Abstract

Abstract
The need for food and healthy food is increasing now with the development of technology about food processing, especially foods with mushroom types. Oyster mushroom is one type of mushroom that is safe for consumption, because oyster mushroom is one kind of complementary food besides rice which has high nutritional value. Due to having a considerable economic value resulting in a lot of oyster mushroom cultivation which is a type of small business that starts from breeding, production, and processing of oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms can grow in the area around the house, oyster mushroom cultivation takes into account several factors including air humidity, air temperature, and lighting regulation, this type of fungus should not be exposed to direct sunlight. In order to maximize yield, we need a kumbung. making the ideal kumbung namely mushroom kumbung which is always awake to the humidity of the air. While the media used is wood powder media mixed with katul with a composition of 15%, 2% lime, and 5% corn powder. Then the mixture is mixed with water with a composition of 60% and stirred, allowed to stand and check the degree of acidity. Then cooled put into polybags plastic and put in a barrel for cooking process (Steam) for 7 hours to sterilize the media. As for the humidity temperature is maintained between 23-280C. The problems faced by oyster mushroom farmers in Jember City are the regulation of air temperature and humidity that are erratic, when the hot air is very dry humidity, and during the rainy season the humidity is very wet so that it interferes with the mushroom production process. So we need a mechanism that is able to deal with these problems by implementing a mushroom kumbung humidity control system automatically by using a DHT11 sensor connected to Bluetooth HC-06. The function of the DHT11 sensor has been adjusted to the temperature of oyster mushroom humidity. And the second solution is to help control the production and marketing processes by utilizing an integrated management information system.

Abstract
In 2018 the number of active Twitter social media users in Indonesia reached 22.8 million people and 4.1 billion tweets in 2016. Tweets or comments delivered can be used as a reference to determine and consider the business processes that will be carried out. However, the number of comments submitted is very large so that it has difficulty in analyzing the comment data. Besides the comment data on Twitter is an unstructured type of data so that if processing uses a relational database engine the results obtained are not optimal. To deal with these problems, a big data approach is needed in data extraction combined with the comment data processing model. This study uses a combination of big data in data processing and lexicon based to analyze customer comments. Data processing using big data especially with the NoSQL approach is very effective and efficient in conducting searches on unstructured data, this is because the search for big data is based on meta text rather than cardinality between data. While the lexicon based method is a method that depends on the completeness of the dictionary used. The purpose of this study is to analyze comments and share whether they have positive, negative, or neutral sentiments so that they can be used as parameters in decision making in an organization.

Abstract
Poverty has existed for many years, and will always exist in a large number of countries, so poverty alleviation targets are a challenge for most countries. The main objective of this research is to analyze the impact of strategic food price increases on poverty with a systematic measure. The study uses SUSENAS (Indonesian National Socioeconomic Survey) raw data. The total data used is 287,830 households. consisting of 166,019 rural households and 121,811 urban households. The impact of price changes on poverty can be seen by using The Head Count Ratio, The Poverty Gap Ratio, The Sen Index, and The Foster-Greer and Thorbecke Index. The analysis showed that the poverty gap was 4.84% for Indonesian households, 4.149% for rural households, and 5,530% for urban households. This ratio shows that the average household food expenditure is 4.84% lower than the corresponding poverty line compared to household food expenditure in Indonesia as a whole. Sen index values vary from 4,913 for rural households, 5,838 for Indonesian households to 6,762 for urban households. This shows that the highest inequality is in urban households.

Teaching English to young learners has played a pivotal role in building basic language competence. In the EYL classroom, teachers never teach pragmatically sensitive English in that they assume this is hard to teach young learners. Yet, they need it to get social practices. Though using nursery rhyme as a fun way of learning English has been discussed repeatedly in the EYL literature, English teachers rarely use them contextually. Thus, the presenter wishes to present how to teach English using playful nursery rhyme. The presentation begins addressing a conceptual framework of Teaching English for Young Learners pragmatically. In this section, the presenter will provide the attendees with the nature of Teaching English for Young Learners together with the rationale for implementing Pragmatics. In the second session, the presenter will flesh out steps for teaching students by using nursery rhyme as a booster of the students- language development. The practical ideas of using nursery rhyme as social practices among students will be presented in this section. The presenter argues that nursery rhyme is able to build the social skills and promote personal development in today-s global world; thereby young learners can easily pragmatically sensitive English within the remit of their ability

