Abstract
This study aimed to determine the factors of production that influence the increased of production of male ducks in Jember Regency. The reasearch method used was survey with 30 respondents that took by purposive random sampling. The data result were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis showed Y= -6.020852 - 0.011653X1 + 0.988392X2 - 0.026411X3 + 0.028399X4 - 0.002938X5 -0.021354X6 + 1.025319X7 + 0.055929X8 + μ. That equation means that each increased in production male ducks was influenced by X1 (Day Old Duck) equal to - 0.011653, X2 (body weight) equal to 0.988392, X3 (cage density) equal to -0.02641, X4 (mortality) equal to -0.028399, X5 (OVAC:medicines, vitamins, and vaccines) equal to 0.002938, X6 (feed) equal to 0.021354, X7 (labor) equal to 1.025319, X8 (growth age) equal to -0.055929. The result of F-test showed that growth weight (X2), mortality density (X4), and labor (X7) variabels has significant. Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.99%, the produkction of male ducks is explained by the variabels in the study, while 0,1% was explained by variables outside the study.

Abstract
Solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) appropriate to solve packaging leakage and expansion volume in lithium-ion battery systems. Evaluation of electrochemical performance of SPE consisted of mixture lithium salt, solid plasticizer, and polymer precursor with different ratio. Impedance spectroscopy was used to investigate ionic conduction and dielectric response lithium bis(trifluoromethane)sulfony imide (LiTFSI) salt, and additive succinonitrile (SCN) plasticizer. The result showing enhanced high ionic conductivity. In half-cell configurations, wide electrochemical stability window of the SPE has been tested. Have stability window at room temperature, indicating great potential of SPE for application in lithium ion batteries. Additive SCN contribute to forming pores that make it easier for the li ion to move from the anode to the cathode and vice versa for better perform SPE. Pore of SPE has been charaterization with FE-SEM. Additive 5% w.t SCN shows the best ionic conductivity with 4.2 volt wide stability window and pretty much invisible pores.

Abstract
One of the local wisdoms at Kadhia Liya indigenous people in Wakatobi district is a traditional conservation of Boronang fish management. They know the baw laying season which occurs around the Sempo Bridge in Liya Mawi village. Through their local wisdom, they can protect the lalo-a season or through the fish stocks in the Wakatobi community. This research was conducted using an ethnographic approach, so that data collection and processing is carried out with ethnographic principles. Data collection was carried out to understand how the perspective of the local community in seeing the journey of the boronang passing through the customary territory of Kadhia Liya. The results of this study indicate that there is a fish management did by Liya people when fish migrating in the Sempo area. Liya people forbid fishing when fishes have not laid eggs yet. The Liya people know the date of each year and the natural signs when fishes have eggs so that they can protect boronang fish pass or come in their customary territory. As a result of this conservation concept, the Liya people have a lot of boronang fishes each year, because their area is a safe place for spawning boronang fish. They also give sanctions to the people who disrupt the laying period of boronang fish, and the Liya people will release boronang fish that still have eggs in their stomachs. They will wait until the fish have laid eggs before they can be caught.

Abstract
Indonesia as a multicultural country consists of various tribes, races, religions, languages, customs, regions and various other differences. This diversity provides strengths as well as weaknesses, attractiveness as well as repulsion. Multiculturalism will be a reinforcer and attraction if a nation state manages to manage that difference. Conversely multiculturalism will be a weakness for a nation state, if diversity is mixed with political loyalty (election). This economy is illustrated very strongly in political competition in post-reform Indonesia, the elections that took place in the reform era were increasingly characterized by the priority of native sons, the exclusion of immigrants, religious and ethnic minorities. In the 2019 Presidential Election, political primordialism became a selling point for politicians to win the battle that almost broke the unity defense of Indonesia which was declared by Indonesian youth on October 28, 1928. In a nation state, strengthening primordialism in politics in addition to distorting democratic principles would also be a threat to the integrity of Indonesia nation state.

