Abstract
Data exchange is a inevitable issue in this digital age. Especially data in cloud system. The data must be secured so as not to be abused by people who are not entitled to. Algorithms to secure data is already widely known. It would be more secure if data security combines at least two algorithms for Cryptography. The goal is to strengthen the results of the data encryption in case will be hacked unauthorized people. This research will incorporate two Cryptographic Algorithms, namely AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and Twofish with 256 bit key generated by the HASH function SHA 256. This new algorithm will give more security to the data uploaded or downloaded in Cloud system.

Related to the Indonesian National Army (Tentara Nasional Indonesia/TNI) in combating terrorism in Indonesia must be based on operational reasons. Throughout the history of combating terrorism in Indonesia. The role and invitation of the TNI is also regulated in statutory regulations, including TNI Law No. 34 of 2004, as part of the main task of military operations other than war (OMSP). In its development, the modus operandi of terrorism is increasingly diverse, including hostage taking, large-scale terror attacks or acts of terrorism as part of a rebellion campaign involving territorial control and the use of force complemented by arrangements conducted in the Middle East and the Philippines. In these scenarios, the state can utilize the anti-terror qualifications required by units in accordance with military command and other units required. TNI Operations in the context of overcoming acts of terrorism are needed to initiate, take action and improve. Monitoring, prevent early, early detection to action. So everything will be done in one Military Operations Activity Other Than War. The involvement of the TNI in combating terrorism depends on the scale or level of danger arising from every act of terror. That is, Joint special operations command (Koopsusgab) will only be held through special operations to carry out high-level terrorist acts. This engagement is understood based on an understanding of terrorism cannot be accepted only as a follow-up to freedom. The threat of terrorism must also be seen as a threat to the defense of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract
Service quality is the main focus of modern healthcare; which purpose is to improve patient satisfaction. To improve service quality, it is essential to perform service quality evaluation. One of the most commonly used models for service quality is the SERVQUAL model. Nevertheless, SERVQUAL alone cannot identify specific problems that cause negative gap scores, and root cause analysis methods are required to identify such problems. This study aims to determine the level of service quality according to the SERVQUAL model, and to construct a fishbone model of service quality in Holistic Hospital, Purwakarta Regency. This study is a mixed-method study with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data is obtained through the standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire, and qualitative data is obtained through interviews with survey respondents on service quality in Holistic Hospital, Purwakarta Regency. The interview transcripts are analyzed with content analysis to identify issues in service quality. We identified several themes in the service quality model: facility quality, tools and instruments, staff appearance, facility weaknesses, access, and food for the tangibles dimension; problem-solving capability, service hours and scheduling, ineffectivity of treatment, and promise realization for the reliability dimension; communication, response to problems, rate of service in the responsiveness dimension; abiity to answer questions, atmosphere, and lack of trust in the assurance dimension; and staff care, staff hospitality, and service hours inconvenience for the empathy dimension. A fishbone model was constructed according to the problems identified within the five dimensions. The fishbone model can be used to identify factors that contribute to the service quality in Holistic Hospital, Purwakarta Regency.

Abstract
Introduction The problem of the amount of arrears BPJS claims in number of Makassar City hospitals were considered to be detrimental and reduce the quality of public health services. This problem was followed by a lack of coordination in several policies between the Regional Government and BPJS. This research aim was conducted of evaluating the governance of JKN implementation for five years specifically the aspects of management in the JKN road map. Methode: This research is a qualitative study using a realist evaluation approach. This approach is used to explore the process and achievements of the Health BPJS in implementing the JKN program in an open, efficient and accountable manner (target-1, target-5, and target-8 of the JKN Road Map). The principle of good governance becomes a theory hypothesized and tested in a context-mechanism-outcome configuration. Realist Evaluation was chosen because it can present the causality of the situation and interaction between institutions that contribute to the achievement of JKN program governance. Result: There are various contexts in implementing JKN policy. The JKN policy context in South Sulawesi is uniform and has a robust centralistic nature. The internal framework is the HR in the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office and Regency-cities that are complete and have active participation. However, the mechanism that occurs in the implementation of the JKN program, the South Sulawesi Health Service cannot access data owned by the Health BPJS from 2014 - 2018. The BPJS Health Makassar region has to wait for the authority of the Central Health BPJS in opening the data. Makassar region Health BPJS feels it does not have an obligation to be open in implementing JKN, so the outcomes arising from this mechanism are various things that are not good in JKN governance. The local Health Office has not been able to access, and use JKN data such as contribution data, membership data, health service utilisation data for program preparation or health sector budgeting according to regional needs. Conclusion: The implementation of the JKN program has not been managed well, due to the non-transparency of some data and information in the management of the JKN program in Makassar. A centralised system that is solid in the use of data in BPJS Health organs results in local governments not having access to use BPJS Health data in health policy planning according to local needs (local responsiveness).

Abstract
This article describes the problems related to the application and implications of regional regulations or sharia regulations with some literature and reviews them in the perspective of maqashid as-sharia. This paper argues that some regional regulations that have sharia nuances aim at social control of the community and prioritize general welfare, while some of the sharia regulations are still lacking and far from the aims and objectives of establishing sharia regulations themselves and prioritizing the interests of certain groups and groups. This article also found that many local regulations that are not sharia-compliant actually have maqașhid as-sharia values in their application and their implications. Therefore the findings of this article state that regional regulations that have sharia nuances do not necessarily aim to uphold Sharia values. Whereas non-Sharia regulations actually have more Islamic values.

Abstract
Lok Ulo area is a main river extended from north to South of Kebumen area. This area is famous for basement of pre-tertiary rock exposed to the surface. The evidence of fault by geology directly is difficult due to in part by thick weathering surface, and second it could be hid beneath the river. The gravity instrument of micro Gal precision is running to overcome the problem across the area where anticline valley is very subtle. The geology reconstruction is doing but the geophysics evidence is giving another solution. The anomalous of 2.5 mGal is resulting from 1.5 km downthrown block. The reconciliation finally deducted hence the fault is separating two block. Afterwards, by consequence the thickness of sedimentary rock is separating into two block, the west part and east part separating each other by fault. The vertical throw of fault show significant separating the mélange complex from the others. It is estimated from gravity data that the fault take deep seated origin. The thickness tertiary sedimentary of claystone cover the mélange (the older one) and separating each other. By consequence, the east part is thicker than the west
