Abstract
In the present work, we report a green synthesis of CrFe3O4 nanoparticles using Cucumis sativus peel extract as natural surfactant. The coprecipitation route was explored to produce CrFe2O4 nanoparticles by varying Cucumis sativus composition. The CrFe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results of X-ray diffraction data analysis indicated that the change in the diffraction peak to the higher position was influenced by Cucumis sativus composition. All samples constructed spinel structure in a single phase without any impurity. The scanning electron microscopy images showed that the samples had particles size and morphology in the spherical nanometric size. In general, the particles size and distribution of the particles were contributed by Cucumis sativus peel extract composition as a surfactant. Results of the infra-red data analysis presented that the absorption bands for atomic bonds of O-H at the wavelength of 1379, 1614, and 3479 – 3400 cm-1. C-H bonds appeared in the range of 3000 - 3400 cm-1. Furthermore, Fe-O and Cr-O bonds appeared at the wavelength of 430 – 669 cm-1. Therefore, natural surfactant obtained the from peel extract in this work becomes a new potential candidat to produce magnetic nanoparticles in large scale production.

Abstract
The anodized films were fabricated by electrochemical anodization of Ti-6Al-4V in an H3PO4/ C2H5OH/NH4F electrolyte. The surface morphology was determined by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The surface roughness was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM), the chemical species were measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and the hydrophilicity was measured by the contact angle measurement. The results show that the surface morphology, surface roughness chemical species and hydrophilicity of the anodized films change during anodizing process. The two-step anodization using 0.2 mA/cm2 in 1M H3PO4 + 80 % V/V C2H5OH + 1 wt % NH4F could enhance hydrophilicity to the anodized films. The findings indicate that the hydrophilicity was enhanced due to the increased roughness and OH group on the surface of the anodized films.

Abstract
Sodium aluminium barium phosphate glasses doped with different concentration of Pr2O3 were synthesized by melt quench technique. These glasses were varied concentrations of Pr2O3 at 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50, 1.00 and 2.00 mol%. Their physical properties like density () and refractive index (n) were measured at room temperature. Also, optical absorption and photoluminescence spectra of these glasses have been acquired at room temperature. It was found that the intensity were increase with increasing concentration of Pr2O3. UV-Vis and NIR (250-2500 nm) spectra have been measured for all studied glass samples and discussed. The photoluminescence spectra recorded under 445 nm excitation exhibited the emission bands at 528, 598 and 639 nm corresponding to the emission transitions 3P1 → 3H5, 1D2 → 3H4, and 3P0 → 3F2 respectively. The Judd-Ofelt (JO) parameters Ωλ (λ = 2, 4 and 6) have been calculated to explore the bonding environment around the Pr3+ ions. The CIE chromacity color coordinates (x,y) are calculated from the emission spectra which indicates the located in the yellow-orange region. The prepared glasses are potential candidates for laser applications.

Abstract
Nd3+ ion doped lithium aluminium phosphate glasses were synthesized and studied their properties for laser medium application. The density and the refractive index of the glass samples were carried out at the room temperature. The optical and luminescence properties were studied by investigating absorption and NIR emission spectra of the glass samples. The glasses absorbed photons in ultraviolet (UV), visible light (VIS) and near-infrared (NIR) regions are clearly observed from absorption spectra. For the photoluminescence properties, the glass samples showed the strongest emission at 1063 nm when it were excited by 581 nm which assigned to the energy transitions of Nd3+. The three phenomenological Judd-Ofelt parameters (Ω2, Ω4, Ω6) were determined from the spectral intensities of absorption band in order to calculate the radiative transition possibility (AR), stimulated emission cross section (σ(p)) and branching ratio (R) of the 4F3/2  4I9/2, 4I11/2 and 4I13/2 transitions. From the obtained results the conclusions made about the possibility of using these glasses as laser material.

Abstract
The lithium-ion batteries (LIB) frequently being used in the electric vehicle due to high energy density, high power density, and fairly long-life cycles. In this paper, LIB applied to electric trike which becoming very popular recently. Performance and life cycles of LIB sensitive to temperature, so it is necessary to maintain the temperature condition in the range of -20oC to 40oC. Temperature significantly affects the performance of the LIB battery and also limits the applications of the LIB battery. To be able to maintain the temperature of LIB at optimum temperature, the temperature distribution inside the LIB pack should be investigated first. This paper study the temperature distribution of the LIB pack used in the electric trike. Pack geometry, as well as the surrounding condition, first build in Solidworks. The geometry model then imported to Comsol Multiphysics to study phenomena of mass transport and heat transfer within the LIB pack and surrounding area. The main objective of this study is to lay the foundation to design the battery thermal management system (BTMS) in the LIB pack for the electric trike.

Abstract
The equivalent circuit of lithium-ion battery cell has been presented in some research to model a state of charge (SOC) and battery cell electrical behaviour. The equivalent circuit was built from an open circuit voltage, two resistor-capasitor parallel networks, and a series internal resistance. In several application, some battery cells are connected in series-parallel configuration to produce a battery pack with specified voltage and capacity. In this paper, a modified battery cell model is used to represent the battery pack dynamics. The battery pack is assumed to be balanced on both series and parallel side. The model then validated by comparing simulation results between battery pack model and battery cells that connected in series-parallel configuration. Simulation results shows small difference between the two models.

Abstract
In this study, an investigation of thermal characteristics was carried out at two stages namely, the experimental stage and the simulation and modeling stage. In the experimental stage, the battery consists of 1 cell with a capacity of 14Ah. At the experimental stage, the battery under investigation works at the discharge currents C1, C2, and C4, with natural convection studies in insulation and non-insulation systems. The assumptions used in this study are the battery used have experienced more than 10 cycles, the heat radiation from the battery is ignored, the parameters and thermal constants are considered constant. The ambient temperature range for operation is at 24oC – 28,5oC. Experimental results show that the battery system under insulation conditions has more stable thermal characteristics compared to non-insulation systems. As well as the results of the simulation stage 1 battery cell under conditions of insulation and non-insulation. In addition, estiomation were also made for the 10 battery insulation system. The temperature rise characteristic shows an exponential graph on all simulations performed. By evaluating the measurement values in the experimental and simulation stages, the results of the non-insulation conditions show an error for the C1 discharging current of 1,77%, C2 of 1,97%, and C4 of 0,38%. The results of insulation conditions show an error for the C1 emptying current of 1,10%, C2 of 0,53%, and C4 of 0,05%.

Abstract
As of right now the development of electric vehicles is very rapid. This is supported by the transition from vehicles with fuel oil to electricity, the development of increasingly widespread electric vehicles, and the production of increasingly cheap batteries. Generally the battery used is a lithium-ion battery. But over time, the quality of the lithium-ion battery will be degraded so that the battery quality is not as early as its use. The causes of battery degradation are unbalanced cell in the battery pack. To overcome this problem, a reliable battery management system (BMS) is needed. In the design of the BMS to prevent the imbalance of the proposed battery voltage using the active method from cell to cell battery. BMS uses a microprocessor to process battery data, a microcontroller to control battery connecting switches, and a DC-DC converter circuit as well as a switched capacitor (SC). From the proposed design BMS is able to monitor the voltage of each battery directly, able to store automatic data on the database in the microprocessor, able to set the switch connected between the highest voltage battery to the lowest voltage battery, able to balance the battery with a voltage difference between batteries up to 0.0032 V, able to increase the capacity of the battery pack compared to the system without a balancing system up to 130 mAh , and the balancing system can increase the energy of the battery pack compared to the system without a balancing system to 10.363 Wh or 6.88%

Abstract
This paper studies important factors that influence the physical workload of rice harvesters. Rice harvesting in Java, Indonesia, uses traditional and semi-mechanical harvests that require significant physical energy. Ergonomic Risk Factors (ERFs) are skeletal, muscle, and peripheral nerve disorders called Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Surveys and observations in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province, many independent variables and one dependent variable is Cardiovascular Load (CVL), in multiple linear regression equations. Respondents were worker who harvested manual and semi-mechanical methods. Age and ambient temperature variables correlate strongly with CVL manual worker. CVL semi-mechanical harvest worker are strongly correlated with age and heart rate. By F test, manual worker workload, 94.5% is significantly influenced by variables of age, smoking habits, heart rate and ambient temperature. CVL semi-mechanical workers are only 91.1%. To avoid high CVL, the age factor of workers is a major consideration. MSDs occur in the upper and lower back for manual workers, semi-mechanical workers on the lower back and both hands. From the assessment of work posture in 4 elements of harvesting, transporting was the activity with the worst posture. Ergonomic interventions are needed to reduce ergonomic risks in transportation.

Abstract
The research area is located nearby Batutegi Dam in Batutegi Village, Air Naningan District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung. This area is predominantly occupied by metamorphic rock, namely mica schist, which is part of Paleozoic Gunungkasih Complex. The geological fieldwork which has been conducted reveals the existence of mineralization potential. Altered rocks found in this area are an evidence of past hydrothermal activity during the orogeny tectonic event of Sumatra Island formation which might have deposited some ore minerals. The altered rocks have experienced argillic alteration type with the presence of illite and secondary quartz. This kind of rocks is mostly associated with iron oxide druzy quartz veins. The structures controlling this area are mainly oriented in NW - SE direction.
