Abstract
Many of the games with the Indonesian culture adaptations has been developed nowadays. Some of them are made for commercial markets and the other still developed as portfolio and also academic purposes. Some games, already had great game play and also had some beautifully digitized artwork. However, in academic level games projects such as communications designs student-s final projects games prototyping, they often show many errors in the process, especially at game play and asset-s development. This circumstances happened because they (the students) lack of the knowledge about how to make a good game play based on narrations and always concern about how to designing the visual contents than make it have a great game. With the qualitative research methods by analyzing a games- project called Taman Putroe Phang, a game project which adapting the Aceh-s Kingdom Romance History. Abstract
Parkinsons disease (PD) the most common movement disorder and the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimers disease, is characterized primarily by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta leading to a dopamine deficit in the striatum. The standard therapy for Parkinson-s was levodopa (dopamine agonist) administration, but extended levodopa treatment often end up with dyskinesia. So, it-s needed the emerging alternative therapy for Parkinson-s. one of the most promising therapy is herbal remedies. Centella asiatica (CA) is one of popular herbs that has been used for many centuries for cure many disease such as bronchitis, memory improvement and neurotonic. In this study we explore the mechanism of CA to protect from Parkinson-s disease. We used SuperPred server to predict kinds of molecules that could bind to the certain protein. Four major active compound of CA (Asiaticoside, mdecassoside, madecassic acid and Asiatic acid) were docked using PatchDock and continuous using FireDock. One of interesting active compound was Asiatic acid, continued to further analyzed using Autodick Vina on PyRx 0.8, Molecular interaction (Ligand Scout V.2.0), Molecular visualization (chimera 1.8.1). Results showed that asiaticoside and madecassoside have strong anti-inflammatory activities due to their binding to the cyclooxygenase enzymes. While Asiatic acid and madecassic acid have specific binding to protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP). FireDock analysis using 2F71 (protein tyrosine phosphatase 1b as receptor) and Asiatic acid as ligand (DSAsisticAcisCID119024.pdb) we found energy binding -6.62 kj/mol. Its known that if PTP 1b bound to certain molecule, the BDNF signalling will more strength. Because PTP 1b attenuate BDNF signaling. We can conclude that CA could protect Parkinson-s through the anti-inflammatory activities and strengthen the BDNF signaling.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the human resource management system used in the senior high schools to improve the quality of teaching and learning process. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with the data obtained from observation, interviews, field studies, and particular documents. The principals and the teachers were the subjects of this research. The results indicate that the recruitment system had not yet utilized the competency test, so there were several civil servant teachers, contract-based teachers and education staff who were not able to develop lesson plans, syllabus, and learning media that were appropriate to the topics of learning. In addition, the career development of the teachers and education staff was still based on the instructions of the principals. Unfortunately, the placement of the teachers and staff was still not in accordance with the principle of the right man on the right place, so there was a mismatch between the educational background of the teachers and the subjects taught by them. Moreover, most contract-based teachers and education staff have not carried out their duties to the fullest due to a lack of government attention to the general welfare of them. Therefore, it could be concluded that to ensure quality education, the development of the teachers and education staff must be considered seriously. The government has already implemented a program of Contract-Based Government Employee or P3K since 2019 as one of the best solutions for this problem. This program has just been implemented for contract-based employees with Category 2 or K2 status, which currently ranges from 159,000 people.

Abstract
The theory of reading adhered by instructors is developed in the western world context. It points out that reading only happens when there is a text or visual information to be comprehended (Goswami, 2007), while the reality in the Indonesian context the meaning of reading can be narrower (e.g., merely pronouncing letters) or broader (e.g., reading the signs of the might of God, which are not represented by any written symbol). These narrow and broad meanings of reading are not commonly accepted in the West, while in the Islamic belief, even pronouncing a single letter of Quran is considered a service as it is a form of reading. Preliminary interviews with teachers in some traditional Islamic boarding schools reveal that, despite differences in their ways of expressing, the narrow and broad meanings of reading have been part of what they develop in teaching. More interviews with language teachers and lecturers and a focus group discussion with reading experts will help the completion of research data. The recorded data are to be condensed, presented and concluded to form a grounded theory. This differential issue is expected to gain responses in international forums to enable the establishment of a proper formula on these competing perspectives of reading theories, particularly in the Indonesian context.

Abstract
Solar Power Plants are strongly influenced by the intensity of solar radiation received by the system. For the availability of sustainable use of electrical energy from solar power hybridization is needed with PLN sources if Black Out occurs, the combination of the two electrical energy sources is known as the Hybrid Generator. Power plant hybridization is combining two or more power plants with different energy sources, in order to obtain synergies that provide economic and technical benefits (reliability of the supply system). Hybrid plants will have maximum use if accompanied by load control. Load control aims to efficiently regulate the use of electrical energy so that the generated electrical energy is balanced with the use of the load released so that the Hybrid Generator will not occur Black Out. Based on tests that have been carried out the intensity of sunlight affects the power produced by solar cells. The highest sunlight intensity when testing is during the day at 567 Lux with a voltage value of 21.22 V and current of 0.30 A, while the lowest sunlight intensity is at 17.00 with the intensity of sunlight 56 Lux with a voltage value of 5.5 V and current 0.15 A.

