Abstract Purchase intention of private label products in Indonesia is below 10%, so it takes effort to build purchase intention for private label products. Two factors that can influence the purchase intention of private label products are: visual merchandising and customer value. This study aims to develop propositions about visual merchandising and customer value that affect purchase intention of private label products. This research elaborates some of the results of previous studies (theoretical approaches) that have examined the factors that influence the purchase intention of private label products, to develop a proposition. The results showed a relationship between visual merchandising, customer value and purchase intention, where visual merchandising produces customer value and customer value shapes purchase intentions and visual merchandising encourages purchase intention. This proposition forms the relationship model of visual merchandising, customer value and purchase intention.

Abstract
Article 28 H of the 1945 Constitution stipulates that everyone has the right to obtain health services. To conduct this mandate, the government formed the Health Care and Social Security Agency (the Health Care BPJS) on January 1, 2014. Article 29 (2) of the 1945 Constitution provides a mandate that the state guarantees the independence of each resident to embrace their religions and worship according to their religion and beliefs. For Muslims, all aspects of life are worship and therefore must comply with religious provisions. Likewise, in its implementation, the Health Care BPJS conducts the governing function in the field of public services. For this reason, this study was conducted to find the implementation of the Health Care BPJS based on balance principle in Economic Law and the implementation of the Health Care BPJS connected to sharia principles. The study used a normative juridical approach with descriptive analytic research, secondary data, and qualitative data analysis techniques through legal interpretation. The results can be concluded that in the implementation of the Health Care BPJS, the balance principle between the interests of the parties in the agreement was not fulfilled. Besides that, related to sharia principles, there are elements of usury (additional), maisir (speculative/chance), and gharar (the unclear things) that are prohibited in Islam in its implementation.

Abstract
The development of Islamic banks in Indonesia is quite rapid, but unfortunately the risk of non-performing financing (NPF) in Islamic banks is also great in number. This study aims at identifying determinant factors of NPF in the short- and long-run. To this end, quarterly financial statements of 13 Islamic Banks in Indonesia published by Indonesian financial services authority (OJK) from June 2014 to January 2018 are analyzed using error correction model (ECM). It is revealed that capital adequacy ratio (CAR) is the most contributing factor to NPF in the long-run. In the short-run, it is net operating margin (NOM) that contributed most to NPF. In order to minimize NPF risks, Islamic banks must diversify their assets into productive assets and not rely on profit sharing, but also from other income generating portfolios. Islamic Bank need to apply the four eyes principles to minimize the risk of NPF. It is necessary for Islamic banks to form special team tasked with financing analysis, proposal screening, proposal verification, and field checking.

Abstract
This study examines the development of the quality of Islamic spirituality and the improvement of religiousity especially for lecturers and education personnel at University Islam Bandung. The aim is to explore and analyze the level of bound of lecturers and educational personnel to the development of Islamic spirituality as meaning systems that are seen through individual behavior based on religious motivation. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods through the cycle process identified in three phases repeatedly. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, literature review, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion which were followed by UNISBA leaders from the foundation leadership, Chancellor and Vice Chancellors, Deans and Chairpersons to the level of Chair of the Study Program and Head of Division.. To complete this study also used historical analysis, comparison, and heuristics. The results achieved were the formulation of a model for increasing the religiousity and development of the Islamic spirit, and in turn it was expected to be used as a model by other Islamic universities. This study becomes very important, because the Islamic spirit can move the direction of education, the foundation of all activities, supporting knowledge and soft skills. The development of Islamic spirituality and the improvement of religiosity have an interdependence relationship. Islamic spirit will develop if the level of religiousity is relatively high. Conversely, the level of religiousity will be even higher if the Islamic spirit continues to be developed

Abstract
The mandate of Law Number 21 Year 2008 concerning Sharia Banking gives authority to the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) to make fatwa in the field of Sharia Banking. One of them is fatwa number 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about Savings. In the stipulated fatwa, the contracts used for savings in sharia banks are Mudharabah and Wadi-ah contracts. Both contracts become the reason to conduct this study aiming at finding Wadi-ah contract in the DSN-MUI fatwa number 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Savings in terms of intention theory (Nadhariyat An-Niyat) and sharia principles. This study used normative juridical with descriptive analysis, secondary data, and literature study as data collection method. Qualitative data analysis was interpreted systematically. The results showed that, first, the product according to the DSN-MUI fatwa used Mudharabah and Wadi-ah contracts. However, in Wadi-ah contract, the bank used Qardh contract because the entrusted object is money and the funds are used by the bank. Based on the theory of intention, it is the substance that becomes a guide, not the formalistic naming. Hence, though the name is Wadi-ah contract, the reality, it is Qardh contract. In the discussion of contemporary muamalah fiqh, it is called wadî-ah yad al-dhamânah contract. Second, the development of Wadi-ah contract in fund raising products in DSN-MUI fatwa do not contradict sharia principles because in its application, sharia banks do not promise the existence of bonuses or prizes required at the beginning of the contract, so that this product is free from prohibited transaction such as usury.

