Abstract
Abstract Bandung is a gathering place for creative groups that produce creative products. Urban toys are toys that have visual meaning by applying symbols into the shape of characters. Starting from the anxiety of the creator through the process of creativity, the toy products are power angers. The making of this figure starts from visual references which are combined with shapes and colours that correspond to the meaning on the basis of the type of human nature. The process of creativity used is imitative creativity (unconscious), the researcher looks at the creator in the space and time of the process of creating a product until product development. The development of the figure “the power anger” product is a collaboration of ideas with other creators to create different new products.

One of the most acute urban problems is the emergence of psychiatric problems in the community, caused by the acceleration of daily routine. Some of these psychiatric problems are not only suffered by adults who live the lives of modern society, but also affect children. These children generally have a problem called B.L.A.S.T. (Bored, Lonely, Angry-Afraid, Sad, Tired). To overcome this problem, there are indeed a number of ways, including reading. Since 1802, Benjamin Rush, the father of United States psychiatry, recommends reading as part of therapy for patients with mental disorders. For children, this also applies, by adding more illustrations. This study analyzed three illustrated books that were considered widely read by children in Indonesia from ages 7-13 years. The visual analysis of the illustrations was then examined by Roland Barthess semiotic approach, to get conclusions about what visualization would have a positive impact on psychiatric therapy for children.

The rapid development of information and communication technology progresses greatly influence to the behavior and mindset of todays teenagers. Appreciation and a sense of belonging to the Javanese culture is increasingly diminished in adolescents today, especially in the city of Solo. Starting from the way of dressing, politeness and language, the youth of Solo have started to imitate the western and Jakarta style. Whereas the city of Solo has a Sriwedari wayang performance that contains the message of the importance of manners. The problem is how to make the Solo urban teenagers appreciate Javanese culture through Sriwedari wayang performances. Through phenomenology approach by collecting data using observation, interviews and literature study and using interactive data analysis found that in wayang performance have 3 important aspect (spectacle, order, and guidance) which can be used as media of Javanese cultural appreciation for adolescent, specially urban adolescent. The benefits of this research are the result, a model for a cultural affection campaign for regions throughout Indonesia, which each have high-value inheritance arts, thus building an Indonesian society that, despite its diverse cultures, is Indonesian self identity.

MSME managers are currently obliged to understand about disruption. Understanding disruption is not an exception. Instead, it is a requirement to exist in todays global arena. Related to this, entrepreneurial orientation is considerably necessary to improve the performance and to ensure the sustainability of their business. In MSMEs, leadership has a strong influence on entrepreneurial orientation and company performance. Transformational leadership is a relevant style to develop the performance of MSMEs in a rapid environment that requires adaptation (Matzler et al, 2008). This research aims to find out about 1) the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs assisted by the Surabaya City Trade Office, with the limitations of MSME performance; 2) knowing the moderating effect of transformational leadership on the influence of entrepreneurship on the performance of MSMEs under the guidance of the Surabaya City Trade Office with the limitations of MSME innovation performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling, with the provisions of several requirements. The sample in this study is the owner of the MSMEs in the processing sectors, namely food, garment and handicraft in the assistance of the Surabaya Ministry of Commerce in 2017 with a total of 50 respondents. The process of collecting data is conducted by giving questionnaires and interviews. To test the hypothesis, the data in this study is processed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The result shows that the Entrepreneurial Orientation proved to result in the innovation performance of MSMEs fostered by the Surabaya Ministry of Commerce. The next result shows that from 6 aspects of transformational leadership behavior, there are only four of them (Facilitating the Acceptance of Group Goals, Providing the Right Role Model, Setting High Expectations, Demonstrating Supporting Behavior) which have strong effects on improving organizational performance. Two other aspects of leadership behaviors, namely Articulating Vision and Offering Intellectual Stimulation were proven to weaken the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the innovation performance of MSME Assisted by the Surabaya City Trade Office.

The occurrence of marine debris on seagrass beds will be through fragmentation into small particles called microplastics (MPs). Sea urchins (Echinoidea) is one of the associated organisms on seagrass beds which can accumulate microplastics by mode of its feeding habits. This research was conducted from October-December 2018 in Barranglompo Island and aimed to know the abundance and characteristics of microplastics that accumulates in sea urchins (Tripneustes gratilla), seagrass leaf, and sediment. Sampling location was conducted at the area where T. gratilla were found. A sampling of sea urchins was taken in multispecies seagrass (Enhalus acoroides and Thalassia hemprichii). MPs in sea urchins, seagrass leaf and sediment were identified by visual identification method using a stereo microscope. The results showed that all samples of sea urchins (n=10), seagrass leaf (n=24), and sediment (n=8) were 100% contaminated by MPs. The average abundance of microplastics in sea urchins T. gratilla was 27.60±5.31 MPs/individual; in seagrass leaf E. acoroides and T. hemprichii in the T. gratilla sampling area were 0.15±0.03 MPs/cm2 dan 0.23±0.04 MPs/cm2, respectively; in sediment of T. gratilla sampling area was 152.50±29.38 MPs/kg. The characteristics of MPs were found to show similarities such as color (dominated by blue) and form (dominated by line).

