Abstract
ABSTRACT Indonesia has a remarkable biodiversity that has been widely processed into traditional medicine. One of the plants that efficacious as a medicine is cherry. Cherries are efficacious as antioxidants, type 2 antidiabetes, analgetic, and antibacterial, because it contains flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. Sulaiman in 2017 examined the antibacterial properties of cherry leaves against the colony of Streptococcus viridans, but no one has examined the inhibitory test of cherry leaves for Streptococcus mutans. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibitory test of cherry leaf extract against Streptococcus mutans. This research is purely experimental. The first stage of the study was extracted from cherry leaves, the second extract of cherry leaves was tested for its inhibitory power against Streptococcus mutans. Extracts were made in 4 groups namely 3 test concentrations namely K1 (15%), K2 (30%), and K3 (60%), and K0 as the control norm. After the cherry leaves extract was made, it was evaluated. Then tested the inhibition against Streptococcus mutans by diffusion method on blood agar media. Data analysis with one-way ANOVA with p value <0.05. The conclusion is the third concentration of cherry leaves extract gives inhibitory power against Streptococcus mutans and the best is K3 of 13.00 mm.

Abstract
The Randu Kuning Porphyry Cu-Au prospect area is situated at Selogiri district, Wonogiri regency, Central Java, Indonesia, approximately 70 km east of Yogyakarta city. The area is a part of the East Java Southern Mountain Zone, mostly occupied by both plutonic and volcanic igneous rocks, volcaniclastic, silisiclastic and carbonate rocks. Magmatism-volcanism products were indicated by the abundant of igneous and volcaniclastic rocks of Mandalika and Semilir Formation and many dioritic intrusive rocks of the Late Eocene-Early Miocene magmatism. Porphyry Cu-Au and intermediate sulphidation epithermal Au-base metals mineralisation at Randu Kuning have strong genetic correlation with the magmatism-volcanism processes. The mineralized dioritic intrusive rocks at the area, are distributed at the centre of the depression of an ancient volcanic crater. There are many intermediate sulphidation epithermal prospect area sourrounding the Randu Kuning porphyry Cu-Au. Most mineralizations both porphyry and epithermal environments are associated with the present of quartz- sulphides veins, but not all porphyry vein types contribute in copper and gold mineralization. The early quartz-magnetite veins (particularly A and M vein types) generally not contain Cu-Au or barren, while the later sulphide bearing veins such as quartz-sulphides (AB type) veins, chalcopyrite-pyrite (C type) veins, quartz-sulphides-carbonate (D type) veins are mineralized. Mineralization contain copper and gold deposits in range at about 0.66-5.7 g/t Au and 0.04-1.24 % Cu. Whereas the epithermal level, mineralization mostly related with the present of pyrite+sphalerite+chalcopyrite+quartz+carbonate veins and hydrothermal breccias. The epithermal veins and breccia lead to the occurences of silver, zinc and lead mineralization, it commonly contain around 0.4-1.53 g/t Au, 0.8-8.5 g/t Ag, 0.17-0.39% Cu, 0.003-0.37% Zn, 00089-0.14% Pb. In porphyry environment, copper and gold are likely transported together as chloride complexes (CuCl0 and AuCl2-) in magnetite stability field. The chlorite complexes then react with existing magnetite to produce free gold and chalcopyrite. On the other hand, the epithermal environment, gold and copper usually are transported in a different ion complexes. Au is transported as the thio complexe [Au(HS)2-; Au2(HS)2-S2- and HAu(HS)2-] in phyrite stability field, while Cu is preferably transported as chloride complex in the hematite stability field.

Abstract
Arabica coffee owned by Toraja especially North Toraja is very distinctive with the aroma and flavor produced so that it becomes its own attraction in the hearts of coffee enthusiasts everywhere. But behind the taste and aroma that is very unique there are many problems faced by Arabica coffee farmers in Toraja in particular. This study aims to analyze the potential of North Toraja Arabica coffee agribusiness, which is then followed by studying the benefits that can be done by using the concept of organic farmers to create an appropriate strategy to improve quality in Arabica coffee agribusiness competition. Data taken using observations and direct interviews in the form of a questionnaire to farmers that includes how much can be produced each harvest season, and the price received each sell the harvest to collectors, companies, and several parties who participated in this research. Primary data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the Arabica coffee owned by Toraja has the potential, farmers as producers have a very big role in improving the performance of Arabica coffee development programs. However, observations show that policies in developing human resources in rural areas, especially in terms of farmers quality and skills, are relatively not working as expected. To reduce the level of dependence of farmers to traders, it is necessary to strive for financial institutions that are able to provide capital needs to farmers in a fast time without complicated procedures. Therefore farmers have alternatives to choose marketing channels that can provide better prices.

Abstract
This study uses a library approach and field research. The library approach is carried out by reading theories related to land values from the literature study and used to obtain secondary data. Meanwhile, field research was carried out by observation to find out and document land use in the city of Makassar. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative to describe the land value of the distance between Makassar City and land use. Besides, spatial analysis is also used to interpret the land value of Makassar City based on the Bid-Rent Curve in the form of maps of distance and land use. Moreover, correlation analysis is used to determine the relationship between distance and land use to land value. The results of the study through the analysis stages above show the value of land in the Makassar City is influenced by distance, where the closer to the city center the higher the land value and the farther from the city center, the lower the land value. Also, land use also affects the land value of Makassar City, wherein this study, the most critical land use is commercial land. This shows that there are conditions in accordance with the theory of Rent-Bid Curve.

