Abstract
Farmers- social is an important element in developing the future of agriculture. Especially the perception of young farmer, it needs serious attention because they are the pioneer of agricultural in the future. This research aimed to investigate the perception of young farmers towards their future and also their parents- perception towards the future of the young farmer. There are 151 households of coffee farmer involved in this research which have children who are still in productive age and they are interviewed separately. The data analysis used Friedman test, factor analysis, then integrated in socio-spatial. Parents perception were affected by the way they have a strong access toward agricultural business, they thought that working in this sector needed a hard work, spend a lot of time, energy, and dominantly regarded as rough and dirty job. It became the main reason in affecting the social perception that the amount of salary is not the main factor in determining social class but it depended on the type of the job. A Decision taken by parents for their children was based on social perception that being a farmer is considered low in social level although the income is categorized fair. Being different from parents perception, young farmers were more optimistic towards the future in developing agricultural business by seeing their own potential and agricultural resource. Young farmers perception were not because the level of education, but the ability to access information, the level of education did not related to their ability in accessing information. Based on the result, researchers concluded that the difference perception affected by age differences, perspective, and characteristic. Based on the result obtained from farmers- age, the ability to access an information and knowledge about market became the main factor affecting farmers- perceptions towards the future, meanwhile education level did not show any influence. The decision that parents decided to their children based more on social perception where farming perceived as a low occupation in social environment although the income in a decent category. Having a different perception with the parents, the young farmers is more optimistic in terms of their future in developing business on agriculture sector by seeing their own potential and agricultural resources. Based on the result, researchers concluded that the cause of different perception affected by different age, perspective, and characteristic. It can be denied that there will be a conflict from this difference, so the researchers suggest to both parents and children to equate their perception, especially for the parents as a leader in taking a certain decision. Therefore, creating a modern agricultural social environment with the business oriented in family and community is the best option to make a same perception about future agricultural business.

Abstract
1. Background The Artificial Insemination (AI) technology has been proven to improve the genetic quality of livestock through animal reproduction engineering. The one of factors that could affect in AI implementation is sperm quality. To maintain of sperm quality during storage and freezing can be done by adding of sperm diluents solution. The Tris buffer mix with egg yolk is one of the diluents that commonly used in dilution of spermatozoa. The Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is one of protein source diluent that widely used since has abundant protein content in plasma with concentration of 5 gr 500 ml-1 by contains 20 kinds of amino acid. Also, the acting of extracellular cryo-protectants of BSA can also supply reserve energy during the preservation and cryopreservation of semen. But, BSA is still imported product and the price is expensive and difficult to obtain as well. Various studies reported that BSA can substitution with other compounds, like Snakehead fish (Channa striata) extract (Chasanah, 2015) that rich on minerals, essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids that closed to BSA contents. Hence, this study was aim to assay the using of Snakehead fish (Chana striata) extract as an supplement component of the extender compounds on the spermatozoa freezing processes toward the motility and mortality of Limousin bull sperms. 2. Materials and Methods This study was using Limousin bull sperms that was get from ejaculated sperms. Then, the sperms was diluted on Tris egg-yolk and supplemented with Snakehead fish extract (SFE). The supplementation of Snakehead Fish Extract (SFE) was applied for the treatments. The treatments were consist of four treatments; i.e. G0 = 0% SFE; G1 = 2% SFE; G2 = 4% SFE; G3 = 6% SFE and G4 = 8% SSFE. Each treatment was repeated by three times. Observation of mortality and motility of sperms were done by macroscopic observations (volume, pH, consistency, color and smell) and microscopic observations (mortality and motility before and after freezing). Data analysis was done by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by Least Significant Difference (LSD) test if the ANOVA has any significance or very significance effect. 3. Results Table 1 showed the ANOVA results of spermatozoa mortality treatments with SFE. Table 1. The ANOVA of SFE treatments on sperms mortality Source Degree of Freedom Sum of Squares Mean Sum of Squares F-ststistic P-Value 0,05 0,01 Treatments 4 191,60 47,9 1,12ns 3,48 5,99 Error 10 425,33 42,53 Total 14 616,93 Notes: ns = not significance effect (P>0,05) of the treatments The ANOVA showed that supplementation of SFE in egg yolk tris diluent had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the spermatozoa mortality of frozen semen in the post thawing test. This was suspected that the supplementation of SFE to Tris-egg yolk diluents until 8% was not able to protect the plasma membrane of spermatozoa in the cryo-preservation process. Table 2

Currently, there-s an increasing trend in child sexual abuse in Indonesia. Data obtained from Commission for Victim and Witness Protection (LPSK) showed that the number of CSA cases reported in 2018 were doubled from those in 2017. Like many of CSA cases, the perpetrators were someone familiar to the children, and in some cases, it-s their close relatives. LPSK stated that only less than 20% of the perpetrator were strangers. Unfortunately, most CSA cases goes unreported. A study conducted by Wismayantia, et al (2019) shows that lack of knowledge about CSA and insufficient sex education due to the uncomfortable feeling to talk about sexual matters played a significant role in the reluctance to report CSA cases. Moreover, there-s a tendency to not report a CSA that were conducted by a family member because most family felt the need to protect the family-s name. This program were conducted in North Kembangan Village and aimed to provide an educational overview of the dangers of the effects of CSA. The method provided were introduction and discussion between participants.