Abstract
DEVIDEN PAYOUT MODEL ON SOEs (GO PUBLIC) IN INDONESIA Abstract Indonesias GDP growth from 2008 to 2009 was 4.7%, from 2009 to 2010 it was 6.4% and from 2015 to 2016 it was 5.03%. This shows that the global financial crisis in the late 2000s that occurred had a relatively small impact on the Indonesian economy compared to the impact experienced by other countries. Volatility of the size of the SOE dividend was certainly not good and researchers felt the need to research a good dividend distribution model. by a state-owned company. In the end, this research led to the discovery of a comprehensive and accurate dividend payment model by SOEs. This study uses data from 12 SOE companies with a period of time from 2008 to 2017. The analytical tool used is panel data with the Random Effect Model analysis model and solved through computer statistics, namely Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate if the first model namely EPS and Capex variables have an influence on dividend payout model while the Opex variable has no effect on dividend payout model at SOEs.

Abstract
The results of Charles Gay-Lussacs law experimental tools at Polban Applied Physics Laboratory show the pressure value of 1.027 x 10^5 Pa with relative uncertainty value of 11.1% and the number of moles in a flask of 12.47 mmole with relative uncertainty value of 24.3%. The experimental data has relatively low accuracy. In this study, Charless Law experimental tools were optimized by a measured temperature correction on the capillary pipe using the conduction concept. The heat distribution equation that occurs in capillary pipe was solved by numerical solutions using the finite difference method. The modification of Gay-Lussac-s Law experimental tools to get fixed volume was located on the manometer integrated with a glass flask. Data collection techniques were carried out in two different circumstances, namely when the system is experiencing heating and cooling, then compared. After temperature correction, it was obtained that pressure value 0.977 x 10^5 Pa with relative uncertainty of 5.7%. After using integrated manometer and data collection techniques when cooling, the number of moles in the flask was 21.5 mmole with relative uncertainty value of 6.2%. With the correction of temperature in the capillary pipe and the volume maintained provides more accurate experimental results.

Abstract
Failure of concrete in the environment which containing sulphate causes damage to the cement bonds in the concrete. One of environment that contains sulphate is peatlands. Peat water has a low acidity (pH) and causes the water to be acidic. The acidic environment will slowly damage the concrete starting from the edges and corners of the concrete with the release of granules of concrete particles so that the concrete becomes porous. To reduce the damage, used mineral additives in the form of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) on Type II Cement. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using variations of GGBFS as an additives on Portland Cement Type II on compressive strength of high quality concrete and the optimum variation percentage using GGBFS as additives on Portland Cement Type II. This research outlines divided into several stages, i.e. material testing, manufacturing of test specimens, testing of test specimens and analysing test results. This research used a cylindrical specimen with 4 variations of the mixture that is normal concrete, concrete with the addition of 2 % ,4%, and 6% GGBFS by the weight of cement with a concrete age of 7, 14, and 28 days. Also, the treatment of specimens is carried out using peat water. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the effect of using a GGBFS addition as an additives can increase the compressive strength of concrete from normal concrete, however it decreases with the addition of 2% GGBFS and 6% GGBFS at the age of 7 days amounting to -14.62 % and -3.47 %. The optimum variation percentage is concrete with the addition of 4% GGBFS which produces compressive strength of 40.90 MPa and the minimum variation is concrete with the addition of 0 % (normal concrete) which produces compressive strength of 33.82Mpa.

Abstract
Endothelial Dysfunction is defined as an imbalance between coagulation and thrombosis factors, loss of vasodilatation response ability in endothelium-dependent stimuli, loss of bioavailability of NO, increase in vasoconstrictive agents, interference with inflammatory regulation, and stimulate the release of microparticles. This was could be a risk on cardiovascular disease in the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze endothelial dysfunction earlier by releasing micro particles as potential biomarker cardiovascular risk on children and adult. The method in this study was reviewing articles using micro particles to detect endothelial dysfunction. Many studies from articles found that CD 31+ as one of micro particles biomarker increased in endothelial dysfunction. Microparticles could be released from endothel when the endothel got activation or apoptosis, this was especially chronic inflammatory that could be found on children such as obstructive sleep apnea or on adults such as obesity and many hypoxia conditions. This hypoxia causes endothelial stress which in turn causes apoptosis that can be a danger signal of acute ischemia and the incidence of hypoxia and triggers tissue repair mechanism.
