Abstract
As one of tourists- destination cities, Bandung offers numerous hotels for its visitors who are dominated by domestic tourists. With the vast choices of types, facilities, and prices, the market competition between hotels is inevitable, especially with the emerging of small-scale hotels that are on a par with three-star hotels. As an impact, the markets of hotels with higher classes or stars are getting more segmented, especially four-star hotels. Standing in between the affordable three-star hotels and the luxurious five-star hotels, four star hotels seem to bridge both classes through an impression of luxury, yet still affordable. Nevertheless, this issue creates a bias as expressed in a question: how luxury are four star hotels if they are still affordable? Through comparing the architecture and interior design of Mercure, Sensa, and de Pavilijoen, three popular four-star hotels in Bandung, this paper explores the value of four-star hotels from architectural design perspectives. The result of this study later serves to discover and bring the uniqueness of four-star hotel design to the surface and make it attain distinction from other star-hotels.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of servicescape of Tasik Halal Culinary Festival on the image of Tasikmalaya City. This research is a descriptive quantitative study involving the visitors of the Tasik Halal Culinary Festival as the respondents. The data was collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature studies. The data were analyzed by simple regression where the variable (x) is servicescape and variable (y) is the image of the City of Tasikmalaya. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study show t-count 8.644> ttable 1.665 with sig. equal to 0,000 which means that the variable of servicescape has a positive and partially gives significant effect on the image of the City of Tasikmalaya. The R Square number of 43.2% shows the influence of the free variable (servicescape) on the dependent variable (the image of Kita Tasikmalaya). This implies that the more representative the concept of halal servicescape in a culinary festival, the better the image of the city will be built.

Abstract
This research basically aims to implement green lean manufacturing concept in a small scale industry. A green lean manufacturing is reached by energy saving and emission reduction. Current environmental Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is developed for Batik manufacturing process to identify wastes and bottleneck processes. Traditional process of producing batik raises several problems such as long cycle time and it emerges energy waste, excessive water consumption, emissions from combustion that can damage the environment. Based on all waste that was identified, solutions are suggested to eliminate the energy and emission produced. A future environmental VSM is designed, simulated, and compared with current VSM. The solutions decrease 3.9% of cycle time, 14% of energy consumption, and 63% of emission. This result showed that the solutions are applicable to be implemented in that small scale industry

Abstract
One of the factors that influence the production process is controlling raw material inventories. The availability of raw material inventory makes the inventory condition not overstock or stockout, and then with Inventory control can be done by knowing the ideal warehouse capacity for each raw material. The issue of raw material inventory, makes many companies try to continue to improve the inventory system of raw materials they have. In this study the aim was to find the ideal warehouse capacity with the min-max method and evaluate the condition of the system before and after the changes using the Monte Carlo simulation to avoid overstocks and stockouts. Based on the simulation results of the real system model it is known that each raw material several times experiences less inventory than safety stock so that the possibility of a stockout will occur more frequently, and from the intensity of ordering it can be categorized frequently. After applying the min-max results, the condition of the raw material inventory has improved. Based on the results of this study, the solutions provided could potentially improve the inventory system, namely by increasing the warehouse capacity for each raw material. The ideal warehouse capacity can refer to the maximum capacity of raw material inventory that has been obtained so that the increase in warehouse capacity for DAP raw materials (12,029.70 tons), KCL Powder (9,644.56 tons) and CLAY (5,505.00 tons)