One of the bigest problems cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta is still cannot be solve properly the problem of urban waste. The amount of municipal solid waste of jakarta based on data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in the 2017-2018 period is 6234.44 tons / day with 1.85 tons / day sourced from the city of East Jakarta. East Jakarta with its main market namely Kramat Jati market has a fairly complicated municipal waste problem, this has an impact on the amount of waste around the wholesale market, one of which is the village of kampung tengah. Kampung Tengah has a quite serious waste problem because the waste is not only produced from household waste, but from onion peeler craftsmen who later the onions are sold to the Kramat Jati market. To overcome these problems, one of the solution is by empowering the community in managing household waste. Therefor, Kampung Tengah communities are given knowledge about waste management through training. The training conducted is about how to use methods that are easy to apply and effective in reducing the amount of waste generation, namely the Takakura method. Participants given the training were focused on RW.10 with 25 participants. The result of the training is that the community has been able to apply the Takakura method to make compost from household waste.

Saving is an action that can produce positive results. Through saving, someone can prepare funds for the unexpected, or maybe saving activities used as preparation for the needs that have been previously predicted. Saving should be used as a habit. However, not all people have the habit of saving, it needs to be used as a habit in ones life, for that it needs to be educated since childhood so that saving activities become a habit so that in the end the saving culture is never passed until the child becomes an adult. Age 4-6 years is an important age in human life because the imagination and duplication power of children is very high. Therefore it is necessary to education about "saving culture". If a child has been accustomed to setting aside some of his allowance for savings, it will become a habit when growing up. Based on this, the article titled: A training of saving culture for OSCAR Kindergarten Students in Serang, discusses the importance of saving culture starting early. The technique used in this training is Persuasion Communication with contexts tailored to kindergarten students.

Abstract: Glasses treated with soil ions are very interesting because of their wide application in fields such as laser and optical fibers. Various hosts such as glass, crystal and poly crystalline are treated with soil ions. In this research the medium of glass was made with composition (70-x) P2O5 - 10Bi2O3 - 10Na2O - 10Gd2O3 - xSm2O3 with x = 0; 0.05; 0,1; 0, 5; 1.0; 3.0 (mol%) doped by active ion xSm2O3. All powdered chemical compounds with a total mass of 20 grams are mixed in alumina crucible and prepared by melt-quenching method. The optimum glass sample is cut to size (w x h x d = 1,0 x 0,2 x 1,5) mm3. Molar mass, density (ρ), Sm3+ ion concentration (N), field strength (F) have increased in value as the Sm3+ concentration increases , the dielectric constant (ε) has an increase in pada PBNaG:S1, PBNaG:S3 dan menurun pada PBNaG:S2, PBNaG:S4, PBNaG:S5, molar refractivity (Rm) increases in PBNaG:S1, PBNaG:S4 and decreases in PBNaG:S2, PBNaG:S3, PBNaG:S5, while for molar volume, polar radius and inter nuclear distance decreases with increasing concentration Sm3+ in phosphate glass. Contrast to the refractive index, the susceptibility of the oxide ion polariability (αm) and reflection loss do not change in value. Spectrum diffraction shows that the shape of pattems are found no sharp peaks along the diffraction angle observation area (2θ). It can be stated that the glass material Sm3+: Phosphate is amorphous (no sharp peaks). This shows that the concentration of Sm3+ ions does not affect the diffraction pattern of Sm: Phosphate glass medium. The highest FTIR spectrum is archieved at PBNaG: Sm5 with wave number 871 cm-1. There is a functional group P-O-P (POP) bond indicating asymmetrical strain.

