Abstract
The paradigm of learning science, especially biology, has now undergone a shift, which is more oriented towards scientific transformation in real world life. Biological content that is learned not only becomes knowledge, but also directed at the utilization of the potential possessed by the content for real life. Therefore, in this paper the author examines the results of research on the development of student lifelong learning, especially Habits of Mind during the taking part in plant diversity course with entrepreneurship-oriented inquiry learning programs. This research involved 31 of 5th semester undergraduate students in biology Education Department in one teachers college in Central Java. The data are taken by rubrics adapted from the Marzano framework. Moreover, the data are taken by observation in learning process too. The results showed that the average Habits of Mind score of students had developed, the data collected before being given the program was 2.69; and the data after being given the program is 3.27 from a total score of 4.00. The data is reinforced by the findings of observation activities during the learning process. Students usually do experiments with one type of work together, even just focus on the core activities, so they become inefficient. After taking several lectures with this program, they can plan neatly before conducting the experiment, can arrange proportional strategies for group assignment, and become more sensitive to feedback. Another finding is that they will always take careful measures (not impulsively), work tenaciously to find solutions even to the end of their knowledge, and finally each student has their self standard of work. Thus, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship-oriented inquiry learning programs applied to the plant diversity course can develop student-s Habits of Mind well.

Abstract
Pre-experimental studies on the development of three tier multiple choice tests were conducted to detect and measure of students tree thinking in learning concept of classification. Three tier multiple choice test was developed with web integration of a Google Classroom application for easy feedback. The study with the one group pretest-posttest design involved a number of high school students (n = 29) who had studied the concept of Animal Classification. The research procedure was carried out through stages (literature study, problem analysis, and instrument design). The instrument was, then, validated by expert and analysed with ANATES version 4.0. Tree thinking was measured on the basis of identification of evolutionary characters, phylogenetic relationships, concept of clad, MRCA (Most Recent Common Ancestor), sister groups, tree topologies, number of evolutionary changes, and sequence of evolution in species. The validation results showed that the three tier multiple choice test can be used to measure of students tree thinking. In addition, the results analysis of items with ANATES version 4.0 indicated that the test has high reliability (r = 0.69), very good of differences (D> 0.4) on 12 items, and very good of difficult on 14 items. In conclusion, this study showed that three tier tests for measuring high school student-s tree thinking consist of 20 test items with double MC (4 options each for answer and reason), with 11 test items were received directly (60%), 3 items were received but with repairment (15%), 4 items were rejected (25%).

Abstract
Abstract This research was a stem-based didactic research which was conducted on sixth grade students. This didactic design was arranged in mathematics learning by using mathematic skills on the concept of integer count operations, comparisons, and measurements. While using the simple aircraft on science subject. Stem (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) was used in didactic design to create a didactic situation that aimed students to build a simple plane where the students used their mathematic skills. The goal of this research was to improve 21st century skills, including; critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, communicating and network building. Didactic design was a learning program that contained a didactic situation, hyphotetical learning trajectory, students response, and anticipation of students response. This research was conducted on three didactic designs. In the first design, students planed problem solving by designing a simple tool based on provided materials, the needs and the lowest price. In this process students used the concept of integer count and measurement operations. In the second didactic design, students constructed a simple tool and examined it in several situations, then calculated the advantages and disadvantages. In the third didactic design, students designed a larger tool based on a proven model where in the process students used the comparison concept. The first didactic design, which was implemented then was revised based on the findings in the learning process. Based on the observation and analysis of learning result, this didactic design could improve students skills on critical thinking and creative thinking. Students could solve the problem during learning process where the students worked together and communicated. Students could also use their mathematic skills in solving problems in a social context.

Abstract
This study intends to investigate didactical and epistemological obstacles that occur when students solve the problem on the topic of geometry transformation. The data were collected from students- answer and interviews of 16 ninth graders and 16 twelfth graders when solving the test instrument used is five contextual problems and three problem description of geometry transformation. The data analysis reveals that most students have difficulty identifying contextual problems related to geometry transformation; not quite firm to know the characters from each type of geometry transformation (reflection, translation, rotation, and dilation); use procedural knowledge rather than conceptual understanding; and forget about the previous material related to geometry transformation. These findings are expected to overcome learning didactical and epistemological obstacles in teaching and learning of geometry transformation.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties faced by pre-service chemistry teachers in correlating the structures with physicochemical properties of ionic liquids. The descriptive research method used in this study is presented quantitatively and qualitatively. The participants in this study were 23 pre-service chemistry teachers from one of the universities in Indonesia. Data collected using an instrument in the form of a description that contains discourse on ionic liquid technology. In general, the results of the study indicate that more than half of the students have difficulties in applying chemical concepts related to the context of the relationship of structures with physicochemical properties of ionic liquids. The result also reveals that the most dominant difficulty experienced by pre-service chemistry teachers difficult to specify chemical concepts related to the tendency of differences in melting point of molten salt and ionic liquids. The results findings will be used as the basis for developing didactic designs that are oriented to resolve learning obstacles by pre-service chemistry teachers in understanding the relationship of structures with physicochemical properties of ionic liquids.

Abstract
This research was encouraged by students low mathematical representation ability with the findings of problems in the three-dimensional material of junior high school and the limited text books which povided by the teachers or students during the teaching and learning process, and the non technology-based teaching such as the developed digital teaching materials. The development of teaching materials which recently caried out is still in the form of conventional teaching namely printed-teaching materials. Whereas, the use of printed teaching materials in the three-dimensional subject is considered to be less to facilitate students geometry visualization ability. One of the solutions that can be carried out to overcome these problems is developing 3-dimensional digital teaching materials based on the ability of mathematical representation in the three dimensions material of junior high school which is valid and practical. This research is a kind of development research by using the ADDIE model namely Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This teaching material was validated and tested for practicality. So, it can be concluded that digital teaching material can be used in the teaching and learning process and it was easy to use by students.

Abstract
The Neesia altissima (Blume) is an evergreen tree that may exceed the height of 40 m, in the old specimens in nature, with erect trunk, of up to more than 1.2 m of diameter, with slightly grooved bark of greyish brown colour. In this study, we identified diversity and biopotential of Neesia altissima Bl. in Indonesia. Neesia altissima Bl. is a large tree (grows up to + 40 m) and distributed primarily in the primary rainforests of Malaysia and Indonesia (Sumatera, Borneo, and Java islands). In Indonesia, this endemic plant is used medicinally for treatment of gonorrhea, diuretic and diarrhea. The fruits are locally utilized in the traditional medicine as diuretics and together with the leaves, in treating the gonorrhea. Because the plant having such an important medicinal value and having endangered status, so studies on microbial endophytes from N. altissima in relation to discovery of alternative secondary metabolites are very important. Therefore, it is important to explore endophytic bacteria from endemic medicinal plant such as N. altissima, and screened their potential in producing antimicrobial compounds. The pharmacological potential of Neesia altissima Bl. and the genus Neesia in general is as of yet unexplored.
