Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on teacher achievement motivation, the effect of transformational leadership on teacher achievement motivation, the influence of interpersonal communication on teachers affective commitment, the effect of transformational leadership on teachers affective commitment and the effect of achievement motivation on affective commitment of teachers at Doloksanggul Humbang District Vocational School Order. This research was conducted at Doloksanggul District Vocational School, Humbang Hasundutan District. The population of this study was 169 teachers and to determine the number of samples used Kreijcie tables, as many as 118 people with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. Abstract
Education as a forum for the formation of human resources, the quality of education needs to continue improved even though in reality there are still various problems. Improving the quality of education must be carried out continuously, gradually, planned and systematic, directed, and intensive, in order to be able to prepare Indonesian HR to be able to compete in an era of globalization which is full of competition in various ways field of life According to the Branch Manager of the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office in the City Gunungsitoli that the human resources of Gunungsitoli City Public High School teachers are low, because there are a number of things that affect especially the performance of the teacher. One fact what can be proven is that among the teachers there are still those who think teaching activities are routine activities as Civil Servants (PNS). Principal learning leadership, school culture, teacher work stress and motivation Gunungsitoli City Public High School teachers achievement has a direct effect on performance the teacher, it means the better the learning leadership of the principal and supportive school culture, the more effective the teacher controls stressit works which automatically motivated the teacher to excel.

Abstract
This research aim to find out: (1) The learning outcomes of French students who are taught with video learning media are higher than the results of learning French in students whose are taught with module learning media. (2) The learning outcomes of French students who have high motivation are higher than the results of learning French students who have low learning motivation. (3) The interaction between learning media and student motivation towards learning outcomes in French. Abstract
This study aims to analyze: (1) Comparison between student mathematics learning outcomes taught by Realistic mathematical approach model with Means Ends Analysis model (2) comparison of mathematics learning outcomes of students who have high creative thingking skills and low creative thingking skills (3) interaction between learning model and creative thingking style towards student mathematics learning outcomes. The sample was divided into two classes, the experimental one class taught with the realistic mathematic approach model and the experimental two class taught with the Means Ends Analysis model. The data in this study were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The results of the study show that: (1) From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis obtained Fcount = 80,02. For the distribution value of Ftable = 3.99 then this result shows that Fcount> Ftable so that gives a decision that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The research hypothesis proposed meaning that the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught realistic mathematic approach model are higher than the mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught by Means Ends Analysis model. (2) From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis obtained Fcount = 8,81. For the distribution value of Ftable = 3.99 then this result shows that Fcount> Ftable so that gives a decision that the research hypothesis proposed is mathematics learning outcomes of students who have a high creative thingking skills are higher then low creative thingking skills (3) From the results of hypothesis calculations obtained Fcount = 7,42. For the distribution value of Ftable = 3.99 then this result shows that Fcount> Ftable so that gives a decision that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The proposed research hypothesis is that there is an interaction between learning models and creative thingking skills towards student mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the differences in HOTS-based learning models for learning outcomes of vocational learning design, differences in the ability to think creatively towards learning outcomes in vocational learning design; and the interaction between HOTS-based learning models with multimedia and the ability to think creatively towards the learning outcomes of vocational learning design. The research method is quasi-experimental. The statistical test used is descriptive statistics to present data and proceed with inferential statistics using two-way ANOVA followed by further tests. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes for vocational learning design taught using HOTS-based learning models with higher multimedia than learning outcomes taught with expository learning models with multimedia, there were differences in learning outcomes for vocational learning design that had higher creative thinking abilities. than those who have low creative thinking ability; and there is an interaction between HOTS-based learning models with multimedia and the ability to think creatively on the learning outcomes of vocational learning design.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL), Conventional and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences fifth grade, 066666 Elementary School. The research method used was Quasi Experiment (Quasi-Experimental Method) with the research design as the basis for conducting research. To distinguish the influence of Problem Basic Learning (PBL) and Conventional on natural science learning outcomes in terms of high and low interest in learning; whose experiment class is V-A class using PBL model and V-B class using Conventional model. The results obtained that Problem Based Learning (PBL) influences the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences. Students who are taught with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) have higher learning outcomes compared to the conventional learning model in natural science subjects in fifth-grade of 666666 Elementary School Perumnas Mandala Medan.