Abstract
Green technologies involve the use of radioisotope waste from nuclear power plants to generate electricity by directly converting the energy of radiochemical transformations through semiconductor structures. The generation of multi-nanolevel electricity by means of the heterostructure of silicon carbide on the silicon substrate was tested (on the example of a radioisotope medical product containing C-14). The content of C-14 in the SiC phase was determined at the doping level, but this was sufficient to generate nonequilibrium carriers in the p-n region of the transition in silicon carbide and their separation by the space charge region field, while dark currents from 16 to 90 nA were observed in the external circuit. The measurements were carried out on the stand excluding electromagnetic interference without the formation of metallization of the contact pads by the tip probe method. Idling voltage was amounted to 1.6 mV. The thickness of the activated n-SiC film in the heterostructure is 5 µm. References: Gurskaya A.V., Dolgopolov M.V., Chepurnov V.I. Abstract
Steel is the main material used as reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures. The number of steel used every year continues to increase, the increase has an effect on the availability of the main raw materials of steel, namely iron ore which is a non renewable resources. Therefore, an alternative steel replacement material is needed. Bamboo is one of an alternative chosen as a substitute for reinforcing steel in reinforced concrete structures. In this research, we will use Petung bamboo strips which are anchored using screw nails as flexural reinforcement in concrete beams. This research aims to analyze the behavior of load and deflection relationships in the flexural capacity of bamboo reinforced concrete beams against steel reinforced concrete beams. There are 6 beams used as specimens, 2 bamboo reinforced concrete beams with 1 cm long screw nails, 2 bamboo reinforcing beams with 2 cm long screw nails, and 2 beam with 12 mm steel reinforcement as control beam. The results of the flexural strength of bamboo reinforced concrete with long screw nails 1 cm and 2 cm beam were 44.32 kN and 46.98 kN or 48.64% and 51.56% compared to steel reinforced concrete beams with flexural strength of 91.10 kN.

Abstract
Well-designed building structure sometimes suffers from of problems after being built. Structural problems in a building often relate to damages and failures. Several methods can be used to enhance the capacity of building structure including reinforcement and refinement. Reinforcement and refinement can be performed by adding more concrete layer, using steel plate, external pre-stressing and using FRP. FRP is an alternative reinforcement material. Concrete reinforcement using FRP is vulnerable to debonding problem which makes it less optimal. To address this issue, this experimental research was carried out in which reinforced concrete beam was strengthened using FRP by adding FRP anchors to prevent debonding failures. Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine the problem using scientific procedures to find actual solutions. In this research, a test object in the form of 150 mm x 200 mm x 3200 mm concrete beam with third point load was used. Different gaps of anchors of 0.000 mm, 12000 mm, 800 mm, 400 mm and 200 mm were the research variable. This research showed that the use of anchors successfully prevented debonding problems in CFRP reinforcement. The use of 3 CFRP at a distance of 1200 mm appeared as the most effective reinforcement method.

Abstract
Microplastic is anthropogenic-based pollution that becomes a global problem, threatening the ecosystem and food security. Microplastic from land-based source can enter the ocean through estuarine waters. Makassar City with a population around 1.7 million people, provides possible sources of microplastic pollution in Makassar Strait through the flow of surrounding rivers, Tallo and Jeneberang in particular. Neuston net method was used to collect 18 surface-water samples from Makassar Estuaries for microplastic analysis. Fish Gastrointestinal tracts were taken from 76 pelagic fish in study sites for microplastic analysis, using KOH digestive method. Surface-water samples from both Jeneberang and Tallo river estuaries are positively contained microplastic particles with abundance 1.84 ± 0.17 and 1.78 ± 0.25 items/m3 respectively. There is no difference between microplastic abundance on both rivers using t-test statistic, but microplastic from both estuaries in general has different characteristics in shape and colour. The higher abundance of microplastic in riverine part on both estuaries indicate that microplastic originating from land sources. Pelagic Fish from both estuaries were also contain an average of 0.91 to 3.5 items/individual with more than 50% of contamination level on most species. This result shows that estuary water in Makassar City have been contaminated by Microplastic particles and have accumulated to pelagic fish as consumption fish, posing a threat to food safety and human health.

Abstract
Social media, whose individual and social usage is increasing day by day, is also inreasing its presence in our lives as the most important communication medium. Social media is a communication network in which the user publishes and circulates the content he / she produces. Today, many individuals and institutions are actively using social media. This makes immediate access easier to any website; contents, articles, news, thoughts, daily events, photos can be seen through social media, and anyone can reflect their views within a social network. The word that best describes social media, which is frequently spoken by todays people, is “sharing”. The main issue that will be discussed in this study is whether social media is the new public space or not. The public sphere is also a common area where ideas and opinions are shared on an individual and social scale. In this sense, the study includes a theoretical analysis and discussion while focusing on the concepts of social media and public sphere.

