Abstract
Management of the Kamojang nature reserve is currently experiencing many obstacles and causing problems. Problems and pressures that occur in the nature reserve area include three elements, namely; Small economic elements, exploitation elements and recreation elements. This study aims to find a communication model that occurs between actors in maintaining and preserving the Kamojang nature reserve area. The Theory of Information Systems for Communicating Environment and collaborative process theory are the references of this study. Qualitative research methods are used to analyze data supplemented with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions as data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in applying the appropriate communication model to be applied in the management of nature reserves, is to use a collaborative communication model between environmental actors including the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, The Natural Resources Conservation Agency as the manager of the Kamojang Nature Reserve, Pertamina Geothermal as a company that utilizes environmental services, environmental activists and the community, so that communication can be established effectively. The results also show that communication cohesiveness can be realized when the Ministry of Environment and Forestry opens space for dialogue with the community, forms collaborative work teams, conducts deliberations and provides access for the public to contribute to conservation of conservation areas.

Abstract
Ramuan antiasma 1 menurunkan kontraksi otot polos trakhea marmut. Ramuan 3 menimbulkan relaksasi paling besar pada otot polos trakhea marmut.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, capital structure and profitability on company value, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study were 25 Consumer Goods Industries that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Purposive sampling method was used with certain criteria. In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The results of this study indicate that partially the independent board of commissioners and capital structure do not affect the value of the company, managerial ownership and profitability affect the value of the company. While simultaneously the independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, capital structure and profitability affect the company value. This is because managers are successful in managing their business well. So the company can compete with other companies and gain maximum profit for the company. Future studies are expected to be able to use different variables or add to the proxy of Good Corporate Governance such as the audit committee, institutional ownership and so on.

Abstract
Smoking habit can lead to oral diseases. Moreover, not many people are aware of the relationship of smoking with potential oral diseases. Micronuclei (MN) count is a promising indicator for the cytotoxic effects of smoking. Our study was aimed at establishing a correlation between the MN counts and oral hygiene index among smoking habits. A total of 62 subjects were examined with smoking habit. Oral mucosal cells were collected from both sides of cheeks, slides were prepared and examined for cells with micronuclei where the presence of micronuclei was assessed under Χ100 magnification. Oral hygiene index is measured by simple instrument screening to assess debris and calculus index of teeth. The results shown that there was no statistically significant correlation between MN and OHI of smoking habits. The null hypothesis that the correlation is zero and not linear is accepted (P 0.61 is greater than the significance determined alpha 0.05) with the correlation value -0.07. There was no correlation between MN and OHI of the smoking, but the genotoxic effects of smoking cause chromosomal damage in the epithelial cells of the oral mucosa and are reflected in the occurrence of micronuclei and the poor of oral hygiene index of smoking.

Abstract
Citrus plants have a high growth response. Therefore, regular fertilization is needed to serve the high growth response. Periodic fertilization is fertilizing which is carried out throughout the year at different intervals according to the needs of the orange plant. One thing that is important in the cultivation of citrus plants is recognizing the need for fertilizers in accordance with the stages of growth of citrus plants. Citrus farmers in Padang Rejo, Jember, East Java, Indonesia have been cultivating oranges for a long time but they still rely on conventional fertilization, which is to wait for rain on the grounds that if accompanied by rainwater, fertilizer will quickly absorb. However, if you wait for the rain to fall then if the time of fertilization has arrived but it does not rain, fertilization will be delayed so that the time of fertilization is not appropriate. Therefore, this paper proposes fertilizer irrigation mobile control for regulating fertilization and watering so that the use of fertilizer and water can be regulated and can be more efficient. So farmers can save on production costs, especially in the purchase of fertilizer and labor costs in watering supervision.

