PEQ). Results showed a significant difference in walking efficiencies and dynamic stability (i.e., COP velocity) between the rigid and flexible ankle prosthetic foot with a better performance indicated by the flexible ankle. No differences were shown for the use of backpack. Flexible ankle further improves the quality of life of disabled people specified by 12.76% higher average rating of PEQ. In conclusion, flexible ankle potentially improves the design of the prosthetic foot to meet the need and comfort of disables.

Water is a basic need for human life and other living things that must be maintained so as not to degrade water quality. Rivers as the biggest water supplier are often unavoidable from pollution problems. Karang Mumus River is one example of a river that has pollution. River pollution is caused by the many activities of the community around the river so that increasing pollutants entering the river body. Communities in the area have limited access to clean water so they have no choice but to use river water for bathing, washing clothes and washing kitchen utensils. This is very worrying because it can cause health impacts on the community. The method in this research are observation, interview, and measurement of water samples. Water Sampling was taken for 8 points. The determination of sample points is based on potential sources of pollutants, which is densely populated areas. The results of measurement of Escherichia Coli in all water samples showed that the content of Escherichia Coli was the lowest <30 CFU / 100 ml and the highest was 2400 CFU / 100 ml. The content of Escherichia Coli in all water samples has exceeded the water quality standard for hygiene sanitation.

Abstract
The unethical behavior of plagiarism acts has been a disgrace in the educational realm. Using the internet, people can easily find articles or documents that are fitted with their current works, and simply duplicate the sentences or paragraphs without doing the paraphrasing and giving the citation correctly. This action falls into the plagiarism. In order to minimize plagiarism act especially in the educational realm, it is necessary to develop the plagiarism detection application. The algorithm employed in the application plays an important role in obtaining the accurate result of plagiarism detection. To the best of our knowledge, there are three algorithms commonly used in the plagiarism detection applications, viz. Winnowing, Rabin Karp, and Knuth Morris Pratt algorithms which are used in our application. To specify the accuracy of each algorithm, the percentages of the plagiarism detection results are then compared to the result from the examination by a human expert. From our results, we found that the Winnowing algorithm exhibit the highest accuracy with only 1.19% difference to the examination by a human expert.

Abstract
Muhammadiyah as one of the social organizations engaged in religious, social, education and health has a very strategic and important role in society. One of the assets managed by Muhammadiyah is waqf, the existence of waqf has become very strategic because besides being an Islamic philanthropic institution, waqf also plays an important role in providing endowment for the Ummah. Waqf which is managed by Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership (PDM) Magelang also has constraints that cause the power of the role of waqf to be limited. One of them is the majority of waqf is consumptive and in the form of land with minimal financial resources in its development. The main problem is the lack of fundraising of endowment funds. Currently only fundraising information system models have been made but it has not been investigated whether this information system can obtain economic value so that productivity can be increased in the management of waqf assets. The method used in this research is to use the HOT-FIT method which aims to see the relationship between Human, Organization and Technology of the Net Benefit (benefits or benefits) from the application of waqf fundraising information systems obtained from quantitative data collection in PDM Magelang.

Indonesia (a) Departement of maternity Nursing,Institute of Health Science Muhammadiyah Klaten , Central Java. Indonesia. (c) Division of Neonatology, Muhammadiyah Hospital of Delanggu, Central Java, Indonesia Background: Increased hemolysis in neonates after birth increases the amount of unconjugated bilirubin. Low levels of glucoronyl transferase cause the baby cannot metabolize an increase in the load of unconjugated bilirubin resulting in hyperbilirubinemia. High levels of bilirubin can cause acute enchelopathy and in extreme conditions can cause Kern Jaundice. Hyperbilirubinemia in neonates requires medical treatment with phototherapy. Objective: To determine differences in bilirubin levels in neonates who received exclusive breastfeeding with neonates who received formula after phototherapy. Study design: This study used a retrospective study to look at changes in Total Serum Bilirubin (TSB) before and after phototherapy for 2 x 24 hours in neonates who exclusively breastfed and neonates with formula milk. Data was obtained from medical records during 2017. The number of samples was 23 neonates with ASI and 22 neonates with formula milk. Results: The results showed that the average age of the neonate was 5.22 days, the average TSB in neonates with ASI 17.01 mg / dl, and neonates with formula milk 16.22 mg / dl. After phototherapy, the average TSB in neonates with breast milk was 10.19 mg / dl, while neonates with formula milk 5.19 mg / dl. There were differences in TSB in neonates with breast milk and formula milk who received phototherapy (p <0.05). Conclusions: There was a significant reduction in TSB in exclusive breastfeeding neonates and neonates with formula milk. However, in neonates who received formula milk, a decrease in TSB was higher compared to neonates who exclusively breastfed. Abstract
Global plastic production has increased over the years due to the large number of plastic applications in many sectors. Continuous demand from plastics causes the accumulation of plastic waste in landfills to spend a lot of space contributing to environmental problems. Increased demand for plastics causes the release of petroleum as part of fossil fuels that are not renewable because plastics are petroleum-based materials. Therefore, in this study conducted a study of pyrolysis products from PET plastic waste materials using natural catalyst Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The result of pyrolysis process shows that PET plastic waste at 350ºC produces 160 ml. The highest catalyst alloy at highest temperature is 350ºC as much as 150 ml. PET plastic waste produces higher value product then plastic waste can be used as fuel alternative.
