Abstract
Purple sweet potato has been widely known in the community due to the easiness of cultivation and has a good taste. Purple sweet potato is commonly consumed as daily food as it can be a source of carbohydrates and energy. Other benefits that can be found from the consumption of purple sweet potato are antioxidant effects and also a source of vitamins and fiber. This can be the fundamental reasoning for the development of purple sweet potato water extract as a supplement that can be consumed during pregnancy. This research was conducted to observe the effect of purple sweet potato extract supplementation during pregnancy on body weight of pregnant mice (Mus musculus). This research was an experimental study with completely randomized design. Thirty pregnant mice were divided into 3 groups: control group, intervention of purple sweet potato water extract dose of 60mg/g BW group, and intervention of purple sweet potato water extract intervention dose of 120mg/g BB. The extract was given from the 6th day until the 18th day. During the study, the mice were weighed and weight gain was calculated. Statistical analysis was performed on data obtained through the ANNOVA test to see the significance of the treatment. The average body weight of mice was found greatest in the purple sweet potato water extract at a dose of 120 mg/g BW and the smallest in the control group. From statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in the mean body weight between groups (p> 0.05). Abstract
Cigarette residues can accumulate in semen and sperm thereby reducing sperm quality and causing infertility in men. Meanwhile, lycopene in tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) is an antioxidant that has protective mechanism against oxidative stress, acts as an anti-lipid peroxidation, and involves in regulating gene function through non-oxidative mechanisms. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of tomato juice administration in improving sperm quality in mice exposed to third-hand smoke. This research was experimental study with a completely randomized design. Seventeen adult male mice (8-10 weeks in age, 35-40 g in weight) were randomly divided into three groups, the control group (C) and two treatment groups (T). Treatment group 1 (T1) was exposed to tertiary cigarette smoke for 14 days and treatment group 2 (T2) was exposed to tertiary cigarette smoke and received tomato juice for 14 days. After the treatment period completed, the animal was sacrificed by cervical dislocation. Spermatozoa were taken from the cauda epididymis, sperm quality examination was done immediately. Parameters measured in sperm quality examination were number, morphology, and motility of the spermatozoa. The results showed that number of the sperm in T1 tended to be lower than that in the control group and T 2, but this difference did not differ significantly (p> 0.05). While abnormal sperm morphology in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05). These results indicate that tomato juice has potential in improving sperm quality.

Abstract
Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola have been reported to have high lipid content and are potential to be used as an alternative source of bioenergy precursor compounds. However, to obtain a high biomass and lipid with autotropic cultivation condition is still a challenge therefore other cultivation condition such as photoheterotropic need to be explored. In addition, the influence of cultivation conditions on the production of biomass and lipid for diatomic microalgae, especially Navicula salinicola, is still rare explored. This study aims to analyze the effect of organic carbon sources namely sugarcane addition on the production of biomass and lipid of Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola. Analysis of biomass concentrations is evaluated by measuring dry cell weight (DCW), while lipid concentrations is evaluated by measuring total lipid levels from the extraction results using the Folch method. Lipid concentrations is calculated based on total lipid levels and biomass concentration obtained. The profile of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) is analysed by using GC-MS. Based on the results of this study, it was observed that addition of sugarcane as an organic carbon source has increased the biomass production in Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola by 50.10% and 69.40% respectively than those are cultivated without the addition of sugarcane. Similarly, the addition of sugarcane has been showed to induced lipid accumulation in Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola by 34,45% and 25,51% respectively compared to those are cultivated with carbon source from the air. On the other hand, the addition of sugarcane as an organic carbon has decreased the variations of fatty acid in Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola by 3 and 4 types respectively than those are cultivated without the addition of sugarcane. The addition of sugarcane can suppress the variations of fatty acids in Chlorella vulgaris and Navicula salinicola but it stimulates the synthesis of palmitic acid (C16:0) which has potential to be applied to the biodiesel industry.

Abstract
Phycocyanin is the main pigment in Spirulina platensis which is reported has potential to be used as a natural inhibitor for α-amylase and α-glucosidase. The pigment can effectively treat type-2 diabetes mellitus by lowering blood glucose. However, molecular interactions between phycocyanin and the two enzymes are less studied. In this study, an in silico study through molecular docking simulation was carried out to predict the molecular interactions of phycocyanin and both of α-amylase and α-glucosidase. In vitro evaluation of phycocyanin as an anti-diabetic is determined through the inhibitory activity of phycocyanin against α-amylase derived from human saliva. Storage stability in three conditions was evaluated in its application as a functional supplement. Docking simulations between phycocyanin and acarbose as commercial drugs with α-amylase and α-glucosidase enzymes were performed using the AutoDock Tools program. Determination of inhibitory activity was carried out using the FUWA method, while the measurement of absorption values with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Storage stability study was performed on solid and solutions-stated of phycocyanin at three different conditions, namely dark conditions at -4°C, dark conditions at room temperature, and bright conditions at room temperature. The stability was determined by measuring the absorption values at λ620 and λ652 using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Molecular docking simulations show that phycocyanin, inhibits by binding to the active site of the enzyme, causing disruption of the attachment of the substrate to the enzyme. The simulation indicates that phycocyanin has potency to be used as a candidate for anti-diabetic natural therapy agents. An in vitro inhibition activity test showed that phycocyanin inhibits α-amylase from human saliva at average 50.13%. Storage stability tests showed that the concentration of phycocyanin in the form of solutions and solids, was stable for seven days of testing under conditions of dark storage and low temperatures.

