Abstract
Object: The study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of back massage on the decrease in height of uterine fundus, type and amount of lochia in primiparous normal postpartum mothers. Design: The Quasi Experiment Study (Post-test only design with a control group). Methods: a sample of 80 primiparous postpartum respondents using accidental sampling technique. Respondents were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The intervention was carried out namely back massage 2 times a day for 15 minutes. Height of uterine fundus, types, and amount lochea was evaluated on day 1,4,7 using an observation sheet. Results: Mann Whitney statistical test obtained a P-Value <0.05, there is the effect of back massage to decrease height of uterine fundus, type, and amount of lochia. Conclusion: Back massage significantly accelerates a decrease in height of the fundus of uterus and reduces the amount of lochia. It is expected that all postpartum mothers are given a back massage action at least 6 hours postpartum to accelerate uterine involution.

Abstract
Play is one of the right stimulations for children to stimulate childrens thinking power, to empower emotional, social, and physical aspects. There are several types of games that shape the skills and creativity of children, one of which is a game of compiling puzzles, because playing puzzles can coordinate the movements of the eyes and hands of children or fingers movements, with it without them knowing that the fine motoric skills of the child continue to be trained and developing. When children play puzzles, children can practice recognizing shapes and thinking about how they arrange puzzles to form shapes. In this research activity, there were problems encountered in the Amongsiwi play group, Panggungharjo village, Bantul, namely the lack of availability of play and creative media in the form of puzzles that could support the development of fine motor skills of children. In this play group, in their activities every Friday there is a special time to play and be creative. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to create a play and creative media innovation from local materials in the form of puzzle cendani bamboo that is feasible, safe and environmentally friendly for preschoolers. The method used in this activity is development (R&D) by collecting data, observing and analyzing problems, product design and product testing (testing on children). In collecting data using observations, interviews, documentation to be analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study indicate that the play and creative media that are designed can be accepted by children with a feasibility level of 78,4%, this means that the resulting media is suitable for use. Meanwhile the level of childrens ability to use / compile a puzzle to form a shape based on observations of 76% of a total of 25 children can already be in the form of tangible shapes such as animals, cars or robots.

Abstract
A start-up business is generally developed in a limited financial so that they grow slowly. It is also happened on the cassava meatball start up business run by Madrasah Al Binaa, one of an Islamic non-formal boarding school. Therefore, it is required some alternative tactics to manage funds in order to provide the availability of cash and get profits that will encourage the start-up business to grow, develop and sustain. The growth and development of the start-up business contains some trade-offs, so that this study uses Dynamic System approach to simulate the interrelationships among the variables. This study aims to develop a conceptual model of start-up business run by the Madrasah. It is expected that the conceptual model can represent the real system of the Madrasah start-up business. The conceptual model development is begun by observing the phenomena of the existing start-up business process, and then a causal loop diagram and their equations are built. The structure of the developed conceptual model consists of the main elements of a start-up business, i.e. customers, products, liquidity, debt, reputation, assets and workers. The developed conceptual model is then analyzed by comparing it with the reference generic model of start-up business.

Abstract
Digitalization of the economic field to welcome the era of industrial revolution 4.0 needs to be addressed intelligently so it is not harm the consumers and business actors through the transformation of consumer protection instruments into a more contemporary way. Currently, Indonesia has about 93.4 million Internet users and approximately 71 million users of smart phones which makes the internet and of course online transactions, as part of a lifestyle that is reflected through shopping behavior. The task of the State is to bring legal protection to consumers. Based on the consideration of actuality and urgency, to create the necessary level of certainty in business transactions and protect the consumer rights of e-commerce transactions the Government finally issued Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2017. This regulation regulates the Electronic Road Based Electronic System Road Map (road map e- commerce). The Policy Package is intended to make Indonesia the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia by 2020. Legal protection is required in the form of law so that the state can provide a simultaneous and comprehensive legal protection of consumer rights in e-commerce transactions in the era of digital economy.