Abstract
This study aims to find out, the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship between learners had taught with the Contextual Teaching and Learning strategy and the expository strategy type, the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship learners with high achievement motivation and learners with low achievement motivation, and the interaction between learning strategies and achievement motivation towards learning outcomes. Type of research method used quasi experimental 2x2 factorial design and followed by Scheffe-Test. The results of this study concluded: The entrepreneurship learning outcomes of the learners who were taught by Contextual Teaching and Learning strategies were higher than the expository learning strategies, the entrepreneurship learning outcomes of learners with high achievement motivation were higher than low achievement motivation and there was an interaction between the learning strategies and achievement motivation towards the learning outcomes. This means that Contextual Teaching and Learning strategies better teach learners with high achievement motivation and the learners with low achievement motivation are better taught by the expository strategies.

Thesis. Medan: Educational Technology Study Program. Post Graduate Program. Universitas Negeri Medan. This study aims (1) to find out the results of learning to read comprehension in English students with Genius learning strategies higher than those taught by Expository learning strategies, (2) To determine reading comprehension skills in English students who have high interpersonal communication and interpersonal communication low, (3) to determine the interaction between learning strategies and interpersonal communication towards reading students understanding of English. The population in this study was 9 (nine) classes in SMP Negeri 1 Selesai. The research samples were taken 2 classes, namely class VIII-1 and VIII-3. The results of this study are: (1) The results of learning to read students understanding of English taught with Genius Learning strategies are higher than students taught by Expository learning strategies. This can be seen from the data analysis that obtained where the value of Fcount= 13.08, while the value of Ftable = 3.99 so that Fcount = 13.08 > Ftable= 3.99. (2) The ability to read English language comprehension of students who have high interpersonal communication is higher than those who have low interpersonal communication. This can be seen from the data analysis that obtained where the value of Fcount= 13.35 while Ftable= 3.99, so that Fcount= 13.35 > Ftable= 3.99. (3) There is an interaction between learning strategies and interpersonal communication in influencing the results of learning to read students understanding of English. This can be seen from the analysis of the data obtained where the value of Fcount= 28.19 while Ftable= 3.99 so that Fcount= 28.19 > Ftable= 3.99. Summary this research found interaction between learning strategy and the interpersonal communication on the students achievement in English language, for teacher must taught instructional strategy find with students characteristic employing the interpersonal communication for students achievement. Abstract
The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of learning strategies (Contextual Teaching learning (CTL) and expository learning) and locus of control on learning outcomes, after controlling prior knowledge. This research conducted at Air Putih 1 High School, North Sumatera during August to October 2016, and used a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial. The participants were 48 students were devided into two treatment classes. Data analysis was Analysis of covariate (ANCOVA) with significance level 0,05. The result indicate that, (1) students learning outcomes who uses contextual learning strategy is better than expository learning after controlling prior knowledge, (2) there was an interaction effect between learning strategy and locus of control after controlling prior knowledge, (3) students who have a more precise of internal locus of control is taught with contextual learning strategy after controlling prior knowledge,(4) expository learning strategy more effective for students who have external locus of control after controlling prior knowledge.

Thesis Educational Administration Study Program. Postgraduate Program, State University of Medan, 2019. This study aims to determine, The Effect of Organizational Culture on Achievement Motivation, Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, and the Effect of Organizational Culture, Achievement Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Performance, Teachers of Public Middle Schools in North Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method and a path analysis approach. The population is all 2018 PNS teachers as many as 614 teachers. Total sample of 222 teachers (according to Isaac and Michaels table). Before testing the hypothesis, the analysis requirements test is done, namely the Data Normality Test and Linearity Test. The research findings show that organizational culture has a direct positive effect on achievement motivation, organizational culture has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive direct effect on performance, achievement motivation has a positive direct effect on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on performance. Based on research findings the greatest influence on performance is Achievement Motivation, then Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction. So, to improve the performance of teachers of State Junior High Schools in North Tapanuli Regency can be done by increasing the Teacher Achievement Motivation, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction. Abstract
The objective of this study to analyze the effect of: Participant Leadership on Stress Management, Teamwork on Stress Management, Participant Leadership on Teachers Affective Commitment, Teamwork on Teachers Affective Commitment and Stress Management on Teachers Affective Commitment. This research was conducted at the Senior High School in North Tapanuli District and the total population was 265 teachers. The number of samples using Slovin Formula as 159 teachers, with is used Proportional Random Sampling. Data collecting by questionnaire. Instruments for testing Validity and Reliability test. To test the research hypothesis, path analysis was used. The results showed that Participant Leadership had a direct positive effect on Stress Management, Teamwork had a direct positive effect on Stress Management, Participant Leadership had a direct positive effect on Teachers Affective Commitment, Teamwork had a direct positive effect on Teachers Affective Commitment and Stress Management had a direct positive effect on Teachers Affective Commitment. To improve Teachers Affective Commitment can be done by increasing Participant Leadership, Teamwork, and Stress Management.