Abstract
Gas detection is crucial, especially with regard to environmental pollution. Air pollution by toxic gases impacts not only on the contamination of the air itself, but also causes damage to the soil and water. Therefore, early prevention of environmental pollution issues becomes an urgent necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to build a reliable gas detector based on functional materials, such as magnetite or zincite. However, preparing well-structured materials for gas sensing purposes is a challengeable task for many scientists and engineers. In this study, we synthesis the nano-sized cobalt-doped magnetite particles which were reinforced with micron-sized zincite. The composites were subjected to crystal structure characterization. We also discussed the theoretical basis for the composites as the possible gas sensing materials.

Abstract
The slum area has characteristics such as dense population, living in riverbank, and migrant people dominance and this condition was become challenges to the government of Yogyakarta to fulfill the national goals to declare “stop open defecation” in 2019. The study aimed is to explore the implementation of a CLTS program in urban slums setting. We undertake a qualitative method with a case study design through 16 in-depth interviewees. We selected local government staff and slum dwellers as participants. CLTS Cadres state slum dweller no longer to practice open defecation free, because the governments provide toilet in each lowest administrative division (RT). However, the observation shows some toilets have some problems including no final disposal facilities including septic tank and communal wastewater treatment plant. Furthermore, slum dwellers felt uncomfortable about septic tank next to their house and could not reach the communal wastewater treatment plant due to the difficulty of dense house, higher slope area. The dweller decided to flow disposal directly to the river. The declaration success to force society to maintain their behavior to stop open defecation. However, this program requires the government to collaborate with slum NGOs, Academic Institutions and CBO-s in terms of establishing civil society.

Abstract. The use of moringa leaves and coconut shell liquid smoke in the form of flour as an antioxidant in Balinese beef has been carried out to see changes in the functional properties of fresh meat during aging. One of the roles of antioxidants is to inhibit protein oxidation in meat during cold storage. The combination of moringa leaf flour and smoked flour as an antioxidant is used in the form of marination in the muscles of Pectoralis profundus during maturation at a temperature of 2-50 C for eight days. Maturation will improve the functional properties of meat that have an impact on improving the quality of fresh meat. This study used six male Bali cattle aged three years old from the MBC (Maiwa Breeding Center) in Enrekang and slaughtered at the Faculty of Animal Science Hasanuddin University. Pectoralis profundus muscle was dissected from the carcass after rigor mortis. Antioxidants used are 100% Moringa leaf flour and 20% smoke flour concentration. The experimental design used was a complete design with a 3 x 5 factorial pattern where factor 1: ratio of moringa leaf flour: smoked flour :; 25%: 75%, 75%: 25%, and 50%: 50%, factor 2: maturation time; 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 days. The parameters observed were pH, water holding capacity (DIA), breaking power of cooked meat (DPDM), and cooking shrinkage (SM) after the meat was cooked at 800 C for 30 minutes. The results of the study showed the ratio of Moringa leaf flour: smoked flour produces the values of the four parameters more or less the same even though there was a tendency of the ratio of 75: 25% better. While the maturation time produced the lowest pH on the sixth day, the highest DIA, the lowest DPDM, and BC on the second day. It can be concluded that maturation time improved the functional properties of Bali beef while the ratio of moringa leaf flour to smoked flour has not been able to improve the functional properties of Bali Beef.

Renewal in the Muslim world, still leaves problems in gender relations. Not a few, some reforms have actually reduced the role of women only in the domestic sphere. This research looks at the model of reading gender discourse developing in Muhammadiyah, which is known as a reformed organization in Indonesia. This study uses discourse analysis to reconstruct the gender discourse that developed in Muhammadiyah in the form of decisions, policies and ijtihad methode used by this organization. From this study it was found that Muhammadiyah was very appreciative of gender equality rights. This is because Muhammadiyah has a progressive-critical reading, emphasizing ijtihad as a way to parse the problem, not leaving the problem to the results of past ulama ijtihad; not accepting the dalil daeef (weak proposition) to be practiced, which in general is considered to be very misogeneous; not stop at the textual domain, but the interconnection between text and context

Abstract
Abstract. Building a true culture requires a mature approach. Reading culture through the School Literacy Movement in its implementation has not run as expected. Reading 15 minutes of textbooks is not a solution in building a culture of reading and writing, because students are generally interested in reading as they wish, not based on material determined by the teacher. One of the UN s sustainable development agendas is to build quality education, so that the maximum and effective realization of the Literacy Movement Program is able to realize the development agenda for the benefit of people and planet earth. This research aims to create innovation in literacy culture in schools. The research method is descriptive qualitative with case study design. The results show that the First Availability of books is not able to accommodate the development of reading culture in Southeast Sulawesi, the Second Orientation of School Literacy Movement which is fixated on reading books is also an obstacle to building student literacy skills, and Third Emphasis on the portion of time does not build awareness of literacy. Based on the results, it is concluded that the school literacy movement has not run in accordance with the expected goals.