Abstract
The growth of technology-based business incubators in various universities in Indonesia is considered very sporadic. It is still very rarely found, but in reality, this is very necessary. Considering the importance of universities to produce quality graduates who are able to create their own jobs by having an entrepreneurial spirit and having the maximum ability in that field, it is very much echoed and promoted. Technology-based business incubators have the vision to produce many new companies that are defined as New Technology-Based Companies (NTBF). The university is expected to have a big role to realize that hope. The results of observations and explorations with the quality method in this study are some of the logical efforts decided by the tertiary institution to support this research statement. Get a new definition and see what important things must be formed in developing a system on a technology-based business incubator model, so as to produce several important indicators, such as: technology adaptation, company characteristics; ability of innovation and technological transformation; new market orientation, sales and employment growth, and efforts to create sustainable businesses so that they can later be used to develop technology-based business incubators at the university level.

Abstract
This article delivers the application of magnetorheological elastomers (MREs) as a variable stiffness of surround in a loudspeaker. Firstly, the existing surround was replaced by a set of variable stiffness absorber featuring an MREs. In the preliminary stage, the magnetic circuit absorber was evaluated through simulation work. Then, the simulation using the finite element method magnetic (FEMM) was con- ducted to predict the performance of MREs. The applied currents were varied from 0 to 1.5 A with an interval of 0.25 A. Later, the average magnetic flux density obtained from the simulation was used for estimating shear storage modulus and shear loss modulus which taken from actual experimental data. The stiffness obtained by processing shear storage modulus and shear loss modulus with analytical calculation method. Therefore, the performance of MREs could be evaluated. The suspension system MREs which has investigated have good performance, i.e., has a wide range of stiffness.

Abstract
The battery state of charge and energy consumption are two parameters which are characterized by the usage of an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV). Those two parameters should be simulated in order to design the EREV properly according to different design needs, therefore a simulation method is needed. This work tries to establish a simulation method for the simulation of EREV battery state of charge and energy consumption. The EREV propulsion system modeling required for the simulation method are obtained from the general and electric vehicle engineering. Driving cycle data is also involved in the simulation. After the simulation method has been established, this work also validates the established simulation method with two validation methods. The validation step shows that the established simulation method is able to produce satisfying energy consumption simulation results. However, this simulation method needs to be provided with data and modeling, which comply with the simulated EREV, in order to produce a more satisfying battery state of charge simulation result. This work offers an initial perspective of EREV simulation, especially for the battery state of charge and energy consumption. The established simulation method can hopefully contribute to the design process of EREVs in the future.

Abstract
Cockroft-Walton (CW) is a voltage multiplier (VM) circuit with an alternating current (AC) input to generate a direct current (DC) output. The CW circuit consists of several stages. Each stage, there are two diodes and capacitors to shift the AC input to be DC output. The maximum output of CW is the multiplication of two and number of stages, then the multiplied result times the peak voltage of AC input to obtain the DC voltage. However, the DC output contains ripple voltage. Therefore, the work within this study discusses five stages CWVM to ensure that it can effective as a power supply for the electric vehicle. We develop CWVM with the output of the multiplication between two and input peak voltage. To reduce the ripple voltage, we implement a capacitor filter in the simulation for verifying the results. Also, we simulate the output voltage by considering the results for each stage. The results indicate that the developed CWVM is reasonable to be a power supply for the electric vehicle.

Abstract
This research embarks from the authors experience and public grievance on costly food and beverage sold by food and beverage outlets in Kalimantan Major (KM) Airport. Even for urbanites, price offered by the outlets is noticeably expensive than those sold in the down-town outlets, moreover for countryside people, the price is not really friendly. The research aims to know and understand the rationale of rent cost determination suspected to the main contributor of food and beverage being expensive. Qualitative approach is employed to understand this case more clearly with case study research strategy. On-site observation revealed that most tenants won the bidding of food and beverage outlets are established entrepreneurs that have strategic information on business prospects in KM Airport, chain business entities that have nationally and internationally network. It is hardly found ordinary entrepreneurs being tenants of food and beverage outlets because of the high cost rent offered. Not surprisingly, the tenants then push the high cost on customers. These circumstances have caused KM Airport, owned by state, seems loses its direction to maintain the equilibrium between the public-service entity and profit-oriented entity, for example the absence of drinking fountain has forced the airport users to buy water in the outlet that the price is double. KM Airport also has not set structure or percentage of the tenants, from categories: micro / small, established, national chain and international chain entities. Without affirmative policy, it is hardly to find a balanced model of business that is profit driven, while at the same time has strong commitment to serve its customers with public service standards and affordable prices of food and beverage. The contribution of this study is to offer a balanced model of business in the context of airports operated in developing countries where its users come from multiple strata.