Abstract
The aims of this research are to acknowledge the effect of problem based learning model and cooperative learning model jigsaw type on creative thinking skills and the interaction between learning model and learning motivation on students creative thinking skills. The kind of this research is quasi experiment research. The population of this research was the 7th grade students of SMPN2 Percut Sei Tuan. Then, the sample was taken by using random sampling method, with VII-3 were chosen as experiment 1 class and VII-4 as experiment 2 class. The experiment 1 class was treated by using problem based learning model while the experiment 2 class was treated by using cooperative learning model jigsaw type. The result of this research shows that: students creative thinking skills was taught by problem based learning model higher than students creative thinking skills was taught by cooperative learning model jigsaw type and there is interaction between the learning model and the learning motivation on students creative thinking skills. Students with low learning motivation are better taught by cooperative learning model than problem based learning and students with high learning motivation are better taught by problem based learning than cooperative learning model.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of project based learning and problem based learning to the students High Order Thinking Skills in the fifth semester of biology education undergraduate students in FMIPA UNIMED. This study used a quasi experimental method with one dependent variable and a study sample of 3 (three) classes determined by random class. Regular class C got treatment for the application of project-based learning, Extension class A got the treatment of application of problem based learning, Extension class B (control) got direct learning treatment. The research instrument was a list of description questions to test students high order thinking skills. Data analysis techniques used covariate analysis (ANACOVA) at a significant level of a = 0.05 with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed that there was a significant effect among project based learning, problem based learning and direct learning to high level thinking skills with a value of F = 24,150, P = 0,000. The results of this study stated that the application of project based learning can improve students high order thinking skills.

Abstract
The study aims at finding out the effect of Realistic Mathematical Learning Approach toward Mathematic Communication Skill and positive attitude in Mathematic of Seventh grade students at Private Junior High School R.A. Kartini Sei Rampah and to discover whether there is an interaction between learning approach and students PAM toward Mathematic Communication Skill and students positive attitude in Mathematic. This is a quasi experimental study. The population of the study is all private junior high school students of R.A Kartini Sei Rampah. Sample of the study is 34 students of VII-3 as experiment group, and 34 students of VII-6 as control group who were chosen by using purposive sampling. The data of the study is analyzed by using 2 way-ANAVA. The result of the study shows that : (1) There was an influence of the PMR approach to the Mathematical communication skills of junior high school students, (2) There were influences of the PMR approach to the positive attitude of junior high school students to mathematics, (3) There were interactions between learning approaches and students initial mathematical knowledge in influencing students mathematic communication skills, (4) There were no interactions between the learning approach and students initial Mathematic knowledge in influencing the students positive attitudes in Mathematic, (5) Mathematic communication skills and positive attitudes of junior high school students who learn by using the PMR approach are better than those who use conventional learning approaches.