Abstract
Background: The directors leadership strongly determines the situation of the hospital. Police hospitals have different hierarchies and organizational cultures from other hospitals. The changes of the hospital director makes the employee able to assess the ideal leadership style for the hospital. The ideal leadership style of a hospital director will be one strategy to improve hospital performance. The purpose of this study is to explore the views of employees about the ideal leadership style of police hospitals in the transition period. Method: The design of this study used qualitative phenomenological methods. The data collection process was carried out by in-depth interviews with six employees and observations on the research site. The data collection process was carried out in the hospital in July 2017. Results: Data analysis produced five themes. These five themes lead to the ideal type of leadership of the police hospital. Some of the themes obtained illustrate the leadership style that draws attention from hospital employees. A dynamic leadership style that provides positive change inspires employees. The ability to communicate also plays a role as a media for transferring knowledge to employees, as well as building trust in leaders. The concept of transformational leadership combined with transactional leadership style is an illustration of the employees experience of the leadership style expected in the hospital. The description of the employees experience of leadership style gives real meaning to motivation, employee morale and organizational culture. In the experience of employees a combination of the concept of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style changes the hospital organization through the vision and mission and the reward-punishment effect. Conclusions: The combination of transformational and transactional leadership styles is a model of the ideal leadership style of the police hospital in Batu City

Abstract
The preliminary observations in 2018 that the authors found in the field showed that the Rupat Sub-district community had difficulties in obtaining information and administering correspondence, especially the management of E-ID cards from the government represented by UPTD officers. This study aims to determine the communication strategy of UPTD Bengkalis District in conveying information on the assessment of E-KTP to the public. The results showed that as a communicator, the UPTD was appointed by DISDUKCAPIL, Bengkalis Regency, which consisted of people who had high commitment and integrity to serve the community. UPTD officers in Rupat Subdistrict were 3 people. In terms of methods, the UPTD of Rupat District uses the Word Of Mouth (WOM) method in conveying information on E-KTP that is needed by the community informally in coffee shops, daily warungs or locations where community gatherings are located. To achieve information in coffee shops usually in the morning, afternoon, and evening because at that time the coffee shop was quite crowded with people. Submission of information in daily stalls usually only occurs in the morning according to the time mothers shop for daily needs. Whereas the other locations where the community gather, including volleyball courts, patrol posts and mosques are also adjusted to the community gathering time.

Abstract
This research aims to describe the implementation of Islamic values in hospitals in Indonesia toward their patient health services. This study uses a descriptive observational with a cross-sectional design. The data obtained from two phases of analysis. The first phase carried out through Islamic values listed on the vision and or mission and or values and or objectives of organization of Islamic hospitals websites in Indonesia. The second phase was carried out through online distribution in the form of Google form via the internet. One hundred and sixty-two answered questionnaires were collected from hospital employees of 68 hospitals. There are 19 Islamic words that were listed in the vision, mission and or objectives of the organization which were formed in 10 themes. They are faith (Imaan)-Sholeh-Akhlaqul Khaimah, innovation, welfare of the people, social duties, the nature of the prophet (Sadiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah), work as worship, trust and sincerity, friendship, greetings, and sharia principles. The implementation of sharia values in most of Islamic Hospitals staffs in Indonesia still focused on self-improvement for continuous refinement and to do innovation, but it is considered as not optimal in the staffs- operational activities in the hospitals.

Abstract
The current digital era or known as the 4.0 era, makes it easy for humans to communicate and interact indirectly in meeting their needs, one of them through browsing in the digital world. The digital world presents a variety of human needs about information, one of which is tourism information. Tourism information opportunities in digital media are utilized by the Purwakarta Regency Government through the Sampurasun Pariwisata Purwakarta application, it displays information about tourism attractions in several destinations in Purwakarta, the application combines modern and traditional elements. This research uses a qualitative method approach with descriptive research type. The results showed that the application of Sampurasun Pariwisata Purwakarta become a tourism communication strategy in the industrial era 4.0 that utilizes technology and values of local wisdom in optimally developing the potential of regional tourism. The existence of a technology-based local cultural identity, Purwakarta is expected to become a regency that has strong characteristics because regions that do not have a regional identity backrest will be easily eroded by a stronger foreign cultural civilization.

