Abstract
Qibla direction plays a pivotal role and is one of the requirements for the validity of prayer (salah). If someone performs the prayer without facing the qibla, the prayer is considered to be invalid accordingly. The mosque and prayer room buildings around the campus of Bandung Islamic University, precisely in Bandung Wetan district, are necessary to be re-examined for the accuracy of their qibla direction seeing that there are several mosques found by researchers are not in accordance with the actual qibla direction. This study aims to verify the accuracy of the direction of the mosques and the prayer rooms in order that it can be mapped which ones follow the accurate direction of the qibla and vice versa. A qualitative approach was used in this study so as the data obtained directly from field observations could be analyzed for its validity. The measurement of qibla direction is inseparable from a number of cosmographical instruments such as theodolite, mizwala, compass sunto, google earth, and GPS. The results of this study are that most mosque buildings merely make use of a magnetic compass to locate qibla direction without firstly carrying out calibration. The largest deviation is 7°6 (seven degrees six minutes) to the south.

Abstract
Trading activities in the community have developed very rapidly. This is influenced by one of them by the development of internet-based technology known as e- commerce. E-commerce is a form of trade that has its own characteristics, namely trade that crosses national borders. Through e-commerce a seller (seller) does not have to meet face to face with buyers (buyers, consumers) in a business transaction. At present, trading transactions such as these are known as electronic commerce, which are generally abbreviated as e-commerce acronyms, a form of trade which according to many business actors offers benefits. Apart from the benefits offered by e-commerce mentioned above, actually in the e-commerce transaction there are crucial legal issues. For example, the legal problem is the validity of electronic business transactions from the perspective of civil law, because business people in e-commerce may also be carried out by minors, or because there are some requirements that are still considered to be inadequate to the requirements of conventional civil law such as sign issues digital hand and data massage. Other legal issues include guaranteeing the authenticity of data and confidentiality of documents, protection of consumers, when breach of contract tort occurs, jurisdiction, implementation of law, and so on. The problem above shows that in some aspects, transactions in e-commerce are very risky, full of risks, especially because the consumer has an obligation to make advance payments (advance payment) while he cannot see the truth of the goods ordered or the quality. What is the evidence when there is a lawsuit later, what basis is used to judge the authenticity of an electronic document in e-commerce that on average has no signature, which law is enforced and what legal protection is actually needed in an effort to provide legal certainty (legal certification) to the parties conducting transactions through e-commerce. This paper is to study e-commerce in Indonesia with e-commerce in several countries so that e-commerce transactions can be compared to provide more legal protection especially for buyers or consumers.

Abstract
The corrosion behavior on commercial stainless steel SS 304 in nanofluids water-Al2O3 system at pH 3 until 7 conditions have been investigated using electrochemical methods. The electrochemical tests were performed with and without the addition chlor to adjust of pH nanofluid condition, which are acidic (pH 3.2,4, 5.6) and neutral (pH 7) at ambient temperature. The electrochemical technique used in this study, were open circuit potential (OCP), potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results of open circuit potential tests showed that the corrosion potential (Ecorr) values of stainless steel 304 at four pH values are slightly different between pH neutral and acidic. The chromium oxide (Cr2O3) film formed on stainless steel is more stable in neutral than in acidic with the presence of Cl. This shows that the interaction between nanofluids and the stainless steel have no significant effect onto its corrosion behavior. However, potentiodynamic polarisation of stainless steel SS 304 in nanofluid with the absence of Chlor showed the lowest corrosion than stainless steel at condition in acidic pH. Eis study shows that stainless steel SS 304 in nanofluid with the absence of Chlor (neutral) showed the higher impedance than stainless steel at condition in acidic pH. The higher impedance indicated that the passive film of Cr2O3 formed on the surface of stainless steel. In terms of corrosion rate values, stainless steel alloy showed the best corrosion rate in neutral pH nanofluid compare acidic pH.

Abstract
Composites material that composed of hydrogel polymers and magnetic nanoparticles commonly called magnetic hydrogels have been extensively developed with the focus of research on variations of the two main substances. The previous report, hydrogels have been successfully fabricated by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymers and combination of PVA and Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as the matrix of the polymer. In addition, magnetite has also been widely used as a filler in magnetic hydrogel fabrication due to its magnetic properties and magneto-thermal behavior. To improve the magneto-thermal behavior of magnetic hydrogels, the magnetic hydrogel has been successfully synthesized by using a PVP/PVA polymer as a matrix and magnetite with Mn-doped variations x = 0.3 and 0.6 as filler. Based on the XRD analysis, the particle size of MnxFe3-xO4 powder was 10.4 nm which corresponds to the TEM results which were 9.9 nm. In addition, the nanostructures of magnetic hydrogel samples were characterized by using SAXS instrument and successfully analyzed by using the Two-lognormal, Beaucage and Teubner-Strey functions. The primary and secondary particle sizes of MnxFe3-xO4 powder was 3.3 and 9.8 nm respectively, while the crystallite size and the distance between crystals from the PVP/PVA hydrogel was 8.8 and 39 nm respectively. Furthermore, the magneto-thermal Instrument was also carried out on samples and an average Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) value of 0.00372 W/gr was obtained. This result showed that the magnetic hydrogel has a potential candidate as hyperthermia therapy.

Abstract
Mercury pollution through water is the cause of several dangerous diseases. Various efforts have been made to reduce mercury pollution. One of them is by using sorbent. There are many ways to improve absorption efficiency, one of which is using magnetic sorbents. This study focuses on the effect of grain size and the concentration of core shell Mn0.25Fe2.75O4@SiO2 on mercury absorption efficiency. The synthesis of Mn0.25Fe2.75O4@SiO2 with different concentration of TEOS 6 and 8 mL was carried out through coprecipitation and sol-gel methods. The characterization using XRD, VSM and FTIR was carried out to determine grain size, properties and material functional groups proved that SiO2 was successfully covered on Fe3O4 Surface. While to find out the percentage of absorption was carried out with the AAS instrument. Diffraction data confirmed the presence of Fe3O4 and the amorphous of SiO2 phase. According to the Rietveld analysis for all samples demonstrated the particle size of Mn0.25Fe2.75O4 around 11-12 nm. The Mn0.25Fe2.75O4 core has superparamagnetic properties for magnetic separation, and the SiO2 shell could protect the core of being oxidized or dissolved under acid condition. FTIR results show the sample has a functional group of the main components of Fe-O at wave number 420-507 cm-1 and SiO2 at wave number 801 cm-1 (stretching) and 1078 cm-1 (bending). The results of mercury absorption test showed that the smaller the grain size and the higher the concentration of TEOS increased the percentage of mercury uptake. In addition, the absorption percentage increases with the length of absorption time given.

With the growth of the city every year, it changes the composition of land use. City growth that occurs in line with the development of population, social activities and industrial activities that accompany it, resulting in increased demand for land availability that will be used to carry out various activities. The availability of land as a media for water absorption is decreasing while the use of ground water is continuously being explored to meet the needs of the community, social activities and industrial activities. Structure and texture as well as other organic elements take part in increasing the rate of soil permeability The use of ground water by the community and social activities is not greater than the use by industrial activities. At present, especially large cities with very rapid development of industrial activities are causing large groundwater usage. With the decreasing availability of infiltration land, making the process of water entering the soil less and less, if this happens continuously in the long run, it will cause a decrease in the ground water level, a decrease in land elevation, and easy sea water instruction. Therefore it is necessary to socialize to the public about the use of ground water so that the condition of groundwater is maintained
