Abstract
Volcanic data is in the form of broadband data that has a wide range of frequencies and contains a high level of noise. So that the noise decomposition process must be chosen correctly, it is intended that the volcanic seismic recording data containing event information contained there in is not decomposed. For this reason, noise decomposition has been carried out by applying the wavelet process, namely by using wavelet decomposition on the recording data at the Wanagama station during the Merapi volcano eruption in 2010. This decomposition of noise uses Daubechies db 5 level 5 detail 1 wavelet decomposition. Level 5 detail 1 is able to decompose noise well and volcanic earthquake events are obtained during the eruption. One of them is the event of deep volcanic earthquake (VT-A), shallow volcanic earthquake (VT-B) and pyroclastic flows that occurred during the Merapi eruption on October 26, 2010 and November 3, 2010.

Abstract
Abstract. This research conducted in Sambirejo village Ngawi where the majority of the population worked as farmers and one of the systems for cultivating land used by the community was the sharecropping system. The sharecropping agreement is carried out based on the traditions or customs in the village. The ratio determined based on the planting season, not in the capital proportion. The agreement carried out verbally and there is no period determination. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the sharecropping system in the Sambirejo village and analyze its application according to maqasid syariah. This research is qualitative descriptive with primary and secondary data obtained through observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the sharecropping agreement, in general, is carried out according to the customs in the village, namely verbally and without determining the agreement period. The profit sharing ratios namely, mertelu, merpapat, and moro limo determined based on the planting season except for maro. Determination of profit sharing proportion is determined based on the provision of capital included in the agreement. If viewed based on the seeds provision, the sharecropping includes mukhabarah because most of farmer provide the seeds. However, the sharecropping agreement is not entirely accordance with mukhabarah, especially in the capital contributions of seeds, the profit sharing proportion that is not in accordance with the capital provided, and the time of the agreement that is not determined at the beginning of the agreement. Overall, the sharecropping agreement implemented by the community in Sambirejo village has been in line with the concept of muamalah in Islamic economic law namely there is a value of cooperation, honesty, and justice between the two parties.

Abstract
Groundwater has become one of the primary human needs. One of the human activities that utilize groundwater is industrial activities such as those in the Kalijati sub-district. The presence of several companies was allegedly disrupting groundwater balance because it stood in an area that was declared as a recharge area. However, there is a suspicion that the aquifer recharge area where they use groundwater is in the southern part of the Regency. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the aquifer recharge area to estimate the amount of groundwater potential. Determination of recharge zones is carried out by double ring infiltrometers test to determine infiltration velocity and hydraulic conductivity. The main potential recharge area for groundwater is an area that has a relatively fast infiltration speed to rather fast, high hydraulic conductivity to very high, and composed of rocks with good porosity. To determine the potential of groundwater, an analysis of local rainfall is carried out using Mononobe and Sherman equation. The results showed that the study area had infiltration velocities between 0.22 - 1.41 cm / minute and hydraulic conductivity between 0.02 - 0.69 cm / minute. The main potential groundwater recharge zones are in the West, North and Southeast part of the research area with a total area of 10,417.63 Ha with groundwater potential up to 82.923.623 m3/year.

Abstract
Traffic Congestion occurs because of the high number of transportation equipment that is not proportional to the limited capacity of the highway. This condition often occurs in densely populated areas with high levels of community mobilization. This situation generally occurs in the campus environment. The smooth traffic system in the campus environment is one of the parameters of the orderly traffic community, besides the feasibility of facilities and the capacity of the highway around the campus. Traffic jams around the campus generally occur because of various campus activities including crossing the road, parking vehicles, and others. This congestion is also influenced by activities outside the campus such as the entry and exit of vehicles to an agency, the number of public vehicles that pass, and others. In this paper a number of alternative solutions are proposed for solving congestion problems through a traffic engineering simulation and run using the SimEvents MATLAB application. It is hoped that this method can be obtained and evaluated analytically regarding the accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency of the methods and design of a traffic engineering. This traffic engineering simulation was built based on queuing theory which is one of the fields of Mathematics.

Abstract
The Indonesian Government introduced rice farm insurance scheme (Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi – AUTP program) to protect rice farm from loss caused by flood, drought and pest and disease infestations. It has been discussed the method to calculate pure premium of the rice farm insurance scheme in Indonesia with assume that the distribution of rice yield data is normal distribution, gamma distribution, or normal mixture distribution. The normal distribution can be used for the case of distribution of rice yield data in the form of symmetry. The gamma distribution can be used for the case of distribution of rice yield data in the form of skewed to the right or positively skewed. In addition, the normal and gamma distributions are categorized as unimodal distributions. It has also been discussed the method of calculating pure premium of the rice farm insurance scheme in Indonesia with the assumption that the rice yield data is normal mixture distribution. The normal mixture distribution can be categorized as multimodal distribution. Characteristic of the normal mixture distribution is suitable for rice yield data in Indonesia that contain rice yield data from several provinces. On the other hand it is also known that the 4-parameter beta mixture distribution can be applied to rice yield data in Indonesia. This distribution is more flexible than the normal mixture distribution in terms of the tail shape of the distribution. In this paper, pure premium calculation method of the rice farm insurance scheme in Indonesia is formulated through a parametric statistical approach with assume that the distribution of rice yield data is 4-parameter beta mixture distribution. The proposed method is applied to the rice yield data in The Yogyakarta Special Region province. The result show that the pure premiums is IDR 214.183/hectare/planting season.

Abstract
Non-autonomous Utilization policy has an impact on the use of villages funds not following community needs. One contributing factor is the emergence of regulations governing the technical use of village funds, from planning, implementation to reporting. This research aims to formulate an effective model of village fund management to improve community welfare. The method used in this research is empirical legal research, which allows researchers to be able to interact directly with the community in gathering research material. The research object was determined purposively in Borobudur District. The data obtained were then analyzed and presented qualitatively by the inductive method. The results showed that the Borobudur Village Government had developed innovations in the use of village funds through the mechanism of equity participation in the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This innovation was carried out by referring to the laws and regulations concerning the use of village funds, including Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Village Funds. BUMDes is a collective economic activity between the village government and the village community. This condition can be seen in the construction of the Village Control Center (Balkondes) as a means to support rural tourism, which has implications for the Village Budget and Revenue.

Abstract
Land reform is an overhaul of ownership and control of agricultural land and legal relations related to land acquisition. the purpose of holding land reform is to enhance the income and standard of living of smallholder farmers as a foundation or prerequisite for carrying out economic development towards a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila. The purpose of the land reform implementation is by the government distributing land to the community (farmers) by giving ownership rights, but the ownership rights cannot be traded for 10 years and there must be an authorized permit. This is contrary to the concept of ownership rights in the UUPA, which states that property rights are hereditary, strongest, fulfilled rights that people can have on land by looking at Article 6 regarding social functions. The strongest meaning of ownership rights over land is stronger than other ownership rights and does not have a term. The method used in this research is normative juridical which prioritizes secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials.
