Abstract
Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) is known as master of regulation due to its multiple roles in biological system including metabolism, inflammation, or even diseases like cancer. The downstream phosphorylation of NF-κB complex is affected by the activity of IKK-B. Thus, in this study we aims to evaluate the bioactive compounds of Zingeber officinale as inhibitor agent against the IKK-B. The virtual screening evaluation was based on the interaction activity and binding free energy among the protein and the ligands. The virtual chemical structure and protein structure were obtained from pubchem web server and PDB respectively. Molecular docking, visualization, and data analysis were performed by computation approach. In this study, we found that 6-Shogaol might potential as drug like molecule for anti-inflammation compared to other compounds. Importantly, further study needed to evaluate the biological mechanism of 6-Shogaol inhibit the IKK-B activity.

Abstract
To construct beta converters with maximum efficiency it is necessary to carry out a theoretical calculation in order to determine their optimal parameters - the geometry of the structure, the thickness of the deposition of the radioisotope layer, the depth and the width of the p-n junction, and others. To date, many different theoretical models and calculation methods have been proposed. There are fairly simple theoretical models based on the Bethe-Bloch formula and the calculation of the rate of generation of electron-hole pairs, anf on calculations by equivalent circuits. Also, the Monte-Carlo method is used for theoretical modeling of beta converters. This paper explores beta converter optimization using the Monte Carlo method. The purpose of the study is to conduct a Monte-Carlo simulation of a beta converter to determine its optimal parameters.

Abstract
The endotaxia is the process of growth of one crystal structure inside the volume of another. In this case we are talking about the formation of a film of silicon carbide in a silicon substrate. A silicon substrate is placed in the gas chamber. The sample is exposed to the stream of methane gas CH4 at temperature of 1360 - 1380 °C and at normal pressure. Moreover, gas contains both the stable carbon isotope C12 and the radioactive carbon isotope C14, and hydrogen H2 in the gas acts as a carrier of carbon. The process lasts up for 1 hour, during which methane molecules chemically react with sili-con atoms, forming silicon carbide and hydrogen: СН4 + Si → SiC + 2H2. As a result, a silicon carbide SiC film grows in the surface of the sample, and the hydrogen formed dur-ing the reaction leaves the sample and is of no further interest. As a result of the chemical reaction, the crystal lattice of the sample changes and, due to the different parameters of the Si and SiC lattices, defects are formed. The defects in the crystal lattice are various stable violations of the translational symmetry of a crystal. Such defects represent an empty lattice site, and thus are a so-called vacancy for other atoms. In fact, at temperatures above absolute zero, in a solid some of the lattice sites will always be empty, which means that vacancies in a solid will always exist. Carbon atoms, which are already part of the structure, can undergo self-diffusion and diffuse into the interior. What is more, an interstitial diffusion mechanism is distinguished, when an impurity atom moves from one internode to an empty neighboring one, and a vacancy mechanism, when an atom moves from one lattice site to the site where the vacancy is located. We consider a physical model that allows one to describe diffusion in a solid, which takes into account the vacancy mechanism of motion of impurity atoms, i.e. substitution mechanism.

Abstract
Currently, the success of drilling exploratory and exploratory wells is at the level of 40 years ago, despite the significant improvement of traditional seismic exploration, based on the study of mirrored waves as the single source of information about the structure of the geological environment. It is obvious that to increase the success and efficiency of exploration drilling it is necessary to use additional opportunities of seismic technologies. In "Scientific school of oil and gas seismoacoustics prof. Kuznetsova Ol" developed and tested in practice non-standard seismic technologies that allow a high probability to obtain information about the nature of saturation and fracturing of the geological environment. "Seismic locator of the lateral review" (SVSL) and "Seismolocation of emission centers" (SLEC), highlight (in the observable seismic wave field) and position (in a given volume of a medium) wave diffuse reflection and wave microseismic emissions, which in principle give the opportunity to judge the fracture and fluidnation studied breeds. The same technologies can be used to study the nature and degree of depletion of oil and gas fields in order to improve the efficiency of planned geological and technical measures. Adjustments to existing geological models based on the SVSL and SLEC will allow to increase production rates of new wells for infill drilling, sidetracking, to predict emergency the intervals of absorption or release of drilling mud. The following is a brief list of tasks to be solved and some examples of their implementation in Russia and abroad. The effectiveness of SLBO and SLOE technologies was awarded the prize of the Russian Government in the field of science and technology.

Abstract
Improving the quality of human resources is one of the crucial things that can affect the development of cooperatives in Indonesia. The quality of cooperative human resources is an important indication that can result in the quantity of cases of cooperatives in Indonesia. Increasing the quantity of cases of cooperatives in Indonesia is often caused by poor quality management. The low level of mastery of management science has resulted in the HR management of cooperatives often being constrained in running cooperatives. The low mastery of management knowledge has been anticipated through the procurement of training, but the procurement is still not effective because it is considered still not able to provide evenly and thoroughly insight and expertise. The creation of the COOPLite application is one of the breakthroughs to minimize that ineffectiveness. By collaborating with the HR integration system called IHRMS with Android technology, it is expected that the HR managerial HR management process can be carried out easily, comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently. Through this multi-functional application called "COOPLite", it is hoped that cooperative HR human resources can be more interested in studying cooperative managerial in more depth. The creation of the COOPLite application has several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. However, its application can make a significant contribution to improving the system and transparency of cooperative information in Indonesia. The COOPLite application is one of the innovations that the government needs to consider as one of the efforts to revitalize the capacity of cooperatives as the economic pillar of the community.