Abstract
One of the problem corresponds to the small dimension of an antenna is the bandwidth. In order to overcome the problem from small linear and multiple antenna array systems, the investigation of the antenna elements is needed. Design of planar antennas is to achieve an antenna that is able to match various demands in applications where size, cost, performance, and aerodynamic profiles are very important considerations, a low-profile antenna such as a small. The antenna performance on scattering parameters S11, gain, radiation pattern and impedance input are investigated at obtaining wideband antennas by adjusting antenna design parameters. The Substrate thickness needs to be adjusted to 0.813 mm and the element length from 2 mm to 0.05 mm. The calculation of return loss, gain, and the radiation pattern is presented using MoM-based WIPL-D. The antenna element when L2 is 2mm in the frequency range 4 GHz – 8 GHz which reaches a bandwidth of 23.4% and the resonance frequency less than the frequency of 5 GHz. When L2 changed to 0.05 the resonance frequency becomes 5 GHz and the bandwidth increased to 31.5%. Therefore, decreasing antenna element length(L2) affect the resonance frequency to the higher frequency and increase the bandwidth.

We report the performance improvement Titanium Dioxide based solar cell, according to impedance measurements of the cells. The treatment of solar cells with NaOH has succeeded in increasing the performance of solar cells. The efficiency of solar cells increased to 1.34% and FF by 0.35 after NaOH was carried out after treatment. This increase occurs because of an increase in Na + ions, increased ionic conductivity of electrolytes. In addition, compilation of NaOH after treatment is carried out on a wide surface determined on the aluminum electrode. Increasing, this will increase contact between aluminum and electrolytes. The use of NaOH after treatment and deposition of Cu in TiO2 layers of solar cells was also able to reduce the resistance in solar cells from 4240 ohms before NaOH after treatment to 1550 ohms after NaOH after treatment. As a result, the performance of solar cells is increasing. These results indicate post-treatment NaOH can improve the performance of solar cells

Abstract
X-rays are important in diagnostic radiology. If the users lack of understanding of radiation and protection from radiation and proper may cause harm to the workers. Principles of radiation protection are defined by International Commission on Radiological Protection; ICRP) has determined the principles of radiation protection As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) is the time, distance and shielding. Which reduces the exposure to radiation and can reduce the radiation dose received. Increasing distance from the radiation source can reduce the amount of radiation according to the inverse square law and proper protection is important. In medical radiation shield to materials with high quality. Material commonly used for radiation protection is the lead (Pb). Lead is toxic to the environment in the process. This research studies the properties to prevent X-rays of the elements dysprosium (Dy) by the radiation shielding properties of 59P2O5: 10Al2O3: 20 Na2O: 10 Gd2O3: 1Dy2O3 With 60-120 kVp 200 mA 0.1 s. The results showed that when the concentration of dysprosium is increased. The linear attenuation coefficient and the mass attenuation coefficient increase with increasing of Dy2O3 content in glass matrix. The half value layer (HVL) and the tenth value layer (TVL). And when the X-ray energy is increase value, the linear attenuation coefficient and the mass attenuation coefficient decrease were HVL and TVL are increasing value. The comparison results show that the properties of HVL value in the glass sample was less than the general glass, concrete, and block. The properties of radiation shielding glass in the example has a value of nearby lead glass used in x-ray department. From this research found that the glass example Dy3+ with masking properties of radiation, which are ideal for improved substitution of lead glass in the future.

Abstract
Introduction : Companies can survive and develop in the future are companies that can take advantage of change and create value added for all stakeholders. Several studies prove that companies that have a lean process in all parts of the organization will create value added for organizations and customers, increase competitiveness, lower operating costs, and more resilience to external pressure. In carrying out the ship repair business, Yasa Wahana Tirta Samudera (YWTS) Shipyard has the goal of continuously improving the quality of their service, so that by doing so, YWTS could achieve efficiency and effectiveness in term of cost. Finding : In the current state, YWTS main problems are stagnation in Operating Profit Margin from 2015, second, a decrease in cash and cash equivalents from 2015, and a decrease in Inventory Turnover(ITO) from 15.6 in 2015 to 8.94 in 2018. METHOD : The problem-solving process in this system will use the Theory of Constraint method as an analytical framework, while this method also identifying, analyzing, and removing constraints that limit the companys value-added processes. culinary industry, Bedi Zubaedi. It currently exists on more than 8 islands, more than 17 provinces, more than 220 outlets. Compared to similar fried chicken outlets, Quick Chicken outlet designs are more attractive because they use the concept of selling in containers. The advantages of Quick Chicken are offering a menu that is a combination of traditional and western. In addition, Quick Chicken also offers larger pieces of chicken than its competitors, namely Hisana and Sabana. Currently Quick Chicken is experiencing a decline in sales. This happens because the promotion done has not been able to make the target audience aware and loyal. Identification of these problems can be overcome by designing verbal message and visual media of Quick Chicken using creative strategies. The design of verbal message and visual media of Quick Chicken is ultimately aimed at increasing the sales of Quick Chicken by designing the right campaign using the AISAS method as a media strategy and utilizing various media tailored to the budget. The researchers hope that the design can be a reference for advertisers and designers to solve the problems of similar products.