Abstract
Indonesia government has planned that all of the cosmetics distributed in Indonesia must have the halal certification in 2019. Therefore, it is important for muslims in Indonesia to have a halal awareness in consuming cosmetics and skincare products. This study explores what variables influence the halal awareness of young muslim generation towards their decision in choosing cosmetics/skincare based on the halal logos by MUI or halal ingredients. There are 143 university students samples across Bandung which consist of Islamic university and other university students. By using PLS structural equation modelling, the results show that the knowledge of Halal Products significantly influences the Islamic understanding which indirectly affect the Halal cosmetic adoption. This means that their knowledge about halal products makes their awareness of halal product increase as well. This study suggest that halal awareness can be promoted by increasing the halal product knowledge to the muslims community by using lecture, talks, or public service ads in order to accelerate the Halal certification policy.

Abstract
The problem of plastic waste in Indonesia has yet to be resolved. The amount of plastic waste produced by the Indonesian population is 28.4 thousand tons / day. Surely this problem gives the impression of environmental pollution considering that plastic waste is difficult to be degraded naturally. Plastic structure is a composition of petroleum hydrocarbon components. Surely, plastic waste can be converted into liquid oil. This study discusses the volume of liquid hydrocarbon oil produced from the cracking process of Polypropylene (PP) plastic waste. The pyrolysis process was carried out at 275-350 °C and the length cracking time was 240 minutes. From the research, the total of volume condensate was 1,700 ml or 85% of the mass of the raw material used. From the total volume of condensate produced, there were 8% obtained of solid condensate. So, The liquid oil that was produced from the process was 1,564 ml. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that polypropylene plastic waste can be converted into liquid oil. The volume of liquid oil produced from the pyrolysis process is 1,564 ml or 78.2% of the weight of the raw material being tested

Abstract
The presence of slag as a result of waste from steel production annually increases. Researchers and environmentalists are very concerned to overcome this problem. Currently steel slag has been studied as a substitute for concrete compilers. The focus of this research is to utilize steel slag as a constituent of porous concrete in direct contact with acidic regions, in this case sulfuric acid and chloride. This test was carried out using 243 samples in testing the compressive strength, tensile strength and pore volume of concrete. Content of steel slag used is 0%, 50% and 80%. In the compressive strength test results for normal curing, sulfate curing and chloride curing showed an increase of 6.49%, 5.71%, 8.28% in the 50% slag content and 10.81%, 10.29%, 17.20% in the 80% slag content . Then in the tensile strength test showed an increase of 7% to 11% in the 50% slag content and 16% to 17% in the 80% slag content. As for the pore volume, the value is in range from 17% to 19%. These results indicate that slag can be used as a substitute for aggregate on porous concrete with compressive strength ranging from 10 MPa to 19 MPa.

Abstract
Abstrak. The using of information and communication technology in business can be seen on e-commerce, that also need the use of e-money to settled its transaction. E-money give different aspect on convenience and security. The development of information and communication technology, gave huge impact on human life and provide convenience for people in this digital era. The aim of this research was to know the factors that influence the use of e-money. The population in this research are 188 students in Accounting Management Study Program at Polytechnic State of Malang. There are 84 students use as sample using purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis employed in this research to find out influences on the use e-money. By using 5% real level some conclusions were obtained from this research. The result of this research is that perceived usefulness variable and perceived ease of use variable have a positive and significant on the effect of using E-Money but perceived cost variable has not a positive and signifiant on the effect of using E-Money. Abstrak. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam bisnis dalam perdagangan elektronik, ditunjang dengan digunakannya e-money dalam transaksinya. Penggunaan E-money memiliki beberapa perbedaan dibanding uang kertas, yaitu aspek kepraktisan dan keamanan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini memberikan dampak besar bagi kehidupan manusia serta memberikan kenyaman di era digital ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-Money. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 188 mahasiswa di Program Studi Akuntansi Manajemen Politeknik Negeri Malang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel diperoleh 84 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis Regresi Berganda digunakan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-money. Dengan menggunakan taraf nyata 5% beberapa kesimpulan diperoleh dari penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Perceived usefulness dan Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan E-Money tetapi variabel perceived cost tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan E-Money.

