Abstract
Indonesia is very rich in natural resources. Uranium is a mining product that is very potential but its utilization has not been maximized. The amount of uranium is estimated to reach 7000 tons spread across Melawi-West Kalimantan, Bangka Belitung, Mamuju-West Sulawesi, Sibolga-North Sumatra, and Biak-Papua. Uranium is a radioactive material and is a very potential energy. The use of nuclear power in several developed countries covers various fields of community life, such as research, agriculture, health, industry and energy. However, in addition to the enormous benefits, nuclear power also has the potential for radiation hazards to workers, community members and the environment. This paper will analyze the regulation of nuclear mining permits in Indonesia and government-owned authorities regarding the regulation and supervision of nuclear mines in Indonesia. In the existing arrangement, is the regional government given the authority to be involved in nuclear mining. If there is, what authority do local governments have. The position of the regional government must be really taken into account in the regulation related to nuclear mining, because the regions will feel the direct impact of nuclear mining. Good synergy between the central government and local governments is expected to minimize the negative impact of nuclear mining.

This study discusses the regulation of the independence of the functions of the Financial Services Authority. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze why the functions of the OJK in the Regulation and Supervision of the Banking Credit Agreement have not protected the parties and how the OJK functions in the regulation and supervision of the Banking Credit Agreement to protect the parties. Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the functions of the OJK in providing legal protection for the parties were not optimal because conflicts could occur within the legal norms of Law Number 21 Year 2011 concerning OJK between article 2 paragraph (2) regulating independence and article 7 regulating financial service activities In the banking sector, Article 34 regulates OJK budgets sourced from the State Budget and / or levies from parties conducting activities in the financial services sector and Article 37 regulates levies resulting in a conflict of interest between OJK and banks so that the questionable OJK independence can be lost.

Abstract
Bismuth ferrite oxide (BiFeO3) thin film has been grown on a quartz substrate using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) method. The deposition of BiFeO3 thin film used holding time variations (30, 45 and 60 minutes) and annealing temperature (550oC and 600oC). The results of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) characterization showed that the increase of holding time caused intensity to be higher. This indicates that increasing intensity will increase the crystallinity and crystallite size. High annealing temperature caused crystallinity and crystallite size of the BiFeO3 thin film to increase. Characterization of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) showed that increasing holding time would decrease the grain size with the boundary between grains look clearer, homogeneous, and low porosity. Increasing annealing temperature caused an increase of the grain size in which it is difficult to determine the grain boundaries and high porosity. The characterization of UV-VIS showed the absorbance and transmittance of the BiFeO3 thin film. The highest absorbance was obtained at 600oC/45 minutes, about 2.75. In addition, low energy gap was obtained from the variation of holding time and annealing temperature about 2.5-2.8 eV.

Abstract
Alumina based catalysts play an important role in the process of optimizing crude oil processing. Platinum/alumina (Pt/Al2O3) is an alumina based catalyst that is widely used in the oil production process, as a consequence leaving a lot of catalyst waste. In this catalyst waste, the Pt metal is an important content, which has a high economic value. In this study, we focused on processing Pt/Al2O3 catalyst waste to separate Pt metal content from the catalyst. Optimization of Pt metal separation was carried out using a sonoleaching procedure under different conditions. We noted a significant change in the color of the catalyst from gray to yellow and a reduction in mass at an increase in temperature of up to 50oC during the sonoleaching process. Furthermore, the effect of temperature on recovery of Pt metal was investigated by morphological analysis and elemental content in Pt/Al2O3 catalyst waste. Our results will provide additional knowledge and reference in optimizing Pt recovery in Pt/Al2O3 catalyst waste for the reuse of Pt metals in various applications.

Abstract
A field survey on the energy condition in the customary region of La pago, Papua province has been carried out. The aim of this survey is to provide an insight into the actual condition of the energy availability and accessibility in the region to the governments and related stakeholders. The survey results show that, there are at least four renewable energy sources in the region that have potential to be utilized in the region. These are solar, hydro, wind, and biomass (i.e., biofuels and biogas). Installed capacity of hydropower plant in this region is about 149 kW which further from the available potential. These sources of energy have not been fully utilized, and hence lack of clean energy in the region is still a main problem that require attention from the government and stakeholders.

The program e-Tilang is a form of the seriousness of the Police to execute the instruction of President Joko Widodo about the use of technology and answer program. This is a direct the President to utilize the technology. As well as answer program from the Chief of police. Then also to make the police more professional. Since Monday (13/3/2017), the Yogyakarta Police have implemented electronic traffic Tilang or e-Tilang. The purpose of the application of e-Tilang this is to facilitate the public when exposed to a speeding Tilang or breaking the traffic. The offenders did not need to undergo the court. there are as many as 250 number of speeding Tilang online, which have conducted the prosecution in the whole DIY. While, the offenders just stay pay at the ATM, or for those who have Mobile Banking can be paid directly online. And for those who do not have ATMS or mobile banking can directly pay to the counter BRI. Every speeding Tilang or better known as the e-Tilang that leads to perfection. There are 262 of regency/city are already using the system the table. more and more areas implement such a system, and then the use of the e-Tilang would be perfect. Moreover, the system table is already starting to look a result that is effective, quick and cheap if compared with a system of traffic Tilang manual.