Abstrak. Studying complex and abstract plant anatomy, the use of isomorphism diagram is one way to help students to understand the concepts. When studying diagram, students surely involve complex cognitive activities. One of The students- successes in understanding the various concepts contained in the diagram, can be determined by cognitive activities that occur in working memory. This research is a descriptive study which includes 10 senior high school students in Bandung. The research aims to analyze the relation between cognitive activities and students- comprehension towards spatial isomorphism diagrams of plant anatomy. The students are asked to analyze the spatial isomorphism diagrams of plant anatomical structures. Then, the students will be given questions to measure the level of comprehension after learning spatial isomorphism diagrams. The result shows that there are five kinds of cognitive activities when students study spatial isomorphism diagram. Those are activating prior knowledge, identifying images, comparing images, interpreting symbols, and drawing conclusion. Hence, there are several students who have low abilities, they only have two kinds of cognitive activities. This is in accordance with the level of students- understanding of plant anatomy in the medium to low categories. The result shows that the type of cognitive activities that students have contributes the students- conprehension of plant anatomy.

Abstract
The study was conducted in the field of hiding messages using the media image. This model is often referred to as steganography technique. Image media used for insertion are BMP (Bitmap Picture) format images, JPEG (Joint Photographic Expert Group) and PNG (Portable Network Graphics). The secret message form that is inserted is in the txt format. The application used for insertion is the Digital Invisible Ink Toolkit. Research parameters include image quality testing, and quantitative testing on each Blindhide algorithm and the Filterfirst algorithm. Image Quality test results using MSE, PSNR, showed significant differences, while the value of SC showed differences but not substantial. The results of testing and analysis evaluations that have been carried out on each image turned out to be an average value of the MSE value of the Blindhide algorithm 0.024 greater than the Filterfirst algorithm 0.023, PSNR Blindhide algorithm 31.91 smaller than the Filterfirst 32.03 algorithm, SC Blindhide algorithm 0.99986 smaller than the Filterfirst algorithm 0.99988. This shows that the insertion of a secret message into the image using the Filterfirst algorithm is safer and will not be suspected.

Abstract
Body shaming is a form of mocking/insulting action by commenting on the shape or size of the body and the appearance of someone so that someone feels embarrassed. Problems with comments that contain body shaming elements are important things to study as text processing. Sentiment analysis can be used as a solution to identify body shaming comments with the classification method using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. Naïve Bayes Classifier uses the concept of probability of each class in its classification learning, so that the distance between classes is not large. The purpose of this study is to predict or classify comment data based on shaming and non shaming sentiment classes. The test in this study was carried out with ten different scenarios using the R programming language with RStudio tools which were then evaluated using confusion matrix to determine the best classifier model.. The evaluation results with confusion matrix found that the best model classifier is a scenario with a comparison of training data and testing data 90:10 and applying stemming at the preprocessing. This scenario achieves an accuracy of 98.48% with an error rate of 1.52%. Recall is 99.53%, specificity is 66.67%, precision is 98.90%, and F-measure is 99.21%.

Abstract
Begin, children are often presented with a cartoon or animation 2 that is not appropriate to the age, many other elements in the childs watch such as violent elements, filthy elements and others that make a change in behavior Children because of the growing age, the development of child behavior is still growing based on the experience that children see from the current spectacle. Lack of parental supervision in sorting child views makes children free to watch what content they see. The use of 2-dimensional animation technology and interactive learning media aims to attract students as a learning behavior as well as entertainment to be attracted by children. Methodology used in this study is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with tools used in building applications such as Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effect CC 2017, and Visual Novel Maker. The app successfully features 2-dimensional animations and interactive learning inside. The applications test implementation uses a paired sample test-T which generates a significant percentage rate of t count = 10.23 > t table value = (? = 0.05, df = 29) = 1.699 so that Ho is in the rejection area and H1 is accepted. Then there is a difference between before and after using the application, it can be said that the application can increase the understanding of students by shown the sample data x ?1 = 66.3 x ?2 = 82.3. As well as the result of a questionnaire to 30 students using the rating scale get results 82,3% of students choose very agreed, so it can be concluded that the application deserves to be used as a media Learning ordinance behave well.

Abstract
Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources, especially gold resources. Gold mining in Indonesia is commonly using open pit and underground mining system. Although underground mining is not directly connected with weather and rainfall, that does not make an underground mining free of mine dewatering system-s problem. The problems that may be occurred in the working front area of an underground mine are the high of the total head that has to be lifted by a pump, dimension of the mine channel and sump that small due to limited space of the tunnel, and flood. Flooding in a tunnel commonly caused by groundwater on the tunnel-s surroundings. An accurate calculation of groundwater inflow into the tunnel is important to design the underground mine dewatering system. Measurement of actual groundwater inflow had been done to prove the accuracy of groundwater inflow-s calculation using an analytical solution by El Tani method. This paper presents the alternative of the groundwaters seepage calculation those flows into the tunnel. The result of this research is the groundwater inflow can be predicted using an analytical solution accurately so that the design of the underground mine dewatering system can be held precisely