Abstract
Scientific inquiry learning model is a learning model that emphasizes students activity to the mazimum to find the answer that is questioned by exsposing students to experiments. Integrated Instrument Component (IIC) is a set of tools used in a science practicum. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of scientific inquiry learning models using IIC media and motivation towards science learning outcomes. This research using quasi-experimental research. The subject of this research elementary school students in grade IV. Data collection techniques used were test result of pretest and posttest in form mulitiple choice. Data analysis technique using two-way ANOVA with SPSS 20.0 for windows. Based on the result of this study concluded that the science learning outcomes who are taught with scientific inquiry learning model using IIC media better than students who are taught with with direct instruction learning. Science learning outcomes who have high motivation better than who have low motivation. Abstract
Small sided games is a game that played a smaller court and fewer players than the real game. The research aimed to know about effect of small sided games toward improvement of basic soccer techniques to perfect unimed soccer school student at the age 14 to 16 years old. The research is an experimental research. The design used in this research is design randomized control group pretest and posttest. Sample in this research are all the perfect unimed soccer school students age group 14 to 16 years old which amounts 48 students. The sampling techniques used in this research is total sampling. The data collection tehniques used test. The instrument used soccer skill test for soccer school from Ardi Nusri with a validity level of 0,700 for score and 0,775 for time, while reliabilty 0,915 for score and 0,882 for total time. Data analyse techniques used T test through prerequisite of normality test and homogenity test. Based on theoretical studies and research journal, small sided games training can improve basic techniques of perfect unimed soccer school student age 14 to 16 years old. It can be concluded that there is a siqnificant effect of small sided games toward the improvement of basic soccer tecniques to perfect unimed soccer school student age 14 to 16 years old

Abstract
The objectives of this study are to examine whether (1) the students achievement in reading comprehension taught by using PLAN (Predict, Locate, Add and Note) strategy is higher than that taught by using RAP (Read, Ask and Paraphrase) strategy, (2) the students achievement in reading comprehension with high interest significantly higher than that of with low interest, (3) there is an interaction between teaching strategies and interest on students achievement in reading comprehension. This study is conducted by using experimental research with factorial design 2 x 2. The population of the study is the students in grade XI of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Al Washliyah Tembung of 2018/2019 acedemic year. The total number of population in this study is 110 students. There are two classes consists of each 32 students are chosen as sample by purposive sampling technique. The instrument of collecting the data are questionnaire and the multiplechoice test of narrative. The data are analyzed by using two-way ANOVA. The result shows that (1) PLAN and RAP strategy are significantly affect the students reading comprehension achievement. Abstract
In teaching reading, teaching strategy and reading interest influences students reading comprehension. It can be used as a variation of teaching strategy in teaching reading comprehension of Recount text. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using Listen Read Discuss (LRD) and Reading Encode Annotate Ponder (REAP) strategy and students reading interest on reading comprehension achievement of Recount text. The researcher here needs to find whether LRD or REAP strategy is more effective in teaching and learning process, especially in teaching reading comprehension. Reading comprehension is constructing meaning that is reasonable and accurate by connecting what has been read to what the reader already knows and by thinking about all of this information until it is understood. Recount text is a text with a purpose to retell the readers about something which happens in the past time through a sequence of events. The technique of analyzing the data applied in this study is quantitative data. The quantitative data are taken from the tests. The validity of the instrument is measured in terms of content and constructs validity. The sample of this study is eighth students of Junior High School.

Abstract
Teaching strategies especially Think pair Share and Directed Reading Thinking Activity (TPS) and (DRTA) model used to teach students motivation on reading comprehension achievement. The purpose of this study to find out the effect of Teaching Strategies on students reading comprehension achievement. This study is experimental research design using the experiment and control groups. This research was experimental design, the instruments were questionnaire sheet and reading test. The result showed that from mean score of experimental class 87.8, and mean score of control class 84.67. The data were analyzed by using SPSS program for windows version 20.Based on the data analysis of reading score showed that significant gained 0.003 less than 0.05. This means H0 refused and H1 accepted to there is the effect of TPS and DRTA teaching strategies on students reading comprehension achievement.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational climate on the commitment of private junior high school teacher organizations in Deli Serdang Regency. Data sources were 140 people spread across various locations in Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is quantitative by using path analysis. The technique and data collection instruments used to collect data for each variable are Likert scale model questionnaire techniques. To see the validity of the questionnaire items tested using product moment correlation. For the Analysis Requirements Test used are Normality Test and Linearity Test. While the Research Hypothesis Test used path analysis with manual systems and computer assistance SPSS for Windows version 20. From the results of the study found: a) there is a positive direct effect between organizational cultures on job satisfaction. b) There is a positive direct influence between organizational cultures on Organizational Climate, c) there is a positive direct influence between organizational cultures on organizational commitment, d) there is a positive direct influence between job satisfactions on organizational commitment, e) there is a positive direct influence between Organizational Climate on commitment organization.

