Abstract
The accident rate in Indonesia tends to be quite high when compared to other countries in Asean. Traffic accidents are one of the causes of death in the world (8th rank), and the main cause of death of young people aged 15 to 29 years. Accidents can be prevented by various technical countermeasures, this needs to be done so that unnecessary accident costs can be reduced. Against this background, it is necessary to conduct socialization early on about good and correct traffic procedures especially for young children at the elementary school level, so it is expected that our children already have the provision of information and techniques about traffic in our country.

Abstract
Traffic congestion in the Jakarta Capital City has become a public secret. Various solutions have been put forward and have even begun to be implemented by the Jakarta city government, such as the construction of Non-Toll Flyover (JLNT), the construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rapid Transportation (LRT) and continuous improvement on other mass transportation services such as Busway and KRL. As the number two megapolitan in the world, Jakarta has never been free from traffic jams. Like Tokyo, Bangkok and New York City, traffic hours in Jakarta are classified as very acute. An extraordinary breakthrough is needed, to overcome this problem. Actually the problem of traffic congestion in Jakarta is not new. Based on statistical data, the growth of motor vehicles in Jakarta annually reaches 9.5%. This figure is not comparable to the growth of the length of the highway, which is only around 0.01% per year. There have been various ways taken by the government to overcome congestion in the capital city. Against this background, it is necessary to conduct socialization early on about mass transportation knowledge, especially for young children at elementary school level, so it is hoped our children already have provisions information and knowledge about the importance of using public / mass transportation modes in our country..

Abstract
Recently, nanofluids have attracted much attention due to their properties such as for heat transfer fluids. As heat transfer fluid medium, nanofluid is used for many applications such as heating and cooling processes, power generation and automotive. In the nuclear industry, applying nanofluid as coolant and emergency core cooling system (ECCSs) is seen as a potential method because the properties of nanofluids enhances the heat transfer coefficient and conductivity characteristics of the original fluid. In the present study, nanofluid alumina-water system (g-Al2O3) and water are used as a quenching medium in simulation of loss of coolant accidents (LOCAs). Zircaloy-4 (Zr-4) fuel cladding was used in this experimental. Zircalloy-4 was annealed in various temperature (1000 to 1250 C) at 1 hour then quenched in alumina-water nanofluid and water. After quenching, the mass gain of Zr-4 fuel cladding was observed as the function of annealing temperature. Optical microscope, XRD and SEM EDS is used to identify the Zr-4 fuel cladding after annealed. Optical microscope characterization shows that alumina-water nanofluid effectifely reduce cracks on surface of the Zr-4 fuel cladding at temperature up to 1200ºC. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the oxide scale ZrO2 formed on the surface of Zr -4. Characterization by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) shows that the thickness of oxide layers increase with increasing annealing temperature. This study demonstrated the effect on nanofluid alumina-water system to reduce oxidation rate of Zr-4 fuel cladding. Lower oxidation rate of Zr-4 fuel cladding in nanofluid alumina-water system has been obtained compared to water.

Abstract
Background: Java Barb (Puntius javanicus) is one of the Indonesian native fish which is easily cultivated and has good demand with high price (Budiharjo, 2001). There were fish farmers in Muntilan, Central Java who have practiced very intensive aquaculture. One of the problems faced by the fish farmers from the practices was a decrease in water quality that slowed down the fish growth and also increased fish diseases that brought down fish production. One of the solutions to solve the problems was by adding immunostimulant yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) into feed to promote growth and to improve immune system in the fish in order to protect from the diseases. The study was conducted at the Laboratory for Fish Health and Environment Assessment (Laboratorium Pengujian Kesehatan Ikan dan Lingkungan -LPKIL), Muntilan, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia on April to July 2019. According to [1] immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) supplemented feed can improve growth rate and fish health. Moreover, [2] reported that β-glucan content in the yeast can boost immune system and disease resistance in the fish. Aims: The study aims to evaluate effects of immunostimulant yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) supplemented feed on growth rate and blood profile in Java Barb (P. javanicus). Materials and Methods: The 200 fingerlings of Java barb (P. javanicus) used in the study had an average weight of 5.64±0.87 g/fish. The study implemented experimental method using Completely Randomized Design with 5 (five) treatments and 4 (four) replicates. The treatments were by adding various doses of immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) into feed. Those treatment were T1 (0 g /kg feed), T2 (1 g /kg feed), T3 (2 g/kg feed), T4 (3 g/kg feed), and T5 (4 g/kg feed). The observed variables were immune system, Efficiency of Feed utilization (EFU), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER), Specific Growth Rate (RGR), Survival Rate (SR), blood profile and water quality. Statistical analysis using an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Duncan test was employed to analyze observed variables [3]. The measurement of optimal dose of immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) in the feed used polynomial orthogonal test with SAS9 and Maple12. Water quality was descriptively analyzed by comparing to the references to determine the water viability. Results: The results showed that the supplementation of immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) in the feed significantly (P<0.05) influenced on EFU, FCR, PER and RGR; otherwise, it did not significantly influence on SR of Java Barb. The supplementation of immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) into the feed was expected to increase EFU, PER, RGR and to decrease FCR in Java barb. According to [4] that supplementation of immunostimulant yeast (S. cerevisiae) into the feed could increase enzyme activities in the digestive system. In turn, it could break down complex compound of the nutrients into simpler form of the nutrients