Abstract
Anemia becomes an unsolved nutritional problem, the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls increased continuously. Anemia in adolescents at 2018 reached 48.9%. The high prevalence of anemia is caused by: chronic blood loss, insufficient iron intake, inadequate absorption, consumed some drugs that inhibit iron absorption, increased need for iron. There have been many studies on processed food products and drinks made from fruits and vegetables, one of become a trend since 2009 is dragon fruit (hylocereus polyrhizus). In addition to dragon fruit, Moringa leaves one vegetable has a fairly complex nutritional content, one of is iron. Although there are many formulas of dragon fruit, but the study of fortification of dragon fruit with moringa leaves has never been done. The addition of moringa leaves extract will affect the aroma, taste, color, texture, so it is necessary to find the appropriate composition of dragon fruit skimmed addition and moringa leaves extract. So organoleptic testing will determine the acceptance of dragon fruit and moringa leaves fortification products. Organoleptic test using completely randomized design (CRD), with a total of 4 treatments. Data analyzed non-parametric using Kruskall Wallis and Mann Whitney tests with alpha 0.05. Abstract
Ant sugar is a powdered version of brown sugar and is often referred to as crystal sugar. It is called ant sugar because the shape of this sugar resembles that of ants nesting on the ground. The basic ingredients for making ant sugar are palm juice from coconut and palm trees (palm). In this study, the maximum temperature regulation is 140 oC and the pressure is 2 atm. The materials used in this study were coconut and sugar cane juice produced by farmers in Kokap Wates, Kulon Progo Regency. In the manufacture of ant sugar in the evaporation process the temperature of the material increases with increasing winding temperature and over time. In the process of fresh neera evaporation, the value of heat transfer coefficient ranges between 20-22 (W / m2.oC). This shows that when the initial cooking for this concentration is needed more than 20 Watts to heat the material by 1 oC for an area of 1 m2 of material. The value of heat transfer coefficient of turmeric neera beetween 17 - 25 (W / m2.oC).

Abstract
Gembili is one variety of local tubers originating in Indonesia, where its utilization is not in its most use. This tuber has bioactive compounds such as dioscorin, diosgenin, inulin and water-soluble polysaccharides that function as immunomodulators, including those which prevents metabolic diseases such as hyperglycaemia. The addition of gembili tubers in fermented milk has more value and is an alternative nutraceutical food for people who need a healthy diet because it contains probiotics and bioactive components. This study aims to determine the antihyperglycemic activity of fermented milk enriched with gembili flour in animal models. Probiotics contained in fermented milk are Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Streptococcus thermophilus. The experimental animals used in this study are healthy male white rats, not deformed, and had never been used in previous experiments. The animals in experiment were grouped into five treatment groups namely P1= negative control, P2= positive control, P3= 1 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers, P4= 2 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers, and P5= 3 ml/rat/day of fermented milk with the addition of gembili tubers (P5). The results of this study prove that the addition of fermented milk enriched with gembili showed significant results (p<0.05) on the decrease in blood sugar levels with the highest decrease of 43.59% in the P5 group.

Abstract
Background: A depression in elderly was known as a life-threatening health problem in Indonesia, particular in Magelang City. The initial study at Gelangan Village documented that depression is currently being a concern in elderly population. Although a number of studies were undertaken to overcome depression, however, a relevant study that conducted in Gelangan Village has received little attention from the local nursing researcher. Therefore, this study was initiated to describe the relationship between ritual activities and tendency of depression among elderly. Purpose: The study aimed at investigating the relationship between ritual activities and the tendency of depression in the elderly at the Ngudi Rahayu Elderly Integrated Health Service Center (Posyandu) in Gelangan Village, Magelang City in 2019. Method: Correlational design that combined with the cross-sectional method was thoughtfully chosen to answer the research question of the study. A total of 40 respondents were involved. In this study, two variables were selected as follows ritual activities (variable one) and the tendency of depression (variable two). The Spearmans rank correlation was taken into consideration to measures the strength and direction of the relationship between variables. The significance level was considered at 0.05 for hypothesis testing. Results: The finding of the study showed that relationship between ritual activities and tendency of depression is statistically significant (p < 0.05). Moreover, the level of correlation is fair as expected by the researcher (-0.448). The negative correlation was also obtained from the study that is to say when the variable one increases, the other decreases. Conclusion: The relationship between ritual activities and tendency of depression is statistically significant (p < 0.05) which can be justified that when the variable one increases, the other decreases. Suggestion: With the result of this study, it is expected that this ritual activity can be applied to nursing care especially on mental health.