Abstract
The Study has been conducted on the distribution of heavy metal content of manganese (Mn) on landfill in Antang Makassar. The study aims to determine the presence of heavy manganese metal (Mn) in the landfill of Antang Makassar waste landfill. There are 4 lines namely line A sampling points (A0, A5 and A10), line B sampling points (B0, B5 and B10), line C sampling points (C0, C5 and C10) and line D sampling points (D0, D5 and D10) with a depth of (0-10, 10-20 and 20-30) cm. Total samples analyzed by heavy metal elements using ICP-OES method were 36 samples. The concentration of heavy metal manganese (Mn) in Antang landfill soil has spread horizontally. The results of the analysis showed the presence of heavy metal content of manganese (Mn) in the soil in the Makassar Antang waste landfill, where the samples with the highest heavy metal content were, line A sampling points (A0, A5 and A10) each depth (0-10, 10-20 , 20-30) cm. Line C sampling point C10 at depths (0-10 and 10-20) cm, i.e. sequentially (1660 and 1710) ppm. Line D sampling points (A0, A5 and A 0), except, at the sampling point D0 at a depth of 20-30 cm which is 1460 ppm is still below the normal limit, which is allowed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the General of Drug and Food Control as a pollutant inside soil. Soil pH varies from 4.82-6 and is acidic. Soil pH significantly affects the solubility and mobility of metals, because most metals dissolve in acidic soils. The level of pollution of heavy metal manganese (Mn) for line A, line C and line D at the sampling points (A0, A5 and A10) at depths (0-10, 10-20 and 20-30) cm are included in the category of heavily polluted because the concentration of heavy metals manganese (Mn) contained in the soil far exceeds a predetermined threshold. So that necessary remediation of appropriate prevention to prevent risks to humans and the environment.

Abstract
Seaweed is one of the leading commodities that has enormous potential supported by sea area of 5.8 million km2 with a total area of seaweed cultivation reaching 1.110.900 ha (LIPI, 2009). South Sulawesi Province became the main center of seaweed in Indonesia with the largest contribution (29%) in 2016, one of which was in the Takalar Regency. One type of kelp cultured in ponds is Glacilaria sp. Seaweed production is a strategic step at the level of crop development as it involves a high workload, a simple growing technology, a relatively short planting time of about 45 days (fast yield) and relatively cheap production costs. The growing demand for seaweed from year to year does not follow rising production volumes and fluctuating prices. The purpose of this research is to determine the description of the agrifood subsystem and to determine the productivity of the seaweed company Glacilaria sp. in the regency of Takalar. The design of the research uses qualitative and quantitative types. The number of samples used was 63 people. The method used is observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research are a general description of the agri-food subsystem of seaweed, namely that the seizure process begins at the stage of land supply, facilities and infrastructure, nurseries and maintenance up to the stage of development. exit from harvesting, drying and selling processes. The results of the formulation of productivity, is the use of production, must be lower than the results obtained in terms of inputs, so that the income of fishermen exploiting seaweed Glacilaria sp. can increasing.

Abstract

Abstract
The Dengue Fever is an infectious disease which has always been one of the main health problems in Indonesian society. Dengue Fever is transmitted by Aedes Aegypti mosquito bites. The purposes of this study is to estimate the relative risk of spreading the dengue fever disease in Padang. Estimation is done using the Small Area Estimation method with the Empirical Bayes approach. Small area estimation is useful for estimating parameters in small subpopulations (areas) which have limited number of samples thus acceptable parameter values are hard to be obtained. In this study the construction of the model is based on Poisson-Gamma model and secondary data from Dinas Kesehatan Padang 2017 is used. This study resulted that for each district in Padang, the average relative risk of the spreading of dengue fever is almost the same, which are at medium and low level.

Abstract
The lack of coordination in the integration of information systems between government agencies that issue identity numbers causes replication and redundancy of population information data. Another problem is the emergence of citizens concerns over data integrity and security due to national identification records is also used by the private sector. In this paper, one of the solutions offered to overcome the above problem is to build an integrated national identification database system between government agencies by applying the concept of Single Identity Number (SIN) using blockchain technology. Blockchain is a secure and robust system for keeping a record of the identities of all citizens and also able to facilitate data integration between institutions. This paper uses the strengths of blockchain to possess characteristics of immutability that it is possible to store national identification records. The available attributes of the national identification records can be used effectively in applications such as health care records, passport issuance, banking, etc.

Abstract
Abstract. Silicon Oil, which is commonly used in vitreoretinal surgery, is known as Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Silicone oil is used as a substitute for vitreous humor in vitreoretinal surgery. Silicone oil is needed in Indonesia and must be produced with sufficient quality and quantity for domestic needs, currently vitroretinal surgery still uses silicone oil imported from abroad. In this study, PDMS has been synthesized using an addition polymerization process with a polymerization chain growth mechanism, with the monomer octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, the initiator of Pottasium Hidroxida and the hexamethyldisiloxane chain terminator. The duration of mixing varied from 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 40 minutes, to study the effect of time on PDMS characteristics. The PDMS synthesis we produce is between 65.30% and 86.71% with various viscosities in the range of 900 m.Pa.s and 5000 m.Pa.s. FTIR spectroscopic measurements were found that all synthesized samples were found to have functional groups and structures similar to commercial silicon oil. UV-Vis and refractometer measurements, all samples have transmittance close to 100% and refractive index between 1.3589 and 1.4059. The effect of the length of time on the PDMS gel is on the viscosity the longer the mixing time the higher the viscosity, this mixing occurs at 170oC, stirred using a magnetic stirrer with 300rpm and the concentration of 1M Pottasium Hydroxide. In this study the propagation stage to form a gel began to form in 20 minutes.