Abstract
Organizational work activities do not stand alone but stand on the basis of individual parts that are unique and specific. Each individual has advantages and disadvantages which can be complementary if a solid and effective team is formed. Building an effective work team is a character and work behavior that has become a habit as well as organizational culture. RW 09 Pandan Wangi Village, the number of Karang Taruna members consisting of 40 young men and women with professions including: high school students and children, aged between 15 years - 25 years where they always carry out many social activities related to the community at large that needs to be done with a team. Therefore, it is necessary to have the provision of knowledge and skills for Pandan Wangi youth cadets to be able to form a successful and dynamic work team. Based on observations during the community service activities it can be assessed that 96% of the material can be absorbed (understood and understood) by the Community Service participants. This is indicated by the majority of participants, 96% of the 30 participants, 29 people, asking questions about successful and dynamic teamwork techniques, Working team techniques are successful and dynamic, participants can practice forming a successful and dynamic work team, which is demonstrated by members of Karang Taruna can make objective decisions by involving the right people, based on mission and objectives Clear organizations, open communication, roles and responsibilities, individual competencies, agreements, orientation on the outcome, operating creatively, conducive team conditions, evaluation of the effectiveness of individual. Abstract
This study aims to explain and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, on employee engagement with organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variables. As many as 112 employees were involved as samples taken from the population. Data was gathered using questionnaire instrument, and analyzed with structural equation model and processed with AMOS. From confirmatory analyzes indicated that all of the instruments are valid and reliable for variables measurement. This research found that there are positive and significant effects of transformational leadership toward job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but transformational leadership does not affect on employee engagement. It can be concluded that transformational leadership effect toward employee engagement mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Abstract
Informasi (Information System) adalah sumber daya penting dalam organisasi organiasi bisnis. Kualitas layanan informasi (User Information Satisfaction) akan berdampak pada layanan (Servive Quality). Studi ini menggunakan studi Myerscough, yang menggabungkan Kepuasan Informasi Pengguna dan instrumen Servqual untuk mengukur kualitas layanan sistem informasi, dan menyelidiki korelasi antara kualitas layanan sistem informasi dan kepuasan pengguna. Survei dilakukan pada pengrajin tradisional Batik dan tekstil. Hasil penelitian ini melaporkan model yang sedikit sesuai dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Satu-satunya variabel empati yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan sistem informasi melalui variabel Servqual. Namun, kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi telah terbukti dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan sistem informasi. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang instrumen yang lebih baik untuk menilai kualitas layanan sistem informasi.

Sekian banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) maka rantai pasokan menjadi headline news bagi peneliti. principal). Retailer/reseller melakukan penjualan produk kepada konsumen atau kepada end user. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk rantai pasok dari UMKM yang ada di Samarinda. Strategi rantai pasok yang benar akan memberikan keunggulan UMKM dalam hal harga, kualitas, produk standar, waktu pengiriman dan layanan konsumen.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif interaktif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskripstif eksploratif karena penelitian ini mengungkap masalah dalam mengembangkan manajemen rantai pasok yang terjadi pada UKM di Samarinda. Empat model yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha UMKM Samarinda meliputi: 1 Pemasok - Produsen – Konsumen Akhir; 2 Pemasok - Produsen – Konsumen Akhir; 1 Pemasok - Produsen – Pengecer – Konsumen Akhir; 2 Pemasok - Produsen – Pengecer – Konsumen Akhir. Model rantai pasok UMKM akan lebih memberikan nilai tambah bagi pelaku UMKM jika pemerintah kota dan dinas terkait pmembentuk serikat UMKM atau Koperasi dari UMKM yang melakukan produksi dengan bahan baku yang sama sehingga pelaku UMKM memperoleh harga bahan baku yang sama karena bersumber pada supplier yang sama.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Lactic Acid Bacteria (BAL) are often found naturally in food ingredients such as vegetables and fruits. Cabbage fermentation is one of the best sources of Lactic Acid Bacteria which contain antibacterial compounds such as bacteriocin, hydrogen peroxide, and organic acids. This study purpose are to isolate BAL, screen the antibacterial activity, and identification of molecular of selected isolates. This study was initiated with Lactic Acid Bacteria isolation from cabbage fermentation, followed by screening for antibacterial activity by disc diffussion method and identification of molecular isolates which having the highest antibacterial activity by PCR method. After isolation, 6 isolates were obtained: K31, K32, K33, K34, K35 and K36. The result of antibacterial activity test showed that K32 isolate had the highest activity against bacterium of Shigella dysenteriae. Molecular identification with PCR method and sequencing of amplification results showed that K32 isolates having 99% similarity level to lactobacillus buchneri JCM 115 strain. From the results of the study it can be concluded that cabbage fermentation contains Lactic Acid Bacteria which have antibacterial activity against Shigella dysenteriae.

Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapat persamaan fungsi yaitu Y=0,580+0,486(X1)+0,406(X2) artinya bahwa Konstanta sebesar 0,580 mempunyai arti Kinerja Pegawai akan meningkat sebesar 0,580 jika variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan(X1), Sarana dan Prasarana(X2) konstanta atau tetap. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,808 berada pada hubungan yang kuat antara variabel tidak bebas. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,653 atau sebesar 65,3% berada pada tingkat pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel bebas dengan variabel tidak bebas sebesar 65,3% sedangkan sisanya 34,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Uji F diperoleh F hitung dari F tabel. didapat F hitung sebesar 30.048 > dengan F Tabel 3.2945 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Karena F hitung > F tabel maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh variabel independen yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, maka model regresi bisa dipakai untuk memprediksi Kinerja Pegawai dengan kata lain variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1), Sarana dan Prasarana (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), sehingga hipotesis penulis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kab Paser adalah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1), Pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1) yaitu Nilai t hitung sebesar 3,994 > Nilai t tabel sebesar 1,6939 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 dan koefisien beta sebesar 0,487

Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this study to testing determination of timeliness of financial statement publication on all companies listed in indonesia stock exchange year 2014 - 2016. Using 873 samples of financial statement. With logistic regression as analysis techniques. The results shows that size, profitability, auditor quality, leverage, audit opinion, firm age has not significant influence to timeliness of the financial statement publications.

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the effect of the addition of carbon black (CB) and Palm Empty Bunch Powder (OPBEP) as a filler in natural rubber compounds on thermal and transmittance properties. The composting method is done at the Open mill. The process of mixing natural rubber with additives, curative agents, activators, accelerator materials, and nano OPBEP and CB with variations (0.2; 4; 6; 8)% wt. The results of the study were obtained. FTIR results from the compound with CB and OPBEP fillers as a whole showed almost the same results. This is due to modifications so there is a possibility of overlapping with the uptake on other bands. There is a peak of 2912 C – H asymmetric symmetric stretching vibrations of octadecylamine, respectively. Bending vibration of C – H in the = CH group of 3,4- or 1,2-units. The thermal properties of the DSC thermogram obtained an increase in the melting point and cross-linking with an increase in the content of the OPBA element compared with no filler as well as the CB In general, a compound with OPBEP filler and CB can be used as a technical product that has more mechanical properties.

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti: (1) pengaruh bisnis online terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Pemilik Usaha di Kota Samarinda, (2) pengaruh harga terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Pemilik Usaha di Kota Samarinda, (3) pengaruh bisnis online dan harga terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Pemilik Usaha di Kota Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang menguji pengaruh variabel bisnis online, harga terhadap pendapatan secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian didapat variabel bisnis online, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Pemilik Usaha di Kota Samarinda (baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM Rumah Makan di Kota Samarinda yang memakai aplikasi Go Food dalam melakukan bisnis online dan penentuan harga jual produk yang telah tertera pada aplikasi Go Food, terbukti dapat meningkatkan pendapatan Rumah Makan. Pemilik Usaha Rumah Makan di Kota Samarinda dapat menghemat biaya promosi produk, menghemat waktu dalam pelayanan konsumen dan dapat mengoptimalkan peluang bisnis yang ada dengan memakai aplikasi Go Food.

Abstract
This study aims at developing learning media inform of computational simulations of conduction heat transfer based on Gauss-Seidel method in MATLAB R016a software based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in a PjBL (Project based Learning) based on local wisdom on the Batu Kuwung. This research is an RnD (Research and Development). The steps used are ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluation). The results of this study are in the form of two programs to find out the value of iteration, 2D display of the distribution of heat flow distribution and produce a visualization of the distribution from the initial state to the steady state. So, this software is expected to be good learning media.