Abstract
Staphylococcus aureus is a bacterial pathogen that causes bacteremia and infections in several organs of the body as well as infections that are transmitted through medical equipment. In the case of bacterial infections, the data shows an increase in the amount of resistance and changes in the spectrum of disease. This study aims to evaluate the activity of the ethyl hexane fraction of landep leaves ethanol extract against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The method used is an experimental method where the ethyl hexane fraction of landep leaves ethanol extract was tested on 5 groups of mice at a dose of 0.3 mg /kg; 0.6 mg /kg; 1.2 mg /kg; 2.4 mg /kg and 4.8 mg /kg. We are using NaCl as a negative control group and Amoxicillin 500 mg/kg as positive control group. Intravenous fluids from mice that have been treated are cultured on agar media and counted bacterial colonies. The results showed that the fraction of landep leaves gave an antibacterial effect at a dose of 2.4 mg / kg BW and 4.8 mg / kg BW but it was not significant compared to Amoxicillin administration

Abstract
Godly children are not born but are formed by the process of education from an early age. One of the main subjects in childrens character education is fiqh. Fiqh is needed to understand children about Islamic law. Because the object of fiqh is adults, fiqh tends to be taught to school-aged children, especially middle and upper, both informal and non-formal schools (Islamic boarding schools). Though it would be better if the concepts of fiqh were taught and practiced early on. Also, the concepts offered in fiqh can be used as a basis in the process of shaping the character of children. Although the age of the child is not yet entering adulthood (mumayiz) and does not yet have an obligation to implement the laws in Islam, the child must have prepared an understanding up to his amaliyah. In this research, several character values that can be developed through fiqh of childrens education have been found, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, independent, curiosity, communicative, environmental care, social care, and responsibility. The application of fiqh laws in daily life must be practiced as best as possible to increase the value of childrens religiosity so that human character is formed.

Abstract
The realization that trust is a very important factor in interpersonal and social relations has attracted the interest of many researchers. However, to fully understand the process of trusting others, it is important to do a deeper exploration of the reasons underlying trust in others. This study aims to understand the supporting factors and inhibitors of trust in others. Using the phenomenological qualitative approach, data were obtained using an online form containing life experiences reflections obtained from 577 participants. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis using the NVivo 12 Pro Edition NVT12-LZ000-AAK20-HGCTZ-Y99W1. The results of the study reveal that the supporting factors of trust in others are personal experiences being treated well by others or doing good to others, beliefs about human nature that is basically good, and witnessing the other-s kindness. The inhibiting factors in trusting others are personal experiences being treated badly by others, witnessing the bad side of others, and having the belief that human beings are basically bad. To increase trust in fellows, participation is needed in the form of role models in family life, the habits formation that reflect life experiences and proportional information management in displaying the good and evil side of human beings.

Abstract
This paper discusses language acquisition developed through a two-years-old female toddler given initial AJS, who raised in a particular bilingual family consists of her biological parents and a babysitter, along with occasional help from her grandparents in nurturing. In this case, Psycholinguistics as a hybrid of Psychology and Linguistics aim to identify psychological and non-psychological factors regulating the process. The linguistic evidence focused on a list of one-word utterances such as terms of addressing, nouns, verbs, and adjectives consists of vocals and consonants considered as the most frequently spoken by AJS, thus viewed in phonological manner. To recognize how a toddler builds her cognitive development examined through her utterance serves as the purpose of this research. Qualitative method with the case-study approach used with transcription of observation applied as data collection. As a result, AJS can pronounce vocal sounds better than consonants, and is easier to speak terms of addressing and nouns than verbs and adjectives. Overall, language acquisition on AJS shows that language has biologically innated in human, yet develops in cognitive instrument, with social factors related required to form acceptability of its meaning.

Abstract
Determination of effective and efficient waste transportation routes and appropriate systems in optimizing waste transportation costs. In Tembalang District there is still a pile of garbage in the landfill, this is because the transportation of waste is less effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the waste transportation system from the waste point at the garbage dumb then sent to the landfill using genetic algorithm methods, which is known as a concept to determine the best route for garbage transportation vehicles. The results of this study are to obtain a model of waste transportation system that can be applied in an effective and efficient route collection application. The results obtained in Tembalang sub-district with the distance of the route is 17.90 km with a travel time of 49 minutes. Compared to the standard used by the Sanitation Department for Landscaping, the route is 18.20 km, the travel time is 1.15 hours. The collection distance is short and determines the minimum number of vehicles needed for garbage collection to become node waste in the city of Semarang.