Abstract
One alternative approach can be done to replace the antibiotic growth promotant function (AGP) in broiler, which is the use of probiotic microorganisms. The aim of this study was to look at the effects of probiotics on Lactobacillus paracasei on hematological conditions and lymphoid organs. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments with 5 replications, each replication using 4 broiler chickens. Treatment consists of controls (0 mL/day), Probiotics 1 mL/day, Probiotics 3 mL/day, and Probiotics 5 mL/day. The probiotics used in this study, namely Lactobacillus paracasei (5.8 x 107 CFU/mL) were given through drinking water. The results showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the number of erythrocytes, hematocrit percentage, hemoglobin level, number of leucocytes, and erythrocyte index. Likewise, treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the relative weights of bursa fabricius, thymus, and spleen exchanges. The values shown in hematology parameters are all within the normal range. Whereas in the lymphoid organ parameters there is a tendency for the relative weight of lymphoid organs to be greater in the treatment of Lactobacillus paracasei than in controls. Probiotics Lactobacillus paracasei used in this study did not respond poorly to hematological features and can be used as an immunomodulator in broilers.

Abstract
The main objective of this research were to analyze acreage response of agricultural investments in Jambi soybean production. Study was conducted in Jambi province using secondary data from 1986 – 2017. Acreage response functional form was used to explain and analysis problem of acreage response of soybean production in Jambi. Study was done in 2018. A method of measuring price expectation for analyzing acreage response is used when the influence of price support and market phenomena varies with market conditions. It assumes that the effect of changes in government policies because similar programs for acreage control and price support are likely form of future policies. A method of evaluating support and acreage restriction is developed and tested to see the impact of changing government programs. The results showed that when the support price is much below the expected market price, the truncation effect is negligible and the price support program has only a limited impact on acreage decisions. Alternatively, as the support price levels, the truncation effects become larger, and the resulting impact on acreage decisions is more pronounced.

With the depletion of petroleum reserves, the basic raw material for making lubricating oil is less, which can meet the needs of Indonesia. This is predicted to lead to scarcity of lubricants in the market or the increasingly expensive lubricants due to imports from abroad. Palm Fatty Acid Destilate (PFAD) has a high enough potential to be used as a raw material for oleochemical products, one of which is solid lubricant. This is due to the composition of the fatty acids found in PFAD not much different from the composition of fatty acids found in palm oil. This research aims to determine the formulation of solid lubricants (grease) from PFAD and compound (Al-Ca) metal soap as thickener which has the characteristics of approaching SNI solid lubricants and knowing the quality of the solid lubricants produced. The method used in making solid lubricants (grease) consists of two steps. The first step is the process of making mixed metal soap (Al-Ca) by mixing PFAD and Al(OH)3 - Ca(OH)¬2 and analyzing the mixed metal soap. The second stage is the manufacture of solid lubricants (grease) from mixed metal soap (Al-Ca) and PFAD and analyzes the products produced. Based on the research that has been done, the optimum solid lubricant that is in accordance with SNI standards is obtained in the composition A1: B1, A1 is the ratio of Al(OH)3:Ca(OH)2 = 90%:10% and B1 which is the ratio of metal soaps: PFAD = 10 %: 90%, so the density is 0,95 gr / ml and the penetration value is 194 (25 0C), the dropping point is 9710C and NLGI 4.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in the composition and size of red sand grains on concrete quality that made in the form of a 15x15x15 cm cube with SNI K-225 standard using a mixture 1:1,9:2,8 with FAS 0,6 with composition of red sand of (0, 2, 4, 5, 6.5)% of the weight of fine aggregate were used and variations in the size of red sand grains of (80, 100, 120)mesh. After treated in a water bath for 28 days, then its tested by the method of water absorption, pressure strength test, SEM and XRD. From the research results of SEM test variations of both affect the porosity of the concrete. XRD test results, obtained by the elements of SiO2, Ca(OH)2, CaCO3, with the highest intensity is SiO2 and the crystal structure formed is hexagonal. The results of the maximum concrete pressure strength test on the composition of 4% due to lower grain size variation of red sand with a grain size of 80 mesh red sand that is 32.3 MPa and has linearity from the results of testing the water absorption of concrete along with decreasing variations in the size of red sand grains.

Abstract
Antioxidant prevents oxidative stress. One of the antioxidant source is plant. Red and White Galanga are herbal plants that are easy to grow and they may have antioxidant activity. The aim of this study was to compare antioxidant activity and phytochemistry screening of Red Galangal (Alpinia purpurata K. Schum) and White Galangal (Alpinia galanga L.). The method of this study used was the DPPH method and qualitative analysis. The results of this study showed that the value of antioxidant activity of Red Galangal was significantly higher than White Galangal (p <0.05). The results of phytochemistry screening showed that Red Galangal contained alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, saponins, and triterpenoids. While White Galangal contained alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, and triterpenoids. It is can be concluded that Red Galangal is more effective than White Galangal.

Abstract
Abstract— The aims of this research are to find out and obtain information related to the influence of reward, work environment, also investigated the motivation factor as mediator on employees performance from the reward and work environment. Purposive sampling was taken with 85 Nurses From Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital, Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau Province, Indonesia as respondents from 108 respondents. The results of the research prove that reward has a positive effect on motivation, but negatively affects employees performance. While the work environment has a positive effect on employees motivation and performance. The reward and work environment also has a positive effect on employees performance through motivation. The results of the study show that reward has an influence on performance through work, and proven indirect effects are greater than the direct effects of imbalance in performance. This means that the higher the award the company gives to employees, the higher the work motivation of employees so that this will improve employee performance. Regarding the direct effect of reward on performance in this research, which contradicts with previous studies in general, it may be due to the lack of conformity of rewards received by employees, but on the other hand employees will continue to work according to orders because working alone is a form of self-respect. It is recommended that employers must compete with several types of imbalances because they recruit, maintain and support the performance of each individual in the organisation. With the provision of a balanced reward that is in accordance with the expectations of employees, it is expected to encourage the achievement of employee motivation and ultimately will improve employee performance.