Abstract
Metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) has an important role in electric circuits with its nanoscale sizes. But with its small size, MOSFETs have performance limitation to work in ultra-low data, leaky currents, short channel effects, and increased speed. This performance limitation makes the tunneling field effect transistor (TFET) an alternative to replace the MOSFET. In this study, a drain current on devices based on bilayer armchair graphene nanoribbon (BAGNR) was modeled using the Airy function approach. Schrödinger equation solved with the Airy function approach produces a transmittance value, from this transmittance the drain current value can be determined from the Landauer formula with the help of the Gauss Legendre Quadrature (GLQ) method. The results of the modeling show that the drain current value increases with increasing gate voltage (Vg), drain voltage (Vd) and width of BAGNR while the increase in oxide thickness and temperature makes the drain current decrease.

Abstract
An understanding of animal classification based on the type of food, is one of the sub themes in the subject of Natural Sciences. In school learning activities an understanding of the classification is conveyed through cooperative approaches such as presentations, group activities and tests. By doing the delivery method it is less attractive for students to pay attention and study in school, as well as to understand it themselves outside of teaching activities by reading books, can reduce students interest in learning it. With the existence of a different alternative in the form of an educational game, it can help in supporting the process of understanding animal classification based on the type of food carried out during teaching activities and outside of school hours. Coupled with the application of augmented reality technology on learning features that can increase user interest in learning, and for the application of learning in the form of interactive games. This educational game uses the ADDIE model and uses the design of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Squares Diagrams and as a programming language in making the application is expected to help solve existing problems. Abstract
Physical properties of Dangke cheese can be improved by ripening process through starter culture inoculation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of Dangke cheese with different temperature and incubation time of ripening as well as their interaction by Lactococcus lactis inoculation. The researchmethod used was experimental using complete randomized design (CRD) with 2 (two) factors. The first factor (A) is the ripening temperature (5, 15, and 25 ° C) and the second factor (B) is the Ripeningtime (6, 9, and 12 days). Dangke is made by adding a papaya sap solution as coagulation. Microstrucure was observed by scanning electron microscope. The treatments were replicated three times each process. The data were processed statistically with variance analysis followed by the least significant difference test. The results indicated that the ripening temperature affected the activity of L. lactis in carbohydrate degradation to produce lactic acid so that it affected the hydrogen potential (pH) and the dangke protein content. Long time ripening provides an opportunity for L. lactis to continue performing activities resulting in a decrease in carbohydrate and pH levels, but there is an increase in total lactic acid and protein levels. The temperature and duration of ripening in dangke manufacture provide an interaction of carbohydrate and protein levels. The Ripening temperature used in the manufacture of Dangke cheese with the addition of L. lactis preferably 5°C and the duration of 12 days of ripening. The microstructural features show that the duration of ripening causes the Dangke structure to be more compact as indicated by the proximity of casein molecules with other casein molecules and fat spread evenly in the three-dimensional network of molecules.

Abstract
Humans work to meet their basic needs for living. In anthropology, there is a term Homo Faber, which means that humans work and refers to the human ability to control their destiny and what surrounds them. Individuals who are less able to adapt to the demands of work they receive, ultimately cause stress on themselves. Because in essence humans are also Homo Ludens which is referring to humans as players and play. An activity that is considered to cause pleasure and release stress. The need to harmonize individual activities as Homo Faber and Homo Ludens, and to support the needs of the incubation phase in creative processes for academics is the focused discussion in this study. Abstract
The classification of hotel as a part of travel and accommodation facilities nowadays has become flexible since the emerging of thematic hotels and hotels with specific design concepts. One of the distinguished hotels in Bandung that has quickly gained its popularity is Kollektiv Hotel. With the score of 9.0 (out of 10) on Traveloka since offered into the market, Kollektiv Hotel does not seem to provide much space in order to make their guests impressed, as well as to meet the formal requirements as regulated by the government. With only as much area as the site for a house in the upper class neighborhood, this hotel could meet the government-s requirements for a three-star hotel. It indicates that this hotel has applied a very effective spatial design that is worth reviewing for a further study. Thus this paper explores the spatial arrangement and layout in Kollektiv Hotel to discover the design strategy performed by this hotel. It is conclued that Kollektive Hotel provides many shared spaces that serve multi-faclilities and are open for both public and hotel guests.

Abstract
For the last several years motorcycle has becomes the most operating vehicle type on the road in Indonesia. There are also several problems that arise along with the increasing role of motorcycles as the main means of transportation for some Indonesians. One of the issue is the lack of goods storage facilities, because motorcycles are basically designed as human transportation vehicles rather than goods, this caused a lot of use of homemade goods transport facilities that seemed forced and often harmful to drivers and other people. This article criticizes the design of customized additional (homemade) storage on motorcycles in Bandung using the kansei approach, and further will describe the needs of motorcycle users in Bandung Indonesia. This article will also provide an overview of issues that can be solved by the small-scale motorcycle accessories industry in developing their products in the future with a product design approach.