Abstract
This research was conducted to know the effect using media of comic based on CTL toward learning outcomes of third grade students of Private Elementary School of Nurul Hasanah Tembung using the material on the sub-theme "My Rights and Obligations". Type of research was a Quasi-Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample was students of IIIA class as the experiment class and IIIB class as the control class. Based on the posttest data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test, Sig values obtained at 0.000 < 0.05 that meant there were differences in learning outcomes between students who learn using media of comic based on CTL with students who learn without using media of comic based on CTL. Comic based on CTL gave effect by 26.03% to increase learning outcomes of student in the material on the sub-theme "My Rights and Obligations".

Abstract
This study has been done to know the effectiveness of ecology and environment textbook based on science literacy and local potency of north sumatra in improving student science literacy in biology learning process on senior high school. The effectiveness of the text book was based on students learning outcome in aspect of biology as a body of knowledge, biology as a way of investigation, biology as way of thinking and interaction of science, technology and society. The effectiveness testing of the text book was carried out in two senior high schools, namely in Markus senior high school and Free Methodist senior high school.This research was quasi experiment with two classes served as sample which taken by cluster random sampling. The first class (X1) was taught by using conventional biology handbook and the second class (X2) was taught by using ecology and environment textbook that has been developed namely text book based on science literacy and north sumatras local potency. The science literacy of the student was measured by using science literacy test which consisted of essay test, multiple choices test and observation sheet. Data analysis technique was done by using student t test with helping SPSS 22.0 and also by ngain score. The research result showed that n-gain score in the class that using ecology and environment text book was higher (ngain score=0.65) than in the class that using conventional text book (ngain score = 0.4). This result indicated, the text book that has been developed was effective in the improving the science literacy of the students. Student t test result furthermore showed that there was a very significantly differences in student science literacy (tcount=10.45; P=0.001) between class that taught by using ecology and environment textbook based on science literacy and north sumatras local potency ( SD = 79.86 4.21) and the class that be taught by using conventional biology text book ( SD = 68.01 5.71). This result confirmed that textbook based on science literacy and North Sumatras local potency was more effective in increasing the science literacy of the students. This research result recommend the using of ecology and environment text book based on science literacy and north sumatera local potency in the improving of student science literay in biology learning process in senior high school in north sumatera province Indonesia.

Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of Principal Leadership on Achievement Motivation, the influence of School Climate on Achievement Motivation, the influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Work Commitment, the influence of School Climate on Teacher Work Commitment, and the effect of Achievement Motivation on Teacher Work Commitment. This research was conducted in 2019 to state junior high school teachers in Tanjung Morawa sub-district, with a population of 235 teachers. The number of samples determined by Slovin formula obtained 148 teachers, taken with the Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire after being trialed. Validity Test is done by Product Moment Correlation and Reliability test using Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, test requirements analysis, and hypothesis testing using path analysis. Research findings that Principal Leadership has a direct positive effect on Achievement Motivation, School Climate has a direct positive effect on Achievement Motivation, Principal Leadership has a direct positive effect on Teacher Work Commitment, School Climate has a positive direct effect on Work Commitment and Achievement Motivation has a direct effect on Teacher Work Commitment. To increase the Teacher work Commitment can be done by increasing the Principal Leadership, School Climate and Teacher Achievement Motivation.

Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of realistic mathematics approach towards student mathematics problem solving ability; (2) the effect of self-efficacy towards student mathematics problem solving ability; (3) the interaction between realistic mathematics approach and self-efficacy towards student mathematics problem solving ability. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The population research are students of class V-A,V-B and V-C Gracia Sustain Private Elementary School. The sample in this research is class V-A as the control class that consist of 30 students which were taught using the conventional approach and for class V-B for the experimental class which were taught using realistic mathematics approach. The instruments used were: (1) mathematics problem solving test, that was essay test; (2) self-efficacy questionnaire sheet. These instruments had fulfilled the terms of validity and reliability coefficient. The findings of the research showed that: (1) there are effect of realistic mathematics approach towards student mathematics problem solving ability. It is shown by the mathematics problem solving outcomes of students who received the realistic mathematics approach got mean score as 78,37 while the mathematics problem solving outcomes of student who received the conventional approach got mean score as 67,70; (2) based on the results of data calculations can be seen that the mathematics problem solving ability on students who has high self-efficacy got mean score as 79,38 while the mathematics problem solving ability on students who has low self-efficacy got the mean score as 64,18; and (3) the hypothesis result testing showed that there is no interaction between of the use of realistic mathematics approach and self-efficacy towards students mathematics problem solving ability.