Abstract
As a matter of fact, productivity improvement is a common objective which are faced by almost every industry. Lean manufacturing is one critical key of success to achieve productivity by increasing effectivity and efficiency of an industry. A manufacturer which annually produces piano in a huge capacity has a target to improve the ability to satisfy its high demand. As a solution to the problem, this study focused on lean manufacturing design, specifically on assembly unit department. This study conducted by utilizing two methods, Value Stream Mapping and Computer Simulation technique as a system approaching tool. According to the problem identification stage using Current State Mapping, the productivity level on assembly unit department is only 0.27 unit/person/hour, still at below level of the productivity target 0.36 unit/person/hour. The problem indicates that there was many possible production system matter, such as: production process input which was not utilized in an optimum way, workload distribution that was not well-managed, and operator ability that is under specification. By using computer simulation approach, this study suggested couple of alternatives to answer the productivity problem.

Abstract
Long Short Term Memory(LSTM) is known as optimized Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) architectures that overcome the lack of RNN-s about maintaining long period of memories information. As part of machine learning networks, LSTM also notable as the right choice for time-series prediction. Currently, machine learning is a burning issue in economic world, abundant studies such predicting macroeconomic and microeconomics indicators are emerge. Inflation rate has been used for decision making for central banks also private sector. In Indonesia, CPI(Consumer Price Index) is one of best practice inflation indicators besides Wholesale Price Index and The Gross Domestic Product(GDP). Since CPI data could be used as a direction for next inflation move, we conducted CPI prediction model using Long Short Term Memory Method. The network model input consists of 28 variables of staple price in Surabaya and the output is CPI value. In the interest of predictive accuracy improvement, we used several optimization algorithm i.e. Stochastic Gradient Descent(sgd), Root Mean Square Propagation(RMSProp), Adaptive Gradient(AdaGrad), Adaptive moment(Adam), Adadelta, Nesterov Adam(Nadam) and Adamax. The result indicate that Nesterov Adam has 0.069 MSE-s value, less than other algorithm which indicate the most accurate optimization algorithm to predict CPI value.

Abstract
Battery is a very important necessity as an electrical energy storage for DC load type. If battery used continuously, the stored electrical energy will gradually depleted. So it needs to be done recharge so that DC load can still be used. The difference voltage and capacity of battery makes the charging process also requires a different voltage from each other.Like mobile charger which has 5 volt output voltage, Laptop charger has 19 volt output voltage, and some other charger with different output voltage. Based on the explanation above, in this final project proposed an adaptive power charge system for DC load applications. Systems that can perform the process of replenishment of electrical energy on batteries that have a difference in voltage and capacity through a single port at the output side. Charging system uses constant voltage method with a buck type of converter . The system will detect the load type and then perform an adaptive charging process according to the charging voltage required by the load.

Abstract
In general, aerodynamic barriers can be affected by wind gradients in wind flows. Besides, the wind speed will increase with increasing altitude above the ground. Flow near the surface encounters obstacles that can reduce wind speed. Technically, the reduction in speed close to the surface is a result of the function of surface roughness. In addition, the wind speed is very different for different types of terrain. However, this condition will also give random effects on the vertical and horizontal velocity components in the main flow direction, as discussed in these studies. These works are subjected to evaluate the wind gradient impact on the wind energy profile considering the ground launch in various levels. Specifically, wind gradients are modeled and approached by shifting vertical velocities which are designed in various exponential coefficients that refer to the type of surface. The results show that the gradient has a significant effect on changes in wind speed patterns that are in line with potential changes of the generated energy. The ground launch also leads to the energy profile as presented on the speed at the high.

Abstract
The popularity of digital media and the availability of a seemingly borderless world of communication networks have formed a new environment which supported by the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Along with the Malaysian government-s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) projects, a National Communication and Multimedia Policy were introduced. This was to provide clear guidelines for the media industry behavior and encourage the development of self-regulatory mechanisms for local industry players while minimizing the costs of regulation. The implementation of voluntary codes of practice for the industry must be in line with the government-s policy objectives. This study identified how the self-regulatory mechanisms would benefit the industry and the future growth of media technologies in this country. This is for the industry to proactively respond to the winds of change breezing through media convergence technology policies and legislations on certain key issues faced by the Malaysian media environment. The study identifies an important relationship between the regulators, media industry and public interest upon the implementation of media self-regulation in Malaysia. The challenges faced by the government and media players regarding the broadcast of new media content had become a discourse for the both parties to implement best practices of self-regulatory mechanisms. These issues sanction the self-management of information dissemination in the name of public and industry interests, while in the same token ensure preservation of the national identity and cultures