Abstract
The problem of water resources consists of three things the availability, using, and management. This problem is increasingly along with water pollution and climate change. To solve the problem not only needs high level of formal education but also indigenous knowledge that already exists in the community. One of the indigenous knowledge in Besemah-Semende is about water conservation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design with a semi-structured interview to explores the understanding of the Besemah people regarding indigenous knowledge about water resources conservation. The object of research is the Besemah Tribe people who live in three sub-districts in the Semendo region. The study was found that indigenous knowledge of Semende to keep the water resources in two form, that is tebat and tambat aiek. Tebat is natural or artificial temporary basin to collect water reservoir from a mountain spring in the village for irrigating rice fields, raising fish, bathing and even washing clothes. For the sake of maintaining the sustainability of the water in the basin, there are several unwritten regulations regarding the use of tebat, such as not being used to dispose of garbage and dirt, maintaining the source of spate water by keeping the forest around the spring source. Tambat aiek is an indigenous knowledge to keep utilizing the water as long as the water is still flowing(for example from a spring, to the public debate, to the debate to keep fish, to the rice field, to the fish pond to the rice field even to the mini power station and so on). If the water discharge can no longer be used then they will drain it into the river. In order to maintain tebat and tambak aiek, they created a water keeper called the datuk aiek and bubut tebat. Datuk aiek are the custode the flow of water in tambat aiek meanwhile bubut tebat is a way to fixing damaged basin as well as harvesting fish in the basin. To protect tebat from the bad people, they using pamali culture by loading pyrotechnics from elders or pioneers of the establishment of tebat. Abstract
THE VALUES OF ASQ-SYARIAH MAQASHID ON SANCTIONS FOR MUZAKKI AND "DOCUMENT WRITER" OF ZAKAT VIOLATION IN PROVINCE OF NAD Study of Qanun No. 10 of 2007 concerning Baitul Maal. By: Nurdhin Baroroh, S.H.I., M.S.I. Abstract The NAD Qanun (Islamic law) No. 10 of 2007 concerning Baitul Maal is a law which replaces the previous provisions in Qanun No. 7 of 2004 on Zakat Management. Some parts are changed while others are still maintained by this new rule. The provisions related to Muzakki (the islamic tax payer) are the sama by which a Muzzaki, in case they tried to avoid the obligation, will be fined to pay double. Meanwhile the sanction for “the document writer” trying to fake the fact to avid the Zakat payer from paying his/her obligation has been made clear. It is mentioned that the document writer who betrays to his/her mandate will be fined as much as Rp. 3000.000 or at least Rp. 1000.000. What is applied in NAD can be understood as one form of the mandates to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, which becomes the legal basis and constitutional foundation for the implementation of special autonomy in the province; it is also an effort to keep the land of Serambi Mekah as a part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. It is quite interesting to see the implementation of the sanctions in the NAD Qanun No. 10 of 2007 by using the Maqashid Asy-Shariah approach, in other words the purpose of establishing laws in the science of Jurisprudence. The ultimate purpose of the law is the efforts to protect the 5 basic human rights (religion, souls, common sense, offspring and property). By appliying this approach, it will be seen how far the implementation of sanctions can be in harmony with the aspects of basic human right protection, of which the values will not only affect the convicted but also the community where the law applies. Abstract
Mediation in an effort to reconcile the parties in litigation is an obligation before the case is examined. Peace efforts are not only formalities, but must be implemented so that the problems between the two parties meet the solution. The publication of Perma No. 1 in 2016 in the Court is expected to be the first milestone in the effectiveness of peace efforts or mediation in the scope of the judiciary, not only in the theoretical level but also in practice. Mediation is a way of resolving disputes through the negotiation process to obtain agreement from the parties assisted by mediators. Therefore, it is very feasible for the judges of the Religious Courts to realize and carry out the function of "reconciling". Because after all the fairness of the verdict, but it will be better and more just results of peace. The fairest of decisions handed down by judges will be deemed and felt fair by the winning party. As with peace, the results of sincere peace based on mutual agreement from the disputing parties are free from win and lose qualifications. They both win and both lose or win-win solution, so that both parties recover in harmony and brotherhood. Divorce itself means the abolition of marriage with the judges decision or the demands of one of the parties in the marriage. Judging from the aspect of the divorce, divorce is divided into two, first, divorce by the husband, namely divorce committed by the husband against his wife. Second, divorce by the wife is a divorce done by the wife by submitting a divorce request to the Religious Court, divorce cannot occur before the Religious Court officially decides. Resolving disputes is indeed difficult, but that does not mean it is impossible to be realized. The purpose of mediation is to resolve disputes between parties by involving neutral and impartial third parties. Mediation can lead the parties to the realization of a permanent and sustainable peace agreement, considering that dispute resolution through mediation puts both parties in the same position. In the dispute resolution through mediation the benefits are very much, because the parties have reached an agreement that ends the dispute fairly and win-win solution.

The palaces in Cirebon has been established since the 13th century, and still show its existence until now. Then ancient customs and traditions are still practiced until today. The palaces are located along the Java Sea cost and facing northward, which becomes the position maintained by the three palaces. The position of the tombs of the kings is located on Mount Sembung is the north part of the three palaces. There are sacred spaces scattered in various locations outside also within the palace. The sacrality of space and the findings of previous studies show that Palaces in Cirebon have the cosmology perspective within its spatial system. Thus, the aim of this paper is to describe cosmological exploration of the Cirebon palaces. The approach taken is a qualitative method from the findings of previous studies, especially those related to the space system that is formed. Then a dialogue on cosmological theory was conducted. The result of this study is the findings of cosmological results from the location and position of the palaces in Cirebon. The results are expected to give consideration to spatial policy especially for the development of the space in Cirebon.

PT ABC is one of the company that build and operate a coal-fired steam power plant in Komering Agung Village, Gunung Sugih District, Lampung Tengah Regency. Since the power plant has operated in 2014 until now, they do not have a risk management system. Therefore, there are several risk events that cannot be overcome by the company. If the company has implemented risk management, they can find out a list of risk events that will be faced, classify risks that need to be prioritized, and what risks that acceptable according to the companys risk appetite. In this thesis the risk management design is based on ISO 31000: 2018. The discussion of the risk management process starts from the determination of the risk context to the risk assessment. Furthermore, this thesis will discuss about improving the level of risk management maturity using a "Risk Maturity Model" tools which developed by Chapman (2011). This improvement is needed for the company so that the application of risk management becomes more directed. There are five measured dimensions, which are culture, system, experience, training, and managerial of risk management. The results of this study are a description of risk map from 55 identified risks and design activities to improve the risk maturity level for each dimensions until they reach Level 3 (Standard).

Abstract
1. Introduction and research problem Small firms are effective in exploring and recognizing new business opportunities, but are unable to build a strong foundation for exploiting future competitive advantage, whereas large firms are effective at exploiting competitive advantage but are less effective in exploring and recognizing new entrepreneurial opportunities (Ireland et Al., 2003). To be able effectively pursue exploratory & exploitative innovation simultaneously, a strong foundation of strategic resource must be managed, bundled and leveraged (Sirmon & Hitt, 2003; Sirmon et. al., 2007) also known as Strategic Entrepreneurship (SE.). SE. is firm-s capability to exploit current competitive advantage and explore new opportunity for future competitive advantage simultaneously (Hitt et. al., 2011). This research was conducted on real estate firms in Indonesia, which is a sector that makes an important contribution to Indonesias GDP (BPS, 2017). In the past, property industry experienced several severe crises which caused many real estate firms to go bankrupt. Nevertheless, some companies could survive the crisis and even revive. It was believed that the capability of Strategic Entrepreneurship that makes the real estate firms are able to survive. This research will try to find answers to the formulation of the problem of this research, namely how Resource Management affects explorative innovation and exploitative innovation, and whether explorative and exploitative innovation or their integration affect firm-s performance. 2. Methods This research is a quantitative research, with analysis unit is real estate firms in Indonesia. The respondent is individual who presents the firms. The time for the survey was approximately 4 months; June - September 2016. Four latent variables are used in this theoretical model. One dependent latent variable is firm-s performance and 3 independent latent variables are resource management, exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Six hyphotesis were constructed (H1 – H6). The questionnaires were then analysed as follow; first, factor analysis, which is the process of grouping latent variables formed by a number of operational questions, followed by bivariate correlation analysis to examine the relationship between latent variables (H1 – H4). The next stage will be inferential analysis in the form of multiple regression and overall model analysis using the seemingly causal model (SCM) method to examine the causal relationship of several variables according to the hypothesis developed (H5 – H6). All stages of the analysis above will use e-views software. 3. Results and findings From 250 questionnaires distributed, 56 proper questionnaires (24%) returned. Results of bivariate correlation analysis show that data support the hypothesis H1 – H4 at the significance level : 0.01. Next, the result based on the statistical test F : F0 = 33,0603 with df = (3.50) and the val

Abstract
Smart Irrigation as one of the implementations of the Internet of Things (IoT) in agriculture aims to control and monitor water supply in accordance to crop needs. The control system is designed using the Arduino Nano platform and the soil moisture sensor YL 69. The accuracy of the sensor is very influential on the performance of the control system, so that sensor calibration is done before it is applied to smart irrigation. The calibration method used in this research is the Grafimetric Water Content method. The media used in calibration is a mixture of soil and sand as much as 5% of the soil. Water weighed 4,71% from soil weight added to increase soil moisture level in callibration process. Based on the calibration results obtained from the sensor reading 201 shows 18.31% of soil moisture in dry soil. With nine times of water addition to soil obtained soil saturation point to water with sensor reading 633 which shows result 61,91% of soil moisture. The experimental results show the polynomial curve of order 3.

Abstract
Soft skills are very important for students as their provision to enter the workforce. However, the percentage of soft skills in higher education curriculum is only around ten per cent. The study aims to determine the application of integrated soft skills in improving student soft skills and the obstacles encountered. This research is a classroom action research consisting of four components, namely: planning, action, monitoring, and reflection. The results showed that the application of integrated soft skills in general psychology learning had a positive impact on improving the quality of student soft skills. The obstacles faced in the implementation of integrated soft skills are located in the lecturers and students. For lecturers, the obstacle faced lies in the difficulty of controlling student soft skills more accurately at every meeting. As for the obstacles students are caused by their lack of attention when an explanation and review of student soft skills.

Abstract
Further study to simplify the modeling of pebble bed high temperature reactor core (HTR) has been widely developed before. From last calculation on actual fueled pebble to dummy ratio, 57:43, some variation of TRISO unit and Pebble unit is modelled to achieve its first criticality configuration. In this paper, some model that use 27000 pebble with 57:43 ratio and 100% fueled pebble is created to be used on burnup calculation se we could compare its K-EFF and nuclide inventory of it. From this burnup calculation, we could see that SC TRISO unit gives us faster calculation time followed by HCP TRISO unit and then FCC TRISO unit. On the other hand, BCC pebble unit had some consistent deviation from other pebble unit, and we need more study to know the reason behind it. It could be seen that if there are some dummy pebbles inside the reactor, then the deviation would be higher than if there is just fueled pebble inside reactor. On 57:43 ratio, absolute average deviation of K-EFF on burnup calculation is lower than 2% and 10% for nuclide inventory (mass). On 100% fueled pebble, its below 0.15% on K-EFF absolute deviation and below 8% on nuclide inventory deviation.

Abstract
The implementation of scientific approach on English language teaching faces its challenges due to the nature of English language teaching as a foreign language. The use of Textbooks prepared by the education ministry is expected to be able to provide effectiveness and flexibility of the teaching to achieve the learning goals. The principles of reflective teaching cannot be seperated from the process of English language teaching. This study is aimed at evaluating the Textbooks freely provided by the ministry of education, so called BSE. A content analysis study was done to see the implentation of reflective teaching in the textbooks. The principles of reflective teaching and the foreign language teaching and learning are considered on the Textbooks. The Textbooks evaluated were English Textbooks for grade 7, 8, and 9. The findings present the surface level of reflective teaching. The reflective process are both in the middle of the book and the end of the book. The reflection is move on the students evaluation of their learning materials achievement and less on their character building aspect. The results of the study are expected to be the Textbooks evaluation for the betterment of the books and so with the English teaching and learning process.

Abstract
Liquid metal cooled fast reactor is a reactor that included in the Generation IV reactor. Some liquid metal that has been used as fast reactor coolant are sodium (Na), Pb, and Pb-Bi. Based on several studies, Pb-based coolant shows better neutronic performance than Na. Currently, there are many studies related to the utilization of Pb208, which is one of the Pb stable isotopes as a coolant material. It is due to Pb208 has the lowest neutron absorption cross-section value among other stable Pb isotopes even compared to Pbnatural. Using pb208 isotope as a coolant can increase the k-eff value compared to natural Pb. In this research, a neutronic performance comparison between Pbnat and Pb208 coolant will be performed in a fast reactor with modified CANDLE burnup scheme. A reactor with a modified CANDLE burnup scheme could directly use natural uranium as fuel. The neutronic calculation performed using the SRAC2006 program. The utilization of liquid Pb208 as coolant can achieved the highest k-eff value among all coolant materials. Hence, the used of excellent coolant material in a reactor with a modified CANDLE burnup scheme is expected to has a superior neutron economy.

Abstract
Smoking a detrimental activity for health, warning of the dangers of smoking is done in various ways. Changing health warning images (Pictorial Health Warning) on each pack of cigarettes does not affect the number of smokers. Smokers in Indonesia in 2018 reached 60 million and 70 percent of them the were poor and children. How do family conditions and environment affect smoking behavior? Using a survey method in 7 working areas of the Puskesmas in Magelang District a proportional random sampling was obtained by 315 respondents. The results showed there were 68 percent of people smoking with an early age of smoking 12 years (78%). Costs incurred for cigarette shopping reached Rp. 6,000 to Rp. 50,000 per day. The Family and environmental conditions are described by smokers in the home environment. Analysis of the Kruskal Wallis difference test on the behavior of smokers in the puskesmas area showed p> 00 meaning that there was no difference in the smoking behavior of the Puskesmas working area. nalysis of the regression test between variables showed that family and environmental conditions significantly affected respondents smoking behavior p> 0.05. Mother or womans rejection of her husbands smoking behavior is very weak but is more dominant towards children before working age. The control over determining the location of smoking inside the house is strong, but it is loose on guests by reason of respect for others. The power theory of men determines family conditions and smoking behavior towards him and other family members. Realization of the existence of smoking cessation clinics is needed in the health center and other places that are easily accessible.

Abstract
The quality of herbal ingredients can be well recognized by the public by inhaling the aroma of herbal plants directly. By knowing the aroma, it can be known the types of herbal ingredients. Based on this, it can be detected according to the aroma of herbs. The herbal ingredients used in this study were temulawak, temumangga and temuireng. Data retrieval of herbal ingredients is done by using an electronic nose. Samples in the form of scents that are captured by the electronic nose system will be processed to form a pattern of changes in the voltage of each sensor used. The electronic nose system used consists of raspberries and sensors TGS2600 and MQ5 which produce data output in the form of voltage data. The output is then classified using support vector machine. The results showed that the support vector machine can classify types of herbal ingredients based on their aroma with an accuracy of 90%.