Abstract
Persaingan industri ritel yang semakin kompetitif menuntut kemampuan untuk menggunakan strategi yang tepat guna mencapai pangsa pasar yang ditargetkan. Sehubungan dengan itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung store atmosphere terhadap perceived quality, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung store atmosphere terhadap loyalitas, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung perceived quality terhadap kepuasan, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung perceived quality terhadap loyalitas, dan pengaruh langsung kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 176 responden yang ditarik dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil pengujian dengan SmartPLS 3.0 Professional menunjukkan bahwa model pengukuran penelitian ini memenuhi validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan, serta semua hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini didukung data. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teori loyalitas pelanggan; sedangkan secara pragmatis, diharapkan bermanfaat sebagai bahan penyusunan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan boutique.

Abstract
Abtract This research is purposed to examine the effect of observed religiosity on customer behavioral intentions on Sharia financial services. The research design used was experimental research, specifically designed to examine the causality relationship between observed religiosity and customer behavioral intentions. The subjects of the study were Mercu Buana University Postgraduate Program students. Experiments carried out in the classroom, by dividing subjects into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Randomization was carried out for placement of subjects into each group, regardless of subject characteristics. Data analysis was taken using ANOVA, which was to observe differences in mean effects of manipulation between groups and compare them with intra-group variance. This research is planned to be carried out in the Even Semester of FY 2019/2010.

Abstract
Competition in the economy is getting tougher. Companies as one of the entities that carry out economic principles must be able to survive in competition so that they can survive, generate profits and maintain the value of the company and one of them is a company incorporated in LQ - 45, an example of how to develop a good company shares are smooth and always pay attention to developments. The purpose of this study is to analyze Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Growth, by being moderated by Company Size to Capital Structure. The sample used was 36 companies incorporated into the LQ - 45 IDX. There are 5 variables used, namely Capital Structure as the dependent variable, then Profitability, Asset Structure, and Company Growth as Independent variables, then Company Size as a Moderating variable. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the profitability variable contributed significantly negatively, the asset structure contributed negatively significantly, and the companys growth contributed positively insignificantly, then the size of the company could strengthen the contribution of profitability, asset structure and company growth to the capital structure of companies incorporated in the LQ - 45 IDX. while simultaneously all independent variables (profitability, asset structure, and company growth) and moderating variables (company size) contribute to the capital structure.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapabilitas pemasaran terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan peran efisiensi perusahaan dalam memoderasi pengaruh tersebut pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Jumlah pengamatan yang digunakan sebanyak 150 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan Operating Profit Margin (OPM). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kapabilitas pemasaran. Variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah efisiensi perusahaan. Kedua variabel tersebut dianalisis dengan alat Data Envelopment Analysis menggunakan software MaxDEA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas pemasaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OPM. Hasil uji regresi pada dua kelompok sampel menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi perusahaan memperkuat pengaruh kapabilitas pemasaran terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and corporate image to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Primary data was collected from 210 respondents who were analyzed by SEM to find out the relationship variables under study, which are corporate social responsibility, company image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The result of the study found that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables: CSR to corporate image, CSR to customer satisfaction, CSR to customer loyalty, and corporate image to customer satisfaction. For company image variables to customer loyalty, there is a positive but not significant effect. While the relationship between CSR and customer satisfaction through company image and the relationship between CSR and customer loyalty through company image can be seen that the company image variable does not provide a moderating effect.

Abstract
Kebijakan Deviden merupakan kebijakan dari manajemen perusahaan dalam menentukan laba yang tersedia bagi pemegang saham dibayarkan kepada pemegang saham dalam bentuk deviden atau laba tersebut ditahan guna membiayai investasi di masa mendatang. Terdapat banyak perdebatan mengenai bagaimana kebijakan dividen mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Salah satu pendapat menyatakan bahwa dividen yang tinggi akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan yang disebut dengan Bird In The Hand Theory. Menurut teori bird in the hand, pemegang saham lebih menyukai dividen tinggi dibandingkan dengan dividen yang akan dibagikan di masa yang akan datang dan capital gains. Kebijakan deviden berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisiennya sebesar -0,035. Ini sesuai dengan pendapat pandangan pertama bahwa kebijakan dividend tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan yang didukung oleh teori dividend irrelevance

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengguna jasa Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan yang telah melakukan pengobatan di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan threat emotion dan brand trust serta corporate image mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa pengobatan Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan
