Abstract
Background : Exclusive breastfeeding provides short-term and long-term benefits for babies and their mothers. This is related to the risk of reducing morbidity and mortality in infants, and improving maternal health. This support was obtained by mothers from two parties, namely family and health workers. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to determine the effect and effectiveness of husband and care provider support for exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The five stages of the Systematic Literature Review method are identifying problems, determining priority problems and research questions, compiling a framework of inclusion and exclusion critical data using PICOC, searching for literature using the PubMed database with a period of 2008-2018, conducting a critical appraisal to determine quality from an article, data extraction analysis and literature mapping. Results: There were 8 articles selected using quantitative research methods with various types of study designs such as quasi-experimental, case control, randomized control trial (RCT), and cross sectional study. There are 3 articles that provide an explanation of the effectiveness of family support, 4 articles that provide an explanation of the effectiveness of care provider support, 1 article finding that provides an explanation of workplace support for exclusive breastfeeding and 3 articles that provide an explanation of family support and care providers for duration of breastfeeding. Conclusion: Support from family and care providers turned out to have many benefits. The influence that can be received is the existence of motivation from the family itself, namely from the husband and grandmother of the baby. Then the task of the care provider itself can provide support through direct counseling to nursing mothers and families especially baby husbands and grandmothers to continue to provide support to mothers.

Mental health problems in Indonesia are very important public health problems. Stigma on people with mental health disorders is one of the inhibiting factors that needs to be minimized. Adolescents are a group that needs to get this knowledge but become a group that has not received special treatment. The study aims to develop interactive approach (gamification) to support the socialization process and increase understanding on mental health. This is a pre-posttest study design using Carpe Diem Board Game. A total of 24 participants recruited through a purposive sampling and participated in the board game trial. Pre and post-test using the Depression Literacy focuses on two aspects: personal views related to depression and stigma as well as personal beliefs about the views of the surrounding environment related to depression and sigma. The results showed the learning process based on the game gives significant results at each point (pre and posttest changes). When the results of the post-test give little value is an indication that the learning process based on carpe diem that has been done is able to provide understanding and minimize the stigma associated with depression. It is concluded that indicate that game-based learning has an effect although some area still need improvement.

Abstract
The current Mycobacterium bovis BCG vaccine provides inconsistent protection against pulmonary infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). In mice studies, immunity induced by subcutaneous BCG wanes by the time. The evidence for immunogenicity following BCG vaccination in Indonesia is limited. This preliminary study measured Mtb-specific T cell response in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) using flow cytometry. Three designs were compared in the stimulation of PBMC with Mtb culture filtrate protein (CFP) and additional protein transport inhibitor Brefeldine A (BFA). They were 24 hours or 5 days of CFP stimulation with BFA at the last 4 or 18 hours. The intra-cytoplasmic cytokine staining (ICS) was then performed to assess the production of IFN-gamma, IL-2, and TNF by CD4+ T cells. Single production of IFN-gamma or TNF detected in the 24-hour was higher than that in the 5-day. The 18-hour BFA resulted in a significant proportion of polyfunctional CD4+ T cells. In conclusion, detection of Mtb-specific T cell response using ICS of human PBMC is optimum using 24 hours of antigen stimulation with additional BFA at the last 18 hours. The duration of antigen stimulation and protein transport inhibition affects the amount of intra-cytoplasmic cytokine response analysed using flow cytometry.

Abstract
Scabies in Indonesia, especially in pesantren is still a problem in the city of Bandung. Various efforts have been made to treat and eliminate scabies in pesantren, but have not been able to make pesantren free of scabies. The purpose of this study was to determine data regarding the availability of PHBS textbooks in Islamic boarding schools. The study conducted an observational cross-sectional approach to 20 boarding school representatives around the city of Bandung, to find out the PHBS teaching materials used by students and the incidence of scabies in the pesantren visited. Election of pesantren by using random sampling, statistical analysis using t-test analysis. Based on data from the office of the ministry of religion in Bandung city education and boarding schools, there are 174 boarding schools in the city of Bandung. Of the 20 pesantren that were successfully visited, none have teaching materials on clean and healthy living behaviors that used as a guide for students. The highest incidence of scabies was 88%, and the lowest was 10%. The results showed that the presence of PHBS teaching materials was not related to the incidence of scabies. Multifactorial which can cause scabies in addition to teaching materials is a social-cultural factor, climate, clean water facilities, easy access to health services, easy access to health information besides PHBS textbooks. Although all pesantren did not have PHBS teaching materials, the existence did not affect the knowledge of students and the incidence of scabies statistically.

Longitudinal regression is a statistical method used to analyze the relationship between one or more independent variables and dependent variables on longitudinal data. Longitudinal data is the result of observation of a study in several different periods. Collecting data periodically causes the correlation in each object observation so that longitudinal data could not be analyzed with the usual regression methods. One of method used for regression analysis of correlated data is Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE). GEE method provides many types of correlation structures that are independent, exchangeable, AR(1) and unstructured. This research has intention to determine the best longitudinal regression models on study case of Human Development Index (HDI) in 2010-2014 used GEE method and four different correlation structures. The best model of it will be determined by using Quasi-likelihood Information Criterion (QIC) test. The result of analysis by seeing the smallest value of QIC is AR (1).

Abstract
The lower mathematical connection and reasoning abilities of elementary school students are the background of this research. This happens because students have not been properly facilitated to develop the ability mathematical of connection and reasoning. Mathematics learning can develop connection and reasoning abilities well because mathematics learning has systematic concepts and conceptual relationships. This will have an impact on logical, systematic and rational ways of thinking. Therefore, teachers must be able to choose learning models that can facilitate the ability of mathematical reasoning and connection. One learning model that can be used is the literacy project-based learning model. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of improving the ability of mathematical connections and reasoning of students who obtain literacy project-based learning. The design of this research was used pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group. Based on research results, conclusions can be drawn about the effectiveness of learning that includes n-gain, minimum completeness criteria, and mastery learning. Literacy project-based learning is very effective in facilitating connection skills and has been effective in facilitating reasoning abilities. That is because literacy project-based learning can present contextual material with literacy works that are made and invited to carry out the process of thinking about the use of mathematical contexts in daily life. Furthermore, students can connect mathematical material with real-life contexts and can make reasoning to interpret learning well.

This research aims to develop a didactical design of learning about circle at junior high school, especially the relationship between central angle, length of arc, and area of segment of the circle. Developed didactical design consists of three activities obtained from three formal stages during the research process. The first stage is the analysis of the didactical situation before learning to obtain a hypothetical didactical design. Preparation of hypothetical didactical design is preceded by a preliminary study which includes the identification of obstacles student learning as well as the theoretical analysis and repersonalisasi. Identification of learning obstacle is conducted at a junior high school in South Jakarta involving 34 students of class IX by analyzing the results of the students answers on the questions provided, analyzing the results of interviews of teachers and students, as well as analyzing the textbooks used at the schools. The second stage is the analysis metapedadidaktic which is reflected in the design implementation. Design implementation is conducted at junior high school where a preliminary study done involving 36 students of class VIII. The third stage is the stage of reflection by conducting a retrospective analysis. This is done in order to obtain information for a revised design to produce empirical didactical design. This research aims to determine the appearance of fat-tailed sheep production by providing rations containing protected and unprotected soybean groats. Protection against soybeans groats using 37% formaldehyde solutions as much as 1% of the dry matter of soybeans groats. The use of protection and unprotected soybeans as much as 15% in rations is given for 30 days before and 70 days after birth. The research treatments were P1 = 25% soybean groats protected and 75% soybean groats unprotected, P2 = 50% soybean groats protected and 50% soybean groats unprotected, and P3 = 75% soybean groats protected and 25% soybean groats unprotected. The research variables include initial weight, weight gain, weight gain, feed intake, and feed efficiency of fat-tailed sheep ewe and birth weight of fat-tailed lamb. The results showed that the difference in the ratio of soybean groats protected and unprotected had a significant effect (P> 0.05) on the feed efficiency of the fat-tailed sheep feed and lambs birth weight and did not affect the performance variables of other production (P <0.05). From the results of the average difference test, it appears that the analysis of variance shows that the highest feed efficiency and birth weight results from the use of rations containing soybean protection and without protection with a ratio of 75%: 25%. The conclusion of the study was the use of rations containing 75% protection of soybeans groats and 25% without protection increased feed efficiency rations in fat-tailed sheep for 70 days after birth and increased the birth weight of their offspring.