Abstract
The aims of this research are to analyze: the difference of the improvement mathematical problem-solving ability between students taught by guided discovery learning with the students taught by direct learning, and the interaction between mathematics learning with students early mathematical abilities on students mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study is quasi experiment study. The population of this study was the 8th grade students of MTsN Stabat. Then, the sample was taken by using random sampling method, with VIII-1 were chosen as experimental 1 class and VIII-2 as experimental 2 class. The experimental 1 class was treated by using guided discovery learning model while the experimental 2 class was by using direct learning model. The result of this study shows that: there is enhancement difference that there is enhancement difference of student mathematical problem-solving ability taught by guided discovery learning and taught by direct learning model, and there is no interaction between the learning model and the initial ability (high, medium, low) on students mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract
The paper describes the perspective of Sambah Manyambah tradition and the attempts to analyze the euphemism such tradition which is mainly found in Minangnese regency and becomes an oral tradition that requires indigenous actors who have indigenous knowledge and expertise in speaking and in using indigenous language. The research method is qualitative descriptive and attempted to obtain the necessary information from informants with observation techniques. The results show that since the actors existence is lack of appreciation today, the tradition undergoes significant changes. therefore, a model of this research will take the euphemism to the tradition has been created and is hopefully accepted by local communities. In here the researcher will get the types of euphemism used in Sambah Manyambah Tradition.

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to find out 1) how it was implemented, 2) constraints, and 3) what are the steps in the constraints of implementing K13 in the Public Junior High School in Percut Sei Tuan District. The study used a combination approach, carried out on 8 state junior high schools in the sub-district, with a sample of 15 PJOK teachers and 15 VII grade students. Data collection techniques were distributed questionnaires to teachers and students, interviews and documents were given to the heads of education, supervisors and 8 Principals of Public Junior High School, which took place from October 2017 to November 2018. Research results 1) Implementation of K13 students obtained context 75.56%, input 76.67%, process 78% and product 72.5%. The teacher obtained a context of 80%, input 79.33%, process 75.33% and product 74.79%, overall results in students 75.87% (good category) and teachers 77.37% (good category). 2) On average 22.88% there are still obstacles; sarpras is not supportive, scientific learning is not appropriate, implementation of k13 has not changed significantly, lack of understanding of the use of e-report cards, learning media is less attractive and assessment applications are still lacking. 3) To overcome this, K13 socialization and training have been carried out thoroughly, K13 in-ment assistance, formation of KKG / MGMP by Principals and report assessment training. Conclusions in this study using CIPP evaluation as a whole 77.37% (good category), but still have to be given more rigorous training and supervision.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of journal writing training on the attitudes and self efficacy of Postgraduate Masters (PPs) students at Yogyakarta State University (UNY) in writing scientific publications in the form of journal articles as a graduation requirement. The method used to achieve the objectives of this research is restrospective causal-comparative design or ex-post facto research (Gay and Airasian, 2011). The population in this study were students of the UNY Postgraduate Masters program. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, with 304 students from 14 Study Programs. Self-efficacy instruments with reliability (0.802) and validity (0.320 - 0.712), while the attitude instruments with reliability (0.895) and validity (0.248 - 0.843). The data analysis technique uses Regression followed by Anova. The results of the study showed that: (1) participation in journal writing training significantly affected the attitudes and facilitation of the students of the Postgraduate Program of the UNY Postgraduate Program that they were able to write scientific publications in the form of Journal articles as graduation requirements. Even being able to contribute effectively reaches 35%. However, the positive attitude of the students of the Postgraduate Program at UNY did not affect their ability to write journals as a graduation requirement.
