Abstract

Abstract
The development of transportation in the 4.0 industry is growing rapidly, especially the development of automotive transportation. One of the developing automotive transportation is a motorcycle. motorcycle has several systems, one system on a motorcycle transportation, namely: the chassis system. The chassis system (frame) on a vehicle is one of the most important components in a vehicle. Simple maintenance can be one of the causes of damage or corrosion of the framework of the chassis system. How to properly care for a motorcycle can be obtained through training or learning. Training and learning can be obtained by attending a vocational school majoring in Motorcycle Business Engineering. The Department of Motorcycle Business Engineering provides learning in various fields of both maintenance and repair. Learning in schools can not be separated from the grading system so it needs an appropriate grading system. One of the assessments that are suitable for learning the care of the chassis system is authentic assessment. Authentic assessment in schools needs to be developed so that graduates can meet the demands of the business world and the industrial world. Authentic assessment is an assessment of real of cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects. The development of authentic assessment of the care of the chassis system through stages: the preparation of a grid of questions that are adjusted to competence in the cognitive aspects, the preparation of worksheets and assessment rubrics on the psychomotor aspects. Research on the development of an authentic assessment of the periodic maintenance of the chassis system produces 28 questions for cognitive aspects with a reliability value of 0.91, and produces 26 work steps of psychomotor aspects with a reliability value of 0.76.

Abstract
Field Oriented Control in PMSM needs accurate angle information to generate maximum torque and less ripple. However, many economic PMSM motors are only equipped with hall sensors which have up to 60 degrees error. In some applications where continuous torque is necessary, angle error will lead the motor into stall condition or even stopped rotating. A state observer is proposed to improve FOC control performance by reducing angle error from Hall sensors. Current and voltage input of the motor is used as information to predict the rotor angle. Computer simulation has been done using PSIM(TM), and the simulation result shows a significant improvement on the performance indicated by less torque ripple.

The Draft for Criminal Law Book in Indonesia, some time ago reaped a polemic and controversy so that the implications of overflowing students held a demonstration in front of the Republic of Indonesia Parliament. The students rejected the New Criminal Code Draft. This paper tries to diagnose the polemic surrounding the New Criminal Code Draft. The approach of this paper is a philosophical approach regarding the legal values that become polemic that announce the New Criminal Code Draft. According to the author, the debate about the Criminal Code Draft should return to the vertex of the cultural values of the Indonesian nations law, which manifests in elements called criminal acts. The vertex of the values of legal culture is to return to the religious values of this nation, as stated in the basic principle of this country namely Pancasila, which in the first principle stipulates the Godhead of the Almighty. That is, the debate on the Draft of the Criminal Code should stop at a vertex when the so-called offense or the crime itself refers to the cultural values of the law that adopt this nations religiosity

Data collection techniques in this reasearch used tests and observations. The results of reasearch through descriptive analysis obtained an average of N-Gain in experimental class 56.85 with a maximum value is 92.00 and a minimum value is 19.57 this result interpretation is quite effective and average of N-Gain in control class is 36.25 with a maximum value is 72.58 and a minimum value is 7.41 are included in the ineffective interpretation. Inferential analysis through parametric statistics with Independent Sample T Test shows the value of 1/2sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <α (0,05) and tcount = 5,032 ≥ ttable = 2,000 so H0 is rejected. Abstract
The weakness of character content in the development of education in Indonesia today has an impact on various aspects and our lives. Basically, education is the earlier part of efforts to establish human identity and makes him better, honest, and dignified, in fact only be at the level of concepts and ideals. The outcomes of education cannot provide educational impact much better, either personally or collectively, particularly related to attitude and mentality of this nation which are still terms with corruption, dishonesty, fight, and other social vices. Based on the International transparency data in 2009, Indonesia was in the first position of the most corrupt countries in Southeast Asia, while the result of the survey that also reported by International Transparency 2011 to 2013, Indonesia has included the top ten most corrupt countries in the world, whereas the data in 2009, Indonesia still ranks 111 out of 180 countries. This indicates that our country is still a very fragile country of aspect of integrity education, lack of honesty and responsibility. Classifying the parties involved in several cases of corruption, in fact most of them actually have a higher education, or higher education outcomes. Obviously this condition is very counter-productive to the purpose of education both philosophically and according to Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System, which is the outline of the nation wants to generate the nation generations who are good character, honest, smart, independent, creative, responsible, and democratic.