This livestock group is engaged in the business of raising laying ducks and broiler ducks. Existing breeders in this group have difficulty in obtaining quality ducklings. To overcome this there is one breeder who has tried to produce their own ducklings with good quality. However, for its development there are constraints, namely the limitations of the hatching machine that is owned, other than that its management is still not organized. The target to be achieved in this activity is the breeders are able to produce quality duck seedlings, breeders have one duck-hatching unit, and the formation of better management. The method used is to make a 750-hatch automatic hatching machine, a viewing device, and an automatic incubator.

Energy consumption for households is used for various purposes, including for cooking, lighting, air conditioning, and others. The cooking process is an activity in the household sector with considerable energy consumption. The fuel that is often used for the cooking process is LPG for urban areas and firewood for rural areas. LPG is a fuel whose price is relatively high and fluctuates with time. In addition, this fuel often has problems with uneven distribution in some areas. While the supply of materials is also increasingly limited over time due to problems with the environment. One solution to overcome these problems is to utilize renewable energy, especially solar energy which is always available throughout the year. The results obtained in this study are the design and manufacture of solar power plant installations that are integrated with electric stoves. This installation is able to heat as much as 20 liters of water and maintain water temperatures up to 70 oC for 6 hours.

Abstract
Law No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration contains the terms adoption of a child, Acknowledgement of a child, and Legitimization of Children. As stated in the Elucidation to Article 47 paragraph (1) of Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration, the notion -adoption of a child- means the legal act to transfer the rights over a child from his parents, legitimate guardian or another person responsible for the care, education, and raising of the child, to the adopting parents, on the basis of a decision or order of a court. With regard to the definition or restriction, the adoption of a child is a legal act with certain purposes and objectives regulated by law and has certain legal consequences, for example, the person who adopts a child will be fully physically and mentally responsible for the child. As stated in the Elucidation to Article 49 paragraph (1) of Law No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration, the notion -acknowledgment of a child- means a fathers acknowledgment of a child born out of wedlock, with the approval of the mother of the child. The acknowledgement of a child is intended to make the child have a biological father so legally civil relations will arise. The Elucidation to Article 49 paragraph (1) of Law No 23 of 2006 on Population Administration states that the one who can acknowledge a child is the father, not the mother. In other words, automatically, the child does not need to be proven that he/she is not born to the concerned mother. As stated in the Elucidation to Article 50 paragraph (1) of Law No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration, the notion -legitimization of a child- means the legitimization of a child born out of wedlock at the time the marriage between the two parents of the child is registered. Article 50 paragraph (1) of Law No. 23 of 2006 on Population Administration stipulates that the legitimization of a child must be reported by the parents to the Implementing Agency within than 30 (thirty) days of the father and mother of the child in question marrying and obtaining a marriage certificate. For a child born out of wedlock, a child acknowledgment or a child legitimization can be done. The acknowledgment of a child is only limited to the acknowledgment by the biological father who was approved by the biological mother, without being followed by the marriage of the father and mother. Nevertheless, in the legitimization of a child, the father and mother of the child are married and at the time of marriage registration, the child is acknowledged as their biological child. This legitimization of a child is a legal effort (rechtsmiddel) to provide the child with a status as a legitimate child through the marriage of the parents.

Abstract
This investigation primarily aim to study the effect magnitude of the pre-strain stress on dissimilar welding. This experiments are supplemented by characterization of microstructure, hardness profiles along the welded joint and fractographic. The process indicated an increasing hardness of Austenitic stainless steel in line with increase of pre-strain. it-s happen because of dislocation density, which changes the mechanical properties around the base metal and also weld zone