Abstract
Abstract. This research examines the utilization of exhaust energy in a 3x1 MW Gas Engine Power Plant in Bawean Island, Indonesia. The feasibility method is using water-lithium bromide (H2O-LiBr) as the absorption refrigeration technology. Furthermore, banana is also used for cold storage to overcome waste energy utilization. This system is used because of harness inexpensive energies source waste heat from gas and has no ecological dangers, such as the depletion of the ozone layer and global warming. The temperature of exhaust gas is 500oC. The cooling load for cold storage with thermodynamics models and consistent fluid properties, performance and size of cold storage were also investigated. The results obtained that higher output of cold storage is from the internal factor compared with the external factor. The area 300 m3 is applied for cold storage, 100 kg for a capacity load of banana with 5oC temperature, 85% humidity, 24 hours operation, 1292 W cooling load, and 371 TR. The experimental results obtained of the absorption refrigerant with Tevaporation is 5oC, 403 TR capacity and Qabsorption of 984 kW, Qgenerator of 1066 kW, Qevaporation of 1411 kW, Qcondenser of 1493 kW, with the coefficient of performance (COP) absorption is 1.32 and power consumption of 158.25 kW. Furthermore, after the calculation, analysis and field experimenting, the internal factor of cooling load is higher than the external factor sourced from banana cold storage. This phenomenon occur is maybe caused by the product to be cooled, following the cooling capacity is soaring. Thus, the exhaust energy in 3x1 MW Gas Engine Power Plant is successfully utilized by the absorption refrigerant system.

Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of adding filler material in the form of waste material on Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) in making roller rubber to improve quality in terms of hardness and tensile strength. Each rubber roller compound is made from a mixture of NBR with rice husk, waste rubber and wood charcoal. The test of hardness and tensile strength were done. The test results show that the addition of rice husk can increase hardness by 30% when compared to NBR without the addition of filler. While the value of tensile strength for NBR, and waste rubber alloys is much higher because this alloy is much more elastic.

Abstract
Land clearing for mining operations is rampant around Sulawesi. This land opening increases the sedimentation load and eutrophication of the waters so that it disturbs life in the coral reef ecosystem on the coast. The threat of coral death originating from the overflow of sediments that enter the ocean waters is presumed to occur at the coast of the Bone Bay. This study aims to identify indicators of damage to coral reefs around the land mining area of the Northern Bone Bay. Observations of the substrate cover of coral reef ecosystems were carried out in 2015, 2016 and 2017 using a UPT (Underwater Photo Transect) method along 50 meters at a depth of 2 and 6 meters. The ecological impact indicators such as eutrophication and sedimentation used in this study are macro algae cover, dead coral with algae, silt, water clarity, total suspended solid (TSS) and sedimentation rate. The results show that there have been significant changes in live coral cover and other substrates during the study period. Scleractinian coral cover decreased, while dead coral with alga, macro algae, soft corals and sponges cover increased. The cause of coral death is not only by sedimentation and eutrophication, but also due to the occurrence of bleaching in 2016. Very few indications of new destruction due to destructive fishing. High turbidity and TSS concentration observed in this study were caused by sediment supply from the Malili river which is estimated due to mining and land clearing in the surrounding mountains.

Abstract
Electric bikes are a means of transportation developed through technological developments and have the advantage of being pollution-free. This electric bike is also very flexible, such as when an electric bike runs out of battery, the rider can paddle the bike while filling the power generated from the drivers stroking power. The proposed electric bike is driven by using a 24V 350W DC motor and VRLA 24V battery as a source of voltage. Input point settings are done by pressing the speed control button in the form of digital data, which is then converted to voltage by the microcontroller. The output of the microcontroller in the form of a PWM becomes input for the motor driver, where the output speed of the motor will be detected by the speed sensor. The automation used is the PI method using the Zeigler Nichols 2 tuning formula. The control method using PI had been analyzed and tested, resulting in Kp = 3.37 and Ki value = 0.73. The electric bike has been tested with different loads. The proposed electric bike was successfully controlled and able to be driven with a minimum speed of 5 km/h and a maximum speed of 20 km/h.

Abstract
Barium M-hexaferriteswas synthesized with Co-Ni doping ion BaFe12-2xCoxNixO19) based on natural iron sand of Loang Balok beach in Sekarbela Subdistrict of Mataram Indonesia to be applied as micro wave absorbent material by using co precipitation method. To increase the effect of doping ion concentration variation (x = 0,0., 0,6 and 1,0) and calcinations temperature (T = 80, 600, and 800oC) on structure properties in samples was done by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) -EDX, TEM. Characterization of XRD showed in samples of iron oxide barium phase (BaFe12O19) and hematite phase (Fe2O3). The SEM-EDX results in the BaFe12CoNiO19 sample showed that the sample size had reached the nano-size ranging from 41nm to 151nm which was evenly distributed with the composition Ba = 12.22%; Fe = 49.1%; Co = 8.78%; Ni = 4.76%; And O = 21.37% with a slight impurity of Cl 3.77% whereas the TEM results show the resulting structure is hexagonal.
